Photos are the best way to keep hold of all the memories, be it one happy celebration or an emotional goodbye; it captures the moment perfectly that it will never fade away to the years may come and when you look back the photos, you actually relive those moments back in time :')

Now, technology has gone so advanced that you can even have those photos to be personally done into a calendar! #scorepoint! You need not have to flip through those thick photo album now, as you can have it by your desk and see it everyday!

I was given the Phototalkz User Guide in PDF file, where it guides you through the whole process of creating your calendar!

#1 Download the PhotoTalkz software, its FREE! It might take a while for it to run, in the meantime you can check out the PhotoTalkz website, they have other interesting products!

#2 Follow the steps closely when each box pops up!

Double click the PhotoTalkz Software to start the installation.

Click [NEXT] to continue

Select the location of the installation and click [NEXT] to continue

Click [INSTALL] to confirm the installation

When the installation is done, a confirmation box will pop up, click [FINISH]

#3 Now with the software fully installed, you can start creating the project!

Your computer, laptops must be connected to the INTERNET (With the INTERNET CONNECTION you are able to download the latest components such as masks, backgrounds and scrapbooks)
It can be seen as per below :)

Double [CLICK] on the PhotoTalkz Software icon to get going!

Click [YES] to check for checking of update

Click [YES] to view the new items that detected

Check the component/(s) that you wish to update. Click [INSTALL]

#4 After the completion of the updating process, Click on the button "CREATE A NEW PROJECT"

Select the type of item you like to create, as for this project would be the calendar!
I choose the second design!

Select your pictures, click [ +] and click [NEXT] to continue

Select your options for your calendar and layout! Click [NEXT] to continue

Enter the Project Name. Click [CREATE]

Drag your respective photos to the pages for each month.

You can change the backgrounds by playing around with the icons below the calendar and even add in cute scrapbook stickers! Simple as it is! I have a ribbon by the side of my calendar ♥

If you wanna make the calendar more special and meaningful, you can put a sticker on the respective dates of your family member, loved ones and friends! It could work as a great reminder :) This is a sample of my creation #sucesskid

#5 After you're done designing for each month, it's now the FINAL step to send for printing!

Click at the green SHOPPING CART icon on the top left

A Flight Check Result window appears to check through the errors before sending the file for printing.
If everything is in tact, click [OK] then [CONTINUE]

Tick at the box to agree with the disclaimer and click [START]

Login with your user name and password
If you're a FIRST time user, like me! Click at [CLICK HERE] to register as new user!

And you're then require to enter some relevant information and click [CREATE] to create a Login ID and password. You're almost done!

Enter the quantity of the PhotoTalkz project you like to order. Click [CONTINUE]

Check your BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS, you don't want your hard work project to be sent to a wrong address! You may change it by clicking [CHANGE]. Then, select the SHIPPING METHOD you preferred and click [CONTINUE]

Finally, select your payment method click [CONFIRM ORDER] and key in any necessary information needed! After you have performed the payment, a record number will be generated. Back to the PhotoTalkz Taopix Software, a window will appear and check at the "UPLOAD FINISHED PAGES". Sunday Sunshine

It has been a long time since I had a nice breakfast together with my girl friends :)

Unlike the olden days, where we can meet up anytime we like.

The work, stress, studies, obligations etc have taken up most of our time.

A simple breakfast with the lovely company.

We headed to Antipodean @ Bangsar; a small and cosy restaurant spotted.

It was pretty crowded for a Sunday morning, but there was a place allocated for us to wait while they were preparing our tables. Even a kids playing area with a bunch of toys and television showing cartoon shows; it was Toy Story! Thoughtful much :)

Sister's Early 21st Celebration :)

My dearest sister's is having her Big 21st this year but she won't be around to celebrate it, so me and mummy thought we would throw her a small party as an early celebration :D

We wanted to make it a really massive big one, but couldn't find a perfect timing, so it was just a small and simple one. With most of her friends gathered at our house for a luncheon and she was happy chit chatting with all of them. That's all she wanted :)

One of her friend made up a surprise that she couldn't come last minute, sister was depressingly sad telling everyone that one of her best friend couldn't make it. The reaction when sister saw her friend jumped out right in front of her was priceless; tears of joy covered their eyes.

Always have the trouble of finding a room to rent when you're out of town, can't seem to find a good place to stay for a short period of time, find it awkward to stay around at your friends/relatives place 'cos there are all kinds of house rules? Fatty Crab Restaurant

Everyone's been telling me how nice and how fantastic is Fatty Crab Restaurant, but I've never gotten a chance to try it. There was once during my friend's birthday she wanted to go there for dinner but it was so packed we diverted to the restaurant opposite it, turns out it wasn't satisfying at all :(

So this round when sister asked to go for crabby dinner, mummy suggested Fatty Crab Restaurant :D

Although I wasn't the one with the cravings but I'm definitely more excited!

It's like finally after so long! I was checking some blog reviews about the restaurant while waiting for everyone to get ready and apparently they don't take in reservations, all walk-in basis.

We left the house about 7pm, thankfully there weren't any traffic, we reached in less than 20 minutes.

A big crowd was seen from far ahead as we were walking near the restaurant. In our minds we were thinking it's gonna be a long wait! There were even chairs placed outside the restaurant for customers to sit while waiting for their turns. We were one of them sitting by waiting for our turns, then came a lady asking how many of us, and even our dishes! Their menu are quite limited, only crabs, prawns, fish, and fried rice!

Shortly after we placed our orders, it was our turn and we were seated to our table :)

It's really yummy, so well fried where the skin is so crisp and the meat inside is still juicy!

This was just ok-ok, maybe 'cos I'm not a Satay person and I have definitely eaten better ones :p

Crabby #1 : Steam Crabby

This is my first time trying a steam crabby, the crabs are super fresh and taste yummylicious!

Crabby #2 : Sweet and Sour Crabby
The sweet and sour sauce is quite different from the usual ones we always eat, it has a tad bit of spicy in it.
Though a different taste, but it's really addictive, where you keep wanting to eat more after the first bite! :p

The sweet and sour sauce comes well with the toast breads!

Best eaten while it's served hot :)

My overall Fatty Crab experience was awesome powsome!
#1 Well-organized in seating arrangements and orders placement
#2 Efficient service ( Fast and clean )
#3 Waiting time for food to arrive was not long despite the big crowd
#4 Fried Chicken Wings was so goooood ;)

For those who have watched The Smurfs would definitely have this "annoying" happy song stuck in your head ;) I super love this movie, not much of the story but the cute and adorable blue little ones - Smurfy! Teehee! If you're a cartoon lover, this would be quite an entertaining movie to watch, otherwise, it might turn out to be a bore.

Promised our baby sister that we would bring her out for movie during her holidays, so there we go on a siblings outing. We started our night first with dinner to fill our hungry tummies at Sushi Zanmai!

The queue was quite long, so brother decided to queue for us while we head off to walk around the mall :)
Baby sister is collecting the food miniatures recently, so we went searching for more to add on to her collection. Found this at Mini Toons.

I just got back from an island getaway last weekend.

It was a short getaway for us to leave our stressful minds behind this concrete city of civilization!

That much of anticipation towards the trip, the weather God was not nice to us at all :(

We were showered with rain from the day we reached till the day we left the island. Boohooo!

Sunday; Lazy Day

Sunday is the day where you can sleep all you want till the sun is so glaring,
Sunday is the day where you can just stay in your pajamies all day long,
Sunday is the day where you can put away your cell phone and ignore work related calls,
Sunday is the day where you can meet up with some old friends and chat all day,
Sunday is the day where you can laze around in your comfy zone!

Baby sister have been bugging mummy to make lasagna for the past week, so we decided to prepare it for dinner today since everyone's at home! I was quite excited as well, this is actually my first time cooking a full meal :D

Preparing the raw ingredients *slice slice*

Fresh tomatoes, wild mushrooms, sliced onions, carrots, green pepper (capsicum), celery, garlic, minced beef.

Fresh mushroom sauce, corned beef, instant lasagna sheets.

Frying time! :D

Stir fry the garlic till its golden brown, mix in the sliced onions.

Then, add in the minced beef.

Stir fry till the minced beef is slightly dry, mix in the rest of the raw ingredients.
Continue mixing it till everything is even.

Here comes the sauces :)
Pour in the mushroom sauce, add on with some milk and mushroom soup.
Let it boil for few minutes.

Then, it's time to layer the lasagna.

Variety of cheese are of your own preference :)

Start of with 1/3 of sauce at the bottom, then cover it with the lasagna sheets.

Baby sister and I are cheese lovers so we put super alot of cheese slices in between the layers XD
It can be replace with sausages as well :)
Repeat the layers few more times.

The last layer would be the sauce, then sprinkle the top with Mozarella cheese.

For mine, we combined both :D *cheeeeezyyyy*

The final step!
Put in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes.
Check if the Mozarella cheese are melted and brown, if yes, then it's done and ready to serve :)

Enjoy a perfect slice of lasagna :)

It turns out to be a fun experience! Wasn't that hard after all ;)

Super 8

A super long delayed post!
Thanks to Nuffnang once again for the wonderful premiere screening, and this round it was held at KLCC! It's actually my first time going KLCC for a movie :)

My date of the day, baby ♥

Hello to the new me ;)

He picked me up in the evening from mummy's office, then we head on to KL from there!

It was quite a smooth ride all the way to our first destination, a yummylicious beef noodle restaurant, our dinner place! I'm so proud of myself that I actually manage to find it, thanks to daddy's instructions too! :D

Both of us were having a crave for beef noodle, and since we were already going down to KL, we decided to go try out this restaurant recommended by daddy!

Movie summary:

Shortly after, unusual disappearances and inexplicable events begin to take place in town, and the local sheriff's deputy tries to uncover the truth -- something more terrifying than any of them could have imagined.

I put quite high expectations on this movie, and was looking forward to it very much.

Turns out it was good :) The movie keeps your curiosity so high till the end of the movie, you never know what's gonna happen next, why are they doing so, what's the weird things they are carrying around, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, what and why are they actually LOOKING FOR - the creature!

I must say, the group of young actors and actress keeps the movie entertaining!

They are in the midst of filming a movie and an accident occurred on site. Later, they found out the mystery that everyone's been wanting to know, is actually recorded! This leads to the start of their curiosity...

Catch the movie while it's still HOT in the cinemas ;)

Don't forget to stay back for the short film done by the group of kids!

At the end of the movie, baby popped a question,

"So, why is the movie named Super 8?"

" I don't know.. maybe the creature has 8 legs?"

"No, erm are there 8 kids?"

"Errr.... *counting* nope!"

Be it red, orange, yellow, blue, indigo, turquoise, pink, peach, etc.. I just love 'em all! In my wardrobe, you can hardly find anything in dark colours especially black, but you could easily spot a red dress, top,or shorts! ;)

It would definitely be awesome to have these colours to fill up my plain white room, so everyday could be like the fairy tales to me :)

Ever tried a super yummylicious pizza that made you fall for it each time you eat it and so addictive that you can never had enough of it? :) I have and had, and am still a loyal customer since the day I found it!
So, I decided to share it with you all! Sharing your happiness double the happiness quoted by.. me! :D

As we can see from the name of the restaurant, it is a Swedish restaurant which has a dedicated owner whom I'm truly impressed by the way he handles the restaurant. He does not only bake the pizza or prepares other dishes, but also sent out deliveries by himself! :) This restaurant is conveniently located in Damansara Utama and has a comfy and cosy ambiance, perfectly suitable for couple dining, family or even friends gathering!

For the start of your meal, they serve their home-made bun with some butter spread.

I shall kick-start the month of June with the last birthday celebration last month! :D

And again, we went for a seafood dinner as our birthday girl, Ollie was a seafood lover!

We wanted to go to Fatty Crab, Taman Megah but it was too packed, and our stomachs were already grumbling drumbling so we decided to go to the opposite restaurant, Pangkor Village.

Another long-delayed post :)
We were so bored with our city life, always get stuck with either the lappie/television, we needed some fresh breeze from the sea, so we took another spontaneous trip down Port Dickson, for the beach and some adventure! *minus the long drive+got lost looking for the adventure park*

The beach was so crowded and full with tents, we thought we could just sit by the beach with our picnic mat but it was just TOO SUNNY! So, we rented the tent as well :)

It was the same day from the night after we went for our hearty meal, we decided to go to Sunway Pyramid for some drinks :)

As we were walking to meet one of our friend, a very colourful window display of soft toys caught my eye from far, as we walked nearer, then I REALIZE IT WAS ANGRY BIRDS!!! Yeah I was really excited that time!! 'cos I've only seen it online/the apps in the smart phones and not anywhere else >.< *shy*

It was so REAL looking at the ANGRY BIRDS soft-toy!!

Felt like they escaped out from the GAME!! @@

Oh my, JUST LOOK AT ALL THE ADORABLE ANGRY BIRDS!!! ♥

Sunway Pyramid is having an activity in conjunction with the Japan earthquake that happened two months ago, where everyone is encouraged to fold an origami crane, as a symbol of peace and prayers for Japan. They have paper provided at selected entrances, with the instructions board as well, definitely helpful for those who doesn't know how to fold one, like me! :)

So, I decided to try it out!

Mine turned out so fugly that my friend had to save it for me :(

Some time back during Good Friday, Samantha's friend came down from Singapore for holidays as it was a public holiday for the merlion city, making it a long weekend for them :) So, Samantha made a few plans for her friend to enjoy her KL trip and one of it was this hearty seafood meal! Yummms~

She found this famous restaurant from the malaysia most wanted food website, so we decided to give it a try!

#1 Marmite pork ribs
Look at the pork ribs coated with a layer of sticky marmite sauce.. you just couldn't resists the look of it, what not, the taste of it! It's good!

#2 Fried mantis prawn
This dish is not that fantastic compared to others I've eaten, the prawns are quite little and most of it are flour.. Wouldn't recommend to order this dish..

#2 Lettuce stir fried with garlic
A very simple vege dish!

#3 Tofu
I love tofu! The tofu is really fresh, but for overall, is quite a common dish.
Taste wise was just fine :)

And, of course, not to forget the main HIGHLIGHT of the dinner!

#4 Claypot butter crab
Oooh-lah-lah! This is really Awesome AYE!
The thick buttery sauce taste so good, that you have to lick off every bits of it that's left on the shell! *slurps*
Definitely MUST TRY!!

Hello all! It's been long since I last updated my bloggie due to assignments, tests and job interview Y.Y ,finally its all over and for this week, I have a short sem break. Hooray :) Haha I just realized that my previous post can actually be related to this coming post :D Yeap! 'cos it's Easter today! Gotten your easter eggies?? ♥

My sister and I decided to make our own Easter eggies!
The process was simply fun!

Things to prepare : Clean egg shells, poster colour, glittery powder, rough papers, small brushes, palette, cloth, and a cup.

#1 Paint the egg shell any colour you desired, for ours, we start off with white :)

#2 Colour up the whole shell, then use a hair dryer to dry it, which makes it easier to continue the drawings with other colours. "Bunny says : hello you, i'm your fluffy easter bunny!"

#3 This is where your creative minds kicks off! Play with those colours! :D
"Bunny says: Meet my friend, cotton tail :) Let's take a piccie togethr! *Ka-chak*"

#4 This is my creative piece of work halfway, almost done!
Sister in her own easter-wonderland, imagining those easter eggs, and paint.. paint.. paint..

Went for the HOP movie premiere screening yesterday with baby, bro and sister.

It was my sister's birthday too, so we brought her to the movie as her birthday outing :)

And, thanks to NuffnangMY for those extra tickets so baby could come along, if not we wouldn't have make it to the screening >.<

We were running late for the ticket collection, as soon as we entered the car park, me and sister hopped off the car and went up the cinema first :x Aimed for the ticket counter, and gotten our tickets -relieved-

Then, I saw some of the bloggers too! Met *kian fai, isaac,xing,carmen and hilda :D

It was such a rush one and didn't get to know the others :(

This caught my eye at the hallway outside the cinemas when I walked pass.
It's Carlos, the evil chick that been wanting to take over the Mr Easter Bunny position, with the always-angry-looking-eyes, and of course, Phil, my favorite adorable chick that dances when there's music!

HOP the movie is mainly about this guy name Fred O'Hare (James Marden), who's an out-of-work slacker that always hope to do something big/great to prove to his family and the bunny E.B (voiced by Russell Brand ), that ran away from Easter island to Hollywood wanting to pursue his dream of being a drummer. The story begins when Fred's car accidentally knocked into E.B, and had to take him in until he recovers. As the story grows, they both learnt about the facts of life and helped each other out with their dreams :)

I would give a rating of A for this movie!

Definitely an entertaining movie :)

Snow Walk @ iCity

Visited the Snow Walk at i-City during one of the weekend with my family. I've been to i-City a number of times, and was fascinated with the beautifully lid up lights. Recently, they had a new attraction which is the Snow Walk, which enables Malaysian to experience winter! :D

There aren't many photos taken in the Snow Walk 'cos I wore the wrong footwear. fml!
After 15 minutes in there, it felt as if my toes are gonna fall off! T_________T

So we've always heard the saying, it is proven that laughing can actually help fight diseases; especially for heart disease patients! As for a healthy person, laughter can give you tonnes of benefits from physical and mental health all the way to socially as well! #curioustoknowmore

Last weekend, me,baby and few of my friends went to the Comedy Club event at Velvet, Zouk. It was Friday night and the weather phailed on us, as it was rainy all day long, which means bad traffic everywhere! We were late but luckily the comedians were not out yet, while the host of the night, Prem from FlyFm/8TV was giving a good introduction and some start off comedies to warm up the crowd ;)

Let me present you the fellow comedians.
Sugar Sammy ( Canada ), Jacques Barret (Australia), Susan Murray (UK) and Prem!

It was my first time watching a stand-up comedy and I was pretty excited how it will be, it turns out to be great! We laughed our heads off, all the way till the end. Three of them have their own style of cracking jokes and getting the cheers from the crowds, I especially love Sugar Sammy! ♥ #someepicjokesofthenight

My semester is getting busy, and workload is piling up as well!
The stress of last semester is creeping in slowly :/

A chilled cup of Starbucks and is definitely the best solution of stress relief.
Tried the new flava : Iced Cocoa Cappuccino; with the new Starbucks logo.

I'm sure everyone is aware of the tragic disaster that struck Japan.
The Japan earthquake shook my heart deeply, getting LIVE updates everyday about the conditions in Japan is heart-wrenching :( Since we're so far away, the only way we could help is by saying some prayers and offer some donations. One of it is that, we can donate through #Milkadeal to the Emergency Disaster Relief Fund with the Malaysian Red Crescent Society. #prayforjapan.
Let's hope this would end as soon as possible, giving them peace again.
