&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;材料：&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;牛奶 85g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;干酵母 5g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;低筋面粉 150g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;盐 1g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;苏打粉 1g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;黑芝麻 5g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;黄油 25g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;淡盐水（刷表面用）10g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;做法：&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1.牛奶和干酵母混合，搅拌均匀。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;2.低筋面粉中加入盐、苏打粉、黑芝麻和黄油，倒入酵母、牛奶揉成面团。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;3.揉好的面团包裹保鲜膜饧（xing第二音）20分钟，擀成薄片，折叠几次。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;4.最后擀成大约0.2厘米的薄片，刷一刷淡盐水，用叉子扎孔；烤盘垫不沾纸或不沾布。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;5.用饼干模型压出形状，用刀片将压好形状的饼干生坯（pi第一音）移至烤盘，然后放置在温室，饧10分钟。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;6.烤箱预热至200'C，饼干生坯如烤箱中上层，烤10分钟即可。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;♥一定要擀到薄薄，要不然烤10分钟是不够熟，如果真的不熟（中间软软），就将饼干翻过来再烤5至10分钟。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;材料：&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;egg &amp;nbsp;white 200ml&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;icing sugar 200g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;corn flour 2tbsp&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;vanilla 1/2tsp&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;coffee emolco 2tsp&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;cream of tatar 1/2tsp&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;做法：&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1.蛋白和嗒嗒粉打至起泡。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;2.加入糖粉和粟米粉打至幼滑（纹路不会立刻消失）。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;3.然后加入coffee emolco和vanilla用刮刀搅拌均匀。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;4.完成后的材料放入挤花袋挤出花纹，顶部加一粒巧克力粒装饰。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;5.预热烤炉130‘C烘40分钟。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;6.冷却后装进容器即可。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;少许麻油&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1小匙粟粉（我用2小匙）&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1/2小匙糖&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1大匙粟粉水，打芡（我没有用到）&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;做法：&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1.鸡肉加入腌料拌匀，腌30分钟。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;2.杏鲍菇放入滚水中烫一烫，捞起沥干水分。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;3.烧热油，放入鸡肉炒熟，再加入小玉米、红萝卜和杏鲍菇炒匀。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;1.鸡肉先用酱油1茶匙、胡椒粉1/4茶匙、盐1/2茶匙腌制，然后加1大匙玉蜀黍粉捞均匀。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;2.锅内热油煎熟鸡肉，盛碟。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;3.烧热干净的锅，加入牛油和咖哩叶炒香，然后加1茶匙糖。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
