What color are you feeling right now? That is not a strange question. Haven't we heard people say, I am feeling blue. Then there are examples like the envious green, red hate etc. Okay, it could be very arbitrary. But isn't it amazing that we attribute colors to feelings.

For the most part we speak of our own feelings in terms of a color - blue,

Creativity, understanding, and companionship

Humans are endowed with the wonderful ability to create. We feel, there are times when others do not understand us. However, there are many times when we don't quite understand ourselves. Emotions and thoughts can be confusing. Without a healthy outlet, stress can become a part of daily living. How desirable it is then, to find the right

Writing, concentration, understanding - Bipolar

I have been having a hard time concentrating. One of the signs that it is bad is when, it is difficult to write. This is close to one of those times. Nothing extraordinary, but just the way it can be with bipolar disorder. It hasn't been uncommon to write, delete, and re-write. Reading of course is harder. Keeping the mind actively engaged in

Why books will remain?
