We have some exciting news to share with all of you :D

For the past few days, we've been busy setting up a new home for our blog. We now have our own website! Please visit us at theblacktoychest.com!

We will keep this blogger one up for a few more weeks to facilitate the transition and then we will say our goodbyes to this old home. Please help us spread the word.

Tone Up! Yoga Position of the Week: Killer Hip Openers

How far can you spread your legs? Join me this week to try out a series of hip openers to help you get into those sex positions that you've never really been able to do! Stretch out those hips and hamstrings to relieve tight pelvises for increased sensitivity.
Keep in mind that achieving flexibility takes time so don't force yourself too hard during each session and work towards your goal on a daily basis.

The Pigeon:

Let's proceed from last week's downward dog position and move your right shin toward the front. Tilt your right knee toward your right wrist and right ankle toward your left wrist. Gradually move your hands forward until your head is rested on the mat. Take 10 deep breaths and repeat on the left side.

Proceed from the Pigeon by lifting your right knee upwards and placing your right foot on the right of your right hand. Try to keep your other leg straight without locking your knees. Take 10 deep breaths and repeat on the left side.

Seated Wide Leg Straddle:

Sit up tall on the mat and open legs wide to your sides until you feel some tension. However, do not overdo it to prevent discomfort. Walk your hands forward between the legs while elongating the torso. Stay for 10 long deep breaths. You can make it more challenging by grabbing your feet or even stretching beyond your feet.

Lie down on your back and bend your right knee toward your chest. Grab the outer edge of your right foot with your right hand, and place your right knee toward the right armpit. Rock softly from side to side and stay in this position for 5 deep breaths. Repeat on the left side. For a full Happy Baby, repeat the position with both legs raised and spread apart. You should feel a slight stretch at first.

Place a yoga block on the mat for your shoulder blades and your head. Gradually lean back from a sitting position and adjust the blocks accordingly.Place your feet together with the knees apart, allow arms to relax on either side or above your head and stay for 10 deep breaths.

Book Review: Stainless Ladies by Didier Carre

After my husband really enjoyed 'Sexy Games' by Didier Carre, I decided to gift him 'Stainless Ladies' by the same photographer. This work is raunchier, more provocative, and exemplifies the sexy naughtines that women's bodies allow them to present. It's a great collection of erotic nudes in very risque positions and we would highly recommend it for some pre-bedtime fun!

This collection would be called pornographic if it weren't for the tasteful lighting and artful presentation of the ladies who present themselves completely. There are uses of glass and metallic dildos, placed in various orifices (wink wink), and yet somehow the photography keeps a taste of artful flair. The black and white saturation makes every detail stand out while muting things that would normally be a distraction -- what you see here is women at the height of their erotic powers, baring their bodies for you to enjoy.

The models are all of caucasian descent, which is somewhat of a disappointment when searching for good erotic photography collections. A variety of races presents an opportunity to see sensualism in different facets, but this collection is nonetheless worthwhile. The poses and angles of photography are more raw than they were in the more refined, more tightly restrained 'Sexy Games,' but the result is a sexy collection of nude women in states of sexually aroused debauchery. It's the lack of the restraint that really brings out the best in this book, providing not only good ideas for couples to try out sexy poses, but also showing that unrestrained sexual pride is a power.

The price dropped very much recently (almost 30%) on Amazon, and we would recommend getting this book right away. It's not so much something to have out on the coffee table like a collection by Helmut Newton, but it should be some naughty fun (bedroom pre-gaming, if you will?). Now, I'm going to go try out some of these poses with my husband hehe ;)

Tenga Standard Red Soft Tube Review: Quick Fun in Light Package!

The good folks at Tenga sent us two items to review, this and another one which I will review next week. Thanks to the Tenga people, I was able to have some good fun while Madison was busy this week (I actually stole some of her lube haha). In any case, this is an excellent toy that I think every guy should have.

The first thing you notice when you put the Tenga on your manhood is how soft and supple the material is. Fleshlight has their deal with the life-like texture, but the Tenga material is a bit stickier and has a bit more substance to their grip. The Soft Tube design allows you to grip onto your manhood as if you were masturbating normally, but with a squishy, feel-good material in between. The Soft Tube warms up pretty quickly, and I think if you just put it under some warm running water, it'll get really nice and cozy in there when you do use it.

For me, I liked this quite a bit, but it was a bit too tight for me. I think I would recommend the Ultra Size (Tenga U.S. Soft Tube) instead, because it's the same principle but a bit bigger in its dimensions. In either case, despite the Soft Tube being really tight, I really enjoyed it. It's extremely soft but has grip once you go past the entrance, and it feels very nice inside. The lube that is pre-inserted into the Soft Cup is very slippery and stays that way throughout -- I only needed more because I used the Standard Size and it was a bit small for me.

The best part of the Soft Tube for me, though, is the fact that it's a one time use, disposable masturbation tool. It's compact and so light that you can take one on a business trip (ask your wives first!) so you don't get too horny if you're away from your loved ones for a while. The Soft Tube comes pre-lubed (I just added a bit more), and after you're done, you can throw it in the bin with the cap on. The red stripes that look a bit obnoxious are actually part of a plastic wrap that comes off, so it's very discreet. It's a bit pricey for being disposable, though, so keep that in mind if you do like it -- All in all, I would really recommend this to people who don't use masturbation tools regularly, but would like something special every now and then.

Tone Up! Yoga Position of the Week: Downward Facing Dog with Kegel

Let's begin with a simple stretch that relaxes the body and puts your mind at ease. This highly versatile pose can then turn into a great sex position for those of you with strong arms.

Start on all fours and place your hands several inches in front of your shoulders. Separate your knees hip-width apart and curl your toes under.
Shift your weight into your palms and lift your off the floor. Push your buttocks towards the ceiling.
Slowly straighten your knees and lift your heels off the mat just a little bit. Also keep your upper body straight and don't let your head dangle.
Start the Kegel workout by contracting your pelvic muscles. Hold for 3 seconds and release, repeat 15 times.

Women with strong arms can proceed from the downward dog into the Courageous/Wheelbarrow sex position by having your partner lift up your legs from behind and hold onto either your thighs or hips.

This is one of the new butt plugs from Tantus, and as usual, it doesn't disappoint! The material is a bit lighter and a bit squishier, making it a great plug to wear comfortably. The general user level is beginner to intermediate; extended wear user level: beginner.

The Juice is a slight twist on the Tantus Neo which appeared to be a little boring for me. However, I believe the Neo would be a great introductory plug for warming up beginners. The Juice kept the smooth tapered design and the curve base but added some lovely groves to enhance the texture. It's 1.4" in diameter at the widest point and 4" long. The plug comes in two colors and is made from a much lighter silicone compared to the traditional Tantus products. It's really surprising how light it is! It's comfortable to wear and yet still gives really good pleasure ;)

The plug was easy to insert and take out. The cleaning was also effortless due to the use of anti-dust catching silicone (it's even easier than before!). This plug definitely hits my A-spot during anal play and especially so during double penetration. Since the plug is on the smaller side, it is suitable for people new to double penetration for it will make you feel all full inside but at the same time, it's much less overwhelming than the sensations some of the bigger plugs will provide. The soft curved base also makes double penetration from the back every comfortable for your partner.

After a few hours of testing, I feel that this plug is indeed comfortable enough for extended wear. The curved base fits nicely between your butt cheeks, making it effortless to wear while moving around or sitting. The design of the plug also allows some gas to be passed if need be (but not as discreetly as the nJoy Pure plug). I think what makes this plug suitable for beginner extended wearers is its relatively smaller size and its light weight. When I first started wearing plugs around, I had the fear that it might just suddenly pop out due to the heavy weight pulling downwards (but in fact a good plug would hardly ever do that). This one definitely takes that off my mind, even as an experienced extended wearer. Comfort has a lot to do with how you feel about wearing a plug, and starting with a light weight one will significantly reduce your worries. I would suggest trying this plug out when you go get some groceries, and you'll definitely be wet and ready to get down when you get home hehe

It has been a while since we last reviewed an anal plug and after browsing through the archives, I've realized we haven't really blogged about something for the intermediate level user. The Tantus Holt is a great choice if you are looking for something that's relatively easy to use but still add enough texture for some arousing sensation enhancement.

I have an unhealthy affinity for all things sleek and black. Once again Lelo is feeding my addiction with its sophisticated black and metal detailed designs. The Elise 2 also comes with a travel lock that guarantees discretion. It's great to see companies revamp their original products with enhanced technological features. Book Review: Sexy Games by Didier Carre

The realm of erotic photography is a difficult one to maneuver, having to balance both the eroticism and an element of subtlety not found in pornography. Didier Carre's Sexy Games is one of the best black-and-white erotic photography collections I've seen in a while, and his photographic technique is impeccable. The models are of the European persuasion, and their varying body types and positions elude to a very sensual current running through the entire work. I got the book for my husband, and he really enjoyed it!

'The Sexy Games' is filled with attractive nude models in various positions exposing their femininity; and there's a good deal of very close up photos of female genitalia that make them look like flowers -- in fact, several of them were so good that I thought they were actual flowers before I took a closer look. The poses that the models present are evocative, sexy, and in some of them, downright horny. There are pictured faces of women pleasuring themselves, and there is some creative usage of clear sex toys to enhance the eroticism.

The variety of backdrops, from outdoor scenes to studio settings, really take the black-and-white finesse of Carre to a whole new level. The women have different curves, different angles, and Carre masterfully portrays them appropriately according to their best assets. It should be said that I found one or two of the photos to be a bit out of place, but overall, this is one of the best contemporary erotic photography books that I've seen. It's a bit too risque for a coffee book setting, but the quality of the prints are so good that you can peruse through them many times. The pictures are a bit small (think large postcard), but the crisp contrasts and the depth of thought clearly shown in them make this worth it.

I'm wholeheartedly impressed with the quality of this book -- it's very difficult to find a great print book these days, much less erotic photography. For $25, I think this is a fantastic deal for anybody that would like to look at some beautiful work! Many of these photos are so well executed that they could be sculptures -- everything from the pose, the lighting, and the sensuality of the model make this an unforgettable book! There is nearly any writing explaining the process or the models, but the photos really do speak for themselves. Get the book and enjoy!

RealTouch Interactive: The Ultimate Toy for Men

The good folks at RealTouch sent me a full RealTouch package to review (Thank You Very Much RealTouch!), and after having tested it, I'm thoroughly convinced that this is in a league of its own when it comes to toys for men. Women have swaths of toys to play with, but finding a great toy for men can be a challenge. I believe that this is the best male toy ever made; it really has no competition because it is so unique. To be frank, I'm not even sure where to begin. The RealTouch has so many capabilities that it's difficult to pinpoint the best component of it. I think should begin by explaining what the device does. It's a state of the art system that syncs up with either a pre-synced porno available on the RealTouch Network or a webcam girl (I'll explain more of that later). The two belts inside the device, coupled with the orifice opening that tightens and loosens according to every detail of the porno, provide a smooth, buttery soft texture while preserving that tight grip. And just the fact that I declined to try the Interactive service should tell you something -- this Device is so good that the RealTouch Interactive service could actually make me feel like I'm cheating.

While I was given the RealTouch Device and all the bells and whistles that make it awesome, I do know that this is probably expensive for a lot people. The initial price tag is $350 ($200 on sale until 2/18), and this includes the Device, 10 free videos, and 120 Video On Demand minutes (among some other goodies); after you've spent those, the pornos on the RealTouch Network are $30 to buy and $10 to rent for 7 days; the Video On Demand minutes you can buy to view just sections of pornos start at $15. The webcam girl dates start at around $25 and go all the way up to $300+. This means that you can easily spend thousands of dollars if you have regular dates with a webcam girl. Personally, this makes me inclined to recommend it to 1) Single men who are at the moment too busy to date 2) Married women who want to gift their husbands a 'gift-that-keeps-on-giving' 3) Married men who want to treat themselves to some good masturbation time (ask your wife first?). Given that these are the three categories of people that usually have that kind of disposable income, and given that these are the people that want reliable sources of pleasure the most, I think that's a fairly good recommendation. And for the married couples out there that are considering this -- if you have ground rules like my wife and I do (porn's OK, no webcam girls), then it shouldn't be an issue. The Device can do as much as you want it to and no more. My wife and I still have sex way more than either of us masturbates, and the RealTouch Device (or any other toy for either of you for that matter) really won't detract from your sex life as long as you have a loving relationship where you communicate well. Just talk to each other and be honest about what you want!

The RealTouch Device sounds so awesome that it's difficult to imagine anything wrong with it. Are there shortcomings? Yes. The device sounds like an inkjet printer from the early 2000s when it's in operation; there are three different wires you have to mess around with (including the giant, heavy gauge one you have to use to connect the device to its tower); it's a bulky, heavy thing where some of the plastic components don't really fit as snugly as you would like to in a device worth an iPod. But! More importantly -- Do I care about these shortcomings? Not in the least. Let me tell you why. For me, I masturbate when my wife is too tired for sex but I'm horny, or she's out of town on business; she doesn't mind me using toys and porn to help me feel good. I've tried other male toys, but this one just feels so good. It's the best! And I realize that it's an investment. I think the creators at RealTouch are aware of this, and have designed it specifically for those people that want to take a Ferrari of a male toy for a spin. It will gift you with awesome pleasure every single time you use it; the little things that seem pesky at first just melt away after you try it for the first time. I really can't see anyone regret buying this. So -- in conclusion, take my advice and get it right now :)

My hubby recently got me this toy from Lelo as a Christmas gift, but we weren't able to review it until recently.
