Become a Tattoo Artist Today!

2013-04-07T14:23:00.003-07:00

I was struggling trying to make ends meet, doing the coffee shop barista type of thing and any odd job I could muster. It was a tough life and a stressful one. I had to think long and hard about my future, and that wasn’t just because my mom kept texting me that I had to do that. I knew it for myself. I decided to make a big life change and do a 180 on my direction, and to really apply myself to a craft, something new.

I had always been fascinated by tattoos, not only the ink on skin appeal, but the culture that surrounds them and those who get tattoos. I had a few – at the time – of course many more now – but I wanted to get into it. So I went into a local shop and just started talking the ear off the poor guy in there. He actually became a good friend so I don’t feel bad about it of course. He told me where to get all the tattoo supplies I need, like tattoo needles and inks and practice skins and all that stuff. He told me to do all my shopping online at http://www.thelashop.com.

That has been a god send, I’ve really enjoyed the easy to use website and getting all my materials there. So that wasn’t that long ago, this story, only about three years ago. But I’ve been a big fan of the site since then, and of my improvement in my tattooing skills. You know, I look back at what I was doing before, and I woke up each morning wondering why, what am I going to do today to make my life worthwhile. Really applying myself to an art form I love has made all the difference.

Always Be Yourself, Unless You Can Be A Unicorn - Kickstarter Campaign

2012-12-19T16:08:00.001-08:00

Always be yourself. Unless you can be a unicorn.

While it's important to be yourself, sometimes we can't help wishing we were something else. And if you could be anything else, wouldn't you want to be a unicorn?

At Lovebian Designs, we celebrate individuality, no matter what you Lovebian. We encourage people to express their true nature with funny, nerdy, and sarcastic designs. We are a homegrown, grassroots company. We make our designs from start to finish. We take funny ideas and bring them to life. If it makes us laugh, we make it.

We are seeking funds to make a large-scale production of one of our fans' favorite designs: "Always be yourself. Unless you can be a unicorn. Then always be a unicorn."

At this point our budget only allows us to print what we sell. Each order is handled individually, from picking up the shirt to making the screen, printing it, setting it, and shipping it. Our shirts are handmade by us in Lovebian Labs (a.k.a. Heather's kitchen), so each one is special, but it's not super efficient. Because we only have the budget to buy the garments as needed we do a ton of driving back and forth to the distributor and have to reclaim our screens and remake them more often then we would like. This is time consuming and expensive.

Lots of people have shown interest in the always be a unicorn design and it's one of our constant sellers so we'd like to make a big production run to not only save on costs and time but also spread more unicorn love to the world. This Kickstarter campaign will allow for a budget to produce 100 shirts and 250 stickers. But why stop there! The more money we raise for this awesome t-shirt run the more we will make!

So come with us and run with the unicorns! Lovebian a unicorn! Forever!

Corporate Comedian!

2012-05-15T16:33:00.000-07:00

Companies realize their employees are stressed. It is no wonder employers look for ways to provide fun and relaxing ways to build camaraderie and help their people to cope with office pressure.

When hosting major events, conferences, educational seminars and conventions, it is easy to become overwhelmed. In addition to learning new skills and techniques, people must also be concerned with what is happening at the office or plant. Some companies are helping to break the tension is by using a corporate comedian.

A corporate comedian learns about the company, event and service or product. They then create customized material that offers people a chance to laugh at their everyday concerns. Hiring a corporate comedian is not an easy task.

Unlike a comedy club, where language can be used and almost any topic can be discussed, the corporate comedian represents their client. Comedy must be kept clean, suitable and not offend or embarrass. Tom Crowl is a corporate comedian based in Maryland. As a comedy ventriloquist, Crowl and his puppets fly across the United States to entertain at corporate events.

The Data Recovery Software Review

2012-04-19T11:37:00.004-07:00

I°m not a careless person, but most of the time I still encounter with losing files. There are many reasons may cause files losing, such as suddenly blackouts, virus attacks, unintentional deletion, and so on. Those unavoidable reasons make many people suffer the pain of losing files as I do. I have tried lots of methods to solve this problem, but so far I can°t find a satisfactory one.

Not long ago, I found the Data Recovery software when I was surfing on the internet to retrieve deleted files. I would like to give it a try as its description showed this software was powerful enough to solve my problem. Just a few clicks to install the Data Recovery program, and another a few clicks to recover my lost files from the hard disk by using the Wizard Mode Recovery of this software. It was amazing! All my files were retrieved without any damage. I was shocked and decided to introduce it to more people and let more victims of losing files benefit from the Data Recovery software.

The Data Recovery software can recover more 550 file formats, such as videos, photos, docs, music (I had converted my mac m4a music to mp3 with the help of the m4a to mp3 converter), emails, .zip, etc. from computer hard drive, external hard drives, USB drives, mobile phones, digital cameras, MP3/MP4 players, iPods, or other storage media and so on. It can retrieve files for any loss situation, suddenly blackouts, virus attacks, unintentional deletion, or other inaccessible files.

This recovery software is very safe and secure. It works with all data back intact. Moreover, even though the Data Recovery is incredibly powerful, it°Øs very easy to use. There are two modes for user to choose, Wizard Mode and Standard Mode. You can use Wizard Mode to do the recovery without any prior using experience. All you need to do just follow several simple steps, then you can get all your lost files back in minutes. It is really great, isn°t it?
