فرض کریں کہ ایک ایرانی اسٹارٹ اپ، جو کہ ایک آن لائن ایجوکیشن پلیٹ فارم چلا رہا ہے، پابندیوں کی وجہ سے PayPal یا Stripe جیسی عالمی ادائیگی کی خدمات استعمال نہیں کر سکتا تھا۔ اس کی وجہ سے انہیں صرف مقامی صارفین تک محدود رہنا پڑتا تھا۔ اگر پابندیاں ہٹ جاتی ہیں، تو وہ عالمی ادائیگی کے گیٹ ویز کو اپنا کر بین الاقوامی طلباء کو اپنی خدمات پیش کر سکیں گے۔

اسی طرح، ایک ایرانی گیم ڈویلپر جو عالمی گیمنگ پلیٹ فارمز جیسے Steam یا Epic Games Store پر اپنی گیمز شائع نہیں کر سکتا تھا، اب اسے یہ موقع ملے گا۔ اس سے نہ صرف اس کی آمدنی میں اضافہ ہوگا بلکہ اسے عالمی گیمنگ کمیونٹی میں بھی پہچان ملے گی۔

عمومی غلطیاں :

معاہدے کے بعد بھی کچھ چیزوں کا خیال رکھنا ضروری ہے۔ یہ نہ سمجھیں کہ تمام مسائل راتوں رات حل ہو جائیں گے۔

• زیادہ پرامید نہ ہوں: اگرچہ یہ ایک مثبت قدم ہے، لیکن سیاسی صورتحال کبھی بھی بدل سکتی ہے۔ ہمیشہ بیک اپ پلان تیار رکھیں۔

• سیکیورٹی کو نظر انداز نہ کریں: انٹرنیٹ کی آزادی کے ساتھ سائبر سیکیورٹی کے خطرات بھی بڑھتے ہیں۔ اپنی ڈیجیٹل سیکیورٹی کو مضبوط رکھیں۔

• مقامی مارکیٹ کو نہ بھولیں: عالمی مارکیٹ میں قدم رکھنے کے ساتھ ساتھ اپنی مقامی مارکیٹ اور صارفین کی ضروریات کو بھی مدنظر رکھیں۔

جاتے جاتے:

ٹیکنالوجی ایک پل ہے جو لوگوں کو جوڑتا ہے اور ترقی کے نئے راستے کھولتا ہے۔ "ایران امریکہ معاہدہ" اگرچہ ایک سیاسی پیش رفت ہے، لیکن اس کے ٹیک سیکٹر پر گہرے اثرات مرتب ہو سکتے ہیں۔ اگر یہ معاہدہ اپنی روح کے مطابق نافذ ہوتا ہے، تو یہ ایرانی ٹیک کمیونٹی کے لیے ایک نئی صبح کا آغاز ہو سکتا ہے، جہاں وہ اپنی صلاحیتوں کو عالمی سطح پر منوا سکیں گے اور عالمی ٹیک انقلاب کا حصہ بن سکیں گے۔

امید ہے کہ یہ معاہدہ صرف کاغذ پر نہیں رہے گا بلکہ حقیقی معنوں میں ایرانی عوام اور خاص طور پر ٹیک پروفیشنلز کے لیے بہتری لائے گا۔ ہم سب کو ایک ایسی دنیا کی ضرورت ہے جہاں ٹیکنالوجی سب کے لیے قابل رسائی ہو، اور جہاں ٹیلنٹ کو کسی بھی سرحد یا پابندی کی وجہ سے روکا نہ جائے۔ یہ صرف ایک معاہدہ نہیں، یہ ایک امید ہے، ایک بہتر مستقبل کی امید۔

"جانے اِس دِل کا حال کیا ہو گا" اور "ہم نہ باز آئیں گے محبت سے" اَصل میں ایک ہی غزل کے دو الگ الگ مصرعے ہیں۔ اس خوب صورت غزل" ہم نہ باز آئیں گے محبت سے" کے شاعر کا نام بھی عام طور پر سجاد سولنگی، شکیب جلالی اور حتٰی کہ حدیقہ کیانی سے غلط طور پر منسوب کیا جاتا ہے۔

چین کا اروناچل پردیش میں مقامات کے نام تبدیل کرنا: پس منظر، ردعمل اور علاقائی کشیدگی

چین نے اروناچل پردیش میں 27 مقامات کے نام کیوں تبدیل کیے؟

حال ہی میں چین نے بھارت کی شمال مشرقی ریاست اروناچل پردیش کے 27 مقامات - جن میں 15 پہاڑ، چار درے، دو دریا، ایک جھیل اور پانچ رہائشی علاقے شامل ہیں - کے نام چینی اور تبتی زبان میں تبدیل کیے ہیں۔ یہ اقدام 11 مئی 2025 کو چین کی سول افیئرز منسٹری کی جانب سے کیا گیا۔ یہ پانچواں موقع ہے جب چین نے اروناچل پردیش کے مقامات کے نام تبدیل کیے ہیں، اس سے قبل 2017، 2021، 2023 اور 2024 میں بھی ایسے اقدامات کیے جا چکے ہیں۔

چین کا مؤقف اور علاقائی دعویٰ

چین اروناچل پردیش کو "زَنگنان" (Zangnan) یعنی "جنوبی تبت" کا حصہ قرار دیتا ہے اور اس پر اپنی خودمختاری کا دعویٰ کرتا ہے۔ بیجنگ کا کہنا ہے کہ مقامات کے ناموں کا معیار بنانا اس کی علاقائی خودمختاری کے دائرے میں آتا ہے۔ چین اس خطے میں اپنے تاریخی اور ثقافتی دعوے کو مضبوط بنانے کے لیے نام تبدیل کرنے کی حکمت عملی اپناتا ہے۔

بھارت کا ردعمل: اروناچل پردیش بھارت کا اٹوٹ انگ

بھارت نے چین کے اس اقدام کو سختی سے مسترد کیا ہے اور اسے "بے معنی" اور "مضحکہ خیز" قرار دیا ہے۔ بھارتی وزارت خارجہ کے ترجمان نے واضح طور پر کہا:

"تخلیقی نام رکھنے سے یہ ناقابل تردید حقیقت تبدیل نہیں ہوگی کہ اروناچل پردیش بھارت کا اٹوٹ اور ناقابل انتقال حصہ تھا، ہے اور ہمیشہ رہے گا۔"

بھارت کا کہنا ہے کہ اس طرح کے اقدامات سے زمینی حقائق تبدیل نہیں ہو سکتے اور نہ ہی چین کے دعوے کو بین الاقوامی سطح پر تسلیم کیا جاتا ہے۔

علاقائی کشیدگی اور سفارتی اثرات

مثال:ایک ملازم نے 29سال ملازمت کی۔ اس کی آخری بیسک تنخواہ 50 ہزار روپے تھی۔ گراس، نیٹ، کمیوٹ پنشن معلوم کریں۔

Gross Pay=33950

اب اِس کا 65 فیصد یعنی 22067 روپے Net Pensionہو گی۔ جو پنشنر کو ماہوار ملے گی۔ اور بقیہ 11882 روپے کمیوٹ تصور ہو گی۔

ریزیڈیول پنشن( باقی بچ جانے والی پنشن) Residual Pension

گراس پنشن میں 35٪ پنشن ، کمیوٹ ہوتی ہے۔ باقی بچ جانے والی 65٪ پنشن کو ریزیڈیول پنشن کہا جاتا ہے۔ اِس پنشن میں سالانہ انکریمنٹ اور میڈیکل الاؤنسز وغیرہ شامل ہوتے رہتے ہیں۔

فیملی پنشن:

یہ پنشن ملازم/ پنشنر کی موت کی صورت میں اُس کی فیملی کو اَدا کی جاتی ہے۔

دورانِ سروس فوت ہونے والے ملازم کی فیملی کو ریزیڈیول پنشن 65٪ کی بجائے 75٪ دی جاتی ہے۔ پنشنر کی وفات کی صورت میں بھی یہ 75 فیصد ہی ہوتی ہے۔

Naheed Islam is 26 years old and is a student of Sociology Department of Dhaka University. He was against the policies of Hasina Wajid. In June, he started raising his voice against the government policies. The movement started which later became the basis for the end of Hasina Wajid's 16-year rule. In these two months, the government declared Naheed Islam a terrorist, cracked down on him and picked him up from the police house. He was taken away, brutally tortured, and thrown under a bridge in Dhaka when he was completely unconscious. He was arrested again on July 26, but by then things had changed.

The police were panicked, the students continued to advance and the government retreated and this retreat finally ended with the escape of Hasina Wajid on August 5.
