&lt;li&gt;Heat oil in a pan,when the oil starts boiling dip capsicum pieces in the besan and drop into oil..&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Coarsely ground peppercorns------------2 tea spoons&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Naan------------------------------------1 no&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Skewers or Chopsticks&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;PROCEDURE:-&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cut the fruits into bite-sized chunks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Arrange them on the skewers or chopsticks,making sure that each skewer has a variety of fruits on it....&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add the salt to the yoghurt/curd....&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a clean thin cloth, put the curd in the cloth and tie it tightly....&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hang the bundle from the tap of your kitchen sink and put a bowl under it to collect the whey that drips out.........&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Leave the cloth hanging for about 2 hours...You can drink the whey that collects(it's very healthy!!!)..or you can water the plants with it.........:D&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now the curd is in a thick ball..spread the ground pepper on a plate,and roll the ball of curd over it, so that the pepper powder spreads evenly all over the surface of the ball...&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;This makes for a really yummy dip for fruit kababs...!!!!!!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;Cut the naan into little triangles.....&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now on a big plate, arrange the kababs on one side,the naan triangles on the other,with a bowl of curd dip in the centre.....&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You can also garnish the dip with little sprigs of mint leaves....&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Now add onion to the oil and fry until the color changes to golden brown.....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Add Ginger-Garlic paste to the mixture along with salt and green chillies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Add mutton pieces after two minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;After five minutes add tender tamarind leaves(chinta chiguru) and some water to the mixture and cook until the mutton pieces get properly cooked and become tender.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
