 &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Funge anche da bar e anche se la provincia triestina è appena iniziata si respira già &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;aria di confine&lt;/span&gt;, molti gli avventori del locale italo-sloveni, così come la gestione; in fondo è anche questo il bello del Carso.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Le sale interne dopo poco vi conquisteranno specialmente d’inverno, d’estate vi consigliamo di sfruttare la possibilità di mangiare all’aperto.&lt;/span&gt; a volontà per gli antipasti.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Gnocchi di patate al sugo d’arrosto&lt;/span&gt;, al ragù o al &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;capriolo&lt;/span&gt; (consigliati!), e &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;jota&lt;/span&gt; come primi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Goulash d’asino&lt;/span&gt; (una vera chicca!), &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;gallina arrosto&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;capriolo in umido&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;grigliata&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Non è proprio facilissimo da trovare e forse, andandoci d’inverno, sarete gli unici avventori a mangiare in tutto il locale, forse sarete anche gli unici a parlare italiano ma superato il primo scalino è garantito che ne resterete piacevolmente sorpresi, un posticino veramente da ghiottoni, se vi piace girare ed esplorare alla ricerca di nuovi ristoranti da consigliare agli amici questo lo dovete provare.&lt;/span&gt; da Renata, giusto un piatto per bambini(wurstel con patate) è di carne, non-amanti della cucina di mare siete avvisati!&lt;br /&gt;Passando al menù notiamo una divisione nei piatti tanto semplice quanto azzeccata: ci sono due possibilità o &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;pesce alla griglia&lt;/span&gt; e per chi preferisse la cucina alla griglia può scegliere tra &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;calamari&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;seppie&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;trote&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;sogliole&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;sgombro&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;branzino&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;sardoni&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;orata&lt;/span&gt; e la &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;grigliata mista&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Il vino è sfuso e della casa.&lt;br /&gt;Non ci è sfuggito, come giustamente dev’essere da bravi buongustai, che metà del pesce servito è surgelato, ma né noi né le altre decine di avventori del locale ce ne siamo preoccupati più di tanto. alla griglia che si spandeva per le strade del porto vecchio, abbiamo trovato questa trattoria intima ed accogliente in pieno centro a Grado.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-family: trebuchet ms;" face="trebuchet ms" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Cucina di pesce, ovviamente freschissimo, particolari i primi con condimenti e sughi di pesce di tutti i tipi che si sposano a meraviglia sia con la pasta lunga che corta, ottimi i secondi, dai più elaborati alle semplici seppie ai ferri (incredibilmente buone per essere così facili da preparare).&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-family: trebuchet ms;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Insomma il tocco del cuoco è notevole, capace di rendere speciale anche il piatto più semplice.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-family: trebuchet ms;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Il servizio è discreto e veloce, il menù varia a seconda del pescato a disposizione.&lt;/p&gt; L’Osteria al Vecchio Castello propone infatti una &lt;strong&gt;cucina casalinga dai sapori forti e decisi&lt;/strong&gt; che presenta anche combinazioni t&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bH8gtqzIZXA/R7iTmrSL8ZI/AAAAAAAAAAs/Enngt7IPUFU/s1600-h/1supper5-med.jpg"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5168042865070961042" style="margin: 0px 0px 10px 10px; float: right;" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bH8gtqzIZXA/R7iTmrSL8ZI/AAAAAAAAAAs/Enngt7IPUFU/s320/1supper5-med.jpg" border="0" height="199" width="272" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;ra la classicità dei piatti della &lt;strong&gt;tradizione friulana&lt;/strong&gt; e l’&lt;strong&gt;innovazione&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Capace di proporre &lt;strong&gt;vasti menù di carne e pesce&lt;/strong&gt; (primi piatti compresi) nel medesimo tempo.&lt;br /&gt;Abbiamo deciso di recensire e di consigliarvi in particolar modo il menù di carne poiché a nostro avviso presenta piatti assolutamente fuori dal comune e di una bontà e genuinità impareggiabile.&lt;br /&gt;Il cuoco Alessandro, un robusto signore con baffi pronunciati, capita che si fermi, come nel nostro caso, a raccontare ai clienti come prepari i suoi piatti e la loro storia, alcuni secondo &lt;strong&gt;ricette tramandate di generazione in generazione&lt;/strong&gt; ( come la &lt;strong&gt;torta Linz&lt;/strong&gt;, ad esempio, una crostata di pasta di mandorle con marmellata) , altri in base agli ingredienti che riesce a recuperare volta per volta (&lt;strong&gt;ricotta rossa friulana&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;funghi&lt;/strong&gt; ed &lt;strong&gt;orso&lt;/strong&gt; di provenienza slovena ).&lt;br /&gt;Per questo motivo consigliamo di passare nel fine settimana, è allora che i piatti diventano ancor più particolari e ricercati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Soppressa con porcini e polenta&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;muset con polenta&lt;/strong&gt; sono gli antipasti che vi consigliamo in assoluto su tutti gli altri (una piccola parentesi la meritano anche le &lt;strong&gt;schie fritte&lt;/strong&gt; con polenta &lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bH8gtqzIZXA/R7iTRbSL8YI/AAAAAAAAAAk/P6wL3SLKv48/s1600-h/1cake122-med.jpg"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5168042499998740866" style="margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; float: left;" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bH8gtqzIZXA/R7iTRbSL8YI/AAAAAAAAAAk/P6wL3SLKv48/s320/1cake122-med.jpg" border="0" height="159" width="225" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;alla piastra), mentre tra i primi piatti abbiamo assaggiato per voi &lt;strong&gt;tortelli di grano saraceno al capriolo&lt;/strong&gt; (impareggiabili), le &lt;strong&gt;tagliatelle al sugo d’anatra&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;garganelli in salsa di castagne e speck&lt;/strong&gt; e un meraviglioso &lt;strong&gt;strudel di pitina di cervo&lt;/strong&gt; con ripieno di ricotta e noci che cosparso di formaggio e semi di papavero è qualcosa di unico.&lt;br /&gt;Per i secondi ci siamo lanciati sulla &lt;strong&gt;vasta gamma di funghi&lt;/strong&gt; (freschissimi) con polenta che il cuoco propone, &lt;strong&gt;frico con patate e polenta&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;goulasch con polenta&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;tagliata di manzo di angus&lt;/strong&gt; e uno strepitoso seppur semplice &lt;strong&gt;radicchio trevisano&lt;/strong&gt; ai ferri, per poi imbatterci in un piatto decisamente insolito che ha subito attirato la nostra attenzione: &lt;strong&gt;l’orso in salmì&lt;/strong&gt;. non è molto conosciuta ai più e se non l'aveste mai visitata ve la consigliamo vivamente.&lt;br /&gt;Non immaginatevi il solito paesaggio marittimo-turistico, non troverete grandi alberghi, gelaterie colorate o spiagge: questo è davvero un paese di pescatori, &lt;strong&gt;un paese di gente di mare&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Superando il piccolo centro storico e seguendo i canali che confluiscono nel porto, in una piccola stradina costeggiata di auto da un lato e di pescherecci dall'altra, si trova un piccolo ristorantino, che non è poi tanto "taverna".&lt;br /&gt;Ambiente allegro e vivace, volendo anche dotato di veranda che affaccia sul porto, dispone di &lt;strong&gt;menù di solo pesce&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bH8gtqzIZXA/R7iOrrSL8WI/AAAAAAAAAAU/hLwEJJxMEM4/s1600-h/1fish165-med.jpg"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bH8gtqzIZXA/R7iOrrSL8WI/AAAAAAAAAAU/hLwEJJxMEM4/s1600-h/1fish165-med.jpg"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Possibilità di svariati menù turistici e non, addirittura offre la possibilità di ordinare &lt;strong&gt;grigliate con pesce di propria scelta&lt;/strong&gt; al prezzo di 5-8 euro.&lt;br /&gt;Tra i primi troviamo &lt;strong&gt;bigoli caserecci con alici&lt;/strong&gt;, pinoli e pomodorini al basilico (ottimi), &lt;strong&gt;lasagnette al raguttino di mare&lt;/strong&gt; (particolari e squisite), &lt;strong&gt;gnocchi di patate con zucchine e spada&lt;/strong&gt; (originali e da provare!), &lt;strong&gt;zuppa di pesce del pescatore&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;risotti e linguine&lt;/strong&gt; ovviamente &lt;strong&gt;ai frutti di mare&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Da sottolineare che la cucina è abbondante e casereccia ma &lt;strong&gt;leggera e genuina&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tagliata di tonno alla rucola&lt;/strong&gt; (se disponibile) e &lt;strong&gt;boreto alla maranese&lt;/strong&gt; (buono e delicato!) tra i secondi, i &lt;strong&gt;calamari fritti&lt;/strong&gt; e il &lt;strong&gt;fritto di pesce di stagione&lt;/strong&gt; vi convinceranno della genuinità del locale.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Rombo al forno con patate&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;branzino od orata al sale&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;spiedini&lt;/strong&gt; e &lt;strong&gt;grigliate di pesce&lt;/strong&gt; a volontà.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;Prezzo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt; oltre a taglieri e vassoi di San Daniele a volontà.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;I primi piatti offrono varianti "sfiziose" ed originali per chi non fosse abituato a questo tipo di cucina: ottimi i &lt;strong&gt;fagottini al San Daniele&lt;/strong&gt; (una pasta ripiena di prosciutto tirata nel burro e distesa su fette di san daniele), consigliate anche le &lt;strong&gt;tagliatelle al San Daniele&lt;/strong&gt; e la &lt;strong&gt;zuppa d'orzo e fagioli&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Troviamo anche un tocco di Carnia dal gusto particolare con i &lt;strong&gt;Cialsons alle erbe&lt;/strong&gt; con ricotta affumicata.&lt;br /&gt;Anche i secondi son tutti da provare: dallo &lt;strong&gt;spezzatino di porcini al gorgonzola&lt;/strong&gt;, al &lt;strong&gt;filetto di trota affumicata&lt;/strong&gt; con olio e limone (delicatissimo) e &lt;strong&gt;frico morbido con patate e polenta&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Verdure grigliate, spinaci in agro o al burro, patate e &lt;strong&gt;funghi porcini&lt;/strong&gt; come contorni.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;I vini sono sfusi e classici: &lt;strong&gt;Merlot&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Tocai&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Cabernet&lt;/strong&gt; e dintorni.&lt;br /&gt;La cucina propone &lt;strong&gt;piatti classici del Friuli&lt;/strong&gt;: per cominciare &lt;strong&gt;sarde in "saor"&lt;/strong&gt; e &lt;strong&gt;lumache al forno&lt;/strong&gt;; passando ai primi buona la &lt;strong&gt;zuppa d'orzo e fagioli con &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;frisse&lt;/strong&gt; (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;pancetta), un'ottimo &lt;strong&gt;risottino con funghi porcini&lt;/strong&gt; e, nonostante l'estrainetà del piatto alla zona, notevoli anche i &lt;strong&gt;tagliolini agli scampi&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Come secondi si resta sul "friulano" con l'immancabile &lt;strong&gt;frico morbido con speck e polenta&lt;/strong&gt; (con un'aggiunta di pepe), &lt;strong&gt;baccalà in umido con polenta&lt;/strong&gt;, per passare poi ad un accenno di &lt;em&gt;nouvelle cuisine&lt;/em&gt; che però, stranamente, propone soluzioni innovative ma ghiotte e allora ecco la &lt;strong&gt;tagliata di tonno con melanzane al funghetto ed un manzo in "cremolata" con acciughe&lt;/strong&gt;, capperi ed erbe aromatiche in cui il tutto, ridotto a salsina, si sposa a meraviglia con il manzo su cui vien distesa (da provare !).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Carta dei vini classica del Friuli: &lt;strong&gt;Tocai&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Merlot&lt;/strong&gt; e &lt;strong&gt;Cabernet &lt;/strong&gt;con la sola aggiunta di uno &lt;strong&gt;Chardonnay&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Se proprio non foste soddisfatti ... di fronte c'è un'enoteca della stessa gestione del ristorante.&lt;br /&gt;Molti i dolci: &lt;strong&gt;semifreddo alle mandorle&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;frutti di bosco caldi con gelato allo yogurt&lt;/strong&gt; e &lt;strong&gt;torte&lt;/strong&gt; a seconda della disponibilità.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;Prezzo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; (direzione Aviano), per segnalarla.&lt;br /&gt;Trattoria senza troppe pretese, d'estate tavoli all'aperto, meta di camionisti a pranzo, abbastanza conosciuta in zona per la qualità dei propri piatti e per la gestione di stampo Istriano.&lt;br /&gt;Sempre affollatissima a qualunque ora del giorno sia possibile mangiare, il che la dice lunga.&lt;br /&gt;Tra i primi abbiamo &lt;strong&gt;gnocchi fatti in casa al sugo d'anatra&lt;/strong&gt;
