Am vazut de curand la &lt;a href="http://dulciurifeldefel.blogspot.com/2012/01/musaca-de-cartofi-cu-carne-de-pui.html" target="_blank"&gt;Miha &lt;/a&gt;o musaca care mi-a facut cu ochiul. Nu c-ar fi fost cu mult diferita fata de ce preparam eu dar ideea adaugarii sosului Bechamel in reteta mi s-a parut mai mult decat bine venita.&lt;br&gt;
Si chiar este, copiilor le-a placut tare mult.&lt;br&gt;

Daca ar fi dupa barbata-miu ar trebui sa fac din 2 kg de fasole :)))&lt;br /&gt;
Spalati fasolea si-o puneti la inmuiat peste noapte. A doua zi o puneti la fiert; dupa ce da in clocot schimbati apa dar cu apa fierbinte, nu rece!&lt;br /&gt;
Lasati la foc mic, acoperita , pana e bine fiarta (boaba trebuie sa se ferme cand o prindeti intre doua degete). Daca e cazul mai adaugati din cand in cand apa clocotita.&lt;br /&gt;
Scurgeti apa dar pastrati o cana din zeama sa adaugati&amp;nbsp; in cazul in care este necesar (la mine n-a trebuit).&lt;br /&gt;
Curatati usturoiul si cateva felioare de hrean. Nu stiu cat sa va zic...cat va place :-??. Noua ne place iute, picanta, altii o vor doar usor aromata.&lt;br /&gt;
Bagati blenderul si farmati..tot ce va iese in cale. Daca n-aveti blender dati prin masina de tocat carne sau o faramati cu "scula" aia cu care faceti piureul iar usturoiul si hreanul le dati pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mici..&lt;br /&gt;
Cand ati obtinut o pasta omogena incepeti sa adaugati ulei..asa..cam cate 2-3 linguri si mixati in continuare cu blenderul, se va incorpora foarte bine. Puneti asa..de 3-4 ori si potriviti gustul de sare.&lt;br /&gt;

La mine pasta era destul de "umeda"; in cazul in care e prea tare mai adaugati putin din apa in care a fiert fasolea.&lt;br /&gt;
Nivelati frumos fasolea si preparati sosul.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In cateva linguri de ulei caliti o ceapa-doua, tocate marunt.&lt;br /&gt;
O lasati pana prinde o culoare frumoasa, usor aurie(aveti grija sa n-o ardeti - fasolea, nu voi :))) )&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati o foaie de dafin si vreo 60 ml apa si dati focul la mic. Ceapa trebuie sa fie biiiine inmuiata . Adaugati o lingurita pasta tomate, putina sare si opriti focul.&lt;br /&gt;

Pana acum alegeam o singura culoare sau doua intercalate de o foaie de napolitana.&lt;br /&gt;
In aceasta "forma" a fost de mare efect si a placut mult copiilor.&lt;br /&gt;
Diferenta prepararii siropului consta in faptul ca se fierbe un timp mai mic ,atat pentru faptul ca e necesar sa fie mai lichid pentru a inmuia foile cat si pentru a o putea manevra usor.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Avem nevoie de&lt;br /&gt;
un pachet foi napolitana, mici&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr lapte praf (recomand Raraul, e cel mai bun pentru ciocolata)&lt;br /&gt;
30 gr cacao neagra&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri zeama lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
160 gr unt&lt;br /&gt;
o esenta rom&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr zahar&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml apa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un vas cu fund dublu punem zaharul si apa.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasam sa se "imprieteneasca" :)) timp in care cernem laptele praf si-l impartim in mod egal in doua castroane.&lt;br /&gt;
In unul adaugam cacaua cernuta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Punem vasul cu zaharul la foc mic. Amestecam pana la topirea completa a zaharului (sa nu mai zarim deloc cristale ).Din acest moment mai lasam sa fiarba 2 minute! Asta daca doriti sa folositi multe foi de napolitana. Daca doriti s-o faceti fara foi o fierbeti 4, maxim 5 minute! iar daca o faceti doar cu 3 foi (deasupra, dedesubt si la mijloc) o fierbeti 3-4 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Testati cu proba picaturii (lasand sa curga o picatura de sirop de pe lingura intr-o ceasca cu apa rece). Pentru ciocolata simpla biluta de sirop trebuie sa ramana intacta iar pentru cea in multe foi trebuie sa se imprastie dar totusi sa observati ca e un sirop destul de legat.&lt;br /&gt;
Am incercat sa explic cat de babeste am putut :)).&lt;br /&gt;
Cand ati terminat cu siropul opriti focul, adaugati zeama de lamaie, esenta&amp;nbsp; si untul taiat cubulete. Omogenizati si impartiti in mod egal siropul in vasele cu laptele praf.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Daca doriti, puteti adauga nuca prajita, tocata.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati repede in ambele vase, pentru omogenizare.&lt;br /&gt;
Pregatiti foile si incepeti sa le acoperiti cu un strat subtire&amp;nbsp; de ciocolata, alternand culorile.&lt;br /&gt;
Pe foi mici mie mi-au iesit 6 straturi. Daca faceti pe foi mari veti avea doar 4 straturi.&lt;i&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Trebuie sa lucrati repede. Cu cat se raceste siropul veti intinde mai greu ciocolata.&lt;br /&gt;
Cand ati terminat puneti deasupra ceva greu - un fund de lemn, spre exemplu si dati la rece pentru cateva ore dupa care o puteti portiona.&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Pui la fiert in aprox 5 l. apa&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;o radacina mare de telina&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;o radacina de pastarnac&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;o radacina de patrunjel&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;doi/trei morcovi&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;doua cepe&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;putina sare&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Lasi sa fiarba totul bine, bine,(testezi legumele introducand furculita) strecori, iar in zeama ramasa (daca e prea putina, mai adaugi apa) pui pieptul de pui pe care l-ai taiat bucatele mici, morcovul si patrunjelul taiat rondele.&lt;br /&gt;
Pui iar pe foc.&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un bol amesteci &lt;b&gt;300-400 gr smantana grasa ,doua galbenusuri de ou&lt;/b&gt; (retine,doar galbenusul!) si &lt;b&gt;doua linguri faina grau sau amidon.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Iei oala deoparte si torni usor amestecul, imprastiind cu o furculita in oala cu ciorba, pt a nu face cocoloase (daca totusi face, se mai intampla, le iei frumos cu o strecuratoare).&lt;br /&gt;
Pui inapoi pe foc inca 10 minute, timp in care mai adaugi &lt;b&gt;trei catei usturoi pisat, putin otet&lt;/b&gt;, (aici depinde de preferinte, sunt care nu pun otet in oala ci doar la servire), sare si piper dupa gust si patrunjel verde tocat&lt;br /&gt;
Calesti &lt;b&gt;putin morcov crud in 30 ml ulei &lt;/b&gt;si adaugi in ciorba pentru a da o culoare frumoasa. &lt;br /&gt;
La servire se adauga optional mai mult&lt;b&gt; usturoi, patrunjel verde ,otet si smantana.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

300 gr paste (farfale)&lt;br /&gt;
doua conserve ton(fara ulei)&lt;br /&gt;
un kiwi&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr porumb fiert&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr masline fara samburi&lt;br /&gt;
maioneza dintr-un ou si 200 ml ulei&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri zeama lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
sare&lt;br /&gt;
piper&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un vas punem la fiert apa cu putina sare.&lt;br /&gt;
In momentul in care da in clocot adaugam pastele.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasam la fiert la foc mediu dupa timpul indicat pe pachet. Desi scria 10 minute , eu le-am lasat 15, timp in care m-am ocupat de restul ingredientelor.&lt;br /&gt;
Am inceput cu spectaculoasa maioneza gata in doar un minut.&lt;br /&gt;
In vasul inalt al blenderului punem un ou, uleiul, putina sare si preparam maioneza ca &lt;a href="http://aici./"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href="http://adrianareteteculinare.blogspot.com/2010/08/maioneza-in-10-secunde.html"&gt;aici&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Curatam kiwi, il taiem cubulete, maslinele le feliem.&lt;br /&gt;
Intre timp au fiert si pastele, le scurgem, le trecem printr-un jet de apa rece si le lasam 2-3 minute la scurs.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecam intr-un bol pastele cu maioneza, kiwi, ton, porumb, zeama de lamaie, asezonam cu sare si piper si gata.&lt;br /&gt;

Bateti albusurile spuma.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati treptat zaharul si mixati/bateti pana se dizolva complet.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati nuca macinata, cacaua si nuca tocata si incorporati usor, usor .&lt;br /&gt;
Tapetati o tava cu hartie pentru copt si luati cu lingura o treime din amestec si-ntindeti pe hartie o foaie de 20/25 cm.&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptorul.&lt;br /&gt;
Setati temperatura la foc mic si coaceti foaia timp de 15-20 min.&lt;br /&gt;
Trebuie sa fie usor intarita la suprafata si sa observati marginile prinzand culoare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Procedati la fel si cu celelalte foi.&lt;br /&gt;
Le desprindeti de pe hartie doar cand s-au racit, cu grija si nu le suprapuneti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Crema. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un vas cu fund dublu (daca nu aveti puneti un bol pe baie de abur) ,amestecati galbenusurile cu zaharul, untul la temperatura camerei, cacaua, ness-ul si esenta.&lt;br /&gt;
Fierbeti la foc mic amestecand mereu , pana se ingroasa.&lt;br /&gt;
(pentru a profita de timp am preparat crema in timp ce se cocea ultima foaie).&lt;br /&gt;
Trebuie sa obtinem un amestec cu o consistenta asemanatoare budincii, care se desprinde de pe peretii vasului.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasam sa se racoreasca si, usor calduta, o repartizam in 3, pe fiecare foaie (inclusiv pe cea care va fi desupra).&lt;br /&gt;
Suprapunem foile si presaram desupra nuca prajita si tocata sau jumatati de nuca pe fiecare portie.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;Cantitatile se pot mari in functie de mancaciosii casei :)). Eu am pus putin mai mult din fiecare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Orezul se spala in&amp;nbsp; multe ape .Ultima apa n-o aruncam, lasam in vas cat sa cuprinda orezul.&lt;br /&gt;
Punem vasul la foc mic si lasam sa se evapore apa, amestecand mereu sa nu se prinda de vas. Adaugam putina sare, piper, boia si cimbru.Lasam la racit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Curatam ceapa si o tocam marunt.La fel si morcovul.&lt;br /&gt;
Ciupercile fierte si spalate le dam prin masina de carne.&lt;br /&gt;
Punem ulei la incins si calim usor ceapa, adaugam morcovul, zarzavatul si mai calim 5 minute dupa care adaugam ciupercile si pasta de tomate si mai lasam cateva minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecam totul cu orezul, punem si 50-100 ml suc rosii, patrunjelul spalat si tocat&amp;nbsp; si potrivim gustul de sare si piper.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Varzei ii scoatem cotorul si desfacem frunzele. Daca e acra o spalam in multe ape. A mea nu era acra deloc, de aceea am adaugat bors la fiert.&lt;br /&gt;
Daca e acra nu mai adaugati.&lt;br /&gt;
Rupem frunze de varza de marimea palmei , luam cate o lingura de compozitie si formam sarmalutza.&lt;br /&gt;
In vasul in care vom fierbe punem capace de borcane pe fundul lui,(sa nu le afumam) asta daca nu avem un vas roman sau vas de tuci.&lt;br /&gt;

Asezam sarmalele in vas, turnam sucul de rosii, cana de bors, punem o crenguta de cimbru si aprox 250 ml ulei.Completam cu putina apa sa cuprinda sarmalutele.&lt;br /&gt;

Lasam sa fiarba&amp;nbsp; la foc mic 2 ore jumatate - 3 ore.(trebuie sa fie bine fiarta varza, asta depinde de soiul ei, scoatem o sarmaluta&amp;nbsp; si gustam)&lt;br /&gt;

Am gasit in cartea de retete a lui Gordon Ramsay aceasta reteta si-am salivat rau :))&lt;br /&gt;
Nu c-ar fi mare scofala, dar imaginea a avut un efect devastator asupra mea :( :))&lt;br /&gt;
Reteta intiala avea ca topping un sos de ciocolata dar daca eu mai aveam caramel, si daca-mi place atat de mult, la ce sa mai fac sos?:d&lt;br /&gt;

2 oua&lt;br /&gt;
o lingura unt topit&lt;br /&gt;
300 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;
o lingurita esenta vanilie&lt;br /&gt;

250 ml smantana grasa&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 linguri zahar pudra&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita esenta vanile&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
-Caramel &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un bol marisor cernem faina impreuna cu cacaua.&lt;br /&gt;
Facem o gropita in mijloc si adaugam zaharul, untul topit si racit, ouale batute usor si omogenizam.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugam treptat laptele impreuna cu esenta, sarea si amestecam doar cat s-avem o compozitie omogena.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lasam compozitia la temperatura camerei timp de 30 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru&lt;i&gt; crema&lt;/i&gt; batem smantana intr-un bol impreuna cu zaharul si esenta.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasam la rece.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o tigaie antiaderenta topim putin unt.&lt;br /&gt;
Luam cate un polonic din compozitie, punem in tigaie si miscam tigaia incat compozitia sa imbrace baza tigaii complet.&lt;br /&gt;
Rumenim usor pe ambele parti.(mi-au iesit vreo 10 clatite)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ungem cu un strat de crema jumatate de clatita, trecem cealalta jumtate peste si impachetam (sau simplu..rulam clatita).&lt;br /&gt;
Picuram caramel sau sos de ciocolata si..pofta buna!&lt;br /&gt;

Pe cuvant..iar n-am desert. Era farfuria goala atunci cand am vrut sa-mi mai bag un "dejt" in caramel.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente&lt;br /&gt;
3 oua&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr zahar&lt;br /&gt;
100 ml ulei&lt;br /&gt;
6 linguri faina&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri amidon&lt;br /&gt;
coaja rasa de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
30 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;
7 gr drojdie&lt;br /&gt;
un vf cutit sare&lt;br /&gt;
2 mere&lt;br /&gt;
caramel - cumparat sau preparat in casa&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Separi albusul de galbenus.&lt;br /&gt;
Galbenusurile le pui intr-un bol impreuna cu zaharul si mixezi 3-4 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Incepi sa adaugi uleiul in fir subtire mixand&amp;nbsp; in continuare.&lt;br /&gt;
Trebuie sa obtii o crema fina, lucioasa.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugi faina, amidonul si omogenizezi. Diluezi drojdia in lapte caldut si o incorporezi in amestec.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Preincalzesti cuptorul.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bati spuma albusurile.&lt;br /&gt;
Le incorporezi usor in compozitie impreuna cu sarea si coaja de lamaie.&lt;br /&gt;
Tapetezi tava cu ulei si pesmet si&amp;nbsp; torni compozitia..&lt;br /&gt;
Speli merele, le cureti de coaja si cotor si le tai cubulete.&lt;br /&gt;
Le repartizezi deasupra, in tava, peste compozitie.&lt;br /&gt;
Introduci tava in cuptorul preincalzit, la foc mic (undeva la 165 grade )si lasi la copt pana se rumeneste frumos.&lt;br /&gt;
Cred ca vreo 30 minute a durat, Testeaza cu scobitoarea.&lt;br /&gt;
Desprinzi usor de peretii tavii si rastorni pe o farfurie.&lt;br /&gt;
Cat e calduta toarna caramel..cam cat te lasa sufletul :)))&lt;br /&gt;
Zau nu-i de prisos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Daca ieri ziceam (am facut-o  pentru cineva si ziceam..n-o sa-i placa, pfu, de ce-am facut-o asa),  ca-i un esec :)) ), dupa ce am primit telefon si-am auzit :"fato, cum  poti sa zici ca nu o sa-mi placa; daca vreodata vrei sa-mi faci o  surpriza, asta fa-mi-o :)). Am pornit de la reteta de Snickers preparata  de Miremirc, Dia, Miha (si cred c-or mai fi, nu stiu, dar am simtit  nevoia sa completez cu caramel si frisca, desi frisca nu face parte din  reteta originala. Se completeaza atat de bine texturile si gusturile  incat rezulta o prajitura minunata.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;4 galbenusuri&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150 gr zahar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 linguri lapte&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 linguri cacao&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Blat 1.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Se separa albusurile de galbenusuri.&lt;br /&gt;
Se mixeaza spuma albusurile adaugand treptat zaharul si mixand pana e diluat complet.&lt;br /&gt;
Se adauga galbenusurile, sarea, faina cernuta si cacaua, uleiul la final nucile prajite, tocate.&lt;br /&gt;
Se omogenizeaza amestecand usor.&lt;br /&gt;
Se tapeteaza o tava mare (22/30) cu hartie pentru copt unsa cu ulei  sau unt, se toarna compozitia, se niveleaza si se introduce tava in  cuptorul preincalzit, la foc mic, lasand pana trece proba cu  scobitoarea.(aprox 25 minute)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Blat 2.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Se prepara la fel ca si primul blat cu exceptia faptului ca nu se  adauga galbenusurile (se pastreaza pentru crema ) si se adauga praful de  copt.&lt;br /&gt;
Se coace timp de 13-15 minute (suficient pentru o foaie din albusuri) la foc mediu.&lt;br /&gt;
Cand ambele sunt reci se desprinde hartia pentru copt.&lt;br /&gt;
Se aseaza primul blat , se pune frisca mixata bine , apoi blatul.2&lt;br /&gt;
Blatul 2 se unge cu 100 gr &lt;b&gt;caramel&lt;/b&gt; .Daca-l aveti  gata preparat il incalziti intr-un ibric si-l lasati sa fiarba timp de  1minut dupa care il raciti si-l intindeti uniform peste foaie.&lt;br /&gt;
Daca nu-l aveti nici cumparat nici preparat il faceti dupa reteta pe care am scris-o &lt;a href="http://www.bucataras.ro/retete/tort-cu-frisca-si-caramel-26587.html"&gt;aici.&lt;/a&gt;(vezi ingrediente si mod de preparare caramel) fierbandu-l 4-5 minute dupa ce adaugati frisca.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Crema.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati intr-un vas cu fund dublu galbenusurile, zaharul, cacaua si laptele.&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti vasul la foc mic si fierbeti timp de 7-8 minute amestecand incontinuu! pentru a nu se prinde de vas.&lt;br /&gt;
Raciti.&lt;br /&gt;
Frecati untul spuma si adaugati lingura cu lingura amestecul de galbenusuri omogenizand usor.&lt;br /&gt;
Intindeti crema peste prajitura, mai presarati putina nuca macinata si dati prajitura la rece.&lt;br /&gt;
Taiati a doua zi.&lt;br /&gt;
