Bali trip 2012.

As I have mentioned in my previous post,my camera was out of battery on the 2nd day and the charger couldn't charge,took photos with my iphone and the phone was restored in the end without backing up.So this are the only photos left on the other phone.

We went to this restaurant which I can't remember the name of it for our first meal.It was near Kuta beach.Warung something.The food is relatively cheap there.But never order their Tom yam soup there or anywhere.It's very salty.Definitely different from what you have from Thailand.Or rather I should say,never order any soup from Indonesia.They taste really bad.Order either Mee goreng or Nasi Goreng to be safe.For drinks,order fruit juice cos it's really cheap!!About SGD$1 plus compared to singapore which will cost around $3.5-$4.5.

This is taken at Kuta beach.The beach is very dirty.The sands are very black.Perhaps because thousands of people come down to the famous Kuta beach to see the beautiful sunset?

There was no peace at all when we were waiting for the sunset.All the "walking street vendors" kept approaching us to ask if we want to do manicure/hair braiding,buy ice cream,sunglasses,hats,scarfs,beach mats or even learn surfing from them.Super irritating!You simply cannot enjoy the sun in peace at all.

But what I do like about the beach is that the wave is really huge.I love the sound of the wave very much.Many caucasians are surfing on the beach and some are learning how to.

After suntanning at the beach,we took a cab to the spa that we had already asked our hotel to book for us at seminyak area.It's called the body works.We had a private couple room to ourselves.And the bathtub was really huge.Can sit horizontally facing each other with legs stretched out comfortably without squeezing..I feel like a queen over at the spa.My bf had Shiatzu massage which require alot of strength from the therapist whereas I had the aromatherapy massage followed by a bath.It was so relaxing!I fell in love with flower bath after I came back from Bali.I thought i can only see it on television but I had a chance to experience it.It was so romantic.We also ordered fruit juices while we were having the bathe.Felt like a king and a queen again.haha!

Overall the money was so well spent.Worth every penny!Can't wait to go Bali again!

Back to our hotel after dinner and this is what we saw!A frog outside our room and our neighbours room.So cute!~ I feel so close to nature~

This were taken at discovery mall's open area.The wind was so strong that I felt that I can fly.So scary.Was so afraid that the tsunami is coming and kept asking my bf to stop taking pictures and head back to the mall.Lol.

After that we had our lunch at A&W and it was time to head back to Singapore.I also da bao-ed one pack of nuggets back.Haha..

One big lesson learnt from this trip is not to travel on winter seasons!!!Best to go Bali is from April til Sept as advised by the locals.Cos Oct-March is their raining season.It kept everyday for the 4days we were there at Bali.Probably only one day it didn't.But it still rained at night.Such a let down.Our moods were quite dampened by the rain..We couldn't swim or suntan at all.There isn't much sun:( The bf was so upset.Luckily the pool we just in front of our room and the moment we saw that there's sun we quickly change changed into our swimwear and suntan on the tanning chair and jump into the pool!No,actually we didn't jump cos the pool was too cold.We were like shivering in the water instead.But less an hour,it was about to rain again.So we went back..I bought a quicksilver swimwear which cost me about $70 bucks i think for just one time use-.-

So remember,be it any country that you plan to go,never go on January.I went HK during Jan last year and it was super duper cold!!!No clothes for me to buy too.And this time round at Bali it was difficult to shop too cos there aren't any shelter and you have to bring your own hotel umbrella..What's worst is that the whole roads are flooding,there will be cars splashing water on you..The roads are very dirty when it rains so do expect your legs to be very dirty after the whole day.

It was a birthday present for the bf and he like it so much..Ever since we are back,he keep mentioning that he wants to go back soon and he missed Bali a lot.He said that he want save a lot of money to buy many board shorts when he is there next year and even jokingly said to me.Why not we don't go Taiwan on June?We go Bali instead.With this you can see how much he enjoyed there.
It's a must visit country for every couple's out there.Do find time to visit if you haven't!!

This is the resort that I stayed for my 4days there.The biggest room I have ever stayed.It was really comfortable and outside my room was the swimming pool.So awesome.The service of the hotel staffs were great as well.Very warm,friendly and kind.They put on a smiley face whenever they see their hotel guests. They were never grumpy.So glad that I made a right choice by choosing Amadea.Just outside my hotel were stretch of shops that sells surf wear.Very convenient.Near to Kuta shopping area as well.

This is the horse carriage that I saw when I was shopping at Kuta.There were many horses on the streets for tourist to ride on.I wonder how much are they for a ride.Will definitely try it when I am there next time.

Hi all!!I know I haven't been blogging for so long..The last post was 21st Jan?I am terribly sorry that I own you guys so many posts.I have been getting questions from messages from Facebook and Formspring asking me why I haven't been updating but I just couldn't find time to do so as I returned to work on the 26th of Jan as a part timer after quitting my job as a full timer on the 21st Dec.Now that I only need to work on weekends,I can have more time to blog on weekdays!So here's a little update about myself:)I also been to Bali on early January and Batam on the the 30th of Jan.So probably by next week,I will blog either one of the trips up.One bad news is that because my camera battery was faulty and the camera that I borrowed from my dad is not working on the 2nd day on the trip,I only managed to took a few bad quality photos with my bf Iphone 4 and my Iphone 3GS camera.But what makes it worst was that my bf restored the whole Iphone 3GS without saving the photos that we took at Bali in the computer first!!!So I only left with a few pictures that I took using his Iphone 4.So irritating right?Damn!So now all the memories are gone~So now,I can only blog with whichever photos that's left.So sorry all..

Back to the topic,I am going to blog about the make ups that I have bought since November last year till now.It's a freaking 100 pictures after scanning those that I find not necessary to post!I took quite soe time to sort them out man..Have to rotate photos,them choose and decide which to blog and edit them.Faints!!!

Bought this lipstick at $36 at the Changi Airport.It was Tax-free.Finally got it after seeing so many beauty bloggers example eki from ekiblog.com using it.The packaging is so pretty!!!Tried it on once and I can't wait to wear it out..

These are currently my favourite eyelashes.I haven't seen them in Singapore before and I really love these lashes as they are so easy to apply,the lash bone is thick enough for me to create a obvious double eyelid and they are really obvious yet natural enough:)<3 them.

Dollywink is cheaper over there because they are having a 20% discount there.Yes 20% discount off Dollywinks!!!Should have gotten more lashes and pencil eyeliner there as well.Oh ya.And they do carries decorative eyelash in single pack.

Also got this when I was at Scape flea market.$6:)This pair of eyelash is really long and dramatic.Probably the longest I have ever worn and it really opens up my eyes!And I think the packaging looks like Dollywink's one?Do you think it looks like Dollywink's liquid eyeliner packaging?

And I got this Candydoll limited edition foundation blusher from Watson's.Feel like getting the cheek blushers as well.Anyone wants to sponsor me?Haha!

As the title says,I am a happy girl.You are know why?Cos I finally bought a IPhone 4S and a Hello Kitty Polaroid camera for myself!!!I was contemplating for very long whether I should buy a polaroid camera or not.Whether it's going to be useful or use a waste of money.But you know what?You can actually use a polaroid camera for keepsake use.Let's say you are on a holiday trip,you can take photos of yourself with the famous places for memories and note the name of the place down with a marker pen or something on the polaroid.It can be used to take photos on your birthdays or even friends gathering.So useful right?Hope I can able to master the skills of using it.Haha!So below is my haul!!!I spent about $167.50 for the polaroid,Hello kitty films and Crystal case for the camera.The Hello Kitty strap as well as photo line were free.Love it!!!As for my Iphone case,I bought it for only 22 Malaysia Ringit.Which is about $9.12 SGD.Very cheap right?

Koh Samui Day 3 & 4

It was the 3rd and 4th day at Koh Samui.After lunch we proceed to some place to "played" with real guns.It was a really good experience as it's my first time opening fire with a real gun in my life.In Singapore,unless you are a policeman,bodyguard,security guard or you are in the arm force,you can't hold a gun unlike the states or other countries.So it's really cool and I was really excited!!!So after choosing other guns,I chose the lightest one but it's still quite heavy to me.haha.We get started.I didn't know that guns are those heavy.I always thought inside is empty and its quite light.I was definitely WRONG!I wonder how the policeman hold the gun and run while the catch the thief man.So fellow,Singaporeans,if you would like to try playing with real guns,go Koh Samui,it's a bit expensive but it's worth for a once in a life time experience,i chose the 10 bullets package with 3.5mm gun if I did not remember wrongly.After my 2nd shot,I gave up!Cause the sound was too loud even though I had already put on the protective head gear to cover my ear.The bullet recoiled which I was afraid it will shot me or something.So I passed my gun to my bf and asked him to continue for me.Haha.Alright,shall show you guys the pictures...Enjoy!!!

New Year Resolutions!!!

Hey HAPPY 2012 to all of you out there,be it where you are from..

Its the first day of 2012 and I thought,why not do a quick NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS post to note down what resolutions I have for this year and see if I can do it by next year.

First,I would like my family,my loved ones and I to be healthy.Because I believe,health means wealth and it also means everything.Without health,don't talk about making more money,travel to more places,have a new gf,house,car or whatever.Without it,you can have anything.So,I wish for a better health for the year 2012 cos I have been getting all kinds of sickness this year.Like stomach flu before on CNY EVE,a few of sore throat this year which is really bad cos I can't talk with a bad voice.And a very bad cough as well,during that time,the moment I talk I feel like coughing and I have to try all kinds of cough syrup to get well.I felt really terrible when I had to control my cough when I am talking with my colleagues,family or customers.So health is very important!!!

Secondly,I hope to spend more time with my family as well as my grandparents.My grandparents are old and I don't want to wait till it's too late.I have no much time for them.I love them so much because they are the ones who brought me up,took care of me when my mum was working.

Thirdly,I want to travel to more countries!!!I hope to go Taiwan,Phuket,Bintan and Bali next year.Hopefully Taiwan on either April or my birthday,July.I love Travelling!!!

Fourth,I wish to blog more!At least once a week so that I can keep my readers coming back and be interested.Hopefully to have more followers,comments on my blog as well.I will be really,extremely happy to see more viewership and an increase in followers.

Fifth,I want to learn at least a dance.Either Hip hop,Pole dance/Exotic dance or Sensual dance.I must learn!!!Because I have been talking about it for so many years already.

Sixth,I want to create a Gyaru make up tutorial.So in order to do that,I must spend more time reading my gyaru magazines And watching gyaru make up videos on youtube in order to learn.Talking about magazines,I have 8-9 magazines unread!!I must start reading them soon.

Koh Samui Day 2

So it was day 2 the next day and we had a long day.We woke up early to have breakfast at our resort and then we went back to have a little nap followed by a swim at our swimming pool and a tan at the beach just infront of our resort.It's my first time tanning with bikini!!Haha..So I camwhored..I love the pool because it comes with Jacuzzi and the resort provides bed at the beach as well as the pool for tanning.How awesome is that?You don't need to use a blanket and lie on it or worst,use a newspaper to sit on it.After tanning,we went to have our bathe in the hotel then we proceed for dinner and we went to club!:)At that night,we went to 3 different clubs.Clubbing in thailand is awesome as you dont need to pay a single cent for cover charge,all you need to pay is the drinks you have there.That's all.And the people outside are very welcoming and friendly.Even if you have no money,you can just go in and dance all you want.Best still get yourself drunk by buying some liquor at the nearby convenient stores like 7-11 before you go in.haha..And when we were in the club,90%of them are caucasians,about 9% are thais/locals whereas only 1% which is us are the only Singaporeans.So cool right?

I really had an eye opener when I was in the club as when I was there a caucasian man literally pull down his pants n under wear and showed everyone his butts and his friends were taking pictures of him half naked!!!I was really embarrassed when I saw it as he was just infront of me.

One of the club I went,I saw girls dancing/seducing infront/on the man and the man just stuff money in their g string..The dancers are all caucasians girls..I wonder why are they doing that when they can have a better job outside.

Another club played house music/trance which is totally not my type so we just sat there and drink.

We reached the hotel at about 3?and we didn't managed to wake up for the breakfast the next day as we were both very tired.

Koh Samui Trip 2011

Hey there!Last month of the 3rd to 6th November I went to Koh Samui for holiday.It was my first time experiencing resort style holiday instead of those tiring busy/stressed up shopping trip.The moment I reached the airport of Koh samui,I was WOWED!Cause it's the first open space airport i see in my life time.The airport comes without air conditioned and you can totally feel the nature.The only place with aircon is the toilet.Amazing right?Scroll down and you will know what I am talking about~

As you can see,its open spaced!You can see trees,plants and flowers everywhere..

I even took a video to show you guys how the airport looks like.

Finally we reached our resort!!!Its 4 star:)Hehe..For me I will never stay in hotel/resort lower than 4 star unless the hotel is very clean,has good reviews and is at a very good location or if I am going for a budget trip.

The check in place have no airport too..I really pity the staff at the airport and resort when it comes to blazing hotel weather during summer and they have to stand the heat without any aircon.Worst still,the ladies got to wear long sleeve with long dress.

See the couple in the picture?I think the are the only Singaporeans that stays the same resort as us.The rest who stays in our resort are caucasians..

While waiting to check in,we were served iced honey tea to quench our thirst from the hot weather outside and cold towels to refresh ourselves.The cold towel smells of lemongrass which was really refreshing!!!

The most anticipated!!Our room!!!I love how the room looks and feel like.The windows are all openable and it even comes with a balcony for you to suntan and dry your clothing.I love it!

The room also comes with a DVD player for you to watch movies if you don't feel like leaving your room.

The device for you to control the room temperature,lights as well as to set alarm..

Chaweng Regent Beach Resort also provides beach bag and umbrella.Beach bag for you to bring to the bech without dirtying your own branded bag and umbrella just in case it rains!

Wooden toilet paper holder,wooden/straw dustbin,and wooden window.So resort feel!And best of all,when we reach the room,the whole room smells of essential oil which is so soothing!And whenever we ask for them to make up our room,they will top up the essential oil so that when we reach our rooms,the whole room will smell nice.

The deal comes with free massage.YaY!!!As well as 10% off their restaurant,discounts on their spas and towel card for you to get free towel while you are at the pool/beach.Talking about massage,it was held outdoor as well,not the normal room where you have your massage.It's just in front of the swimming pool with a binding for privacy.So you can practically see people swim in front of you.It was relaxing i slept throughout!Unlike the Batam one,it was so painful i couldn't sleep.

The swimming pool area and the beach is just located in front of our hotel.So you can just go out of the pool and the beach is there.

This is the place we had our lunch.It's very cheap and delicious.So awesome that we went back again for dinner to try different dishes.

When we were shopping,we spotted this push cart food stalls which we finally dared to try for the first time.The previous 2 times we went Bangkok we didn't dared to try because we were worried about upsetting our stomachs.But after seeing so many bloggers or host eating while hosting those travel programs,nothing seems to happen to them and it always seems so nice when we walk pass.So we decided to give it a try.And it didn't disappoint us at all!Scroll down and you will know why.

Batam trip 2011

Firstly,I must thank all of you who have been continuing supporting me in my blog by visiting this boring place regularly even when I have not been blogging for so long..Thank you so much!I thought no one while visit my blog anymore and I was rather worried.But after checking my stats,I know you guys are still there for me!!!I am really happy!Do continue to support my blog as I will have a giveaway either on my blog's one year anniversary or even earlier.I need more followers in order to do this.So if you like reading my blog,do click "join this site" at the "follow me" section which can me found on your left hand side of my blog ya?Alright shall we start?

On the first of September,my family and I went to Batam for a 2 days 1 night trip.The trip was rather boring for the whole day as we had a one day tour straight away after we reached Batam. The tour guide brought us to all the touristy places like as usual,"POLO OUTLET" which we are unsure of the authenticity and the worst thing of all is that is not just one polo shop its a few!She also brought us to see buy some Nonya kueh and shopped at some crappy old shopping mall that we had nothing to buy there.In between we also had seafood lunch which was so "blah"..I didn't took much pictures of the food because the food was that appetizing.All in all,the only three things we enjoyed was dining at the hotel,enjoying ourselves in the room and having A&W before we depart.

This is my dad!Finally he is back after 3 months at overseas!And recently,he was bitten by a dog and had to take a jab:( I am really sad.Tell me what should I do to help him to lessen the pain..

Finally!!!We reached our hotel at around 7.30pm after a long long day from 7am cos we had to reach the terminal at around 7am.

The only decent place I see is the hotel.

Clean toilet..But without bathtub:( But oh well,what can we expect from the price we paid right?

This is the only food that I am really pleased there.Hong kong ala-carte buffet for dinner!!!YUMMY!!!
We are allowed to order as many as we can from the menu and we were really satisfied and full after that.The whole restaurant have only us and 2 other groups of people.That's all.So we had a peaceful dinner.

It was the next day and we had to check out after our breakfast.So I took some pictures of the swimming pool that we didn't get to utilize during our trip.They are really lovely and it even come with a gym and a kids corner for kids to play.

The only anticipation that I had before I went.Is......A&W!!!I hope they will really consider bringing back to Singapore in the future.LOve their root beer float,waffle ice cream and everything!It reminds me of childhood times where my mum will bring me to the outlet at AMK central to have lunch.

Here comes our food..

After our lunch we went shopping at Mega shopping mall while waiting for our ferry to go back to Singapore.I bought a whopping 5 pairs of bras!!!The bras in their departmental stores are really cheap!They cost about 8 SGD a pair but in terms of quality wise,the are not as good compared to Triumph.I used washing machine to wash all my bras but the ones I bought in Batam couldn't last me for quite long.The wire went out of shaped after about 3 months and made me really uncomfortable while wearing them.

These concludes my trip and below are my hauls..Wanted to buy contact lenses at their shopping mall but I was worried about their quality and the source where it came from so I didn't.Should I buy it in my upcoming trip?Oh ya!I will be going there again this coming January.This time round is without any tour.Don't ask me why I would want to go there again because my mum bought the deals without our consent-.- She went there like so many times already I don't understand why she still wants to go there.She often go there with her colleagues which I have been with her once and she went herself with her colleagues for don't know how many times-.-So boring right?But anyway,I shall just treat it as I am going there for the A&W again.Hahaha!

Finally I am back after a good 4 months.I have quitted my job now so I will blog for often!:D

So many to update..During this 4 months I went Batam and Koh Samui and next month I will be going to another country again as well as Batam during the month end.The reason why I said "another country" is because is a surprise gift trip from me to my bf.It's my first time spending so much on a birthday gift but oh well,it's worth it for he have done a lot for me for the past 4 years and 8 months.I hope he will enjoy the trip!:)So looking forward!!!

And other than the places I have visited,I also bought a iPad and a new Imac for myself.He paid $1000 for the iMac as my Christmas present and I pay the rest which also includes the 8GB ram upgrade and Windows 7 +Parallel 7.Teehee!With this new iMac,I am able to upload photos to my blog faster than before because it's running on quad core and i5 processor now. :)The iMac also comes with a webcam which does not lag at all so I will definitely do a make up tutorial when I have more time!:)

Lastly,I bought lots of make up like Jill stuart blushers,Candy doll face make up,false lashes from Melliesh,Eyemazing and Jewerich.So do stay tuned if you are interested!

Budget shopping at neighborhood

One of those days,I went shopping for false lashes at my neighbourhood area.Two boxes were bought at a neighborhood daily necessities store and other two were bought from night market aka pasar malam.They were really cheap!

$3.90 for this pack if I am not wrong.

See what it says on the top right fake lash?It says D.U.P lash.Haha..It's obviously a fake version of D.U.P eyelash.

And I bought this for $5.Other places are selling like $8.50,$9.90 for even $15!!!I bought it at 1/3 of the price.Teehee!

I love stiff bands like this and hate those super soft kinds where you have to adjust here and there and still get it wrong.For this you just got to place it above your real eyelash and wait for the glue to dry and you are done!

I like to wear this kind of eyelash when I am going clubbing cause it's so dramatic!!This pair cost only $2.

Whereas this pair cost $1.50.Saw the white band?Argh!!I wonder why is it there.I think I need to use eyeliner to cover it.Hope it will disguise the ugly scotch tape look a like thingy.That's the problem with cheap eyelashes.Bad quality!

Dinner at Siam Kitchen,Shopping and Fish therapy at NEX.

On 21st July,my mum,brother and I went to have dinner at Siam kitchen,NEX shopping mall again because there was an ongoing promotion for american express card holders.A 5 course meal for only $28.50 and it's one for one somemore!So we ordered two sets to share among 3 of us.Felt super full after that.The set consists of one Thai lemongrass drink,Phad Thai with glass noodles,tom yam soup,mango salad and Terriyaki chicken.My mum said I am a bad photographer.Do you all know why?The reason being is that I always forgot to take pictures of the food before eating and I always need my mum to remind me.My mum is so cute right?She always ask me "you don't want to take pictures?" when I am already eating or about to eat.Sorry for the bad quality as I forgot to bring my camera out that day.

So after we,we went to Watson's and while we are walking there,we spot an atrium full of balloons!!!

There are many sculptures made of balloons,so pretty!

The horse is so cute right?But imagine after one day,the horse will not look like anymore as the balloons will start to deflate after a few hours..

So after that,we reached Watson's and this place never fails to make me feel happy and excited!People who are crazy about make up like me or loves visiting Watson's should visit the one at NEX because it's one of the biggest outlet among Ngee Ann city and Vivocity.In fact I think NEX'S is better than the one at Ngee Ann as there is a huge section selling fake lashes and the "Kawaii corner" if you know what I am talking about,the section whereby there are lots of japanese brand make up is bigger.They still have stocks for dollywink eyeshadow,glue,case and even eyelashes.Not just Dollywink,they even have decorative eyelash which is supposedly not available in Singapore.

Next,Canmake eyelashes.I think this pair is very Gyaru..So Gyaru wannabes you know which to choose!:)After shopping,we passed by this shop whereby they have this fish therapy service at $15 for 30 mins.So my brother decided to try but he regretted after that because it's too ticklish.During the process he keep telling me that he cannot take it and it's really ticklish.But he didn't give up halfway though.I couldn't stop laughing at his expressions.Damn funny.You know what?The fishes are damn huge compared to the ones I have seen at Bangkok and Bishan.It's as big as those fish that u see when u order Nasi Lemak.I am serious!Too bad I didn't bring my camera along if not I will be able to capture a clear picture of it.

Spot one of the legs of your top right hand picture?It's actually a young girl who is about 4-5 years old and she is totally not afraid of the fishes or the ticklish-ness.She just sit there quietly..I applaud her man.

After the session,my brother felt that he's leg is very smooth that he can't stop touching it and even ask me to touch to feel the smoothness.-.-.Of course I didn't!LOL.But I can see that he's legs looks really radiant after the therapy.While waiting for my brother to do this treatment,my mum keep asking me to do as well because she knows that I have cracked heels on my feet..But I don't want!!Then I ask her to do and you know what she said?She replied,"No need,my feet are very clean."
I want to faint after hearing..

So because we had nothing to do while waiting for my brother,we camwhored!!!Haha!

Dinner at Siam Kitchen at NEX shopping mall.

Last Friday my family and I went to Siam Kitchen at NEX shopping mall for dinner as we bought coupons from Bigdeals.sg.The coupon was really worth it!$10 for $20 value so my mum bought two and we have $40 cash voucher to eat there.Our bill turned out to be $56 including all the GST for a total of 5 person and we only paid the extra $16.Which means we paid $36 in total for 5 person!One person is like only $7.20.Considered cheap to dine in a restaurant.After my mum paid for the dinner,she asked me if the deal is still ongoing because we find the food there very nice.But too bad,it's over.haha!Talking about deals,my mum and I are so addicted to deals now.I signed up on the mailing list of all the deals website and read the emails they sent me everyday.Whenever I see those good deals on manicure/pedicure,massage,facial,travel I will let my mum know about it.If she likes,she will ask me to help her buy.Then we will go together.Haha!

Gelish manicure and pedicure session at Hair folio modern.

Last Tuesday,I went for maincure and pedicure with mum at Hair folio modern which is located at Dhoby Ghaut exchange.Very conveniently.Don't need to spend time looking for the place and sweat like mad like what happened when I went for my previous manicure/pedicure session at Deniz Nailz. The person who helped us do which is apparently the boss of the nail salon,is ultra friendly.She keep talking to us and never failed to have a smile on her face.On the wall,you can see that she is a die hard Show Luo's fan.She took many pictures with him and even hugged him from the back.Envy much!Totally not regretted going there.It felt as though I was talking to a friend during the process and most of all,she didn't pushed us any package like what happened to us when we went to Deniz Nailz.She is so nice!!!People who is looking for a place to do your nails but is afraid of meeting those unfriendly yet agressive nail technicians,do visit her nail salon!Her services are very affordable!

I like the place.It does everything.It's not just a nail salon,they also have hair and facial services.They venue is really huge yet cozy.

It's my first time having crystal,having nail art on my fingers and first time doing Gelish!

Trust me!After doing gelish,you wouldn't want to do O.P.I anymore!Because gelish nail polish last up to 21days with no chip or fade!Yes,it didn't chip for me at all.Unlike O.P.I,it chips after a few days.Which makes you quite sad because you will feel that your money have gone down the drain.Another difference between gelish and O.P.I is that it feels very smooth on your nails just like putting hard gel on your nails.I like to touch my nails because of that.

This my new pedicure colour!I like this because it makes me look more matured.But I can really describe the colour.I think it's brownish grey?

Hair dye,Transformers and Dinner.

Last two saturdays ago which is on the 2nd July,I went to dye my hair at Hair cottage Amk.There's was a promotion going on so I only paid $58 for color,cut and treatment for my hair length.Because I just cut my hair on the 4th June last month,I didn't cut my hair this time round.So it was just dye and treatment.I chose ash green colour for my hair and my harstylist helped me mix with another colour.My another hair dye session will be around October because I bought a coupon with bigdeal.sg to dye my hair at ARTICA,Far east plaza.Wanted to dye my hair there instead of here but they always don't have a slot of me.Called twice in 2 consecutive weeks but they told me it's full.Argh!If their business is so good,they should hire more people right?Somemore you choose to put up your business at this kind of deals websites..Sure will have many people call up to make appointment what.If you are this shorthanded,please don't advertise your salon.Disappointed with them!!!

After that we proceed to AMK MRT station to take train to Orchard to watch Transformers 3 at Shaw Lido

theatre.The show was a long duration one.It lasted about 2.5hrs?My goodness man I almost fell asleep halfway.I prefer Transformers 2.It's was much more interesting and I didn't fall asleep for that.

After the movie,we went to ION shopping mall to have our late dinner at Ginza Bairin.Food was rather inexpensive.$12 for my ramen I think.The total bill only come up to $28.70 for 2 person.I think there wasn't any GST charge or whatsoever.I will definitely visit there again.If you want good ramen but you don't want to burn a hole in your pocket,try this place.But I must say the service wasn't really good.When we asked for a spoon,which we weren't given,the person replied "YA"??! in a rude tone with a very stern expression when we called her.Instead of saying "Yes?Can I help you" or something nicer.It's as if we were her kids and called her mummy..Then she reply "YA"?!

So while waiting for our food to arrive,I took several pictures.I don't like the lighting there.All my pictures turned out yellowish and I have to edit with my Iphone.The following pictures are edited with Fotolr PS.You girls can download it.It's free!

Had steamboat with mum for lunch before our manicure and pedicure session at Outram park.Mum received a promotion from them thus we get to eat the steamboat for $20 for 2 person.$28 for 2 including soup base.Yes.Steambaot again.I think this is my 2nd or 3rd time eating at this place.Didn't know that they have a underground for customers to dine.I thought there's only 1 place.

Guess what???There's is totally no reception at the place where I dine.Meaning,I can't surf the net,can't sms,can't call or receive phone calls and use facebook.Urgh!!It felt as if I am in another country.My mum added that,even when I am in Malaysia the reception is not that bad.I can still receive sms sometimes when I am there.But totally not at all here-.-

We had Tom Yam and chicken soup base.Omgosh!I am drooling while I am typing this..

Hot dog,crabs and prawns.All my fave!!

Sweet corn,fishballs and etc.

Squid,sliced fish,clams and drumstick that mummy took wrongly.The drumstick is supposed to be BBQ-ed.

Celery!!Mum's and I favourite!We like to put this in our soup.We always do this when we drinks soup at home.

After eating,we proceed to our manicure/pedicure session at Outram Park,Bukit Pasoh road.

We couldn't find the place as we have never been to Outram Park.Wasted our 5 mins walking to the wrong place and back again.The place is called Deniz nails and we bought at coupon under shiokdeal.com.The coupon only cost us $28 for classic manicure and pedicure.You can either choose classic mani/pedi or full set of Swaroski crystal on either your hand or leg.

$28 is quite cheap right??

But the downside of this deal is that the service is REALLY REALLY BAD.One word to describe.Horrible.

First,when I wanted to book an appointment with them,I called all the way from 12plus to 2plus for so many times but they didn't pick up the phone.I had no choice but to go down myself to check if we can do our nails on the spot.By right,you have to book an appointment with them first before going down.But they didn't pick up.When I am about to reach,I called again to book appointment with them and FINALLY they picked up the call.So I told them I want to book an appointment now.Lucky they allowed and have slots for me and my mum.While I was doing my nails I complained to the person in charge that I have been calling for hours and no one picked up.Do you know what she told me?She said that their phone which is apparently cordless wasn't charged!

Secondly,the location is bad.Very hard to find the place!

When I couldn't find the place,I called them to ask them for directions.You know what she told me when I told her where exactly I am?She said,"CAN YOU JUST WALK UP???" Then I was blurred.Thinking to myself,"huh??walk to where" then she hang up my phone and shouted at me at the entrance of the shop and yelled "MISS!!!!!!" then I saw her and she gave me a super black face as if I pissed her off.Damn rude right??

Then when I walked towards her,she just walked in herself without asking me to follow her.Just a few secs,I can't find her already.The weather was so warm outside and all and my mum and I were so thirsty and no water or tea were served.

During the whole process,one of the manicurist who helped my mum to do her nails keep asking my mum to "fang qing song" relax in chinese in a very stern manner.Never communicate or chat with my mum at all.Never smile as well.

Lucky mine did chat with me and answered my questions in a good manner but he didn't said goodbye as well and he was answering phone calls and away making appointment etc 80% of the time until the other manicurists that helped my mum got to help him prepare hot water and all for me to soak my legs.Totally never pay any attention to me.To me,no matter how good your service is,if your ending is "not pretty" you failed!

Lastly when we left,they didn't even bid us goodbye or send us to the door.We just walked out our own and they didn't even say anything.

Bad service!Final verdict,will not visit this nail salon ever again and I do not recommend this place to anyone even though it's cheap.Because nowadays with $28 there are many deals you can purchase for probably better location,skills and service.Not just them who can provide this price.Totally not worth my time going down to such a far place to do my nails.From north to outram park is not near okay?Moreover the place is hard to find!!!Go there if you don't mind bad service,bad attitude from staffs and ulu location.

I chose a dark purple colour but it turns out to be black!!!Before that when I am choosing what colour to paint on my nails,I told them I want a dark purple that doesn't looks like black and the person helped me chose this colour.I double confirmed by asking if it will look like black,the person says No.Obviously it's black right?Not satisfied with the colour at all.

Pictures taken in the afternoon one day after my nails were done.The skills of their manicurists sucks!Just two days,two of my fingernails chipped off.Usually for hands it will last for quite long before the new grown nails comes out but for this case,it's not the new grown nails that cause it to chip.Is the top part of the nails!And also,because 80%-90% of the time the manicurist that were supposed to help me do my nails weren't around,he didn't even realised that some of my nails were not applied with top coat at all.Stupid right?Soe have some don't have.

Oh ya,by the way the guy who helped me did my nails appeared on Ladies night show on Channel U before.

Went to Yiling's daughter 1st birthday celebration at Aranda Country Club on the 19th of June.Yes.That was a few weeks ago and till now then I post this up.Haha.So back dated I know.

Yiling gave us 1 chocolate and 1 biscuits each but I ate the biscuits already.So no pictures.Haha.It's a Hello Kitty butter biscuits by the way.Very tasty!!

Went to Your woul for late lunch then to some shopping and movie on last Saturday..

Finally get to try Your woul after reading Sheila's blog.

So I camwhored before I leave the house because I have so much time left while waiting.Hehe.

This is my outfit of the day.I think I bought this dress at a blogshop sale for only $15.Cheap right?

Blogshop sales are so great but you got to be fast!

Hee..I love good-skin days!!!How I wish I can have pimple free days all year round.. :(

After reaching a good 5 mins of searching for Your woul,we finally found the place but it's closed for preparation of dinner. Hungry max cause I haven't eat anything for the whole day and it was already 4.30pm.Have to wait for them to open at 5.30pm:( So while waiting,We went to the toilet and I camwhored once again!haha!

Then,we went to Toysurus at United square to get present for my friend,Yiling's daughter 1 year old birthday.After buying,we went to Ben n Jerry to have ice cream so that we could sit down and wait for the time to pass.I know it's weird right?Ice cream before the main meal.lol.

Finally!YOUR WOUL!!
It's a Korean restaurant by the way.You can either choose to eat their pot stew(something like steamboat),BBQ or ala-carte.

The complimentary tea that came along.The taste sucks!I think it's Korean version of green tea.If I am not wrong it's called ''mai cha'' which I don't know what is it called in English.

The place is decorated with many Korean POP posters and many signatures of famous Korean stars that visited the restaurant.

We ordered this.Pot Luck stew including sausage and vegetable.Super nice.It also comes with luncheon meat,needle mushroom,pork,kimchi and their kimchi noodles.I am so going to bring my mum here next time because she loves to drink soup that is hot,she likes to eat spicy stuffs and also their kimchi noodles.Whenever she buy maggie mee,she will surely buy those Korean kimchi noodles be it in packet or bowl form.

Was actually thinking of getting this or the one above.Because it's our first time here,we are unsure of how to go about ordering.So we asked the waitress there which is more popular and she said the first picture and we ordered that.:)

Side dishes that came along.Because we were caught taking pictures of their menu,the people there aren't very happy with it so I can only secretly snap two pictures of this with my iphone to show you all.I think they thought that we want to copy their ideas/pricing and set up our own restarant or what.In short,they thought we are their competitor. -.- The Korean woman came and asked why are we taking pictures for and I replied for fun.We were so intimidated!!!So remember,if you want to take pictures,take just the food itself.Not the menu.

So after eating,we took a train down to orchard and went shopping at ION.We totally spent a few hours there!We went Crumpler to buy a sling bag then Watson's then Fossil then Daiso.

This is what I bought at Watson's.Went to stock up on my hair conditioner because I ran out of it and saw Herbal Essences having promotion.2 for $11.90!So I bought 2 different hair conditioner to try.
The one in pink is for dry hair while the red one is for long hair.Exactly what I need for my hair.Have tried the
one in pink and I must say it smells great and makes my hair smooth!!!The bottle is quite big for a conditioner.I think it can last me for about 1-2 month?Shall buy the shampoo and try next!:)

Then I went to Daiso at Ion as well to stock up on my hand cream.Have never seen this so I guess it's new?I like the lavender smell of it and it does what it claims.Small amount instantly leaves dry hands noticeably softer.Best thing is that it doesn't makes my hands feel greasy.So far this is my 3rd bottle of hand cream from daiso and none of them leaves my hands greasy so I guess Daiso hand creams are generally easy to absorb?I will buy more different types and let you girls know again!What's more,50g for only $2!Damn cheap and worth it!

Then we went The Havaianas Store to get my flip flops because mine are already dirty.lol.Excuses!

Pretty right?It costs $59.90!Lucky I didn't paid for it.Haha!

Last week I also bought a NYX lipstick in Strawberry Milk from www.smoochiezz.com for only $6.50!
I like the colour of it.Very different from what I have.Have tried it and camwhored.Lol.Will show you girls the pictures on my next post alright?
