After the Underground River stint, we had dinner at the Badjao Seafront Restaurant, the most recommended resto, just ask the locals. Too bad, we didn't really get to see the famous seafront. That three-part post about our Island Hopping adventure was only from our first day in Palawan. On day two, we were supposed to go to the famous Underground River. Last May, 2011, my brother, Brian and his family came home from the States for a short vacation. It was also my first time to meet my nephew, Ady! As always, whenever they visit, we see to it that we go somewhere to bond and enjoy.  We went to Boracay when he went home in 2006, I was 10 weeks pregnant. Then, for his 2008 visit, we went back to Boracay, now with Hubby and Boninay!

Today, I craved for cupcakes. I would have baked some,  if only I have an oven. I have very little knowledge in baking, but I took an elective (Baking 101) back in college so I think I could pull it off. Hehe! My homemade Tacos! I just chopped a bulb of onion, 2 pieces of tomatoes, shredded a head of lettuce and grated 1/4 bar of Eden cheese. Then, I browned 1/4 k beef in a little oil in a pan then added the star ingredient: Photo Source Finally, I assembled it in store-bought Taco shells,  and voila! It's ready! Let's eat! Hubby-approved Tacos! :)

This is Chateau Royale at night.    What's for dinner? We had Fresh Salad, Fried Chicken, Pancit Guisado, Fish Fillet and Fried Tilapia which I didn't bother to take any picture of. After finishing the registration and  exploring the souvenir shop, we had to drive again to proceed to the Log Cabin. It's not that far, though. We passed by this big, tall rock for Wall Climbing. So last Sunday, we were at Chateau Royale Sports and Country Club in Nasugbu, Batangas with hubby's family. My MIL purchased a voucher online through Ensogo and booked us for an overnight stay for 4 in their Log Cabin, with free breakfast for only P1, 900 (which was valued at about P3,500 more or less). Got my very first pair of TOMS shoes. I am really on the lookout for comfy walking shoes to replace my favorite pair of white Happy Feet sneakers which, it being white and all, is now anything but white. I initially opted to just get ANOTHER pair of the same Happy Feet sneakers, maybe, only in a different color, but I didn't find one. The new styles i saw were, let's just say, NOT REALLY IT.
