&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="previewArea" id="previewDiv"&gt;&lt;img alt=":)" class="smiley" src="http://v4.netlogstatic.com/v6.00/4181//s/i/smilies/big/surrender.gif" /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;…….&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Toţi mâncăm şi, pentru foarte mulţi dintre noi, fără studii de specialitate dar cu pasiune şi cu suflet, gătitul se poate apropia de artă, o artă a cărei principală caracteristică ar fi, la prima vedere, Domnia Sa, Reţeta, adică o înşiruire de ingrediente, condiţii şi de paşi, pigmentată de fotografii executate pe parcurs. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Dar povestea e de fapt mai profundă &amp;nbsp;si de aceea un &lt;a href="http://www.real-hypermarket.ro/pyroflam/produse/caserola-rotunda-2L" target="_blank"&gt;vas Pyroflam&lt;/a&gt; &lt;span lang="RO"&gt;î&lt;/span&gt;n bucătăria ta, nu trebuie să lipsească. Degeaba ai tu tot ce trebuie plus dorinţa necesară de a impresiona, dacă nu ai un vas pe măsură.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Pe vremuri&amp;nbsp; bunica gătea în tuci sau vas de lut. Nimic de zis, îi ieşeau bucate cum numai mâinile ei erau în stare sa plămădească, dar am evoluat neică…nu mai poţi veni cu tuciul înnegrit să-l plasezi pe masă, între vase de arcopal şi servete trase prin inel.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Şi dacă vasul Pyroflam le îndeplineşte pe toate, nu-i cazul să mulţumeşti respectuos vaselor vechi pe care amprenta timpului e net vizibilă şi să înlocuiesti cu calitate, inovatie, eleganţă, performanţă şi rezistenţă?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Eu am pus parafa, deşi nu-s eu mare bucatar (glumesc mă, ca-s modestă, că doar nu degeaba-s &lt;a href="http://www.real-hypermarket.ro/pyroflam/concurs-bloguri/" target="_blank"&gt;bucătar real&lt;/a&gt;), i-am pus şi&amp;nbsp; roba, dar nu degeaba ci după ce am gătit in el un piept de pui cu legume şi sos de vin, bun de te lingi pe degete!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Am stat în dilemă mult timp, din două motive:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in; text-indent: -.25in;"&gt;-&lt;span style="font: 7pt &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Nu aveam vasul, a sosit abia marţi, miercuri s-a oprit apa, aşa că-s, ca întotdeauna, întârziată .&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in; text-indent: -.25in;"&gt;-&lt;span style="font: 7pt &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Nimic nu mi se părea vrednic de gătit în minunaţia asta imaculată . Ba voiam ceva tradiţional, ba desert, ba englezisme &lt;span style="font-family: Wingdings;"&gt;J&lt;/span&gt;)).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Dacă în prima etapă a concursului de creativitate,&lt;a href="http://www.real-hypermarket.ro/pyroflam/concurs-bloguri/" target="_blank"&gt; Bucatar real,-"&lt;/a&gt; am mizat pe&lt;a href="http://gabyd2.blogspot.com/2012/05/bucatar-real.html" target="_blank"&gt; puiul cu sos tomat sub capac de pâine&lt;/a&gt;, n-am deviat prea mult de la reţetă nici în etapa a doua, pentru că nu mi-am schimbat considerabil părerea, cum că acest vas ar fi perfect&amp;nbsp; pentru acest gen de reţete, încălzind uniform conţinutul interior, făcând ca reţeta să fie perfect preparată. .&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Crustă crocantă la exterior, miez aromat , consistent, cuprinzând miresme inconfundabile date de ingrediente de calitate, plus un sos de vin alb cu smântână, această reţetă , uşor de realizat, poate încânta orice gurmand pretenţios. Gătite în acest mod, mâncărurile îşi conservă toate aromele.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;3 linguri mălai&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 gr drojdie&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;½ linguriţă sare&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Apă caldă&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;La &lt;b&gt;umplutură&lt;/b&gt; puteţi jongla cu gusturile personale, puteţi fructifica resturi de friptură şi adăuga legume după bunul dumneavoastră plac.&lt;br /&gt;
Eu am pus aşa:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;30 ml ulei&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Piept de pui preparat la grill – 2 bucăţi mărişoare (undeva la 800 de grame)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;O cutie mazăre (200 grame)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 cepe verzi (cu tot cu partea alba)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;60 ml supă de legume&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Un dovlecel&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;O linguriţă coajă rasă de lămâie&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sare&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Piper&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sos&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;60 ml vin alb&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 cătei usturoi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250 ml smântână grasă&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Puţină nucşoară&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Puţin cimbru&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sare&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Piper&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;În plus , două linguri de apa şi o lingură de faină &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Întâi ne ocupam de pieptul de pui. Îl porţionam în bucăţi&amp;nbsp; de 1,5-2 cm grosime, îl batem uşor cu ciocanul de carne, condimentăm cu sare şi piper şi-l preparăm &amp;nbsp;pe grill , câte două minute pe fiecare parte.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Îl păstrăm la cald. Mazărea din conservă o trecem pe sub jetul cu apă rece apoi o lăsăm la scurs.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Încingem uleiul în vasul Pyroflam. Adăugăm ceapa şi dovlecelul. Călim timp de două minute, apoi adăugăm pieptul de pui şi supa de legume. Punem capacul şi lăsăm la foc potrivit, să fiarbă înnăbuşit, timp de 5 minute. Adăugăm mazărea, coaja de lămâie, sare şi piper după gust şi mai lăsăm 3 minute.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;În timp ce fierbe totul în vas, ne ocupam de&lt;b&gt; sos.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;În două linguri de ulei încins, călim usturoiul tăiat felioare mai groase. Stingem cu vinul alb şi lăsăm la foc mic 3 minute (să scadă la jumătate). Adăugăm smântâna, cimbrul, nucşoara , sare şi piper. Lăsăm să mai dea două clocote.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Punem sosul peste amestecul de carne şi legume.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Începem să adăugăm apă călduţă , frământând, până obţinem un aluat elastic, nelipicios.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Pe masa înfăinată întindem cu sucitorul o foaie rotundă, cu diametrul mai mare decât al vasului Pyroflam.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Dintr-o lingură de faină şi două linguri de apă, facem un amestec omogen cu care ungem partea de sus a vasului, pe exterior, amestecul consituind lipiciul ce va ţine capacul de pâine.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

La mine a crăpat puţin într-o parte. E un deliciu! &lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Dar hai să vă mai spun ceva, vouă, celor care ne  priviţi şi admiraţi blogurile şi aveţi impresia că suntem aşi în ale  bucatariei, că nu eşuam şi nu stricăm ingrediente niciodată.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Urăsc  să lucrez contra cronometru, urăsc să mă preseze timpul; dar din  motivele prezentate mai sus, din păcate, chiar aşa a şi trebuit să-mi  desfăşor activitatea de azi.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Am făcut capacul de paine de 3 ori!!! Da, trei!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Am  vrut să fac un aspect spectaculos, nişte linii curbe pornite din  mijlocul aluatului, care în final să dea aspectul unui soare. Mereu  apăsam o “rază” cu cuţitul, mai mult de jumătatea grosimii aluatului,  încat la copt, crăpa. Cum să apar cu-n soare spart? &lt;span style="font-family: Wingdings;"&gt;J&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Si-o luam de la capat. După ce am facut al doilea şi s-a întamplat la fel, am vrut să renunţ, îmi venea să plâng &lt;span style="font-family: Wingdings;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Dar l-am facut şi pe-al treilea renunţând &amp;nbsp;la decorul spectaculos, lăsând capacul simplu.&lt;span style="font-family: Wingdings;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Mesajul meu nu e altul decât : Nu renunţa! Trânteşte, sparge&lt;span style="font-family: Wingdings;"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; refa, că până la urma iese &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="previewArea" id="previewDiv"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Pui laptele la fiert. În momentul în care începe să fiarbă dai focul la mic. Pui in cratiţă un polonic - asta opreşte laptele să dea în foc.&lt;br /&gt;
Laşi să fiarbă pănă cand laptele prinde o crustă (spumă) gălbuie la suprafaţă .(30-40 minute la foc mic, mic)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se răceşte doar atât cât, atunci când introduci degetul în lapte să reziste căldurii.&lt;br /&gt;
Deci, simplu, bagi degeţelul. Daca zici AU!, îl mai laşi să se răcească, dacă degetul rezistă (fără însă ca laptele să fie doar călduţ sau rece...undeva la 40 de grade) e bun de pus la prins. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
În vasul în care îl vei pune amesteci cuibul de iaurt , smântâna si brânza de vaci. Omogenizezi şi prin înclinarea vasului&amp;nbsp; tapetezi puţin şi pereţii (cam o palma din înălţimea lui).&lt;br /&gt;
Torni laptele, acoperi vasul, înveleşti cu un prosop gros şi îl laşi la loc cald 5-6 ore (pe timp de vara dar iarna il las mai mult , 8-9 ore). Înclini uşor să vezi dacă s-a prins şi se dezlipeşte cu uşurintă de pereţii vasului şi îl pui la rece pentru alte 2-3 ore.&lt;br /&gt;
Pastrezi din el pentru urmatoarea porţie de iaurt.&lt;br /&gt;

6 linguri griş&lt;br /&gt;
o linguriţă coajă rasă portocale&lt;br /&gt;
o linguriţă esenţă de rom&lt;br /&gt;
4 - 5 linguri zahăr &lt;br /&gt;
50 grame stafide&lt;br /&gt;

Într-un bol amestecaţi untura cu zahărul.&lt;br /&gt;
Adăugaţi făina cernută împreună cu praful de copt , sarea (puţină, după gust),ouăle şi omogenizaţi.&lt;br /&gt;
Adăugati treptat laptele şi frământaţi uşor cu mâna.&lt;br /&gt;
Trebuie să aveţi un aluat legat, elastic şi nelipicios din care să puteţi întinde cu uşurinţă două foi , pentru o tavă de 20-25 cm.&lt;br /&gt;
Dacă e prea moale mai adăugaţi făină, dacă e tare ,puţin lapte.&lt;br /&gt;
Din cantitaţile date mie mi-a ieşit un aluat perfect, fără a fi nevoie să mai adaug ceva.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Împărţiţi aluatul in două.&lt;br /&gt;
Pe masa înfăinată întindeţi cu sucitorul o foaie dreptunghiulară.&lt;br /&gt;
Ungeţi tava cu unt, aşezaţi foaia .&lt;br /&gt;
Preîncălziţi cuptorul şi introduceţi tava, la foc mediu, pentru 5 minute, timp în care amestecaţi ingredientele pentru umplutură.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Puneţi într-un vas brânza , ouăle , zahărul, stafidele înmuiate în esenţa de rom, coaja de portocală şi omogenizaţi. La final adăugaţi grişul.&lt;br /&gt;
Brânza mea a fost potrivit de umedă. Dacă a dumneavoastră este mai uscată reduceţi puţin din cantitatea de gris.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Scoateţi tava de la cuptor, turnaţi umplutura, nivelaţi şi aşezaţi deasupra a doua foaie , întinsă din restul de aluat rămas.&lt;br /&gt;
Înţepaţi uşor cu furculiţa, ungeţi cu ou bătut şi introduceţi la cuptor, la foc mediu, până se rumeneşte frumos la suprafaţă.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pudraţi cu zahăr pudră.&lt;br /&gt;
Călduţă....nu mă pot opri din mâncat. Şi puilor le-a plăcut tare mult.&lt;br /&gt;

Cu toţii dorim să ne hrănim cât mai sănătos şi natural iar &lt;a href="http://www.bunatatidinnatura.ro/" target="_blank"&gt;Bunătăti din natură&lt;/a&gt; ne vine în ajutor cu produse preparate fără adaosuri chimice, conservanţi si E-uri şi-n plus cu multă pasiune şi drag de natură.&lt;br /&gt;
Mi-a plăcut atât dulceaţa cât şi acest desert de n-am cuvinte.&lt;br /&gt;
Bază sfărâmicioasă, miez pufos cu brânzică de casă şi topping aromat de dovleac - pentru mine a fost combinaţia perfectă.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

300 gr biscuiti măcinaţi&lt;br /&gt;
180 gr unt&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr ciocolată cu lapte&lt;br /&gt;

350 gr brânză de vaci&lt;br /&gt;
3 linguri iaurt de casă &lt;br /&gt;
2-3 linguri miere (gustaţi întâi şi adăugaţi dupa preferinte)&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr ciocolată albă, rasă&lt;br /&gt;
20 gr gelatină&lt;br /&gt;
450 ml frişcă îndulcită&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Blat.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Topim untul şi-l amestecăm cu biscuiţii măcinaţi si ciocolata rasă.&lt;br /&gt;
Pregatim o formă pentru tort cu pereţi detaşabili, ungem fundul formei cu unt şi repartizăm uniform compoziţia rezultată (ridicăm puţin şi pe pereţii formei) apăsând uşor cu mâna sau cu o lingură , până obtinem o bază legată, uniformă.&lt;br /&gt;
Dăm la rece cât timp ne ocupam de &lt;b&gt;cremă.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mixăm frişca.&lt;br /&gt;
Într-un bol punem brănza, mierea si iaurtul. Le mixăm până obţinem un amestec cremos.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugăm frişca şi ciocolata rasă şi omogenizăm.&lt;br /&gt;
Punem gelatina la hidratat în câteva linguri de apă rece. O lăsăm timp de 10 minute după care mai adăugăm 4 linguri de apă şi punem vasul pe foc mic.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecăm până la diluare având grijă SĂ NU FIERBEM! ci doar să diluăm gelatina care prin fierbere şi-ar pierde proprietăţile.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Răcim uşor şi când e doar căldută o adăugăm peste cremă omogenizând amestecul.&lt;br /&gt;
Scoatem baza de biscuiţi de la rece, turnam crema şi nivelăm.&lt;br /&gt;
Dăm la rece pentru cel puţin 4 ore (putem lăsa şi peste noapte).&lt;br /&gt;
Scoatem tava, , întindem un strat uniform de dulceaţă, scoatem inelul&amp;nbsp; şi servim.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Foi.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Se separa albusurile de galbenusuri. Se bat albusurile spuma cu un  praf de sare, apoi se adauga treptat zaharul batand in continuare. Ne  oprim doar cand bezeaua obtinuta formeaza "tepi" la atingere. Adaugam  galbenusurile, faina cernuta si nuca macinata. Omogenizam amestecand  usor, de sus in jos.&lt;br /&gt;
Impartim compozitia in 3 parti egale. Ungem dosul unei tavi cu ulei  si presaram faina, intindem o parte din compozitie, nivelam usor si  bagam tava in cuptorul preincalzit, la foc mediu, pentru 10-12 minute  (trebuie sa prinda putina culoare pe margini).&lt;br /&gt;
Nota: Daca doriti o prajitura inalta, care sa se poata servi cu mana,  in portii mici, coaceti foile pe dosul unei tavi de 20/25 cm - vor iesi  mai grosute, daca nu o doriti inalta si preferati s-o serviti cu  lingurita (asa ca mine) alegeti o tava de 24/30.&lt;br /&gt;
Cand e gata coapta, treceti usor un cutit pe sub foaie pentru a fi  siguri ca se desprinde usor si o lasati sa cada usor, inclinand tava, pe  o coala de&amp;nbsp; hartie. Procedati la fel cu celelalte doua foi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Crema.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Mixati frisca . Puneti la fiert laptele impreuna cu o pastaie de  vanilie. Amestecati galbenusurile cu amidonul, zaharul si 3 linguri  lapte rece. &lt;br /&gt;
Cand fierbe laptele adaugati compozitia cu galbenusuri  amestecand cu un tel, fara a va opri, putin cate putin, luand vasul de  pe foc. Puneti inapoi pe foc si amestecati pana se ingroasa. Scoateti  batonul de vanilie.&lt;br /&gt;
Raciti bine dupa care luati o treime din cantitatea de frisca si  amestecati energic. Incorporati restul de frisca amestecand usor. Veti  obtine o crema pufoasa, grozav de buna.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Asamblare&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Caramelizati cele 8-10 linguri de zahar.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Puneti prima foaie,  turnati peste ea, in fir subtire, zahar caramelizat ajutandu-va de o  lingura. Intindeti 1/3 din crema si asezati a doua foaie, caramelizati ,  intindeti crema si asezati ultima foaie. O ungeti cu crema ramasa ,  mixati frisca si o intindeti uniform deasupra.&lt;br /&gt;
Presarati nuca macinata si o dati la rece pentru cateva ore. Crema va topi zaharul caramelizat.&lt;br /&gt;

Speli si toci cubulete pieptul de pui.&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un vas cu fund dublu (eu am folosit de tuci) topesti 2 linguri de ulei.&lt;br /&gt;
Pui cubuletele de carne si le rumenesti frumos pe toate partile (vor lasa si apa , asa ca fiti siguri ca vor fi preparate bine ).&lt;br /&gt;
Le scoateti, le pastrati la cald si puneti untul ramas la topit.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati ceapa taiata juliene si ciupercile scurse bine.&lt;br /&gt;
Caliti timp de 5 minute amestecand.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati vinul, dati focul la mic si lasati pana se evapora complet.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati pieptul de pui, smantana, usturoi dupa gust, sare si amestecati.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasati sa dea doua clocote.&lt;br /&gt;
Daca doriti un sos si mai grosut diluati o lingura de amidon in 40 ml lapte rece si adaugati in vas, pe foc.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasati sa se ingroase si opriti focul.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati patrunjel verde, tocat.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Umplutura de carne&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Spalam, dezosam si tocam pieptul de pui.&lt;br /&gt;
Punem intr-o cratita ulei la incins. Tocam ceapa rondele si o punem  peste ulei. Calim 2-3 minute dupa care adaugam si carnea. Mai lasam 5  minute, invartind in amestec adaugam supa de pui si 300 ml suc de rosii,  potrivim gustul de sare si piper, punem putin rozmarin tocat si boia de  ardei, dam focul la mic si lasam timp de 20 min. sa fiarba incet. Vom  obtine un sos grosut cu care vom umple pastele. Daca in timpul fierberii  sosul scade prea mult, mai adaugati putina apa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparam &lt;b&gt;sosul bechamel.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o cratita topim untul, adaugam faina cernuta si lasam pe foc 2  minute amestecand mereu. Luam de pe foc si incepem sa adaugam putin cate  putin din laptele rece incorporandu-l treptat, sa nu faca cocoloase.&lt;br /&gt;
Punem inapoi pe foc si fierbem pana se ingroasa usor, dar nu insa  fara a amesteca mereu sa nu-l afumam. Potrivim gustul de sare si  nucsoara.&lt;br /&gt;

Pregatim un vas termorezistent in care turnam un strat de sos bechamel.&lt;br /&gt;
Umplem paste cu amestecul de carne (eu nu le-am facut pe toate acum,  suntem doar doi acasa :P ) si le asezam peste sos. Peste stratul de  paste turnam iar putin sos bechamel apoi radem cascaval (cu cat mai  mult, cu atat mai bine). Punem sucul de rosii ramas si bagam tava in  cuptorul preincalzit, la foc mediu, pana cand pastele sunt fierte si  branza prinde o culoare frumoasa.&lt;br /&gt;

Se pare că &lt;a href="http://www.real-hypermarket.ro/pyroflam/produse/caserola-rotunda-3L" target="_blank"&gt;vasele Pyroflam&lt;/a&gt; sunt o alegere perfectă atunci când te îndrepţi către bucătărie cu chef de gătit.&lt;br /&gt;
Având un design elegant, eclipsând toata vesela din bucătăriile noastre, confecţionate dintr-un material de calitate care rezistă cu succes schimbărilor de temperatură, putând fi aşezată direct pe aragaz chiar şi după scoaterea din congelator, mi se par exact vasele care ar satisface pretenţiile oricărui bucătar, fie el amator sau profesionist. Îmi place şi faptul că nu se zgârie, şi ce-aş mai vrea să mă conving singură de asta, dar şi că nu se ciobesc, păstrând astfel un aspect impecabil pentru mult timp. La asta se adaugă şi faptul că se curăţă extrem de uşor, nefiind nevoie de utilizarea prafurilor sau a bureţilor de vase abrazivi, aspect care, suprapus peste „plăcerea mea” de a spăla vase, ar fi încă un motiv în plus pentru a lua o decizie de achiziţionare a acestor produse.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Aş putea urma toate etapele preparării utilizând acelaşi vas, nefiind nevoie să folosesc unul pentru flacăra aragazului şi altul pentru cuptor şi-aş&amp;nbsp; putea prepara şi servi mâncarea din acelaşi vas , fara manevre de transferare a mâncării .&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Tranşăm puiul, îl porţionam şi spălăm bine.&lt;br /&gt;
Într-un vas &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.real-hypermarket.ro/pyroflam/produse/caserola-rotunda-2L" target="_blank"&gt;Pyroflam&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/b&gt;punem la încins 2-3 linguri de ulei şi adăugăm usturoiul feliat.&lt;br /&gt;
Lăsăm&amp;nbsp; 30 secunde apoi adăugăm bucăţile de pui.&lt;br /&gt;
Le lăsăm până prind culoare.&lt;br /&gt;
Adăugăm vinul şi lasam la foc mic.&lt;br /&gt;
Când vinul s-a evaporat adăugăm roşiile tocate, sare, piper, foile de dafin si boiaua.&lt;br /&gt;
Adăugăm si măslinele, punem capacul&amp;nbsp; şi lăsăm la foc mic pentru&amp;nbsp; 25 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Între timp ne ocupăm de &lt;b&gt;aluat.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Punem într-un bol făina, drojdia şi uleiul.&lt;br /&gt;
Adăugăm apa călduţă şi frământăm. Trebuie să obţinem un aluat ferm, nelipicios.&lt;br /&gt;
Dacă e nevoie, adăugăm după caz încă puţină făină sau apă.&lt;br /&gt;
Oprim focul la mâncarea de pui , adăugăm pătrunjelul şi ceapa tocate fin şi lăsăm două minute să se răcorească.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Din cele două linguri de apă şi lingura de făină&amp;nbsp; facem un amestec din care vom lua cu mâna şi vom unge pe exterior vasul cu mâncarea, cam 5 cm., în partea superioară.&lt;br /&gt;
Asta va constitui lipiciul ce va ţine aluatul de vas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Din aluat întindem o foaie destul de subţire cu diametrul mai mare decât cel al vasului cu mâncare şi punem foaia deasupra , presând uşor pe exterior .&lt;br /&gt;
Vom obţine astfel un capac ermetic ce va acoperi cu grijă mâncarica delicioasă din interior.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Introducem vasul în cuptorul preîncalzit, la 180 grade, şi lăsăm până ce se rumeneşte frumos capacul.&lt;br /&gt;

Prima verdeata aromata pe care-o putem conserva pentru iarna este inegalabila aroma a leusteanului.&lt;br /&gt;
Ca tot veni vorba , ati incercat vreodata cartofi natur fierti in apa in care ati pus o crenguta de leustean si sare mare?&lt;br /&gt;

Spalam bine leusteanul.&lt;br /&gt;
Rupem frunzele de pe tija si le punem intr-un castron mare.&lt;br /&gt;
Punem deasupra sarea si bagam blenderul.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Puteti la fel de bine sa puneti totul intr-un robot de bucatarie.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pasam bine amestecul invartind cand si cand in castron cu o lingura pentru a cuprinde si pasa toate frunzele. Cand pasta este fina si omogena adaugam uleiul si mai pasam 2-3 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Punem in borcane lasand putin loc pentru a pune un strat fin de ulei. Capsam borcanele.&lt;br /&gt;
Pastram la frigider.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;boia de ardei iute&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;b&gt;pentru marinada&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 ml vin rosu&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;o lingura miere&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;o lingura sos de soia&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 catei de usturoi curatati si zdrobiti&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 foi de dafin&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;boabe de piper&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Preparati marinada amestecand bine toate ingredientele. Introduceti  bucata de cotlet intreaga in amestec si o ungeti pe toate partile.  Acoperiti vasul cu folie alimentara si-l introduceti la frigider pentru  cel putin 24 de ore. (il puteti lasa chiar si doua zile). &amp;nbsp; Pregatiti un  vas termorezistent, potrivit ca marime. Scoateti cotletul si-l ungeti  bine cu&amp;nbsp; mustar. Il asezati in vas, turnati marinada, presarati boia de ardei iute (sare si piper  doar daca considerati ca mai este nevoie) si acoperiti vasul cu folie  de aluminiu. Il introduceti in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 de grade  initial, lasati 15 minute, apoi reduceti la 165-170 de grade. Lasati  vasul la cuptor timp de o ora acoperit apoi il scoateti, puneti  ciupercile si-l introduceti iar la cuptor pentru maxim inca o ora  stropind cotletul din cand in cand cu sucul din vas iar la jumatatea  timpului il invatiti si pe cealalta parte. Serviti cald cu piure de  cartofi si salata , sau rece , feliat, intr-un sandwich alaturi de ceva legume. Pofta buna!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/h2&gt;Se incinge ulei intr-o cratita cu fund dublu (sau tigaie).&lt;br /&gt;
Cartofii se curata si se taie cuburi mari.&lt;br /&gt;
Se plonjeaza in uleiul incins. Se lasa la foc iute sa se rumeneasca  invartindu-i dupa 2-3 minute. Cand sunt rumeniti adaugati o ceasca de  apa si puneti capac pe cratita, lasandu-l ferit intr-o parte. Lasati la  foc mic invartind cand si cand si verificand sa nu scada apa de tot.&lt;br /&gt;
Cu 10 minute inainte de a fi gata tocati ceapa ,spalata, rondele,  usturoiul, curatat felioare si adaugati-le peste cartofi. Mai puneti si  mararul si boiaua si amestecati usor avand grija sa farmati cartofii  usor. Potriviti gustul de sare si piper.&lt;br /&gt;
Cand e totul gata adaugati branza burduf si amestecati.&lt;br /&gt;

Fie preparam ceva sărat , fie ceva dulce, incercăm să ne folosim de ele.&lt;br /&gt;
Sufleul de astăzi este fenomenal de bun! N-o să mă credeţi aşa că vă invit să îl încercaţi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente&lt;br /&gt;
2 ouă&lt;br /&gt;
o lingură făină &lt;br /&gt;
două linguri amidon&lt;br /&gt;
180 ml lapte , plus 20 ml.&lt;br /&gt;
o păstaie vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr ciocolată albă&lt;br /&gt;
5 albuşuri&lt;br /&gt;
o lingură zahăr + 3 linguri pentru mixat albuşurile&lt;br /&gt;

Mod de preparare&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Radem ciocolata pe răzătoarea cu ochiuri mari..&lt;br /&gt;
Punem la fiert într-o crăticioară laptele împreuna cu o păstaie de vanilie despicată.&lt;br /&gt;
Separăm albuşul de gălbenuş (vorbesc de cele două ouă). Amestecăm gălbenuşul cu făina, amidonul si o lingură de zahăr. Diluam totul cu cei 20 ml lapte rămas şi adăugăm în laptele cu vanilie când începe să fiarbă..&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecăm rapid cu un tel să nu facă cocoloaşe şi fierbem un minut (se va îngroşa).&lt;br /&gt;
Fierbinte&amp;nbsp; turnăm amestecul peste ciocolată şi amestecăm până la omogenizare.&lt;br /&gt;
Acoperim şi lăsăm să se răcească.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Preîncălzim cuptorul şi ungem formele de sufleu cu unt si le tapetăm cu zahăr tos.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mixăm albuşurile spumă (2+5) şi adăugăm treptat cele trei linguri de zahăr. Mixăm aproximativ 5 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Cănd amestecul de vanilie s-a răcit, scoatem păstaia si adaugăm 1/3 din cantitatea de albuşuri spumă.&lt;br /&gt;
Omogenizăm apoi adăugăm şi restul de albuş încorporandu-l uşor - uşor.&lt;br /&gt;
Umplem formele şi nivelăm cu un cuţit.&lt;br /&gt;
Le introducem în cuptorul preîncalzit pentru 10 minute la 160 de grade apoi ridicăm temperatura la 180 de grade şi mai lăsăm 10 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Servim cu ingheţată , sau fără. &lt;br /&gt;

-Lasa ma ca asa-mi place mie sa fiu contra cronometru,sa rastorn, sa fac dezastru total in bucatarie. De ce sa lucrez io linistit si organizat,cand pot auzi gongul disperarii fix cand dau io send .&lt;br&gt;

Mdeci: &lt;a href="http://www.electrolux.ro/" target="_&amp;quot;blank&amp;quot;"&gt;Electrolux&lt;/a&gt; a lansat o provocare culinara. Si cum imi plac provocarile, nu m-am dat inapoi.&lt;br&gt;
Miza este o &lt;b&gt;Cina la Palatul Elisabeta &lt;/b&gt;impreuna cu A.S.R. Principesa Margareta si cinci bloggeri de food.&lt;br&gt;
Cum poti ajunge la aceasta cina?&lt;br&gt;
Simplu! Preparand una dintre retetele Principesei Margareta , intr-o maniera originala.&lt;br&gt;
Daca vei fi unul dintre cei 5 bloggeri alesi in urma jurizarii retetelor prezente la provocare, vei avea ocazia ca pe data de 16 mai sa gatesti si sa servesti masa impreuna cu Principesa si partenerul Electrolux.&lt;br&gt;

Am rasfoit retetele propuse pentru competitie si m-am oprit la un aperitiv - Salata cu paine de porumb si ardei iute.&lt;br&gt;
M-am jucat putin cu ingredientele,am scos cate ceva, am introdus ingrediente pe gustul nostru , fara sa simt nevoia de a schimba prea mult reteta care deja are DE TOATE!&lt;br&gt;
Nu cochetam extrem de mult cu adaosurile de condimente asa c-am redus cate putin din cantitati, am inlocuit branza cheddar cu feta de capra, sunca cu muschiulet afumat de casa, am dat o savoare aparte sosului adaugand nucsoara si-un strop de ulei de masline cu busuioc si-am preferat in locul ardeiului verde,o pata de culoare rosie ca focul.&lt;br&gt;

&lt;li&gt;un plic zahar vanilat&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;b&gt;In plus&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 gr dulceata de afine&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;o lingura zeama lamaie&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Untul se topeste intr-o craticioara.Se racoreste si se toarna peste biscuitii macinati .Se framanta cu mana si se omogenizeaza.&lt;br /&gt;
Se ia o forma de tarta cu diametrul de baza de 18 cm si se tapeteaza  fundul cu acest amestec ridicand usor si pe peretii vasului.&lt;br /&gt;
Se baga tava la frigider penrtru 10 minute, timp in care preparam umplutura.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Preincalzim cuptorul.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Punem intr-un bol Branza calcica Delaco (225 gr) impreuna cu  smantana, zaharul, zaharul pudra si coaja rasa. Adaugam si ouale, unul  cate unul, mixand dupa fiecare.&lt;br /&gt;
Scoatem tava de la frigider , turnam amestecul si-apoi o introducem  in cuptorul preincalzit lasand-o 35 de minute la aproximativ 165 grade.&lt;br /&gt;
O scoatem, intindem dulceata de afine deasupra, stropim cu zeama de lamaie si-o introducem pentru inca 10 minute la cuptor.&lt;br /&gt;
O scoatem din tava cand este rece.&lt;br /&gt;

Blat&lt;br /&gt;
Am taiat untul cubulete si l-am lasat la temperatura camerei. Cand s-a inmuiat am adaugat zaharul si am frecat&amp;nbsp; untul spuma.&lt;br /&gt;
Am adaugat, rand pe rand, ouale. Am omogenizat apoi am adaugat 1/2 din cantitatea de faina amestecata cu praful de copt si sarea. Am adaugat laptele si-am mixat usor doua minute apoi am pus si restul de faina.&lt;br /&gt;
Am tapetat o tava (20/25) cu hartie pentru copt si-am turnat jumatate din compozitie.&lt;br /&gt;
In restul am adaugat cacao , am omogenizat si-am intins amestecul peste stratul galben in tava.&lt;br /&gt;
Am asezat deasupra visine fara samburi pe care le-am apasat usor cu degetul in compozitie.&lt;br /&gt;
Am introdus tava in cuptorul preincalzit si-am copt prajitura la foc mic pana a trecut testul cu scobitoarea.&lt;br /&gt;
Am scos-o si-am lasat-o la racit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Crema.&lt;br /&gt;
Am amestecat praful de crema cu 250 ml lapte rece si 3 linguri zahar. Am bagat mixerul si-am mixat pana a inceput sa se ingroase (nu sa se faca tare ci doar sa se ingroase usor ).&lt;br /&gt;
Am adaugat frisca lichida si-am mixat in continuare pana am obtinut o crema legata, ferma, lucioasa.&lt;br /&gt;
Am distribuit uniform peste blat crema obtinuta.&lt;br /&gt;

Pentru glazura am amestecat ciocolata tocata cu untul si frisca si le-am incalzit pe baie de abur pana la omogenizare.Am adaugat nutella apoi am intins glazura peste prajitura .&lt;br /&gt;
Am lasat-o sa se racoreasca apoi cu ajutorul unui pieptene de bucatarie improvizat am "desenat"valuri pe glazura.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
O portionam cand e complet rece , cu ajutorul unui cutit a carui lama o incalzim in apa fierbinte.&lt;br /&gt;
O pastram la rece.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;Ornat- 400 ml frisca indulcita, batuta + fulgi de ciocolata rasa &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sirop de zahar ars&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Batem spuma albusurile cu sarea. Adaugam zaharul in ploaie si mixam  pana la diluarea cristalelor. Trebuie sa avem o compozitie lucioasa,  ferma. Adaugam apa, galbenusurile, cernem faina impreuna cu cacaua si le  adaugam peste amestec, apoi omogenizam usor.&lt;br /&gt;
Tapetam o tava cu hartie pentru copt (a mea era de 25/32, Oana a  facut-o in una putin mai micuta, de 20/32) turnam compozitia, nivelam si  punem tava in cuptorul preincalzit ; coacem blatul la foc mic pana  trece testul cu scobitoarea.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Crema&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o cratita de tuci (sau orice cratita cu fund dublu) puneti oul,  zaharul, ness-ul si untul si puneti cratita la foc mic.. Amestecati  incontinuu pana se topeste zaharul si compozitia incepe sa faca  "bulbuci":)).&lt;br /&gt;
Lasam la racit si mixam frisca. Cand compozitia cu ness e complet  rece o adaugam peste frisca batuta si mixam 2 minute (trebuie sa fie o  crema ferma, foarte bine legata).&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Preparam un sirop caramelizand 50-100 gr zahar intr-un ibric,  stingem cu apa rece, punem inapoi pe foc si lasam sa dea cateva clocote.&lt;br /&gt;
Racim.&lt;br /&gt;
Asezam blatul, insiropam, apoi intindem uniform crema cu ness si nivelam cat de bine putem.&lt;br /&gt;
Distribuim si frisca pentru ornat, nivelam si presaram ciocolata rasa.&lt;br /&gt;

250 gr branza sarata&lt;br /&gt;

2 linguri faina grau + 1 vf praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;

500 gr spanac&lt;br /&gt;
putina nucsoara&lt;br /&gt;

Intr-un bol punem faina (ambele tipuri), untul cubulete, sarea si praful de copt.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecam cu mana pana obtinem un aluat&amp;nbsp; omogen si adaugam apa rece doar atat cat sa obtinem un aluat tarisor, maleabil, nelipicios, cu consistenta asemanatoare plastelinei.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Acoperim vasul si-l dam la rece pana ne ocupam de umplutura.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Punem intr-un vas apa la fiert.&lt;br /&gt;
Spalam bine frunzele de spanac iar cand clocoteste apa le punem in vas timp de cateva minute (2-3 ) doar cat sa se inmoaie.&lt;br /&gt;
Le scoatem intr-o strecuratoare si le lasam la scurs.&lt;br /&gt;
Batem ouale cu o furculita, adaugam branza (puteti pune telemea, burduf, de vaci, cascaval) , faina si praful de copt, smantana si putina nucsoara rasa si omogenizam.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ungem tava pentru tarta cu unt, scoatem aluatul de la rece (oprim putin aluat pentru impletitura de pe margine) si intindem cu sucitorul o foaie rotunda si o punem in tava tapetand tava cu totul.&lt;br /&gt;
Intepam cu furculita aluatul si bagam tava in cuptorul preincalzit pentru 5 minute, timp in care intindem restul de aluat ramas, il taiem fasii si formam impletitura de pe margine.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Scoatem tava de la cuptor, punem umplutura, impletitura, bucatelele de aluat ramase si ungem cu ou.&lt;br /&gt;
Bagam tava inapoi la cuptor si lasam pana se rumeneste frumos.&lt;br /&gt;
Servim tarta calda.&lt;br /&gt;

Omogenizati.&lt;br /&gt;
Cerneti faina, adaugati sarea si zaharul apoi amestecul lichid putin cate putin.&lt;br /&gt;
Framantati un aluat maleabil, nelipicios. Strangeti aluatul intr-o forma de bila mare.&lt;br /&gt;
Pe blatul de lucru infainat aplatizati bila de aluat cu sucitorul intinzand o foaie rotunda de 1cm grosime.&lt;br /&gt;
Impartiti cu cutitul foaia in doua, apoi in 4, si tot despartiti unghiurile formate in doua pana obtineti 12 sau 16 bucati.&lt;br /&gt;

Puneti la baza fiecarei bucati de aluat o lingurita de gem sau o bucatica de rahat si rulati de la baza spre varf.&lt;br /&gt;
In tava tapetata cu hartie pentru copt asezati cornuletele lasand distanta intre ele.&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptorul timp in care dati tava la frigider.&lt;br /&gt;

De cum pun mâna pe mixer , ouă şi castroane orice plăcintă se poate transforma în tort ,  la fel cum orice ciorbă se pote tranforma in souflee.&lt;br /&gt;
Eu ştiu că mă apuc de gătit dar ce anume voi face ştiu doar la urmă.&lt;br /&gt;
Aşa si cu prajiturica aceasta. M-a întrebat vâzătoarea ce fac bun şi am rugat-o să nu mă întrebe că nu ştiu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Am mixat într-un bol ouăle întregi împreună cu zahărul timp de 10 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Se obţine o cremă fină ,lucioasă, în care se adaugă făina cernuta, amidonul, cacaua şi praful de copt si se omogenizează uşor. La final se încorporează uleiul.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se tapetează cu hârtie de copt o tavă de 20 pe 22 cm , se toarnă compoziţia şi se introduce tava în cuptorul preîncălzit , se coace la foc mic 35 minute. Faceţi proba cu scobitoarea şi nu vă ingrijoraţi dacă blatul se lasă puţin, este normal fiind un blat aerat, fraged.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Într-un vas cu&amp;nbsp; fund dublu punem la fiert laptele rece pe care l-am amestecat cu praful de budincă şi zahărul.&lt;br /&gt;
Când dă în clocot adăugăm nuca de cocos şi amestecăm încontinuu pănă obţinem o budincă legată,grosuţă.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Frecăm untul spumă.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Transferăm vasul cu budinca într-un vas cu apă rece şi amestecăm păna la răcire. Cand este doar puţin puţin călduţ adăugăm untul şi frecăm energic.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Desprindem hărtia de copt de pe blatul răcit (cu grijă, desprindem întâi lateralele) şi-l răsturnăm pe un platou sau pe un fund de lemn.&lt;br /&gt;
Întindem crema uniform nivelând la suprafaţă.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Topim ciocolata împreună cu laptele şi untul şi intindem glazura uşor călduţă peste prăjitură.&lt;br /&gt;
O dăm la rece şi o porţionam cu un cuţit bine ascuţit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Cureţi cartofii, îi tai în 4 sau în 6 (în funcţie de mărime) şi îi pui la fiert în apă rece.&lt;br /&gt;
Din momentul în care dau în clocot îi laşi 3-4 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Opreşti focul, scurgi apa, îi laşi să se răcorească uşor apoi adaugi maioneza , rozmarinul şi usturoiul şi amesteci bine.&lt;br /&gt;
Îi răstorni intr-o tava tapetată cu hartie pentru copt şi îi bagi în cuptorul preîncalzit la aprox 190 grade.&lt;br /&gt;
Îi laşi până se rumenesc uşor învartindu-i dupa 15 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Presari sare când opreşti focul.&lt;br /&gt;

Frecăm untul spumă împreună cu zahărul&amp;nbsp; cu ajutorul unui tel pară.&lt;br /&gt;
Adăugam untura la temperatura camerei şi frecăm energic în  continuare. Trebuie să avem o compoziţie spumoasă în care adaugăm, unul  câte unul, ouăle, amestecând după fiecare.&lt;br /&gt;
Adăugăm făina amestecată cu praful de copt şi zahărul vanilat şi omogenizăm uşor.&lt;br /&gt;
Preîncalzim cuptorul.&lt;br /&gt;
Punem compoziţie in poş şi şpriţăm grămăjoare în tava tapetată cu hârtie pentru copt.&lt;br /&gt;
Coacem la foc mediu pană ce prind culoare pe talpa.&lt;br /&gt;
Calde le pudrăm (sau nu) cu zahăr pudra.&lt;br /&gt;
Servim la cafea sau o cană de lapte cald.&lt;br /&gt;

500 gr făină&lt;br /&gt;
25 gr drojdie proaspătă&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr unt&lt;br /&gt;
un gălbenuş de ou&lt;br /&gt;
250&amp;nbsp; ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;
o linguriţa sare mare&lt;br /&gt;
o lingură zahar&lt;br /&gt;
ulei de măsline - 50 ml.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
pentru uns&lt;br /&gt;
60 gr unt&lt;br /&gt;
un albuş de ou&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr caş frământat, sărat (aici puteţi pune ce brănză doriti; fie caşcaval, brânza burduf,parmezan, telemea rasă , crema de brânză...dar eu recomand să alegeţi o branză mai uscată)&lt;br /&gt;
o linguriţă oregano uscat&lt;br /&gt;
o linguriţă mărar uscat&lt;br /&gt;
o linguriţă pudră de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
un ou pentru uns deasupra&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Într-un vas încăpător punem faina, drojdia bucăţele mici, zahărul, sarea şi gălbenuşul.&lt;br /&gt;
Încălzim laptele şi adăugăm în el untul tăiat cubuleţe. Lăsăm câteva momente pănă se topeşte uşor apoi începem să adaugăm puţin câte puţin din amestec peste făină framântând uşor până obţinem un aluat elastic .Dacă este prea moale mai punem puţină făină iar dacă e mult prea ferm mai punem lapte călduţ.&lt;br /&gt;
Frământăm aluatul timp de 10 -15 minute adăugând treptat 50 ml ulei de măsline.&lt;br /&gt;
Ungem cu puţin ulei, acoperim vasul cu un şervet curat şi lăsăm aluatul la dospit&amp;nbsp; la loc cald timp de o ora si jumatate - două ore.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pe masa de lucru înfăinată răsturnăm aluatul şi intindem cu sucitorul o foaie dreptunghiulară.&lt;br /&gt;
Din unt, brânză, ierburi, albuşul de ou şi pudra de usturoi facem o pastă pe care o distribuim uniform, cu mâna, peste aluat.&lt;br /&gt;
Cu un cuţit ascuţit taiem aluatul în patrate (sau dreptunghiuri, depinde de mărimea tăvii) pe care le suprapunem oblic lasănd cîţiva cm liberi din fiecare patrat (se înţelege mai bine din imagine).&lt;br /&gt;
Luăm uşor "pachetul"format şi-l transferăm în tava în care am pus hârtie pentru copt.&lt;br /&gt;
Batem usor un ou si cu o pensulă ungem întreaga suprafaţă a pâinii.&lt;br /&gt;
Mai lasam 15 minute la loc cald, preîncalzim cuptorul şi coacem pâinea la foc mediu până se rumeneşte frumos.&lt;br /&gt;
