it's nice to watch classic movies, nakakawala ng stress hehehe..

also got a glimpse of Sherlock Holmes' latest film adaptation.. Can't wait to watch this with hubby..

i had my weekly check-up with my OB-GYN and we're so thrilled to see my baby swirling around my tummy.

as early as now, all the things we need are already packed to the fullest.. sometimes, i wonder if we'll get to use all of the stuffs in my baby bags.. yes, bags! I've already packed 3 bags for our hospital stay!

at home, we already prepared the crib, prepped the stroller, ironed infant clothes, bought new-born diapers & milk, arranged the clothes bin, assembled a new baby cabinet, steamed new baby bottles and everything!

oh! and also double-checking pertinent documents like marriage contract, Philhealth Forms, Medicards, IDs, etc...

and I'm still in the process of completing our checklist..

2 more weeks! excited to see Kurt!

since i've been a stay-at-home mom for more than half-a-year now, i've been constantly wandering around the house, especially in the kitchen. somehow, my sheer hunger for everything have paved the way to improve my cooking skills.

believe me, when i was newlywed, there were only a number of dishes i could cook, and i had a hard time "fattening" my hubby (read: pinapataba; LOL). this time though, i have made enough recipes at home that my hubby and kids love.

truth is, i was a little envious of the kids that I watched in Junior Master Chef. I asked myself, how in the world this kids were able to cook food like that? They cooked like professionals. the recipes they prepare are way beyond my expertise and expectations. they were really great! even in designin their plates, it looked really professional and chef-like. my gosh!

thanks to the Junior Master Chef show, I've cultivated my time reading cookbooks and preparing dishes that my family loved.. now, not only are my kids chubby nowadays, my hubby has gained weight as well.

kudos to me.. yeheyyy!!

vampire marathon

started watching The Vampire Diaries (Season 1 & 2 marathon), just in time for my Halloween week coz I just love scaring the bejeezus out of me!

I know this isn't the scariest TV series, but i love it! It's more like a love story, but the mere thought of seeing those bloody fangs just make my eyes wide enough to imagine it as true..

and oh my! I just love the team up of Elena and Damon! Perfect! much better than Edward Cullen & Bella Swan, hmmm.. Because for me, Damon is the most gorgeous and most passionate vampire there is!

have i told you about my fascination with Peter Pan? If I haven't, well, I'm telling you now. I've always loved the story of the boy who had no parents and never grew up. Last year, I was able to buy a book entitled Peter and the StarCatchers and I was really happy because it was about how Peter Pan came to be.

I also love Tinkerbell and I've actually downloaded all movies about Tink, huh!

And now, I've read about a new Webseries featuring a young adult version of Peter Pan, this time with a teenage Wendy.

Wendy is a web-series that tells the story a girl who must choose between the boy she loves and the boy of her dreams. It’s a dark and sexy spin on Peter Pan.

Pete (Peter Pan) was played by (my) Pretty Little Liars hottie - Caleb Rivers aka Tyler Blackburn.

Wendy was played by Camp Rock cutie Meaghan Martin.

Of course, I've finished the whole season (6 episodes, not more than 10 minutes each epi) and I must say, it was a treat! I just hope it would be picked up to be a real TV series soon.

My honey woke up in the middle of the night because he felt our baby's strong punches and kicks inside my tummy. He was amazed of baby Kurt's movements.. He thought baby Kurt is gonna be the next PacMan! hahaha..

Ten minutes later after midnight, Kyle also woke up! I guess he was awakened with Hubby's whispers & murmurs to our baby. So Kyle decided to color his Angry Birds book so he could get back to sleep. I then gave him a glass of milk and put him to bed so he won't get late at school later.

And speaking of Angry Birds, hubby downloaded another Angry Birds games (Seasons) which got me addicted again.. Weee!!
