the most imported things that all the people must have is DREAM ,

why dream because when you dream you will have vision , vision to make you want to live better , the will to survive in this good mortal universe ,

and the connections with leadership ,?

you know when you want to be a leader at least you must have a vision who you want to be.(its like an idol) why? because its help you a lot , to improve your learning, to give you courage and maybe a reason

and you know you must catch your dream if you find it hard you can always try it step by step ,

ex: if your dream to be a pilot , you cant just fly the plane,

you have to learn it first , learn how to manage an airplane what you require and try it hard, slow and if you fail …… .. try again. its depends on how big your dream is.

and don't forget to live is to dream, and to success it to catch your dream

so dont be afraid to dream

this is just my opinion

can you imagine that , leader equals money ,no i can't imagine that

although there are things that money can buy .(describe it)

what about leadership is it really needs money to be a leader?(don’t know)

what I see in realty , that when you buy leadership with money . you buy it so everyone follow you ,

agree with you I think if you don’t have enough money(heheheh) you’ll end with nothing .

because if you want ,example:2 people want to follow you with money. then what about when you want to be a leader for your city , or even your country, can you imagine how much money you’ll lost? and I think that’s not last long.(I think so) when you don’t have enough money , they will just leave you.

believe it.

all the people want to hear you ,to agreed with you just because you have the money. so is that a leader?

I don’t know why but if you buy leadership with money so people can agreed with you its so .. so.. pathetic. yes I feel sorry for anyone who try it.(sorry)

as I know a leader is to be respected with other people so they can follow you,. not because the money . its in your heart your attitude your willingness to learn and for all the people you love.

and then I say what about your senior ?

when he came back to school from hospital all my friends was very afraid that he will get mad or anything like that.(so scary)but I don’t know why but he is totally different, he never do what he like to anyone again, he became more calm.

he now learn how to understand people or maybe he try, and you know what (what I said) when he really change to be a better person he had more friend in school than ever and was more importing is all of his friend respect him not afraid of him.

and so I get it there always a chance for all the people to be a better person if he wants it , just keep trying someday you will get there(I say with a clear vision for my self, an maybe for all of you)

An thanks to my friend I got a new step to be a good leader not in easy way:

My steps are that you cannot force people to do what you want or what you like , you have to understand them , knowing them ,needed them and maybe you can see what inside of them . and when you do that maybe people can relay on you an maybe trying to follow you,

I know to be a leader is not to be strong physically, but its all in your attitude. your willingness and your goal. to all the people.

so what is the next story you want to tell me .

He said some day when that senior(the fearful one) got and accident on motorcycle he got very-very bad injuries, he have to stay in hospital for more than one month,

I said to my friend I sympathized, and then I say what is the story got to do wit leadership…….

patience do you still remember what I say not to cut other conversation ..(my mouth say sorry, but my heart just say this is ridiculous)

and my friend continue.. when he(the senior) in the hospital,(for more than one month), know one visit him ,the only one who visit him maybe his teacher.

I fell sorry for him , and so..(I said)

don’t you get it (what , I say)

all the friend that he have in the high school was all just fake, all the people who want to be friend to him just because they afraid , just afraid.

(I get it than that’s not a leader)

yes , just like you know a leader is not to be afraid of , and its not only because your physic strong or you can win against a hundred people, or you can tell people what you want. it s not that to be a leader...(yeah thats right,dont you think so?)

My first step to leadership, is when I finally know that leader is not a person to be afraid of, but a person to follow .(am I right)?

My friends told me once, he has a senior in high school, he was a person to be afraid of he always treat people what he want ,and when he don’t like people he just fight them .

he always had a follower to play around and when he says a thing ,all the follower have to accept it. or else (My friend don’t want to mention it I don’t know why)

so I say to my friend(with passion ) lets go to the gym to make a muscle, maybe I can be a leader…

and my friend tell me to calm down ,he said don’t you want to hear the rest of the story, you say you want to be a good leader not just the easy way leader,(ok my friend tell me the right thing's maybe i still dont get it)

and then he said is not polite to cut other people conversation ,its not a way to be a good leader.(and I say sorry, stop thinking to the gym and sit nicely, listening my friend. again)

what do you mean by the easy way?

hehehe that’s is my weakness..
I always love to see all the things in the easy way ,don’t care about what everyone thinks, but the truth is ..
the easy way is only lead me to my own misery (dang) .

I don’t get anything when I look only the easy way..
what you don’t believe me?

its true you see when I see things only in the easy way, I don’t want to study it.. don’t want to learn from the pro or going to seminar.(hell no)
I always want to study it for myself, with my self, and only for my self.(that’s bad)

I know its kind of strange but its true. when I try some other things in the easy way I just don’t get to master it. because you don’t want to know what others thinks

that’s way when I learn 'leadership' in the easy way,
just want to make good for other people its just seems impossible ,no one want to follow you because you just want to make it for your self. and that’s not good

and know ,right now I don’t want to study things in the easy way ,I want to study it slowly, hardly and I want it to be use for everyone in the world.....

I know it sound strange to start arguing about leadership ,but to tell you the truth I really don’t know much about leadership ,or why it sound like that,?

As I know leadership is from the word "leader" ,leader is a person who rules or guides or inspires others.or maybe i am wrong..?

Some people believe that great leaders are born, not made.(I don’t think so) because I know if “we” try hard we can achieve anything, and everything. and if we believe there's always a way .

I always want's to be a leader (in the easy way) , to guide people , help other and many many many more
