15 days ago we had conducted a poll on wether "GR" or "Patotoes MC" won the race featured in the video on here and also on the GR 5 DVD.

We are glad to announce that most of our fans have got the answer correct that is "GR won the race" and potatoes MC had to give away his bike.

Well it was really amazing to see the results of the last poll that we had to put on here....

More of the people came out in support of the ghostrider being "good inspiration for the young riders" while the people who do not support this comment were not far behind.

We are happy that we have people who support us , but we would really like to know as to why some of you think of the ghostrider as the wrong inspiration !!!!

So you are getting away with it ?

GHOSTRIDER 'S ANSWER : For the moment , yes. Every time you get on a bike you must consider the responsibilities. To ignore the dangours is to be more dangerous . I've been involved in several community programmes with young riders and you have to know the worst that can happen . My one trip to the UK , i didnt get away with it . I was chased for 70 miles , ditched my ride in a car park and ran . I had to come up woth a bullshit excuse about somebody else driving my impreza turbo when I came back to get it . they knew I was bullshitting but sent me home with a telling-off . Maybe this summer I come back again , eh ?

And why haven't you been put in jail ?

GHOSTRIDER 'S ANSWER : It is not for the trying of want , you say ? They wanted me so bad at first . I was on National TV. Not just Top Ten Wanted but number one on the list . There was reward offered for evidence that would lead to Ghostrider 's identity . Now , the police know who I am and what I do. But they are still not 100% sure of my identity , so they cant do anything . They 're very honourable actually . I have a lot of respect for them . In other countries they would harass you . Drag you into court just to scare you . Here they will do their jobs and not be bullies.

Why haven't you crashed ?

GHOSTRIDER'S ANSWER : Well , I've ridden bikes a lot , you know . I've done motorcross . I've have been a stuntrider . I've road raced . I was doing this stuff before we had DVD's and internet . We think it about it so much , like the Uppsala run [a 45 mile trip in 14 mins] we had to investigate what the tyres could really do . There were concerns that a sport tyre would, how you say, delaminate ? Some of them did. We ended up with a macadam 100X touring tyre on the back. It was great!!

GHOSTRIDER ANSWER : Yes but we have spotters out on the roads and junctions . And in all these years i have never crashed . An amazing amount of preparation goes into each run . I have signals and spotters to avoid and potential incidents like breakdowns , or traffic jams or pedestrians . Everything is planned in order to get the camera angles.

GHOSTRIDER'S ANSWER : Well , yes [ This time he goes quiet for a long while . I give him some time , then he looks right at me . My worst nightmare is that I should hurt somebody else with my riding . Worst nightmare , I mean that . Christ , I dont know how a man could to live if that were to happen .

And now you have done four DVD's ?

GHOSTRIDER'S ANSWER : Well , yes [ GR laughs ] . The first one was burnt to a DVD and passed around until a distributor here in sweden offered us money for it. It was called ghostrider : The final ride , so we thought 'lets get some money at least '. I mean it was so naughty , with cop biking and speeding and such , we'd never even considered of doing it ever again. The title was intended to stop ourselves from making a sequel . And then we got offers , real offers , to make the sequels . Offers that would mean not having a job . Well , you know the rest . We're maybe going to make a fifth this year , but we never pressure ourselves with this .

What was so bad about the car movie ?

GHOSTRIDER'S ANSWER : It wasnt real . There's a hardcore of riders and drivers in stockholm who do this for real yet the Getaway In Stockholm was a rental car pretending to be a police car and it was all in the middle of the night with empty roads. You can print this ; it was shit . And we made up ghostrider as a big 'you suck' to the car guys.

So why do you make DVD's ? Money or fame ?

Ghostrider's reply : To put it simply , we did the first one as a joke . A one-off . We saw a movie Getaway in Stockholm , which is a car chase movie . But it's all made up . We coudnt beleive the world was raving about it . The policeman was actually a body builder , he even had baggy pants on .

Who is the ghostrider??

Ghostrider is a swedish fella over 30 and under 45 . He has a wife , two kids and a nice house. He's bought his soon a quad and on occasions he can be found helping at the local community centre.
On chosen weekdays in summer months he dodges police and rides like a lunatic. He is a mix of heroic and comedic - with a fair it of idiot thrown in. He has been arrested once ironically for pretending to be Ghostrider on a BMX. He walked out an hour later with a grin on his face . He has pulled 200 mph wheelies on the stockholm ring road and has had as amny as 6 police cars and 2 choppers chasing him down . And yet he's never been caught .

The long wait of many of the ghostrider fans is over ...!!! YES , the man in the pic above is the real Ghostrider.

His name is PATRIK FURSTENHOFF . His nationality is swedish and is called a nutcase on a motorcycle who has by far evaded the police on all occasions.

He holds the worlds fastest wheelie record at 344 kph (214 mph).

In the ghostrider videos we have on here , you can watch him perform high speed maneuvers in rush hour traffic and carry out insane stunts.
