What changes you is internalization and what makes you internalize is the experience you feel, no matter if it is imaginary or real. Only by feeling different you will be different and act different thus changing your outer world.

Start of the End of the Delusion

Because I am uncertain about some people, I'll start with the uncertainty. Some people that base their life exclusively on rational thinking seem to be happy if everything in their physical world is alright. They also seem (to me, subjectively) to be somewhat cold, boring, lacking the spark of life. So it's a mystery to me. Are they happy? Are they only kidding themselves? I have no idea. So I leave them out of the equation. For the rest of you lovely people I have some certainties.

There is a place where most of the experience takes place. It is the same place where you sometimes gather riches and sometimes you lose them. That is the place where you feel. Life is felt, experience is felt, we feel better or worse. That's where the important action takes place. Most of the time we ignore it but we never escape this consequence: what matters most from the experience is what we feel. What we feel matters most.

Ironically, we put our attention where it matters least: money, what he said, what she said, success and failure and all kinds of external factors. What's better? Being happy and being poor or being rich and being extremely depressed? I think the choice is obvious. I also know that some part of you is saying "Happy and rich would be cool though...". The irony is:

What you feel literally shapes your experience. So, feeling good would bring you money? Would it help you become what you always wanted to be? I have no idea. But I do know this. Happiness has a fucked up beautiful way of bringing into your experience things you need even if sometimes you had no idea you needed those things. It always fills in the blanks. You'll be surprised. Actually, if you're putting more attention on/IN the feeling itself, you may not even be surprised because the way you feel would matter so much more than the outer experience. You wouldn't even notice that something you always wanted, happened. Or you wouldn't even notice that what happened was EXACTLY what you needed. Because, everything comes so natural.

Boring but seemingly necessary convincer here:

Some people just didn't make the connections yet (how what you feel shapes your reality and how important your feelings are). Other people just can't make this a new way of life because they're still stuck with the old programmed beliefs. It doesn't matter if you understand and know, you'll still have a tendency to keep repeating old habits, even if they don't make sense anymore. Furthermore, they often slip unnoticed. And if you notice them, you'll have a way of convincing yourself that it's all justified.

I'll repeat some things and I'll repeat them often on this blog.

There's nothing that matters more to you than the way you feel.

You'll have a way of convincing yourself (because of the old beliefs) that still, the outer world matters.

It does matter but much much much less than you believe. If looked upon with enough attention, it becomes extremely obvious. Remember about times when you got exactly what you wanted but still felt shitty? Remember how pointless the experience was without the good feelings?

Ironically, feeling good makes you not need outer things but still brings the outer things.

Also ironically, when you feel something to get something, it doesn't seem to work anymore because you're trying to cheat the uncheatable. Feeling something to get something is basically just trying to feel something and lying to yourself that you already feel it. You don't. If you would, you wouldn't need the outer stuff anymore (you would simply feel like you can happily live without it; it would be nice to have it but it doesn't matter if it doesn't come - that's what you think when you already have the feeling of the wish fulfilled)

Feeling how you want is just about feeling how you want

You feel how you want to feel just because you want to feel that way. Does it not make sense? It's a whole purpose in itself and one that requires creative work anyway so it's not boring, it's not a small purpose and it's the most constructive purpose you can have because it is the start of everything else.

Stop giving so much fuck about exterior conditions and start giving at least 90% fuck about the way you feel. Why? Because it matters so damn much!!! And let's get real. What do you think you control more? Exterior conditions or interior conditions?

When you start to get it and stop bullshiting yourself with things such as: that made me miserable, that made me happy, if I would have that I would feel that, if I would be happy but not have the money it would still suck, you'll be in for a few surprises

Surprises:

It's so easy to control what you feel.

WTF??? I can't control what I feel :(

It's sooooo hard.

There is this feeling that I keep coming back to (dominant vibration, frequency, feeling)

It's hard to change that dominant feeling

Notice how you feel as often as you can. You'll learn more than you can imagine. Effects:

You'll start noticing some obvious connections between what you feel and what happens

You'll start to see how your feelings affect your internal dialogue (and not viceversa). This internal dialogue is often times reffered to as "thinking". I think that thinking is something else but that's another story. We all call the internal dialogue thinking. Hmm...

You'll see how what you feel filters your reality and you only see what resonates with what you feel

You'll realize that you complain about stuff because you feel bad, you don't feel bad because you have stuff to complain about. You'll see that you appreciate stuff because you feel good, you don't feel good because you appreciate stuff. Basically, you'll see that because you feel a certain way, you focus on certain things. The illusion of "This is why I don't feel good" will start to fade away. You'll understand that if you feel depressed, it's because YOU ARE DEPRESSED. You'll start to simply get it that how you feel is because of how you feel. What you notice in your outer reality, what you think about it, what you complain about and everything else is a consequence of what you feel. Example: if I feel bad I'll say and believe that it's hard to get into the Music Business. Then I will start noticing how that makes me feel, then I'll think that this is what makes me feel bad (just because I did not notice the feeling before I had that negative thought). If I feel good I'll say and believe that it's easy to make it in the business because most mainstream "artists" suck, everything sounds the same and it's easier to get noticed when you create something original and put your heart into it and market it a little bit.

You'll learn a thing or two about what changes your mood and how and why

Best of all, you'll be amazed that such a simple exercise makes you so much more conscious, so much more in control, less of a drama queen or king. My advice: when you get to those points where you start feeling negative again, try to control it and can't, just observe it, be conscious and know what the consequences are. Being observant is best when all else fails. Failure is natural when you're at the beginning of your training. Remember this! Failure to comply will result in: resistance (internal tension, stress), possibly physical illness, becoming a victim, amplifying the negative feeling, falling back to being on autopilot, becoming unconscious again, getting back to that victim mentality, believing that the outer world makes you feel this and that and it's close to impossible to control what you feel.

Realize the incredible importance of your feelings. Put them at the top. Feel good, feel bad, feel whatever. What is important is to realize this inescapable truth:

I CARE MOST ABOUT THE WAY I FEEL. When I experience something, what matters most is HOW I FEEL. I desire things, I want to be things, I strive to do things just because I WANT TO FEEL GOOD.

The road to freedom begins...

Nothing matters more than the way you feel.

Nothing affects your reality more than the way you feel.

You can never be, do or have more or less than what you feel.

P.S.: What "happens" to you will also be something that resonates with what you feel.

Everything is electromagnetic.

The Place where the Cause is and the only Place where you will find Real Freedom will never be explained in such a way that it could make someone understand.
The only ones that will understand are the ones that already are there or close to that place. So it's kind of useless to explain but still ... people will try. Jesus, Buddha, Thoth and others, real or unreal, had a profound effect on the world with their teachings because while they were alive, the vibration they were offering was so strong that the message was much more than words. In fact, the words they were saying were almost useless when compared to the vibrational message they were sending to other people, the feeling part of their teachings. After the vibrational part of the message started to die out and only the message was left it made less and less sense, less and less light in the minds of people. And now, the messages are almost useless. Why? Because if you don't see the path and walk on the path, it helps you with NOTHING. And if you already see the path and walk on the path, you can make it without guidance anyway.

Now, tomorrow maybe I won't think like this. It doesn't matter. Does it resonate?

There aren't many truths, mostly opinions. Furthermore, this reality is built in such a way that what you believe you live so few things are stable and independent of your beliefs.

But I do know a few truths...
What truth?
That you are a slave, Neo. Like everyone else, you were born into bondage, born inside a prison that you cannot smell, taste, or touch. A prison for your mind. (long pause, sighs)Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself.

It is your brain. That is your prison. Unfortunately, since you already are there and a slave to it, you cannot see the truth simply because you are inside. To know the truth you must get outside. There's no way around it. When you're inside, you try to understand, reason, think (internal dialogue; there's a superior level of thinking that I will be writing about at some other time). When you're outside, you just see it, you just feel it, you just know it. Understanding is not knowing.

Understanding is not knowing.

Understanding is not knowing.

Burn it in your brain cells.

The moment of inspiration is gone so I end it abruptly here.

Only One Thing You Need to Know

You keep reading and trying and reading and searching and trying. You have so many goals and hopes and desires. It's overwhelming, you don't know what needs to be done first and when and how. There's just too much to know and do and have. The truth is...

That's all.

Everything else is a lie that you believe. It will take you no more than 5 minutes to realize it. Why do you want what you want? Isn't it to be happy? You think you need things, events, people to be happy when the truth is that happiness brings those things. Proof: sometimes you got what you wanted but how much did the "happiness" last? Now try to remember the good times. There were times when everything just worked for you, it clicked, it flowed, it was almost effortless. If you remember well enough, you'll see that those times have something in common: you were happy.

How about making this goal your top priority in life, forever: to be happy. It's enough to give you an interesting challenge for life. It will never get boring to be happy or to search for ways to be happy. It will never be the same.

Maybe you don't believe it now but it's still true: happiness brings everything else and everything else is just the cherry on the top. Once you have happiness, you have the cake. The cherry is welcome but it's just the cherry. It's not a big part of the picture, it's not totally unimportant either, but it's just the cherry.

Now I hope that the question on your mind is: how do I become happy? Otherwise you still believe some lie (it doesn't matter that much; I need money; I can't be happy in this situation; some things matter more). If that's the case... well, if you like it, keep doing it. Otherwise... give it the middle finger and leave it behind.

If you're already happy, leave a comment, share the wisdom :).

My best wish for you: be happy!

The Cat

Let's start simple: I dislike cats. Whenever I have the opportunity, I make fun of them. Some of my actions could be reported to the RSPCA.

One day, when I was coming home, I was met by a "Meeeow!", a very pleasant one, a sweet, almost erotic sound. It was a nicely colored, clean, well-fed cat. It greeted me and showed me the way home. This cat has an extraordinary vibe. It's still an egoist cat as most cats are, but there's a certain feeling that it gives you. First thing that hits you is something external, the way she meows, the way she behaves. But there's also something internal, the way it vibrates. And we all know that the inside is the cause and the outside are the effects, right?

So what's the catch? Well, it's the first cat I ever liked. It makes me feel love. I don't want to make fun of it or be cruel. So I've wondered... how come? The obvious answer and the most ignorant is that it's so lovable, how could you hurt it? Well why? Why is it that some animals seem to attract cruelty by their attitude, just like some people attract that. I wondered how does it all connect? Why am I cruel to an animal that expects me to be cruel and why am I nice to an animal that expects me to be nice? You all know those scared dogs that are afraid of all people. It's because they have received many beatings. But didn't they receive those beatings because of their attitude? I'm certain that it is so.

I know two things about free will: it's not what you think it is and it can't be broken in any way. Free will is not accessed through the mind, it is only an illusion. Free will is accessed when your vibration is high and you're highly conscious. Again, it's not something done with the brain. The brain lives in the world of effects, it can never be the primary cause of anything.

So how is it that this cat "bent" my free will and made me be nice to it? I attracted the cat and the cat attracted me. And if I'm going to try to explain how that is, it will only generate doubt so let's leave it at that. You either believe it or you don't, nothing I can do about that.

The conclusion here is that if you change the way you feel you DO change EVERYTHING. A confident, loving, friendly dog will not find itself in a situation where it is kicked by people. A scared dog with a posture that shows that will always find itself in situations where it is kicked, made fun of. The same goes for humans. There's no way around it. You don't change the feeling, you'll never change the type of situation. You may change the situation but never the type of it. Example: you're stressed at your job. Finally, you quit. Another situation will show up where you'll be stressed again.

When you change the FEELING, you change EVERYTHING! EVERY FUCKING THING!!!

And now I know what I didn't know: the fact that you can't really explain how to change a feeling is genius!!! It means it's not something done with the brain. So if you're lost, having no idea how to change the way you feel, that is GREAT! :) Choose a feeling and sit there just intending to have it. You'll have sudden random moments of feeling it. You will think you understand how you did it but you'll always find out that it doesn't work some other time. There's no need to understand it, you can't, you just do it, you just be, you just FEEL what you want to feel.

You may agree with that. The world is a dreamworld. You may not agree with that. It is just a choice. But if the world would be a dreamworld, how would you manifest something in it?

How Do We Manifest in Dreams?

I read somewhere: Intention + Attention = Manifestation. Is that how it happens in a dream you're having when you're sleeping? Kinda but there are some 'tricks'. What happens if you want to move an object, without touching it, while you're dreaming? You look at it and you intend to move it. So you keep looking at it with that intention. At some point it starts moving. Job done! So who does the moving? Is it you? Yes! Is it only you? No! The dreamworld does its thing too. If you know that you are dreaming, you trust that 'something' will move the object. That trust has an important role. Without trust, the object will usually not move. Too much force is due to lack of trust.

Back to Reality

This is what we often fail to understand when we try to manifest something in that which we call reality. We think we are the doers and we lack trust in the world itself being able to reflect that which we want. We are the doers but only to some extent. We are the doers of Intention, of Attention but the doer of the manifestation is the dreamworld. When we believe that the world is 'out there', objects exist separately, people exist separately, it's pretty hard to believe that the world could somehow reflect what we want, what we intend, what we believe, what we feel, what we think. But it actually does that. It functions perfectly, it does it's job, it reflects back to us that which we are aware about (consciously or unconsciously). We think we believe what we believe because we look out in the world and we see it is so. The truth is that it is so because we believe what we believe. Again, you can disagree with that. It's your choice.

The world does its job in a perfect manner just as the world that we dream at night perfectly reflects thoughts, beliefs, feelings back to us. Sometimes we cannot see what reason there is behind that nightmare we had last night but if we look deep enough we find the reason. In the same way, we can recognize what are the reasons behind our living nightmares and problems. It can need a lot of introspection but if we don't get to know ourselves then what do we actually know? If we don't know ourselves, how can we know others or what is out there in the world? We don't recognize our own creations in our lives because we do not know ourselves; simple as that.

A correct and successful manifestation requires Intention, Imagination, Feeling and Trust. It is not the only way to manifest but it is one effective way. Sometimes we can manifest through Feeling alone. Other times it can happen with just a simple Intention. But that is usually when we're unaware of the feeling or the intention. Because when we are unaware of a feeling or intention we have, we usually imagine what the outcome could be and we lack lack of trust because we don't obsess about it. Here's an example of such a thing: "Hmm, wouldn't it be nice to drink some wine tonight?". This thought crosses your mind so you are unconsciously intending to drink some wine tonight but you don't consider it very important and you don't obsess about it. It just crosses your mind. As you think about it, you naturally and unwillingly imagine how that would be. So here's the imagination ingredient. Because the thought just comes and goes, you are not untrusting that the world won't give you that because you don't even want to do something about it. So lack of trust is lacking :). So there you have, Intention, Imagination, Trust and possibly even the Feeling of drinking some wine. When you get home, you find that your boyfriend, girlfriend bought a bottle of wine. Often, you don't even remember about the thought that crossed your mind and you just enjoy it.

The Essence

The essence is this: the world is very much like a dreamworld. If you don't believe it, you'll have a hard time with trusting it. If you do believe it, it will come very easy to believe that it HAS to give back to you what you give it to work on.

The reality dreamworld will do its best to reflect back to you that which matches with what you Intend, Imagine, Feel and/or Focus on. It will do so by simply giving to you or shifting parts of reality and GUIDING you to that which matches your inner world. You just have to follow the path.

Lack of trust = lack of results.

In the best years of my life, before knowing about The Secret, Laws of Attraction and other New Age stuff (more or less inaccurate and incomplete), I simply had a trust in 'something'. I knew that somehow, what I want happens. It wasn't that I trusted God or myself or the world, I just knew that 'something' does its thing. It took me a while to realize what was my 'secret technique'. Then it took me even more to realize why would that trust have such effect. Now I just KNOW.

If you believe that reality is a pile of dead rocks, I am honestly sorry for you. You will probably never be really happy.
If you start to doubt the 'realness' of this reality and think that there may be more than meets the eye, that doubt will develop and all I can say to you some day is... 'Welcome to the Group!' :)

All Are ONE and One Is ALL

Welcome! Long time no post. I suggest you ask your ISP to block the access to this site otherwise you will read what the crazy have to say. If you will start to believe, one of 3 things will happen: you will try to believe, fail and give up OR you will start to understand, lose touch with "reality" and literally lose your mind OR you will integrate the truth in your new system of beliefs and achieve real freedom.
Nothing in life comes before it is real in your mind.

To better understand this, look at a picture of something you want. You'll see that sometimes you get some feelings, like you already have it. You'll also see that the feeling wears off after a while or after you see the picture a few times, you don't feel anything anymore. So you see, there's 2 possible situations when you look at that picture:

It FEELS real

It's just a picture

Considering it's a thing that you can actually see with your eyes, your brain should automatically think that it is real. But your brain also knows that a picture is a picture. It's up to you to "trick" your brain. And you don't need a picture to do that.

Sometimes, just because you think you can, it's enough for something to feel real because you know you will get it. Sometimes when you imagine having what you want, it becomes real in your mind. Other times, you know it's just imagination.

Bottom line is: when it is real in your mind, that's when you're making it real in your life. So make it real in your mind, any way you can. That's the goal! The rest will take care of itself :)

Why You Should Blindly Trust Your Subconscious

I don't know about you but when I go to sleep at night I don't worry that I'll stop breathing and die. I'm actually so careless and irresponsible that even when I'm awake I don't do the breathing. Naaah... someone else does it for me. It was built to serve the conscious part of myself and it loves to do it.

If you're one of those guys with Freudian ideas arguing that calling the part that does the breathing for you is the unconscious and bla bla bla, I'm sorry for your disease. Complexophilia can be hard to overcome. I'm also sorry that your god is science. OK, I'm just lying about being sorry for your first problem but I am honestly sorry for people that have science for a god. It just seems pointless to live if I'm just a big chunk of meat, running around and my brain is actually me or I am my brain. This is YOU, it's not me, yuck! Honestly, who can look at that picture and say "Yeah, that's all there is to it, I'm that disgusting piece of brain, trapped in a box of bone, alone in the dark". Pretty sad, isn't it?

Well, I believe that my body is a tool, my brain is also a tool and I am the one that's using them all. It's like having my own personal robot with super cool features and using it to experience life on a blue planet. That's why most people become robots in life. They start to identify with the object they are using. I'm not saying it's not a wonderful object by the way.

So let's take a look under the hood. I have no idea where exactly the subconscious is (comes as a shock, doesn't it, I mean considering the theme of the site and all...). I think it's everywhere. I tend to believe that its central place is the solar plexus. I tend to believe that it is both spiritual and physical. I believe it is genius. I tend to believe it's more of a concept rather than a totally tangible physical thing. It's a sum of a lot of things, that make a perfect system. I believe it is powerful. I don't know exactly what it is, I know HOW it works and WHAT it does. I read about it, I tested it, I saw what happens. It's a great thing to have. So why don't we trust it?

Here's a quote from a great book (Psycho-Cybernetics):

We are able to accomplish the goal of picking up the cigarettes because of an automatic mechanism, and not by "will" and forebrain thinking alone. All that the forebrain does is to select the goal, trigger it into action by desire, and feed information to the automatic mechanism so that your hand continually corrects its course.

In the first place, said Dr. Wiener, only an anatomist would know all the muscles involved in picking up the cigarettes. And if you knew, you would not consciously say to yourself, "I must contract my shoulder muscles to elevate my arm, now I must contract my triceps to extend my arm, etc.". You just go ahead and pick up the cigarettes, and are not conscious of issuing orders to individual muscles, nor of computing just how much contraction is needed.

When "YOU" select the goal and trigger it into action, an automatic mechanism takes over.
Your conscious mind can't even pick up a cigarette. Don't believe it? Try it! Try using conscious thought alone to pick up a cigarette. The only way you would be able to do that is with telekinesis but even then, the subconscious is involved :).

So, we trust our subconscious for a lot of tasks like: breathing, moving, running, walking, driving a car, playing a piano, writing, swimming, talking, getting an erection. But what do we do when we want to achieve a goal? Conscious effort, conscious effort, conscious effort, conscious effort, conscious effort, conscious effort, conscious effort and some more conscious effort. Yet we can't even lift up a cigarette using that. How about conscious deciding? How about thinking about the WHAT and not about the HOW? How about letting the conscious mind being what it is: The BoSS! And how about letting that subconscious work and deliver results. It will take care of ideas and also action. It will keep asking for permission even. It will give you an idea and say "Do you like that?". And you could say yes. Then it will ask "Now I'll make your body work for it but you can still relax. Permission to proceed?".

This turned into a long post but the main idea is: if you trust that Something keeps you breathing while you sleep, then trust the same thing for everything else. That voice in your head can't do anything practical. It can only give orders. Learn to use your conscious mind as the thing that thinks, gives you logic, decides and learn to trust your subconscious and let it do it's job. It's always on the job.

And also... know that there is always an effect on it, no matter how small, when you say/think/feel something. The intensity of the effect is depending on the intensity and number of repetitions of whatever you said/thought/felt.

You Can't Lie to Your Subconscious

And still you try it time and time again, don't you? Indeed, it accepts ANYTHING you give it but you simply cannot lie. Trying to lie to your subconscious is like trying to lie to God.

Typical example: you want some money so you say "I will make $500 this week". Of course, the words themselves don't matter. It's not the words that make a lie. What makes a lie is hiding the truth using words that don't match what's real. If you feel or believe you will make $500 then you are not lying and the subconscious will accept your order. If you feel doubtful than the subconscious will still take your order but it will act on your doubt. It doesn't care what your words are. It knows the truth. You feel like you're not gonna get the money so that's the order he'll execute. You will not get the money. It will take care of every detail. If an opportunity presents itself it will make everything go wrong because you told it you won't get any money.

Did it ever happen to you? You tried hard to accomplish a goal and something always happened and it all went to hell every time. I'm sure you had such kind of bad luck and you just couldn't explain it how everything can go wrong every time you try to do that thing. I'm sure you also had good luck and everything went smooth even though you didn't do your best to win in some situation. Well guess where it's coming from!

Now if you want to ask me, "So how can I be honest when I want to tell it to do something?", you're on the wrong track. If I would tell you HOW, you would try to lie to it, using MY method. You know WHAT to do. Figure out how for yourself. Your method will be much better.

It Is ALWAYS Working!

Become consciously aware in this moment of one simple thing: your subconscious is always working, non-stop, your whole life. You have been looking in the mirror for so long that you forgot that what you see is just a reflection of a real thing but not a real thing.

There are 2 worlds: the inner world and the outer world. Let's make an analogy. Let's say you go look in the mirror and do your hair. Let's say that in this situation your physical body represents the inner world and the mirror represents the outer world. You see yourself IN the mirror, but you know that what's inside that mirror is not real, it's just a reflection. There isn't even an inside to that mirror but it sure seems like it, it has 3 dimensions, depth even though the surface is plane. If you see that your hair doesn't look so good, you change your hair, you change the inner world. OK, let's get back to life now.

If you see that you're not doing well financially in the outer world (in the mirror) what do you do? You try to change something in the mirror. You get frustrated because it's impossible. Nothing seems to work. Of course it doesn't. The mirror keeps reflecting back what you ARE inside. It reflects the inner world and that's what the outer world will ALWAYS do, nothing else. Make no change inside and there will be no change outside.

When we were little, most of us cared a lot about the way we felt and most of us worked a lot with that inner reality. Then we accepted lies that say that you have to change the image in the mirror. Most of the people that told us those lies weren't having such a great life anyway so keep that in mind from now on. Accept advice only from people that you resonate with and that have something in their life that you want.

So we started looking in the mirror almost all the time. We don't even realize anymore that we're standing in front of that mirror, we don't realize that we're watching our reflection. Once you will realize that, the reflection will start to help you, even the negative things. The mirror has purpose. It shows us what's good and what's bad, in a physical way. Next time you see something you don't like, don't change the reflection itself because you can't, just change WHAT'S BEING REFLECTED.

After you understand the concept of the reflected (inner world) and reflection (outer world), you will enjoy looking at the reflection and changing the reflected. It will be like making yourself pretty in front of the mirror. So change the inner world and relax and enjoy your new reflection. All the work you have to do is inside. And that's where all your power is because your inner world is YOURS and ONLY YOURS, TOTALLY!

you Are Powerless...

Do you ever feel powerless? You want to change your life, you have desires that you don't know how to fulfill you want to believe that you can do anything, you Want! but you often feel powerless. That's because YOU ARE POWERLESS!

The NLP guys should jump and give me a beating now. I am suggesting a disempowering idea to you. No, I am suggesting a REAL idea to you. You, the physical being, are powerless. You are a creation of your own thoughts. You are a creation of your own consciousness. You are an EFFECT! You have the ability to think with your brain and that, in a way, gives you a simulated consciousness. It is consciousness within consciousness and it is powerless. Indeed, the brain and body are a complex machine with complex tools and advanced abilities. But they are used by You, the real You. When you drive the car, the car has the means to get you some place, but You use those means. Don't think you're the car. You are not the car. Don't think that you are your body, you are not your body. You OWN a body. You CONTROL a body. Your body is a reflection of the real you but it is not the real you. It is just a tool. And like all tools, if improperly used it gives improper results.

The REAL POWER is your REAL CONSCIOUSNESS. There is no logic in the world that will make you understand that. Only introspection will help you understand. Look "inside", listen, observe. The "inside" is the real you, that is where all the power is. If every day, you would look there for the answer, at least 20 minutes per day, you would find so much truth, so much knowledge, wisdom and power that you would wonder why do you search for so much information "outside". Everybody tells you what works for them. You sense that they are confident about what they are saying but it seems it doesn't work for you. It's normal. You have your own answers, your own knowledge. You just don't know that you know.

Look inside, "read" there, gain knowledge there. Of course your brain wants to know and it needs to know so that it gets smarter, better, wiser. Feed him information from that place within you. He will accept it instantly. He trusts that source more than any other source.

Now go, get comfortable, relax and let the answers come... because... You are powerful!

You Are the Creator and the Created

If you don't believe, at least a little bit, in the Law of Attraction, you can quit reading this. If you do believe in it but you don't get good results, read, be careful and believe because it is one of the things most people do not understand. If you believe that the Law of Attraction works but "you also have to act" then this is for you. You are misunderstanding something. You are missing a part of the puzzle.

When You Are Dreaming, Who Are You?

Are you the body from your dream? In a way, yes. But is that the essence of you? Of course it isn't. It's a very small part of you, a reflection, a projection. It is the thing you use to interact with the other things from your dream. Stop and think about it. How important is that body of You that You are dreaming? You need it, You use it, You enjoy using it and interacting with your environment but it will never be more important than You, the Dreamer, the Master of your own dream. You are the Creator of that entire world, INCLUDING that body.

In Reality, Who Are You?

Well, you have a name, a home, a personality, an appearance but is that really you? Of course it is... for the time being at least because you can change and you continually wish to change. But who is in control here, who is the Master? Of course it isn't that person. Nope, I'm actually lying. It is that person. That's who is in control, that's who you are letting be the master. THAT IS THE PROBLEM! In my previous post, I wrote about the Conscious Mind, Subconscious Mind - Employer and Employee. This post is similar but from a metaphysical point of view. You see, your body, your personality, all that you think you are, has been manifested by the spiritual you. You are spirit, soul, energy, whatever you want to call it and you have a body. Whenever you intend something, whenever you are using the Law of Attraction to manifest something (you're always doing that, by the way, just like you always use gravity to stay on the ground), it manifests THROUGH you, WITH you. It's not that body of yours getting the thing you want. It may seem to be so but all that is an EFFECT of your manifestation. You are changing your whole world, everything that needs to happen, happens and your body will manifest exactly what the bigger part of you has decided. It's not like you have to help or make anything happen because you can't! You, your body, is part of the manifested, it is a tool for the bigger self to use for observing, having life experience, acting, feeling and so on. Confusion between the role that each part of you plays in creating your life is what brings difficulties, problems, stress and failure.

How Things Work

Let's say that the bigger part of you is YOU (capital letters) and the smaller part is you. Most people, perceive that they are that smaller part. Most people are working with that part when they want to achieve something and they get no results or insignificant results. What I mean by insignificant results is not that they don't achieve much. It's that they don't even get close to what they really desire. That's how that small part of you works. It can't get far from where it is and it can't see too far ahead either. It is what it is. Its purpose is to be as constant as possible, that's why one of the basic properties of a living body is homeostasis. It's also one of the basic obstacles when trying to become more. It's the reason why "the comfort zone" is such a problem and is so hard to overcome.

Frustration, failure and generally feeling bad is when you let that small part of you be the boss. It is an employee, it is part of the manifested, it is the tool that the Creator uses to create. And that creator is YOU!

YOU intend, YOU become and then "you" is doing the work that it has to do, whatever that might be. You won't be able to do anything different once that bigger part of you has decided. It won't be a problem either. Whatever has to happen will happen and whatever you have to do, you will do without having to make yourself do it. You will just feel like doing what has to be done, you won't need to force yourself to do it and you will feel like it's hard to NOT do what you feel like doing.

The Reward of YOU Being the Boss

When you understand who's the boss, who is the creator and who is the created, you will come to have calm and faith that you never had before. You will know that your life is always what YOU make it. You will know that what has to happen, happens if the little you understands that he's the Created, not the Creator. You will know that you always get what YOU are! You won't worry anymore about how it could happen or what could happen. Your only "worry" will be: who do I want to become and what do I want to become? The rest happens...

If anyone wonders what this has to do with the subconscious, the answer is simple: the little you is mostly subconscious. You have to become consciously aware, to understand what has been said here and to apply it. Whenever you are on Autopilot, you will be the victim of your own self and who you are up to that point. That is good for what you already like about you but it won't change what you don't like about yourself.

One Last Thing to Keep in Mind

The boss has to give orders but he has to leave the employees do their job. If you keep bugging them, they won't work efficiently. So, the bigger part of you, the Creator of your life has to intend, FEEL and then let things happen. But... I'm already getting into another story here.

Get rid of the old thinking that you (the created) have to do something to get something. That "you" does everything it is ordered to do, you don't have to worry about that. Just "worry" about the orders you give. What are the orders? See how you feel. Those are the orders, your feelings.

Happy manifesting! :)

Conscious Mind, Subconscious Mind - Employer and Employee

If something in a machine breaks down, most often, the whole system is affected. If an accountant starts to do the lawyers work and the lawyer starts to do the accountant's work, most probably the results will be poor or unacceptable. And that's what happens with most people: we try to work out our problems, using our conscious mind instead of our subconscious. We think and think and think some more and analyze it deeply and struggle to come up with solutions for something. It makes our heads hurt, it stresses us out, it is frustrating and somehow we can't come up with any solution or sometimes when we do find a solution, we fail when trying to implement it. What the f*ck?

The Boss Doesn't Like to Work

He likes to give orders, doesn't he? He likes to imagine new solutions and directions for the company and then he instructs all the employees to take the right action. The conscious mind is just like that. It's not "his"/"her" job to do what has to be done for a goal to be achieved. It's job is just to order: this is what I want, now bring it to me! When you talk, you consciously choose what you want to say (partially) but you don't have to think about the way you will use your tongue and your lips to pronounce the words. And I have to say, it's fairly complicated, the act of speech. Just go in front of the mirror, speak out loud and watch how your lips and tongue move. You will be impressed. Well, you don't have to worry about that. You just decide what you want to say and you say it. Why should it be different for anything else?

The conscious mind is The Boss, The Employer and the subconscious is The Employee. The conscious decides, the subconscious executes.

Some time ago I opened a new thread in a forum with the title going something like "I'm sick of being my own slave!". I just felt like that but I didn't really understand what I meant. Now, after a long time, I do understand. I was sick of using my conscious mind as the problem solver. It's not built for that.

Best Employee

Won't find anyone better than your subconscious. Your subconscious always listens and always acts on whatever orders you give to it, even if those orders are destructive. To some it may seem like self-delusion to believe that you just have to sit back and let your subconscious do the work but it actually really is like that. There may even be a lot of people, that will attack this idea even though they unconsciously do it like that. Like I said, you don't have to think about the way you move your tongue and lips when you talk, so why would you have to think about HOW you are going to achieve something or solve a problem? Just decide something... really decide! and let your subconscious do the rest. It always does. I wrote this by following that process. It could have been way better. Maybe I wasn't clear enough or maybe I didn't cover the whole subject but my subconscious perfectly executed the order I gave it. I just knew I wanted to write about the relationship between conscious and subconscious, employer and employee. If I would have been more specific with my order, my article would have been better. Anyway, I find this process pretty awesome. The problem is, most people use it for many things in their lives but don't understand it and don't trust it for other important things.

You breathe, walk, talk, eat, drive, move, exercise, subconsciously. Do you think that finding a job or earning an extra $100 this week is more complex than those activities? Think good!

Need more details? Watch "The Secret". It tells you the same thing - the conscious is the employer, the subconscious is the employee. You order, it delivers!

Be the Boss! :)

Regret Is Psychological Cancer

If you could go back and change one thing in your life what would it be? inspired me to write this. My answer to that question is 'nothing'. I would not change a thing. I regret nothing. At some points in my life I was a convinced pessimist, filled with regret. At other points in my life, I was an optimist, but I still had regrets. Now there is nothing I regret.

Regrets consume you like cancer. They eat you from the inside. You may be aware of it or not. Regrets have no use, they do nothing good... NOTHING! If you get skin cancer, what do you do? You remove it. So why not do the same with regrets?

How do you do that?

You accept your past. Not accepting what you can't change is foolish. If you want to, refuse to accept your present situation. Refuse to accept your sadness, refuse to accept your poverty, refuse to accept the people that make you feel bad, refuse to accept your lack of purpose, refuse to accept anything you want to CHANGE NOW. But the past, you accept.

I remember how much regret I had when I hurt one girl I loved. It was consuming me, it was making me feel drained of life. I couldn't get over it and I was so sorry and felt so powerless. I just couldn't accept it, why did I do it, I wished I could change the past. But you can't. It finally hit me at some point that what is done is done and what I can change, I can change NOW. So I did that. And I was free of all the regret.

Some criminals turn themselves in. Why do they do that? Because they regret what they did and they accept they cannot change the past, but they can change the present. So they decide to accept the consequences of their actions. That doesn't mean that the action of turning themselves in is what sets them free. It is what sets them free that makes them accept to go to prison. If you are a good friend of mine and I hurt you in some way, I can't go back and change that. But I can do what is possible to set things right, NOW. Maybe that means to honestly apologize. Maybe it means to lose your friendship as I am not worthy. Maybe it means to let you do to me what I did to you. Whatever it is, something can always be done, on the inside and maybe also on the outside.

I do not know what would work best for you, it's your job to find that out. But what I know for sure is that Regret, really is Psychological Cancer. Realize it, believe it and get rid of it.

Some of my thoughts at this moment...

I am grateful for the few visitors I had these days. I am grateful for the interest that some of you have for this site. Thank you!

I am not very satisfied with the site up until now, because I know I can do way, way, way better. I will constantly improve until I get to that level. I want to have a strong positive impact on people that need the information I provide. I want to make them go "Ahaaaaaaaaa! YES! That's it! I understand now!!!! It finally clicks!". I love when I have those moments in my life. Those moments change your whole future from that point on. You become better. I will strive to be efficient at explaining important things, in a simple way. My intention is to write about things that are at the top of the list regarding "cause-effect". I want to make people understand where it all starts from and how to start things they desire, not things they do not desire. I want to help people in such ways, that their lives become so good, that they don't need heaven anymore :). I want to share absolutely everything I know and live, IF I can express it in words in a way that will help.

I am an egoist person -- I don't give you a piece of my chocolate if you don't ask, I don't share my food with you if I'm hungry and I don't feel good about loaning you something -- but whenever I am able to help someone improve their life in a great way, I feel extremely happy for that. It gives me great motivation. I am stubborn... stubborn as hell to find a way, a better way ... something ... anything that will have a greater success rate at helping people compared to the average personal development site. I do not believe that so few are capable of improving and achieving great success. I believe that more ... many more ... can do that. I want to explain the most important things in the most simple way I can. I will not be on target all the time, probably, but I'll shoot many times and get close and maybe sometimes I will hit the target right on spot.

I do not know how to really explain ... what I dream about with this site. But you'll see ....

Thank you! :)

How to Change a Belief - Part Two

50 + x = 52

How do you find the value of x? In the same way, you change a belief. Based on other beliefs you have (50 will be 50... 52 will be 52), you find evidence for the new belief you wish to install in your subconscious. The reason why this is efficient is that you find a way to build it based on other truths you already believe. You don't fight against them, so your subconscious will accept it with less resistance. Let's take an example:

You believe that it's hard or even impossible for you to earn $10.000 / month. You have tried and failed, you just can't. Other people that do it are better or smarter. There's that feeling of impossibility that this belief gives you.

The New Belief

The new belief you would want to install in this case is: it's possible for me to earn $10.000 / month and I can do it. Other people that already do it, are capable because they believe they can.

This belief will give you a feeling of possibility and power and freedom when it will be installed in your subconscious.

Doubt the Belief You Want to Change

There is a direct way of changing a belief but I understand it on an abstract level so I can't explain it. I wonder if it can be explained anyway. It's just an internal shift, a decision to simply believe a new thing and after you make that shift, you'll start to see different things and in a short while, you'll change your belief.

Another way you can do it, starts with a simple thing that you probably often do: doubt. When you try something new, you doubt you can do it and most often you fail. Doubt is resistance to a new idea. But you can use doubt in a constructive way: start to doubt the belief you want to change. Start to doubt that you can't earn more money. You're good at doubting. Everybody is. So doubt it!

After you start to doubt something, interesting things will happen. You'll start to get some new thoughts that are in opposition with your current belief. You'll start to think "But what if I can? But I'm good at what I do. I can be even better. Some people that do what I do earn a lot more. I am also smart. I am capable". Then, probably, you'll start to doubt that also which is a problem but not an unnatural one. Do not focus on that doubt, just let it slide. Focus on doubting your initial belief.

Stick to One Belief at a Time

A common problem that you can have when trying to change a belief is that you'll find another limiting belief. Maybe there is some hobby you have or you're just good at something and you see that other people make money from that. So you may start to think that you can also do that. But then you can come to a limiting belief like "I do not know how to sell stuff" or "I do not know how to market myself". It may seem natural to work on changing that belief too but if you do that, you'll never finish this process. Limiting beliefs will keep coming up and you'll never find the end of it all. So just stick to one major belief you want to change because after you succeed in doing that, the other ones will naturally change. They're all connected and the one that is on top will change all the others that are down the ladder. Once you believe you are capable of generating a lot more money, you'll find ways to create stuff, market stuff, sell stuff... they will all come.

Find Evidence for Your New Belief

Whenever you doubt something, you find evidence to support it. If you do not believe in ghosts, you'll find evidence like: if ghosts were real, then why didn't you see one, the dead are dead and don't come back, a soul has to go to heaven or hell and so on. If you believe in ghosts, you'll find evidence like: weird experiences you had, dreams about dead people, TV shows about ghosts, people that had experiences and you believe what they say and so on. You can't really know what is the reality but you have your own personal evidence for whatever you believe. That is how the mind works. It needs some logical reasons to support a belief or it finds some reasons. So to support your new belief, you just find some evidence. Again, you may have some doubts but just let it go. Keep finding evidence in the world around you, in books, in articles you read, in the lives of other people, in your own thinking, anywhere you can find it. Keep looking for things that support your belief. It's impossible to not find evidence. Actually it is EASY. That is the reason why people that contradict each other have endless conversations. Each one of them has evidence for his theory. They find evidence to support their theories, endlessly. They could talk for 6 hours straight. I think that everybody did this at least once. So, in the same way you find evidence for your theory when you argue with someone, find it for your new belief. There's really nothing more to it.

Keep doing this until your new belief sticks to your subconscious. That is all.

How to Change a Belief - Part One

Beliefs are entirely subjective and NOT objective. You can feel that what you believe is actually truth and reality but it's not. It is just a part of the truth and a side of reality. Here's a simple example: you either believe that making money is easy or you believe that it is hard. What you believe is real for you. But you would have to be a very close-minded person to stubbornly contradict me when I say to you: "Making money can be easy and it can also be hard. Your belief is just what you chose to believe, not an absolute truth". A thing can happen in more than a thousand ways. A thing can change in more than a thousand ways. A thing can be perceived in more than a thousand ways.

I hope that by now you understand that beliefs are subjective and not objective because if you don't understand it, then you are a hopeless victim of life, thinking that what you believe is simply true and it cannot be changed so all the negative beliefs that you have are absolute truths that you cannot change and that affect you negatively so... what can you do about it? Nothing.

But if you do understand that beliefs are subjective, then you also understand that you can choose what to believe and it would be best for you to choose beliefs that give you an advantage. Believing that making money is hard does not give you any advantage. Believing that making money is easy does give you a good advantage because you shouldn't have to struggle to have such a basic thing in your life - money. If you still have a skeptical voice in your head, let me prove to you that beliefs are subjective and not objective. You know people that work hard for money, is that true? But you also know people that work less than the hard working people and earn more. Is that true? And there are people that can't even say they are working for money because what they do is fun for them and they get paid to do it. So making money is easy for them.

Beliefs are of course, subconscious. The conscious mind can believe one thing at this moment and another thing in the next moment. But the subconscious holds the beliefs you have programmed it to have until you program other beliefs if you choose to do so.

How Beliefs Impact on Your Life

Beliefs are rules for your subconscious mind. It needs exact data and that's why it needs beliefs. It needs those rules. It needs to know what the orders are.

So, if you believe that making money is hard, it will be like that. The subconscious will not come up with ways for you to easily make money. "You" will come up with solutions which require hard work and struggle. Even if you consciously find a solution for making money easily, you will "feel" like it's impossible because it's not a match to the subconscious belief and your subconscious will not support that idea.

If you believe that making money is easy, it will be like that. The subconscious will come up with ways for you to easily make money. "You" will come up with solutions which require action and work but no struggle at all. If you don't personally know people that make money without working hard, just think about some investors, speculators, businessmen you know from the media.

Negative Beliefs Are Useless

I don't know what you now believe about beliefs. You may believe they shape your life or you may not believe that but one thing is certain for me and I BELIEVE you should have to be stupid in some way to believe otherwise (sorry). I choose to believe that negative beliefs are useless, they do nothing good for the person. Let's take an example:

Some people believe that love will make you suffer. That may be true for more than 90% of relationships or even more. But what harm would it do to choose to believe that love will make me happy? Those that believe that love will make them suffer live in fear all the time. When they do not have any chance at love, they crave it. When the opportunity is presented to them, they fear of starting a relationship because they keep thinking about how they will suffer again. If they have the courage to get in a relationship, they have little joy with the beautiful things of that relationship because they keep thinking that it's not going to last and they will suffer when it ends. They do not trust their partner. They are frustrated. They take a very long time to get over the disappointment when the relationship ends. They feel regret for a very long time. They see no point in loving anymore. Why love if you will suffer? Why live if you can't love? A whole bunch of problems come from that belief that love will make you suffer. USELESS!

Now what if I choose to believe that love simply is happiness. I crave and search for love. When the opportunity is presented I quickly take it. I enjoy the relationship and everything beautiful that comes with it. After a while we start to fight. We do not get along so well anymore. The relationship ends and I suffer. I get over it in a short time and I am ready to begin a new love story. Or... I could choose to believe myself that love will make you suffer. Some do that... Too bad.

Was it stupid of me to choose to believe something that proved to be wrong in my case (apparently)? No. Positive beliefs are good beliefs even if they fail to prove right (apparently). And remember... I just chose to NOT believe that love will make you suffer. But what if I would believe that love is forever? You may say "Yaaaa right.. I believed that when I was a teenager and it didn't happen". Well, I believe you. I believe I am writing a post right now. I believe we didn't met before Mr. ... what's your name? The word "believe" as I have exemplified here has many understandings. You believe that the planet Earth is a big ball, "floating" in space. But how would you feel if you actually got inside a space ship, flew into orbit and saw the big ball of Earth with your own eyes? Now that would make you really BELIEVE, wouldn't it? So did you believe it before seeing? Think about it. Don't misunderstand the word "believe". So now that you understand this, I'm coming back to that idea... what if I would believe that love is forever? I saw old couples that have been together for more than 40 years and are still loving each other and still behave like they would be two teenagers in love. I wonder what their beliefs about relationships are...

To be continued...
How to Change a Belief - Part Two

Easy Way to Create a Very Clear Goal

Do you want to be rich? Do you want to be happy? Do you want good friends? Seems like you know what you want. But your subconscious starts asking you questions. Why do you want to be rich? Why do you want to be happy? Why do you want good friends? What will you do with the money? What will you do when you're happy? How many good friends do you want? What kind of people do you want them to be? How much money do you want to have? And the list goes on and on and on :).

Your subconscious wants clear orders. So how do you get clear about your goal?

The "Hard" Way to Set Goals

The "hard" way is the fast and direct way. I want to make $8000 / month by selling computers from my own shop which will be situated in area X and will be named Y and etc. You set all the details in your mind right there and then. But tomorrow you start to doubt you can make $8000. Then you start thinking if you would like that occupation. Then you start thinking if another location wouldn't be better. You're not sure about anything anymore!

Some can make decisions this way but not most people. Those that can make fast decisions are usually people that have some experience in setting and achieving goals, people that have failed a lot and got to know themselves very very well and they have a good intuition when making decisions and a lot of other qualities that they have developed. If this method did not work for you, it's time to try the easy way.

Easy Way to Create a Very Clear Goal

Your subconscious mind works with clear facts. It does not work with vague plans, ideas or images. It simply needs clear facts. Give it clear facts and it will give you clear results.

Imagine drawing a simple oval human face. You draw the face then you draw the eyes then you draw a nose... You keep adding to that picture until it becomes complete. Well... this works exceptionally great with setting goals. So get ready that great mind workshop you have and start building! Example:

You want to move to another city. Don't know where yet. You just got sick of your current city. Start to imagine the place where you would like to live. Imagine the sun and the sky. Imagine yourself. Now start to imagine what would be around you. Keep adding to that image things that feel pleasant to you. Nobody is pushing you to do anything. You're just having a pleasant time, imagining where you would like to be. So keep adding those details as long as you like to. When you finish, you'll have a small picture with a few details in it. If you did it in a free and pleasant way, you will memorize that picture without any effort. The next day or night or whenever you want to, come back to that picture and keep adding details to it. Maybe something you have imagined yesterday doesn't feel good now. Change that with something else that feels good to you. Start to add things you want to see, things you want to do, money you have in your pocket, things you do when you wake up in that city, what view you have from your window, what kind of bed you'll be sleeping in, the way you feel when you look out the window, what occupation you have. You get the idea. Slowly but surely, just add little details to your picture in the exact same way you do when you are physically drawing something. It is exactly the same thing.

As time goes by, that picture will become clearer and clearer, fuller and fuller. Your motivation will start to increase. It will become clear to you what it is that you want. It will become CRYSTAL CLEAR!

That crystal clear picture is the first step to doing anything you desire to do. The better you do it, the clearer the picture is, the stronger your decision and drive to achieve it will be because your subconscious will MAKE YOU do it!

Why Do We Fail?

Simple and short article with a simple and short introduction:

Let's presume you are playing basketball and you shoot... and you miss! You have failed that shot. But if your objective was to make ONE SHOT out of 100, did you fail? Only if you gave up.

Be Persistent

Many fail because of the same simple reason. They try once, they fail once, they give up. Succeeding in anything is something you have to fine-tune. Now this may sound discouraging to idealists but it shouldn't be, even to them! I will write an article in which I will tell you how to program your subconscious mind and how this is a process but it is one that NEVER FAILS! The fine-tuning is related to the programming of your subconscious mind. That's why it takes SOME TIME. "Some time" can be less or more, depending on how good you are at programming your mind.

So the simple advice: be consistent with your goal and keep your eyes on the prize! If you look at the first results, you will get discouraged. Keep your eyes on the prize and on what you will bring into your life after you achieve your goal. You don't quit after making that first shot, do you? You keep shooting until you score. Believe me when I tell you: after every fail, you become BETTER!

Be Consistent

This is also one of the most common reasons why people fail. They keep changing their goal. They never make a real decision. They never stick to one goal. Choose a good goal and STICK TO IT until you succeed! The subconscious is an obedient servant when it has a clear job to do. But imagine having a servant and telling him to bring you an apple. Then you tell him you want an orange. Then you tell him that maybe an apple would be better... AH.. no.. orange. NO, WAIT! APPLE! That's how confused your brain gets when you keep giving it different orders. It just doesn't know what the f*ck you really want! ( using the F word to give you an idea about how frustrated your subconscious gets with this ). Don't doubt it. It's frustrating to have an undecided master. You can never know what to do to please him.

Choose a Good Goal

I know how hard this can be for most people. Sometimes you just don't know what you really want. You don't know what goal to set for yourself. You don't know what you can achieve. Well... there is a very easy way to create a very clear goal for yourself with all the details you need. I will write about it in the next article and link it here.

So why do we fail? We don't choose a good goal, we are not consistent and we are not persistent. It is so simple. Many are very familiar with this information. They heard it somewhere or they read about it. If you know this information and still fail with a lot of your goals then I have to annoyingly repeat: the reasons for failure are REALLY THIS SIMPLE! There is nothing more to it! You either do not know how to set good goals, you are inconsistent and / or you do not persist. Many times we don't understand or see simple things because of our tendency to over-complicate things.

Not convinced? Believe me! Don't believe me? You will eventually believe me... believe me! :]

How to Avoid Feeling Bad

I will be straight with you. It takes A LOT of DETERMINATION and inner strength but I wouldn't say it's "hard" or anything like that. It simply is an effort you have to make to get to be in control. An effort that you CAN make.

Also, I want to mention that most people feel that such a thing is stupid, to control your feelings. They feel like it would not be human and we are meant to have all kinds of feelings, all the time and it's not under our control, it's just how life is. Well let me tell you that thinking like that IS STUPID! If you have no control on the way you feel, then what are you? What use is that head on your shoulders? Using your head is optional of course...

The second thing I want to mention is that I do agree that life is meant to be lived and some things you just leave alone. I agree that you have to let go and just live sometimes. But I will never agree that it's OK to let bad feelings take control of you (whenever they pop up). It would be a very good skill to know how to avoid such feelings, wouldn't it?

How Feelings Are Born

I wrote about The Autopilot in a previous post. It is responsible for probably more than 90% of what you feel because you're probably more than 90% of the time on autopilot. The autopilot is a blessing when it works the way you want it to work and makes you feel good but it's a curse when it works against your desires and makes you feel bad. You can change the way it works, you can program it any way you want to but what do you do when it makes you do bad things and also makes you feel bad? You're expecting an important call and when that person calls, your phone turns off because you forgot to charge it. You get angry, hit yourself with the phone in the head and start swearing. Your girlfriend / boyfriend starts to nag about something and you feel the frustration growing up. Your internet connection disconnects when you need it most and you get furious. Your wife / husband forgot to do what you nicely asked them and you start complaining how they never listen and don't care. You get the idea...

When I ask people: "Why do you get angry when..." the most common response is "How to not get angry when...". They always have a GOOD reason why they should feel negative about the situation. They explain it in a way that proves that it's impossible to not feel bad. But that is total bullsh*t! Those situations are simply triggers that make you feel a certain way IF YOU ALLOW THEM TO! It's your subconscious running the "Get angry when internet disconnects" program. It is simply that and nothing more. You do not consciously get angry. You unconsciously get angry and you consciously realize you are angry. But when you do START to feel bad, you don't realize it, that's why it seems out of your control, because you're not aware of the moment it starts to develop. If you throw a ball, once it is out of your hand, you cannot change it's trajectory. So the best way to control the way you feel is to see where and when it starts. You have to witness the creation of the feeling. And this is what takes some effort on your side...

How to Witness the Creation of the Feeling

Become VERY AWARE of your thoughts and feelings at that moment when something happens that would usually make you feel bad. As soon as your internet connection drops, instead of going with the flow and getting angry, become very conscious about that moment and start to analyze it. It could be something like this:

"God damn it! It fu.... Wait! Hmm... I almost started to get angry again. OK... I'm calm now! Hmm... it doesn't even seem like a good reason to get angry. I mean why? I can't do anything about it, I'll just wait until the internet works again. Well... that's all. Hey.. it's so much better to be calm :D"

Interrupting the Process of Feeling Bad

The first few times when you do this, it will be a real war between your conscious mind and your subconscious mind. You have to make your conscious win over your subconscious. And that's what all that effort is about. Your subconscious will start to run all the autopilot programs it has for that situation. It will make you say things, think things, do things and feel things unless you INTERRUPT that whole process. And if you don't do it fast and you already started to feel angry / depressed / frustrated it will be even harder to change that... it may even feel impossible if it goes past a certain point. So, I repeat: you have to INTERRUPT the subconscious process and TAKE OVER the whole situation with your conscious mind. There's a reason why the conscious mind is called the objective mind. It is objective! It does not feel good or bad about stuff.

So, to summarize the whole process, it goes like this:

A situation that usually makes you feel bad comes up

The subconscious starts to run the programs for that situation

You become AWARE of what happens and you start to take over

You become VERY AWARE of everything that is happening in your mind and with your feelings and you totally take over the whole process, coming out of that autopilot and interrupting the subconscious process

You avoid the negative feeling

You won the war!

In the long run it will become a habit and you'll become immune to that situation. It will simply not affect you anymore. Your subconscious will be programmed to react differently.

In the end of this article I want to mention that this method was fully tested and it perfectly worked for me and I heard other people successfully used it too. It is not something that can not work for you because the way that a "bad situation" creates a "bad feeling" is exactly the same for any normal person on this planet. The same process happens in the same way for everybody.

If you forget everything else just remember: BE AWARE of the situation you're in and analyze every little aspect about it. With a bit of practice you will master this and you will know how to avoid feeling bad.

It is a great thing to know how to do. I will be very happy for every person that succeeds with this method because it makes life so much much much better!

How to Do Anything

There are 3 major steps to achieving anything you want:

Decide

Become (believe / program your subconscious / feel / have the energy of the thing you desire)

Take the Right Action ( Actions that will naturally come because your subconscious will MAKE YOU DO THEM if you've done the first 2 steps; I will detail on this further on)

After step 2 there is an invisible step that your subconscious does on it's own in it's own mysterious ways but some people do not believe in metaphysical stuff so I'll just omit it now. Briefly said, the subconscious can communicate with all the existing minds and it has some special ways to make things easier for you but since it's not your job I'll just leave it out.

1. How to Decide

The first thing to do is to realize that you DO have to make a decision. You cannot do anything unless you decide to do it. The second thing is to realize that you do have a choice - you're not a victim, it's not out of reach, you CAN do it ( It doesn't mean you will ... but you CAN! Will you choose to do it? )

Society doesn't teach us how to make REAL decisions. Usually, our parents, teachers, friends teach us to do what we can do because some things we can do and some things we can't do so we better do what we can. That is still a decision but it's a forced one. That's why it feels like sh*t! We don't want to do it but we choose to do it because we have to. A typical example for many people is the job that they have. Do they love it? Are you excited about your job? Did you really want it? Or did you have to choose it?

So how do you realize that you do have a choice? It's very simple: objectively take a look at the situation and at 2 possible outcomes. Let's say you're still living with your parents. You can have your own place and your own money. Now sit and THINK about it! What do you choose?

( If this does not apply to you, choose whatever you wish to achieve right now. It's the same process, no matter what you want to do. Also, it is a good example because if you already have your own place, you can remember how you made that decision and what happened after. )

A. I will continue to live with my parents for a very long time. I will not have my own money. I will not be free to do whatever I want, whenever I want. I choose to live that! And when you think about this, IMAGINE IT! Really see it in your head! FEEL IT! Realize that one year from now, you'll still be where you are now!!! Realize it! DO IT!

B. I will have my own money. I will have my own place. I will be free to do whatever I want, whenever I want. I will feel free! I choose to have this! I will have what I want to have!
Same as above: see it, feel it, realize it!

You have A and B now, two distinct pictures / realities. Now it's easy: make a choice! Choose A or B. Don't think if you can or can't. Just choose! Choose what you want and what makes you feel good. Choose the thing that you desire. You don't have to search now for a way to do it. Just make a choice! A or B?

How Do I Know that I Really Made the Choice?

Go in front of the mirror and ask yourself what is the choice you made. Now answer. Do you believe your answer is honest? If it is a definite, honest, strong answer, proceed to step 2. If not, sit in front of the mirror and repeat the process. Put your heart into it. It's your future you're deciding here! And that includes the present because once you make the choice, it will start to gradually change your current situation and you'll begin a new adventure, walk in a new direction.

2. How to Become / Believe / Feel

Now that you've made your choice, this will be easy. Just sit down somewhere and think about how this decision will change your life. Imagine all the details. Think about how much good it will bring and how good you're gonna feel. Don't daydream! Don't perceive it as fiction! It is not fiction, it is not a metaphysical trick or anything like that. You are simply thinking about the way things will be after you achieve your goal. You're simply doing what you have to do to predict how your decision is going to affect your future.
Think about it as often as you can.

When you observe your current reality, think about how you're leaving it behind. Say bye bye to it. It's slowly drifting away. You're gonna miss it a little... but not too much :)

All of this will help you become a new person. Why? Well... just be the new you because only the new you will...

3. ... Take the Right Actions

Once you become the person you decided to be, it's impossible to take the same old actions. You are a different person now. It's obvious that you'll also act different.

You can take the wrong actions only if you become the wrong person.

You can't think of an action to take, you can be lost, you can not know what to do, only if you didn't become a new person. If you do the same things ( that also includes doing nothing ), it means you are the same person.

The right person will always take the right actions. He/She will know what to do, when to do, how to do. Happy New Life! :)
