Stitch would love to go to Super Bowl 50

Stitch’s handler Scorch is trying to win tickets to Super Bowl 50 at Levis Stadium in Santa Clara, California in the San Francisco Bay Area. If Scorch can’t score the tickets, this is as close to #SB50 Super Bowl 50 as Stitch is going to get: the Golden 50 outside of Levis Stadium.

It looks like Super Bowl 50 is going to be an Epic party. Good luck to both the Carolina Panthers and the Denver Broncos. And wish luck to my Wrangler Scorch. Hopefully we will be going to the Super Bowl as well.

Super Bowl 50: Countdown to Kickoff Pro Football Hall of Fame Gridiron Exhibit with Stitch

Stitch had a hankering for some football. But Stitch can’t afford Super Bowl 50 tickets. He took a visit to Triton Art Museum to stroll the new football exhibit and met former Washington Husky & Super Bowl Champion San Francisco 49er (SB XXIX, 1995) Defensive End, Dennis Brown.

This week, is the beginning of pre Super Bowl festivities in the San Francisco Bay Area.

It starts in the City of Santa Clara with one of their Santa Clara Super Community events.

The Triton Museum of Art in Partnership with the City ofSanta Clara, the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Super Bowl 50 host committee, is presenting an exhibit titled Gridiron Glory.

The exhibit is 5000 square feet of the best of the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s vast collection, including over 200 precious football mementos; award-winning photography, including rare photos; one of a kind documents; interactive exhibits that challenge both mind and body; spectacular footage from NFL films; the Vince Lombardi Trophy; and more to Santa Clara's local fine art museum.

Gridiron Glory was produced by Pro Football Hall of Fame in association with NFL films, Pro Football Exhibits, Algonquin Museum Services, Barrie Projects, Gallagher & Associates and Evergreen Exhibitions.

I have not had any adventures lately, hence no posts, but I did want to wish everyone a Happy Happy Stitch day (get it? Today is 6/26 my alien experiment number)!

Today a lot of people get to be in different types of families. Everyone has a little different situation, but I don't judge, because look I'm an alien and I found my Ohana here on E-arth.

Disney Store's 28th Anniversary Today

Good day my friends. Stitch had the pleasure of celebrating with his Disney friends today at a Disney Store, their 28th Anniversary.

For the 28TH anniversary celebration, Disney Store gave out a special gift for the first 28 people that puchased something today. At the Imagination Park stores aka IP stores they gave out Disney Store mickey ears. At the regular stores the gave out reusable bags. Most guest at opening were given special mickey birthday paper hats with a 28 special logo. Every hour at the 28th minute a special Disney store edition of the Mickey Mouse Club song played.

And all day long there is 28% off merchandise, some restrictions may apply.

Stitch goes on an 3D Interactive Adventure at Target

Stitch and his Wranglers love Target Stores. Wrangler Scorch walked into a Target on December 4, and found this 3D Adventure going on and then brought Stitch on December 6, 2014 to try it for himself. Stitch loved hanging out with digital Bullseye and his cookie prize at the end of the journey.

What is this adventure we speak of?

Target and Google teamed up to provide an illustration of the future of retail with an in store 10 minute interactive 3D Adventure version of their mobile game Bullseye’s Playground.

Guests (including Stitch) are given a tablet with the game loaded in selected stores (Only four in the entire U.S. get this opportunity) and walk throughout the store, following Bullseye on the screen as their guide through an icy world hitting peppermint candies in the sky and having a snowball fight with Zoomer the Dinosaur. Guests at the end of their journey receive a cookie once they complete the game and return the device.

This Special Interactive Experience is at the following locations:

Disney Store Visa Cardholder Event

Today there was a Disney Visa Cardholder event at Stitch's favorite Disney Store before opening to the general public.

For children, they handed out Dusty paper goggles before they embarked on a high flying Planes Fire and Rescue training.

Adults got to partake in an extra 15% discount.

Disney's Planes Fire and Rescue comes to theatres July 18th.

Disney Store Guest Summer Play Days

Stitch loves a good Disney activity, especially free ones.

Starting on June 2nd, Disney Stores in North America kicked off Summer Play Days. Children ages 3 and up, will be able to participate in special events daily and receive a special prize.

Stitch heard through walls that the first prize was a special lanyard and each week you can add a different prize button to the lanyard. All special summer prizes are while supplies last.

Even Stitch missed out on the lanyard, so hopefully another Disney Store has one.

Go out and have some free summer fun at your local Disney Store.

P.S. Stitch was able to get the lanyard and first button shortly after writing this blog. He learned the Mickey Mouse Hot Dog dance.

Stitch's faith in magic is restored with disney store north star

A new twist on an epic tale, it tells the "true story" from Princess / Queen Aurora's point of view. Is Maleficent a Villainous or Heroine? You be the judge.

Stitch’s Adventure Club loves to promote cool and local artists that have done Stitch themed work for us in our travels. We have run across another Balloon artist who was daring enough to be placed on the spot, out of their comfort zone, creating our favorite Disney Character, Stitch with balloons; Jasper, from Jasper & Costello Entertainment.

Stitch really is a difficult character with his interesting angles and such, so we always like to throw out the challenge and see if we have takers.

Today in Cedar Park, Texas, South Austin Balloon Twisting artist Jasper, took the challenge and did an excellent rendition of Stitch, for his very first time. We really do appreciate him taking the time for our little challenge. He was super nice and excellent with children, and did some very cool versions of Mickey Mouse and Tinker bell as well.

Thank you, balloon twisting artist Jasper for taking the time to figure out how to create Stitch with balloons and creating one for us. His photos and story will last forever.

Hot Topic Has Cool Stitch Merchandise – Hurry to Stores!

Good day Stitch fans. There is a great merchandise opportunity for Stitch fans out there that we recently found out about and wanted to share. You have to hurry to stores though because items are hard to find and are selling out quickly, in stores and online.

Hot Topic has recently received Disney Stitch items for adults and we are totally excited about it. Some of the items include: Two varieties of Seat Belt pant belts, cosmetic bag (which can be used for things other than cosmetics- like cords or pin trading pins), a hobo bag with Stitch’s big face on it, a lanyard, and ID zip cord, a phone wallet, lip gloss, 3 small buttons and 1 large Elvis Stitch button, a little doll that resembles a voo doo type doll, adult t-shirts, and two different varieties of large stickers. This is all we found, but there could have been more. We got on the train late. :(

Stitch’s Adventure Club’s FIRST Mission Failure: Disney Store NorthPark Center in Dallas,Texas

We at Stitch’s Adventure Club debated for a few days whether or not we wanted or were going to blog about this experience of our FIRST Mission failure. After much thought, we decided to do so. We decided we wanted to accentuate how long we have been successful at what we do (whether we have blogged about all of them or not) and re-enforce we are the best at what we do as Stitch Wranglers and Disney / Stitch fans.

Stitch and his Wranglers have done thousands of adventures and missions and met numerous celebrities for 12 years. TWELVE. Twelve years is a long time for having a 100% success rate. We have never been denied access or told no. Most folks are willing participants, after a little magical persuasion, in our adventures, which makes this Disney experience all the more upsetting. Stitch has gone on the 50th Anniversary Disneyland hot air balloon, met Cal Ripken Jr., Barbara Walters, Michael Phelps, Willie Nelson, rode big giant tortoises, Captained part of the very first Disney Cruise Line Panama Canal voyage, met Disney Store Vice President, Jonathan Storey (who helped with some Stitch Wrangling duties at a new Disney Store opening in California and we consider him an Honorary Stitch Wrangler and friend of Stitch) and many many other crazy things, plus we have the photographs to prove it! We figured someday Stitch and his Wranglers would fail a mission, but we never guessed it would be with a Disney entity, EVER.

Well on May 8, 2014, Disney Store NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas helped us get to our “First time in FOREVER” mission failure. We are extremely upset about this and are dwelling about it, for now. But after his blog we will let Jedi Stitch handle the rest.

This is the story:

Stitch Wranglers arrived 20-30 minutes before the store opening and were first outside the Disney Store, going outside of their original non-Stitch Wrangling adventures to see if Jedi Stitch could open the store. Opening the Store, means actually getting to do the magical opening, so Stitch can touch the key, turn the key, etc... We do this for photo ops and souvenirs of our adventures to scrapbook (in the event Stitch has done a task with reward multiple times, a duplicate of said reward goes to one of his team of Wrangler’s as a thank you for helping with his adventures—there are a handful of Official Stitch Wranglers out there that don’t get to experience some things and Stitch likes to spread around the wealth of treasures). One of our Stitch Wranglers asked the opening Cast Member if Stitch could open the store (and let’s face it, this means assistance from a human Wrangler—we always have a Wrangler behind the alien), they said yes, but when it came time to do so, their imagination obviously left the building and selected another to do the opening.

We always thought Disney Stores were supposed to be magical for ALL of their guests (that is how we always did it-as former Disney Store Cast Member(s) we know and understand the standard) because as Walt Disney once said “Adults are only kids grown up, anyway." But I guess at NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas they feel they shouldn't be all out magical to blue aliens and their adult wranglers who write, share a blog and create magical experiences for adults and children everywhere (even many Disney Cast Members). Epic FAIL.

Thank you Disney Store NorthPark Center for being our FIRST (and hopefully ONLY) mission failure. It was bound to happen eventually, I guess, but after 12 years of doing adventures, we are sad and surprised that it was with Disney and not a celebrity that thinks we are CRAZY.

Jedi Stitch has used his Jedi Mind tricks to erase this dis-enchanted experience and location from his memory banks, choosing only to re-collect all of his former and future experiences of AWESOME.

Some of his past experiences of AWESOME include:

-Being touched by US Secret Service and President Clinton (we only have an autographed mini shirt as proof of this experience--Secret Service would not allow cameras to record the experience)
-Piloting the Disney Magic during the Inaugural Cruise of the Panama Canal (Stitch Wranglers were not allowed where Stitch went. Crew members escorted our favorite alien with Wrangler cameras).
-Being taken backstage at Walt Disney World to see the Disney MGM Studios Water Tower up close for a final time before the name change (Stitch Wranglers were not allowed behind the scenes with Stitch)
-Being on a flight of the 50th Anniversary Golden Mickey Hot Air Balloon in New Mexico
-Traveling to Key West Florida and meeting the famous Hemingway Cats
- Riding on a Giant Tortoise
- Cruising South Beach, Florida
- Multiple Disney Store events
And many more

Star Wars fun Disney Store and Toyrsus style “May the Fourth Be with You!”

Stitch was a busy little alien this weekend. It was a fun filled weekend of comics and Star Wars.
First, it was Free Comic Book Day. Free comic Book Day is always the first Saturday in May. Who doesn’t love a free comic book?

After free comic books, Stitch had to take advantage of the big Star Wars hoopla. Saturday Stitch headed over to Toys R Us to claim his free Mini X-Wing and TIE fighter at the LEGO Star Wars Building Event. He went home to build and play with his Star Wars Lego and then rested up for his big day the following day.

May 4th, May the Fourth Be With You. Stitch woke up especially early to dress in his Jedi attire to participate in a full day of activities at his favorite Disney Store, Store #626. Woot! Woot!

Starting out his adventure he waited in line for a special edition free pin given out to the first 100 guests. Now just to be clear, Stitch actually needs a special human proxy to obtain such items, so that is the job of his human Stitch Wrangler, Wrangler Scorch. Never fear, Wrangler Scorch is always ready for the job waiting and addressing Stitch’s every need, including being a photographer and holding back Stitch’s most obsessive fans.

After receiving the special edition pin, Stitch headed to the area of Plush Mountain to prepare for his Jedi Training.

After receiving sufficient training for Jedi Knight Trainer Jaye and Brittany, Stitch had a light saber battle with Jedi Knight Trainer Brittany and Jedi Knight Ivette. And for the record, no humans or aliens were harmed during any Jedi battles. It was just fun practice for Jedi training.

Earth Day Freebie at your local Disney Store today, April 22, 2014

Stitch tries to get one of his Wrangler’s to take him to a lot of the Disney Store festivities in the area.

Since today is Earth Day, Stitch wanted to honor his adopted planet, by helping protect it. Stitch, like many other guests today, brought in 5 plastic bags to exchange for a Free Re-usable bag which promotes Disney Nature’s new theatrical movie release, Bears. This offer is good while supplies last and one per guest over 10 years of age.

Stitch would also like to see Bears in theatres too., It looks like a good one.

It’s time for a Stitch Breakfast!

On Stitch’s Adventures, Stitch meets and takes pictures with many fans and Cast Members all over the world. Last year at a re-opening of a Disney Store in San Jose, California, Stitch met a little girl that we call, Princess Sophia. She has awesome parents that love Disney and Stitch. Wrangler Scorch is friends with Princess Sophia’s mom on Facebook from our chance encounter. The other day she posted an awesome thing, we just had to share. Stitch pancakes!!! IT looks like she used strawberries, blueberries, banana and whipped cream as the toppings. Why didn’t we think of that?!

School is in session @ Monsters University

Stitch went to Disney Store Campus 626 for Monsters University School of Scaring orientation today. He learned Scare Approaches 101. During enrollment, future monsters receive a Student Identification card. You are then introduced to how to scare like a true monster. Upon completion of the course you receive a Monsters University pennant for your monster dorm room.

Special Thanks to Professor Shannon, Professor Jaye and Professor Ivette @ campus 626 for allowing Stitch to participate in class today with his human, Stitch Wrangler Scorch.

Stitch had an awesome time. Next weekend classes at a Disney Store campus near you is on June 22 and June 29. Don’t miss out on how to scare like a monster.

Monsters University opens on June 21^st. Stitch got a sneak peak of this movie and though the peeps in charge told us not to talk about the movie in writing until opening day, we will tell you to go see it!

Stitch meets Chick-fil-a COO Dan Cathy

Stitch has been spending some more time in Texas. On his latest installment of adventures, Stitch traveled to San Antonio, Texas to go to a Chick-fil-a Grand Opening at McCreless Marketplace 4110 S New Braunfels Ave San Antonio, TX 78223 on May 23, 2013. His wranglers partook in the First 100, in which the First 100 people get free Chick-fil-a for a year. Also during this awesome visit where the Stitch Wranglers got a very cool behind the kitchen tour, Stitch got to meet Chick-fil-a COO Mr. Dan Cathy. Mr. Cathy was very kind to all guests who approached him (including little blue aliens ;) ) and plays a mean trumpet. Thanks for the picture and making it an awesome opening.

Mr. Dan Cathy aftarwards was heading to Moore, Oklahoma to help re-open their Chick-fil-a for their community.

Space Shuttle Endeavor’s final ferry flight voyage

Stitch’s Adventure Club adventured to see the final voyage (to it’s new home) of the Space Shuttle Endeavour. Stitch didn’t want Wrangler’s Scorch’s once in a lifetime opportunity to pass by having to babysit him, so he stayed near all the food trucks and had coffee, while Scorch captured the shuttle on it’s last ferry flight.

We hung out at NASA AMES RESEARCH / Moffett Field Air Field to await the fly over.

Happy 10th Anniversary to Lilo and Stitch & Stitch’s Adventure Club

Now folks before there is an argument, there is a little discrepancy as to when Lilo and Stitch’s official release was. It was either June 21^st, 2002 or June 22^nd, 2002 (but we really think it was the 21st). Now there are several places that have different dates, including pins, and books, so we are just going with both as the non-committal answer and posting our anniversary post sort of in between the two to be safe. ;)

We at Stitch’s Adventure Club are amazed at all of the Adventures we have been on since being introduced to the most awesome character Stitch and hope for many more fantastic adventures.

We also would like to give a shout out to Stitch’s voice and creator, Chris Sanders. Without him, stitch would have never been born.

On behalf of our club we would like to thank you for being a fan of Lilo and Stitch, and most importantly Stitch and for you to urge the Walt Disney family of Companies to share their love of Stitch and produce more products, and programing. IF he is out of sight, he can become out of mind, and we wouldn’t want that. He has lasted for 10 bodacious years; let’s hope here lasts for many more decades to come.

Disneyland Resort: Magical Cast Members (2012)

Wrangler Scorch, Mama Scorch, and Stitch traveled to the Disneyland Resort to celebrate Wrangler Scorch’s birthday. While Wrangler Scorch was off taking photos of all the restroom signs, Stitch was out finding magical Cast Members.

These magical Cast Members were willing to pose with Stitch, because well , Stitch is so charming and cute. Stitch thought these Cast Members exemplified Disney Magic on this special trip, and we at Stitch’s Adventure Club appreciate all of their hard work and dedication creating Disney Magic for guests of all ages from around the world at the Happiest Place on Earth. Thank you for adding a touch of Pixie Dust to our Summer 2012 visit to the Disneyland Resort.

Stitch attends Imagination Park Disney Store opening at Westfield Valley Fair

Stitch loves Disney Store openings. He never knows who he is going to meet. He always likes to be one of the first in line as well, so he can sport some cool looking Mickey Ears.

While waiting in line, Stitch got to get a photo with the awesome Vice President of Disney Stores Jonathan, whose favorite character according to his name tag, is Sorcerer Mickey (a favorite of Stitch's at Halloween). Jonathan was super nice to Stitch, and even helped him sneak to the top of the princess castle (shh! Don’t tell the princesses).

Disney Store Valley Fair opened in a new mall location, today, after being in the same location for about 20 years. Now it is on level one, next to Starbucks and has a fantastic new theme, Imagination Park.

Wrangler Scorch and Stitch would like to thank the super Cast Members of Disney Store Valley Fair and VP Jonathan for being super awesome. It was nice to meet all of them and cool of them to participate in our project on site. Thanks for helping us create magic with you.

Disney Store Celebrates 25 years of Creating Magic

On this day, March 28, 25 years ago, Disney Store first opened with special pixie dust in Southern California. Today there are many Disney Stores and through the years have been scattered throughout the world.

If you travel into a Disney Store today, a lot of the mainstream items will be 25% off, today only in celebration of this awesome occassion.

Earlier today, Disney Store’s were giving away these cool silver ears to the first 250 people in line. Stitch Wrangler Scorch sacrificed ears for Stitch (since they only give out ears to humans, no aliens. L ) Stitch LOVES his silver ears.

Hot Doggin’ It!

Stitch is the classic Hot Dog. So we wanted to bring him to the other classic Hot Dog. So when we heard the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile was around Wrangler Scorch’s neck of the woods, we did our best to meat up with it. We finally did ketchup with the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile in Burlingame, California. Wrangler Scorch messed up and didn’t take a medium shot of Stitch and the Wienermobile in the background. Instead she got him inside. That is okay, right? We think so and will forgive Wrangler Scorch, just this once.

2011 marks the 75^th Anniversary of the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile relishing the roads of America.

Stitch after Halloween News

First off, Halloween was fantastic. Stitch was successfully treated to lots of candy, coconut cake and coffee. YUM! Scorch had an okay success with the pumpkin carving (it looked better lit). Scorch actually attempted the free template that we listed for you earlier this month. It was a bit of a challenge.

Second, new Disney news. Disney Pixar Cars 2 came out on Tuesday. Make sure if you haven't bought it yet to download your 5 dollar coupon. Also there are a couple great rebates if you buy Toilet paper and paper towels regularly and or Johnson and Johnson bandaids. Stock up and get your rebates for Cars 2. It could almost end up Free to a buena casa.

Also on Tuesday, Mr. John Lassetter joined the ranks of the Hollywood famous with receiving a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame in Hollywood, California. We wish we could have been there with Stitch. :( Maybe in the new year we will have some really exciting new adventures....we are crossing our fingers.

Stitch and Stitch's Adventure Club wanted to make sure to wish everyone a SAFE and prosperous (in candy that is) Halloween. Wrangler Scorch wore the infamous Stitch Hat out in public today.

Wrangler Scorch has attempted to carve the Witch Stitch pattern into a pumpkin, but it is being much to be desired by Stitch (Scorch isn't doing so well in the Stitch carving). We may take pictures of the Stitch-o-Lantern attempt.
