অস্ট্রেলিয়ায় স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা আবেদন পদ্ধতি.

আজকাল উচ্চ শিক্ষার্থে অনেকেই অস্ট্রেলিয়া যেতে চান, কিন্তু কিভাবে আবেদন করবেন তা হয়ত গুছিয়ে উঠতে পারেন না। তাই তাদের জন্য আবেদন পদ্ধতিটি বর্ণনা করার তাগিদ থেকেই এই লেখা, আশা করি ভুলত্রুটি ক্ষমাসুন্দর দৃষ্টিতে দেখবেন উল্লেখ্য যে এই টিপস গুলো মূলত যারা পরিবারের সদস্য ব্যতীত একা মাস্টার্স করতে যাবেন, তাদের জন্য সবচেয়ে বেশি প্রযোজ্য হবে, তবে অন্যরাও কিছুটা আইডিয়া পাবেন :

আবেদনপত্র সংগ্রহ ও পূরণ:যারা মাস্টার্সের (কোর্সওয়ার্ক) জন্য যেতে চান,

তাদের ভিসা সাবক্লাস হবে ৫৭৩ আর এখন পর্যন্ত এ্যাসেসমেন্ট লেভেল হবে ৪ (চার) এক্ষেত্রে তারা ভিএফএস (VFS) থেকে (যে সংস্থা বর্তমানে অস্ট্রেলিয়া দূতাবাসের পক্ষ থেকে ভিসা আবেদনপত্র পদ্ধতি পরিচালনা করে থাকে) আবেদনপত্র সংগ্রহ করে হাতে লিখে পূরণ করতে পারেন।

প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র:

পাসপোর্টঃ এর মেয়াদ কমপক্ষে ছয় মাস থাকলেই চলবে। পরে অস্ট্রেলিয়া পৌঁছে নবায়ন করিয়ে নিলেই চলবে। কাগজের পাসপোর্টও গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে যদি সেটির মেয়াদ কমপক্ষে ছয় মাস থাকে।

ব্যাঙ্ক ড্রাফটঃ ৩৭৬৩০ টাকার ভিসা আবেদন চার্জ ব্যাঙ্ক ড্রাফটে পরিশোধ করতে হবে যা VFS এ অবস্থিত ব্র্যাক ব্যাঙ্ক এর কাউন্টার থেকে ক্রয় করা যাবে।

অ্যাপ্লিকেশন কভার শীটঃ এখানে পাবেন অথবা VFS থেকে।

অ্যাপ্লিকেশন চেকলিস্টঃ এখানে পাবেন অথবা VFS থেকে।

ছবিঃ দুই (মতান্তরে তিন) কপি সদ্যতোলা পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি (কাঁধ পর্যন্ত) প্রতিটি ছবির পিছনে নিজের নাম লিখে দিতে হবে। এই ছবিগুলো আবেদনপত্রে নির্দেশিত স্থানে স্ট্যাপল করে দিতে হবে।

স্টেটমেন্ট অফ পারপাসঃ এটা এক পৃষ্ঠার মধ্যে লিখতে হবে। ভাষা যেন সহজ কিন্তু যথাযথ গুরুত্ববহ হয়।

আইইএলটিএস ফলাফলঃ এর মেয়াদ থাকতে হবে দু’ বছরের নিচে।

অফার লেটারঃ এটা ভিসা আবেদনের অন্তত দু’মাস আগে এ্যাপ্লাই করলে ঠিক সময়ে পাওয়া যায়। এখন অস্ট্রেলিয়ার প্রায় সব বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় অনলাইনে আবেদনের সুযোগ দেয়, তবে অল্প কিছু বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ছাড়া বাকিদেরকে আপনাকে আবেদন ফি পরিশোধ করতে হতে পারে তাদের নির্দেশিত পন্থায়। যেমন-ব্যাঙ্ক ড্রাফট, ক্রেডিট কার্ড ইত্যাদি। এটা যদি আপনাকে ইমেইল করা হয়, তবে তার প্রিন্ট কপি কে মূল কপি হিসেবে ধরা হবে।

পরিবার প্রমাণপত্রঃ
-পরিবারের সদস্য তথ্য ফর্ম, এটা VFS থেকে নিতে হবে।
-পরিবারের প্রত্যেক সদস্যের (নিজের, মা, বাবা, ভাই, বোন) বার্থ সার্টিফিকেট লাগবে। এটার জন্য ওয়ার্ড কমিশনারের অনুমতিপত্র নিয়ে সিটি কর্পোরেশনে আবেদন করতে হবে।

শিক্ষা সনদঃ এ পর্যন্ত প্রাপ্ত সকল পাবলিক পরীক্ষার মূল মার্কশিট ও সার্টিফিকেট। এগুলো লেমিনেটেড করা থাকলে তা খুলে ফেলতে হবে অথবা বোর্ড থেকে নুতনভাবে তুলে আনতে হবে।

আর্থিক প্রমাণপত্রঃ

-আর্থিক নিশ্চয়তা ফর্ম, VFS থেকে নিতে হবে। এটা প্রত্যেক স্পন্সর আলাদা আলাদা ভাবে এক কপি করে পূরণ করে সাক্ষর করবেন ও নোটারী পাবলিক দ্বারা সত্যায়িত করাবেন। এটার সাথে প্রত্যেক স্পন্সরের এক কপি সদ্যতোলা পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি অপর পিঠে নাম লিখে সনযুক্ত করতে হবে।
-এক্ষেত্রে কাগজপত্রের পরিমাণ বা প্রযোজ্যতা নির্ভর করে আবেদনকারী কিভাবে বা কার মাধ্যমে অস্ট্রেলিয়ায় পড়ার জন্য ফান্ড দেখাচ্ছেন।

স্পন্সরঃ সাধারণত নিম্নলিখিত ব্যক্তি কে ফান্ড এর স্পন্সর হিসেবে দেখানো যাবে–
-আবেদনকারী নিজে
-আবেদনকারীর স্ত্রী/স্বামী
-আবেদনকারীর মা-বাবা (একক বা যৌথ ভাবে)
-আবেদনকারীর খালা/ফুফু/চাচা/মামা (একক বা যৌথভাবে, তবে এক্ষেত্রে এরূপ স্পন্সরকে অবশ্যই অস্ট্রেলিয়া’র স্থায়ী অধিবাসী/নাগরিক বা নিউজিল্যান্ডে’র নাগরিক হতে হবে)

স্পন্সর প্রমাণপত্রঃ স্পন্সর এর বৈধতা’র প্রমাণস্বরূপ যেসব কাগজপত্র লাগবে তা নিম্নরূপ-

স্পন্সর চাকুরীজীবি হলেঃ

-স্পন্সরের ডিক্লারেশন ফর্মঃ এটা সাধারণত আবশ্যক নয়, তবে দিলে ভাল। এটা প্রত্যেক স্পন্সরের জন্য (যদি একাধিক হয়) আলাদা আলাদাভাবে টাইপ করিয়ে নোটারী পাবলিকের দ্বারা সত্যায়িত করিয়ে নিতে হবে। এটা নোটারী পাবলিকই সাধারণত তৈরি করেন।
-৩ মাসের পে স্লিপ
-এ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট লেটার
-ভিজিটিং কার্ড
-চাকুরী’র সার্টিফিকেট
-এক বছরের বেতনের স্টেটমেন্ট (কোন খাতে কত প্রাপ্ত, বেতনের চেক নং ও তারিখ ইত্যাদি)
-এক বছরের পার্সোনাল এ্যাকাউন্ট স্টেটমেন্ট (যেখানে মূলত বেতনের টাকাটা জমা হয়। উল্লেখ্য যে এই এ্যাকাউন্টে এমন পরিমাণ টাকা যেন জমা না থাকে যেটার উৎস সঙ্ক্রান্ত কাগজপত্র দেখানো সম্ভবপর নয় বা যেটা স্পন্সরের আয়ের সাথে সঙ্গতিপূর্ণ নয় বা যেটা ব্যাঙ্কের মাধ্যমে লেনদেন হয় নি। যেমন-সরাসরি ক্যাশ ডিপোজিট, ব্যবসায়ের লাভ (এমন ব্যবসা যেটা চাকুরীজীবি স্পন্সরের আয়ের মূল উৎস নয়), কারো কাছে থেকে ক্যাশে প্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তিগত পাওনা ইত্যাদি।)
-এক বছরের সর্বশেষ আয়কর সার্টিফিকেট (TIN সহ)
-এক বছরের সর্বশেষ অর্থ ও সম্পত্তি সংক্রান্ত এ্যাসেসমেন্ট ফর্মসমূহ যথাক্রমে আইটি-১১ গ, আইটি ১০বি এবং আইটি ১০বি-বি। এক্ষেত্রে অনেকসময় দেখা যায় যে বিভিন্ন সম্পত্তির হিসেবের ঘরে “পূর্বের ন্যায়” কথাটি লেখা থাকে। সেক্ষেত্রে সর্বপ্রথম যে এ্যাসেসমেন্ট ফর্মসমূহ থেকে হিসেব শুরু হচ্ছে, সেটা জমা দিতে হবে যাতে পূর্বের তথ্যের সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে দেখা সম্ভবপর হয়।

স্পন্সর ব্যবসায়ী হলেঃ
(এক্ষেত্রে আমার ধারণা নিতান্তই নগণ্য বলে আমি ইমিগ্রেশন ওয়েবসাইটের সাহায্য নিয়ে লিখছি, ভুলচুক হলে তা সংশোধন করে দিলে খুবই খুশি হব।)

-স্পন্সরের ডিক্লারেশন ফর্মঃ এটা সাধারণত আবশ্যক নয়, তবে দিলে ভাল। এটা প্রত্যেক স্পন্সরের জন্য (যদি একাধিক হয়) আলাদা আলাদাভাবে টাইপ করিয়ে নোটারী পাবলিকের দ্বারা সত্যায়িত করিয়ে নিতে হবে। এটা নোটারী পাবলিকই সাধারণত তৈরি করেন।
-ভিজিটিং কার্ড
-দুই বছরের পার্সোনাল/কোম্পানী এ্যাকাউন্ট স্টেটমেন্ট (যেখানে মূলত স্পন্সরের আয়ের টাকাটা জমা হয়। উল্লেখ্য যে এই এ্যাকাউন্টে এমন পরিমাণ টাকা যেন জমা না থাকে যেটার উৎস সঙ্ক্রান্ত কাগজপত্র দেখানো সম্ভবপর নয় বা যেটা স্পন্সরের আয়ের সাথে সঙ্গতিপূর্ণ নয় বা যেটা ব্যাঙ্কের মাধ্যমে লেনদেন হয় নি। যেমন-সরাসরি ক্যাশ ডিপোজিট, কারো কাছে থেকে ক্যাশে প্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তিগত পাওনা ইত্যাদি।)
-ব্যবসা সংক্রান্ত সকল নথিপত্র, যেমন-পার্টনারশীপ/মালিকানা ডীড, ব্যবসার ট্রেড লাইসেন্স ইত্যাদি।
-দুই বছরের সর্বশেষ আয়কর সার্টিফিকেট (TIN সহ)
-দুই বছরের সর্বশেষ অর্থ ও সম্পত্তি সংক্রান্ত এ্যাসেসমেন্ট ফর্মসমূহ যথাক্রমে আইটি-১১ গ, আইটি ১০বি এবং আইটি ১০বি-বি। এক্ষেত্রে অনেকসময় দেখা যায় যে বিভিন্ন সম্পত্তির হিসেবের ঘরে “পূর্বের ন্যায়” কথাটি লেখা থাকে। সেক্ষেত্রে সর্বপ্রথম যে এ্যাসেসমেন্ট ফর্মসমূহ থেকে হিসেব শুরু হচ্ছে, সেটা জমা দিতে হবে যাতে পূর্বের তথ্যের সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে দেখা সম্ভবপর হয়।

উপরোক্ত সকল কাগজ পত্র (স্টেটমেন্ট অফ পারপাস, ব্যাঙ্ক ড্রাফট, অ্যাপ্লিকেশন কভার শীট, স্পন্সরের ডিক্লারেশন ফর্ম, ডিটেইলস অফ রিলেটিভস ফর্ম, এ্যাকাউন্ট স্টেটমেন্ট বাদে, এগুলোর শুধু মূল কপি লাগবে) ফটোকপি সহকারে মূল সংস্করন VFS এ জমা দিতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে আগেই এ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট নিয়ে রাখা হবে সর্বোত্তম। কাগজপত্র নির্ধারিত দিনে VFS এ জমা দেওয়ার পরে নতুন নিয়ম অনুযায়ী আবেদনকারীকে ওখানেই নেওয়া তার ১০ আঙ্গুলের ছাপ ও ডিজিটাল ছবি ও জমা দিতে হবে। এরপরে তাকে দূতাবাসের সাক্ষাৎকারের জন্য তারিখ ও সময় নির্দিষ্ট করে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে, যদি তা প্রয়োজন হয়। কোন কাগজ যদি বাংলায় থাকে তবে তা ইংরেজিতে অনুবাদ করিয়ে নোটারী পাবলিক দ্বারা সত্যায়িত করিয়ে মূল বাংলা কপির সাথে সংযুক্ত করে জমা দিতে হবে। এই কাগজপত্র সাধারণত নিম্নরূপ ক্রমানুযায়ীদু’টি সেট করে জমা দিতে হয়। (এক্ষেত্রে প্রত্যেকটি কাগজের বাম কোণায় ছোট স্লিপের সাহায্যে ঐ কাগজের সঙ্কক্ষিপ্ত বর্ণনা জেমস ক্লিপ দিয়ে আটকে দিলে খুবই ভাল।)

বিদেশে উচ্চশিক্ষাঃ কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়। খুব দরকারি ভাল করে পড়ুন।

আমরা অনেকেই বিদেশে উচ্চশিক্ষার ব্যাপারে আগ্রহী। কিন্তু আগ্রহের পাশাপাশি কয়েকটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় মনে রাখা জরুরী। সেসব বিষয় নিয়েই আমাদের এ আয়োজন। আশাকরি অনেকের কাজে আসবে।

আপডেটেট থাকুনঃ একসময় বিদেশে উচ্চশিক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে অর্থনৈতিক সচ্ছলতাই মূখ্য বিষয় ছিল। কেবল উচ্চবিত্তের সন্তানেরাই এ নিয়ে ভাবতো। কিন্তু এখন কেবল অর্থ থাকলেই সঠিক লক্ষ্যে পৌছানো সম্ভব নয়। বিভিন্ন দেশের শিক্ষার মান, সুযোগ সুবিধা, চাহিদা,

ভবিষ্যৎ প্রাপ্তি ইত্যাদি বিষয় প্রতিনিয়ত পরিবর্তিত হচ্ছে। তাই আপডেটেট থাকা জরুরী। উদাহরনস্বরূপ বলা যায়, আপনি হয়ত কোন বিশ্ববিদ্যালেয় গতবছরের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী একটা আবেদন করলেন, কিন্তু এবছর তা পরিবর্তিত হয়ে গেল। আপনি সুযোগ হারাতে পারেন। কিংবা গতবছর আপনার কাঙ্খিত বিষয়ে স্কলারশীপ ছিল না, যা এবছর আছে। না জানার কারণে আপনি সুযোগ হারাতে পারেন। তাই নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ রাখুন অনলাইনে, চোখ রাখুন বিভিন্ন ওয়েবসাইটে।

নিজেকে প্রস্তুত করুনঃ বাইরের শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর নির্ধারিত চাহিদা আছে। তবে তুলনামূলক ভাবে কিছু মৌলিক চাহিদা থাকে। যেমন, ইংরেজি ভাষাজ্ঞান, জিমেট, স্যাট, জিআরই ইত্যাদি। আপনি যদি নির্দিষ্ট গন্তব্যে পৌছাতে চান, তবে এসব কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কোর্স করে রাখুন। কাজে আসবে। মনে রাখবেন, যা আপনি অর্জন করবেন তা কখনো বৃথা যাবে না। অনেকে মনে করে, বাইরে না গেলে IELTS বা TOEFL করে লাভ কি? কিন্তু এসব জ্ঞান কিন্তু আপনার দেশেও চাকুরী বা ব্যক্তিগত জীবনে উপকারে আসবে। তাই নিজেকে যতটুকু সম্ভব প্রস্তুত রাখুন। আরেকটা বিষয় হলো, কোন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় যদি আপনার অর্জিত কোন কোর্স না চেয়েও থাকে; তথাপি আপনি CV-তে উল্লেখ করলে প্রতিযোগীতায় প্রায়োরিটি পাবেন।

স্পেসিফিক হোনঃ একটা বিষয় আমরা প্রায়ই খেয়াল করি, অনেকেই বলেন আমি বিদেশ আসতে চাই বা ইউরোপ আসতে চাই। তারা কোন দেশে আসবেন এটাও কনফার্ম না, বিষয় তো দূরের কথা। এটা হলো অনেকটা আমাদের ছোটবেলার বায়নার মত। ওর আছে আমারো লাগবে। ও গেছে আমিও যাব। কিন্তু বিদেশে উচ্চশিক্ষা কোন বায়না নয়, এটা মেধা দিয়ে আপনাকে অর্জন করে নিতে হবে। তাই প্রথমেই লক্ষ্য নির্ধারণ করুন। আপনার বয়স, উদ্দেশ্য বা লাভ এসব বিষয় বিবেচনা করুন। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, মেধা বা অর্থ থাকার পরেও আপনার পারিবারিক অবস্থানের কারণে আপনার বাইরে আসা হয়তো যুক্তিসঙ্গত নাও হতে পারে। তাই সব বিবেচনা করে কোমর বেঁধে নামুন। সফলতা আসবেই।

সময়জ্ঞানঃ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলোর ভর্তি ও স্কলারশীপের সময়সীমা নির্দিষ্ট যা মেনে চলা খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। সবসময় কিছু জিনিষ প্রস্তুত রাখুন। CV, Motivation Letter, Recommendation Letter ইত্যাদি। অনেক সময় আবেদন করতে করতেই সময় ফুরিয়ে যায়। আর তাছাড়া পোষ্টে কাগজপত্র পাঠাতেও সময় ও অর্থের প্রয়োজন। তাই সময়ের প্রতি বিশেষ খেয়াল রাখুন।

বাজেট/অর্থনৈতিক বিষয়ঃ আপনি যদি সত্যিকার আগ্রহী হোন তবে বাজেট করুন। আপনার পক্ষে কতটুকু ব্যয় করা সম্ভব তা জেনে নিন। সে অনুযায়ী আবেদন করুন। কারণ, এসব বিষয় না ভেবে আবেদন করলে পরে আর্থিক সমস্যার কারণে তা ভেস্তে যায় এবং আবেদন বা অন্যান্য খরচগুলো অপচয়ে পরিনত হয়। আবার অনেকে দেখা যায়, বড় বড় বাজেট করেন কিন্তু আবেদন করতে পোষ্ট খরচ দেখে ঘাবড়ে যান। তাই বলি, বাজেট করুন এবং সে অনুযায়ী সামনে আগান। এলোমেলো প্রচেষ্টা ব্যর্থ হবে-বলাই বাহুল্য।

পড়ুন, পড়ার অভ্যেস করুনঃ সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় এটি। অনেকে কেবল প্রশ্ন করেন, ভাই, বিদেশে কিভাবে যাব? কোন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পড়ব? সুযোগ সুবিধা কেমন? ভবিষ্যত কেমন? ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি। কিন্তু তাদের যখন কোন তথ্য দেয়া হয় তারা পড়েন না। আমরা পেজে অনেক লিংক পেষ্ট করি যাতে সব তথ্যই পাওয়া যায়। কিন্তু একই প্রশ্ন বারবার করা হয়- লিংকগুলো অনেকে দেখেনই না। তাই পড়ার অভ্যেস করুন। যতটুকু সময় অনলাইনে থাকেন, তার কিছু সময় বিভিন্ন দেশের শিক্ষাসাইট গুলো ভিজিট করুন। আমাদের পেজের বিভিন্ন সময় পোষ্টকৃত লিংকগুলো পড়ুন। এতে আপনি তো জ্ঞাত হবেনই, আবার অন্যকেও পরামর্শ দিতে পারবেন।

বিভ্রান্ত হবেন নাঃ আপনি যদি কনফিডেন্ট হোন, কেউ আপনাকে বিভ্রান্ত করতে পারবে না। তাই কনফিডেন্স খুবই জরুরী। একটা বিষয় মনে রাখবেন, টাকা দিয়ে কখনো ভিসা কেনা যায় না। আপনার যোগ্যতা থাকলেই কেবল আপনি এডমিশন এবং ভিসা পাবেন। তাই প্ররোচনায় বিভ্রান্ত হবেন না। অনেকে এডমিশন হওয়ার পরেও আত্ববিশ্বাসের অভাবে ভিসা পেতে ব্যার্থ হন। একটা সাধারন জ্ঞান হলো, একটা শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান যদি আপনাকে ছাত্র হিসাবে গ্রহন করে, তবে এমবেসী ভিসা দিতে বাধ্য; যদি না কোন মেজর ত্রুটি থাকে। তাই আত্ববিশ্বাসের সাথে অগ্রসর হোন।

স্টুডেন্ট ভিসায় কানাডা আসার কথা যদি বিবেচনা করে থাকেন তাহলে কিছু কিছু বিষয় আপনাকে লক্ষ রাখতে হবে। যারা স্কলারশীপ নিয়ে আসেন তাদের কথা ভিন্ন তবে যারা নিজের ফান্ডিং নিয়ে আসেন তাদের জন্য একটু সমস্যা বৈ কি। কারণ কানাডা আসার পর প্রথম ৬ মাস আপনি কোন অফ ক্যাম্পাস চাকরি করতে পারবেন না। অন ক্যাম্পাস চাকরি করা যাবে।
তবে ক্যাম্পাসে চাকরি পাওয়াটা একটু সময়ের ব্যপার। যেমন অনেক সময় দেখা গেল যে চাকরির নোটিশ দেয়া হয়েছে কিন্তু হঠাৎ করেই দেখা গেল অ্যাপ্লিকেশন জমা নেয়া বন্ধ করে দিয়েছে।

ভলান্টিয়ার হিসেবে কাজ করা যায় এবং তা সহজলভ্য। তবে আপনার যদি মাগনা খাটার মন মানসিকতা থাকে তাহলে তা করতে পারেন। যারা স্কলারশীপ বা ফান্ডিং পেয়ে পড়তে আসেন তারা সাধারণত বাহিরে কোথাও কাজ করার অনুমতি পান না তার ফ্যাকাল্টির কাছ থেকে। অফ ক্যাম্পাস কোন চাকরি করতে হলে তাকে না জানিয়ে করতে হয় এখানে। আর কোনমতে যদি জেনে যান ফ্যাকাল্টি তাহলে ফান্ডিং কমিয়ে দিতে পারেন উনি।

যারা নিজের ফান্ডিং নিয়ে পড়তে আসেন তারা সাধারণত চান যে বিষয়ে পড়তে আসছেন সেই বিষয়ের কিছু কোর্সে যদি ক্রেডিট ট্রান্সফার করা যায় তাহলে খুব ভাল হয়। আপনাদের এখানে জানিয়ে রাখা ভাল যে এই কাজ করে নিজের পায়ে কুড়াল মারার চেয়ে না মারাই ভাল। কারণ আপনি নিশ্চিত থাকুন যে ক্রেডিট ট্রান্সফার করতে চাইলেও আপনাকে কানাডার ইউনিভার্সিটি থেকে দিবে না। তারা আপনাকে উক্ত কোর্সের জন্য অ্যাডভান্স স্ট্যান্ডিং করার অফার করবে। যা আপনি মেনে না নিলেও কিছু করার নেই। করতেই হবে আপনাকে।

কানাডার নিয়ম কানুন অনেক কড়া। এখানে নিয়ম ভাঙ্গলে জেল জরিমানা কিংবা দেশে পাঠিয়ে দেয়া এসবের নজির ও আছে। এমন অনেক ছাত্র আছে যারা ৬ মাস পুরণ হওয়ার আগেই অফ ক্যাম্পাস চাকরি শুরু করে দেয়। সাবধান! এটা করলে আপনার বিশাল সমস্যা হবে। একবার যদি ধরা পরেন তাহলে ক্ষতি আপনারই হবে।

থাকা খাওয়ার খরচ বলতে গেলে অনেক বেশি কানাডায়। এক রুমের বাসা ভাড়া ৫০০ ডলার এর উপরে বলতে পারেন। মাঝে মাঝে আবার ৭৫০ ডলার ও হয়। তবে সেই এক রুমে আপনি যদি শেয়ার করে থাকেন কারো সাথে তাহলে তা কমে আসবে। এছাড়া রয়েছে বিভিন্ন ইউটিলিটি বিল। খাওয়ার খরচ নির্ভর করে আপনার উপর। আপনি কিভাবে খরচ করবেন তার উপর। হোস্টেলে যদি থাকতে চান তাহলে খরচের ভিন্নতা আছে। সেটা হোস্টেল ভেদে তা হয়।

আপনারা বুঝতেই পারছেন যে অন্তত ৬ মাসের থাকা খাওয়ার খরচ পর্যাপ্ত নিয়ে আসতে হবে আপনাকে। যে ইউনিভার্সিটিতে আপনি যে কোর্সের জন্য পড়তে আসতে চাইছেন সেই বিভাগের ডিন কিংবা প্রোগ্রাম অ্যাডভাইজারের সাথে যোগাযোগ রাখুন। কারণ তিনি আপনাকে জানাবেন ভর্তির সব নিয়ম কানুন। তবে মাথায় রাখবেন সবসময় যে ১ টা মেইল দিলে চলবে না। আপনাকে বার বার মেইল করে রিমাইন্ডার দিতে হবে তাদের। আপনি যদি তাদের ১০ টা মেইল দেন তাহলে তারা ১ টা উত্তর দিতে পারে।

আপনি যদি মে মাসে পড়তে আসেন তাহলে আপনাকে অবশ্যই ৬/৭ মাস আগে থেকেই অ্যাপ্লিকাশন প্রসেস শুরু করতে হবে। কারণ মাঝে মাঝে ইউনিভার্সিটি অফার লেটার পাঠাতে দেরি করে। এর ফলে দেখা যায় যেই সেমিস্টারে আপনি আসতে চেয়েছিলেন সেই সময়ে আপনি আসতে পারছেন না। ফলে ৪ মাস সময় আপনার নষ্ট হয়ে গেল। ইউনিভার্সিটি থেকে অফার লেটার পাওয়ার পরই আপনাকে ভিসা প্রসেস করতে হবে। আর বাংলাদেশ থেকে ভিসা পাওয়া একটু সময় সাপেক্ষ ব্যপার। আর তাই এসব কাজ করার সময় আপনাকে অবশ্যই সঠিক সময় হিসেব করে নিতে হবে।

আপনার পড়াশোনার যাবতীয় খরচ (স্পন্সর) যিনি বহন করবেন উনি কানাডায় যদি অবস্থান করেন তাহলে তাকে স্পন্সর হিসেবে না দেখানোই ভাল। কারণ এতে আপনার ভিসা পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা হ্রাস পেতে পারে। আর তাই দেশে থাকে এমন কেউ স্পন্সর করে তাহলেই ভাল হয়। ধরেন আপনি মাষ্টার্স করতে চাচ্ছেন আর তার মেয়াদ ২ বছরের। আপনাকে যিনি স্পন্সর করবেন উনার ১ বছরের ব্যাংক হিসেব থেকে শুরু করে যাবতীয় যত আয়, ব্যায় আছে সব দেখাতে হবে।

আর একটা কথা। ২ বছরের মাষ্টার্স প্রোগ্রাম হলেও ভিসাতে আপনাকে দেয়া হতে পারে মাত্র দেড় বছরের। এতে খুব বেশি টেনশনের কিছু নেই। কারণ এখানে এসে আপনি ভিসার মেয়াদ বাড়িয়ে নিতে পারবেন।

বিদেশে উচ্চশিক্ষা ও কিছু চিরন্তন বাস্তবতা

সাধারণত বাংলাদেশ থেকে একজন শিক্ষার্থীকে আয়ারল্যান্ড ও ব্রিটেনসহ ইউরোপ বা আমেরিকার যে কোনো দেশে পড়াশোনার জন্য আসতে হলে ছয় থেকে আট লাখ টাকার প্রয়োজন। আর যদি কোন দালাল-বাটপারের খপ্পরে পড়া হয়, তাহলে তো আম-ছালা দুটোই খুইয়ে ওখানেই ইতি। বাংলাদেশের সব প্রতিকূলতা জয় করে সৌভাগ্যক্রমে কেউ যদি কাঙ্ক্ষিত গন্তব্যে পা ফেলতেও সক্ষম হয়, তার অর্থ এই নয় যে পাতালপুরীর স্বর্ণের সন্ধান সে পেয়ে গেছে।

স্বজন ও বান্ধববিহীন প্রবাস জীবন যতটুকু আনন্দের, স্বপ্নের ও স্বর্গের মনে হয়, বাস্তবে কিন্তু তার ছিটেফোঁটাও নেই। যাদের কপালে জুটেছে পরবাস, তারাই কেবল বোঝেন এর মর্মযাতনা।

ফিরে যাই মূল বিষয়ে। একজন শিক্ষার্থী যখন প্রবাসে এসে পৌঁছান তখন তিনি ওই পরিবেশের জন্য একেবারেই নতুন। ডান-বাম বলতে কিছুই বোঝে না। স্থানীয় পরিবেশের সাথে খাপ খাওয়াতে কম করে হলেও দু-তিন মাস লেগে যায়। তাই যদি কেউ প্রবাসে পৌঁছেই মোটা টাকা কামিয়ে ফেলবেন বলে চোখেমুখে রঙিন স্বপ্ন মেখে বিদেশে পাড়ি দেন, তাদের সে আশা পূরণ হওয়া বেশ কঠিন।

দুনিয়া এখন খুব কঠিন হয়ে গেছে। বেশি দিন আগে নয়, এই ২০০৮-এর দিকেও এখানকার ব্যাংকগুলো মানুষকে ডেকে ডেকে পারসোনাল লোন বা বাড়ি কেনার জন্য লাখ লাখ ইউরো (স্থানীয় মুদ্রা) মর্টগেজ হিসেবে দিত। এখন পরিস্থিতি এমন যে, ব্যক্তিগত প্রয়োজনে দু-চার হাজার স্থানীয় মুদ্রা লোন পাওয়াটাই দুরুহ ব্যাপার। ব্যাংককে দোষ দিয়েই বা কী লাভ! তারা নিজেরাই দেউলিয়াপনায় ভুগছে।

অর্থনৈতিক অবস্থা যখন এতটাই মন্দা, তখন চাকরির বাজার তো রমরমা হতে পারে না। ক বছর আগে যে ছাত্ররা সপ্তাহে বিশ (সামারের ছুটি ছাড়া সপ্তাহে বিশ ঘণ্টা কাজ করার বৈধ নিয়ম) ঘণ্টার স্থলে ষাট থেকে আশি ঘণ্টা কাজ করত, তাদের এখন দিন আনতে পান্তা ফুরোয় অবস্থা। স্মার্ট কৌশলে যারা আগেই নিজেদের ‘স্টুডেন্ট স্ট্যাটাস’ বদলে স্থায়ী রেসিডেন্সি নামের সোনার হরিণটির নাগাল পেয়ে গাছেন তাদের কথা আলাদা। চাকরি থাক বা না থাক, সরকারি ভাতা খাওয়ার মুখ তো তাদের আছে। বর্তমান পরিস্থিতিতে শুধু ছাত্রই নয়, যারা স্থায়ী কর্মজীবী তারাও যদি কোনো কারণে চাকরি হারিয়ে বসেন, নতুন আরেকটি কাজ পাওয়া যেন হাতির দাঁত পাওয়ার মতো অবস্থা।

কিছুদিন আগে স্পেনে ভ্রমণকারী এক বাংলাদেশি সাংবাদিক ঢাকার একটি জাতীয় পত্রিকায় ওখানকার সার্বিক অবস্থা পর্যালোচনা করতে গিয়ে লিখেছেন, সেখানে বর্তমানে বেকারের সংখ্যা প্রায় ৩৫%। এমন অবস্থা শুধু আয়ারল্যান্ড বা স্পেনে নয়, ইউরোপসহ পুরো বিশ্বের বর্তমান চিত্রই অভিন্ন।

বিদেশে যেতে ইচ্ছুক শিক্ষার্থীদের আগেই ভাবতে হবে, তারা প্রকৃত শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত হয়ে ডিগ্রি অর্জন করতে যাচ্ছেন, নাকি টাকা কামাই করতে। নাকি দুটোই! কপাল ভালো হলে কোনো রকমে একটি পার্টটাইম জব জুটিয়ে নিতে পারলে অন্তত খেয়েপরে থাকা যাবে। আয়ারল্যান্ড বা এর আশপাশের (যেহেতু আমি আয়ারল্যান্ডে বাস করি, তাই আয়ারল্যান্ডের কথা বার বার চলে আসছে, এজন্য দুঃখিত ) দেশগুলোতে একজন লোককে মোটামুটিভাবে চলতে হলেও ন্যূনতম পাঁচ-ছয়শ স্থানীয় মুদ্রার প্রয়োজন, যা বাংলাদেশি মুদ্রায় ৫০/৬০ হাজার টাকার সমমান। তাও এ অঙ্কটা শুধু তাদের জন্যই, যারা চা-সিগারেটের মতো বদভ্যাস থেকে মুক্ত। এছাড়া আছে কলেজ ফিসহ আরো টুকিটাকি আনুষঙ্গিক খরচ। সুতরাং বর্তমানে এ অসুস্থ অর্থনৈতিক পরিবেশে কোনো শিক্ষার্থী ‘কলাও বেচবেন, রথও দেখবেন’ মনোভাব নিয়ে প্রবাসে এলে তা হবে এক চরম আত্মঘাতী সিদ্ধান্ত।

অর্থনৈতিক হিসেব-নিকেশের কথা না হয় বাদই দিলাম। কেউ যদি হোটেল-রেস্টুরেন্টের কিচেনে দাঁড়িয়ে থালাবাসন ধোয়া কিংবা পেঁয়াজ কাটার মতো কায়িক পরিশ্রমের মাধ্যমে কিছু টাকাপয়সা আয় করে পড়াশোনা চালাতে পারেন তবে তা ভালো। প্রকৃত অর্থে যারা উচ্চশিক্ষার্থে প্রবাসমুখী হন, তাদের পক্ষে আয়রুজি করা সম্ভব না হলেও দেশ থেকে আর্থিক সহায়তা নিয়ে প্রাসঙ্গিক প্রয়োজনীয়তা সম্পন্ন করবেন সন্দেহ নেই। এই যে কায়িক পরিশ্রম অথবা দেশ থেকে কষ্টার্জিত অর্থ বিদেশে এনে যদি কাক্সিক্ষত সফলতার দ্বারপ্রান্তে উপনীত হওয়া না যায় এর চেয়ে বড় ট্রাজেডি আর কী-ই বা হতে পারে!

একটু খুলেই বলি। যারা উচ্চশিক্ষার্থে বিদেশের পথে পা বাড়ান তারা কি আদৌ জানেন কোথায় যাচ্ছেন, কী পড়ছেন, কী শিখছেন? কারা পড়ান? পড়া শেষে আদৌ কি কোনো ডিগ্রি পাওয়া যায়? দেশ থেকে বেরুনোর আগেই এ বিষয়গুলো ভালোভাবে জেনে নেওয়া উচিত।

বাংলাদেশ থেকে যেসব ছেলেমেয়ে উচ্চশিক্ষার্থে বিদেশ গমন করেন তাদের সিংহভাগই কোনো বিশ্ববিদ্যলয়ে যান না। বরং ওরা কোনো কলেজে ভর্তি হন বা হওয়ার চেষ্টা করেন। যেসব কলেজে ভর্তি হয়ে তারা পড়াশোনা করেন, এগুলোর অধিকাংশই বেসরকারি মালিকানাধীন। ওই মালিকরা বাংলাদেশের কিন্ডারগার্টেনের ব্যবসায়ী মালিকদের মতই অনেকটা। বিভিন্ন দেশের মালিকদের মতো বাংলাদেশি মালিকরাও এ ব্যবসার সাথে জড়িত। আয়ারল্যান্ডের ডাবলিনেও আছেন এ ধরনের একজন ব্যবসায়ী মালিক।

মূলত এসব কলেজের অধিকাংশেরই কোনো স্থায়ী ক্যাম্পাস থাকে না। দু-তিনটি রুম ভাড়া নিয়ে তাদের কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে। একটা প্রতিষ্ঠানে যে কজন শিক্ষক থাকেন তাদের মধ্যে একজনকে পাওয়া যাবে ফুলটাইমার হিসেবে। এসব কলেজ খোলার জন্য আহামরি কোনো কিছুর প্রয়োজন হয় না। স্থানীয় প্রশাসন থেকে যৎসামান্য একটা ফি দিয়ে সনদ আদায় করতে পারলেই কেল্লা ফতে। এই কলেজগুলো তিন-চার বছর পর একটি ডিগ্রিও দিতে পারে না। একটা সার্টিফিকেট বা ডিপ্লোমা পাওয়া যায়, যা কিনা আর্থিক, শারীরিক ও মানসিক ক্ষয়ক্ষতির তুলনায় একেবারেই নগণ্য। তখন একূল-ওকূল দু কুল হারিয়ে নৈরাশ্যের সাগরে হাবুডুবু খেতে হয় অনেককেই।

তাই ঊচ্চশিক্ষার্থে বিদেশ যেতে ইচ্ছুক তরুণ শিক্ষার্থীদের বলতে চাই, হরিপদ কেরানি থেকে আকবর বাদশাহ হয়ে যাবার স্বপ্নে বিভোর না থেকে বাস্তব প্রতিকূল দিকগুলোর কথা বিবেচনায় এনে তবেই সামনের দিকে এগোবেন। এতে আপনাদের জন্য, পরিবারের জন্য তথা জাতির জন্য হবে শুভ ও মঙ্গল।

ভর্তির শুরুতেই বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ও বিষয়ভেদে বিভিন্ন ভাবে শিক্ষার্থীর যোগ্যতা যাচাই করা হয়। কোনো শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান একাডেমিক ফলাফল দেখে আবার কখনো বা ভাষাগত যোগ্যতা দেখে। সুতরাং ভাষা ও বিগত পরীক্ষাগুলোর ফলাফল উভয়ই ভালো হওয়া দরকার।সুইডিশ ভাষার জন্য আধুনিক ভাষা ইনস্টিটিউট (কলাভবন, ঢাকাবিশ্ববিদ্যালয়) থেকে কোর্স করতে পারেন।অপরদিকে, ইংরেজি ভাষার দক্ষতাস্বরূপ TOEFL বা IELTS এর প্রাপ্ত নাম্বার দেখা হয়।TOEFL পরীক্ষার মোট ১২০ নাম্বারে নূন্যতম ৮৫ নাম্বার এবং IELTS পরীক্ষার ৯.০ পয়েন্টের মধ্যে নূন্যতম ৬.৫ পেতেহবে।এ ক্ষেত্রে অনলাইনে বসেও IELTS ও TOEFL পরীক্ষায় নিজের যোগ্যতা যাচাই করতে পারেন।

আবেদনের সময়ঃ
সুইডেনে বছরে দুটি সেমিস্টার।একটির মেয়াদ আগস্টের শেষ থেকে জানুয়ারির মাঝামাঝি পর্যন্ত। অপরটি মধ্য জানুয়ারি থেকে জুনের শুরু পর্যন্ত।বিদেশে ভর্তির ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজ-পত্র ও ভিসা নিয়ে প্রায় ৬ মাস এমনকি এক বছর ও সময় লেগে যায়।তাই যে সেমিস্টারে ভর্তি হতে আগ্রহী সেই সময়ের দিকে খেয়াল রেখে ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করতে হবে।

পড়াশুনা ও থাকার খরচঃ
শুরুতেই অনলাইনে আবেদন পত্রের জন্য প্রায় ৯০০ SEK (১০৫৫৭ টাকা) ব্যয় করতে হয়। তাছাড়া বিষয় ভেদে অনার্স, মাস্টার্সে বছরে ন্যুনতম৮০,০০০ SEK থেকে ১,৪০,০০০ SEK (৯,৩৮,৪০০টাকা-১৬,৪২,২০০টাকা)-এর মধ্যে খরচ পড়ে। এছাড়া থাকা,খাওয়া ও অন্যান্য খরচ বাবদ বছরে প্রায় ৭৩৯৯ SEK (৮৫৬২৯ টাকা) খরচহয়।

পার্টটাইম জবঃ
যদিও অধিকাংশ শিক্ষার্থী- যারা উচ্চশিক্ষার জন্য বিদেশে যান তারা শুরুতেই পার্টটাইম জবের খোঁজ করতে থাকেন। তবে পড়াশুনার ক্ষতি করে পার্টটাইম জব করা ঠিক নয়।তাছাড়া সুইডেন সরকার, বিভিন্ন প্রতিষ্ঠান বছরে প্রায় ৫০০’র বেশি স্কলাপশিপ দিয়ে থাকে, যেগুলোর অনেকেই পড়াশুনা সহ থাকার খরচও বহন করে।তাই সুইডেনে পার্টটাইম জবের তেমন প্রয়োজন পড়ে না।তবে ইচ্ছুক শিক্ষার্থীরা সপ্তাহে ৪০ ঘন্টা বা ২০ ঘন্টার পার্টটাইম জব করতে পারেন।বিভিন্ন ধরনের জবের মধ্যে রয়েছে-
১. বিভিন্ন কোম্পানির বিজ্ঞাপন।এই কাজে এক দিনে প্রায় ১২০ SEK থেকে ১৮০ SEK (১৪০৭ টাকা-২১১১টাকা) আয় হয়।
২. বিভিন্ন রেস্টুরেন্টে কাজ করা।এতে মাসে ৭০০০ SEK থেকে ৮০০০SEK (৮২,১১০ টাকা-৯৩,৮৪০ টাকা) আয় হয়।
৩. সপ্তাহের কয়েক দিন, খোলা বাজারে কাপড় বিক্রি করলে মাসে ৭০০০ SEK থেকে ৯০০০ SEK (৮২,১১০টাকা-১,০৫,৫৭০ টাকা) আয় হয়।

স্কলারশিপঃ
আগেই বলেছি, সুইডেনে প্রচুর স্কলারশিপ আছে।তার মধ্যে উল্লেখযোগ্য-
১. The Swedish Institute StudyScholarship এই স্কলারশিপ মূলত অনার্স ওমাস্টার্স পর্যায়ে দেয়া হয়।এটি প্রায় ৭৫%-১০০% খরচ বহন করে। এর কার্যক্রম মার্চ মাস থেকে শুরু হয়। কোনো বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ভর্তি নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর এই স্কলারশিপের জন্য আবেদন করা যায়।

২. Swedish Institute GuestScholarship এটি মূলত পিএইচডি ও পোস্ট-ডক্টোরাল শিক্ষার্থীদের দেয়া হয়।এটি পিএইচডি শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য মাসে ১২০০ SEK বা ১,৪০,৭৬০ টাকা এবং পোস্ট-ডক্টোরালের জন্য মাসে ১৫,০০০ SEK বা ১,৭৫,৯৫০ টাকা বহন করে।
৩. ইরামাস মানডাস স্কলারশিপ প্রোগ্রাম-এটা ইউরোপিয়ান ইউনিয়নের দেশভুক্ত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় গুলোতে স্কলারশিপের ব্যবস্থা করে থাকে।প্রায় ৪০টি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় এই প্রোগ্রামের সাথে যুক্ত। সুইডেনের Lund University, SwedishUniversity of Agricultural science, Uppsala university ও Karolinska
Institutet Medical University – এই প্রোগ্রামের অন্তর্ভুক্ত। আরো জানতে ভিজিট করুন- http://www.scholars4dev.com/…/erasmus-mundus-scholarships-…/ এছাড়া বিভিন্ন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সাথে বিভিন্ন স্কলারশিপ প্রোগ্রামের যোগসূত্র থাকায় সরাসরি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সাথে যোগাযোগ করেও বৃত্তি পাওয়া যায়।তাছাড়া UNESCO ফেলোশিপ প্রোগ্রাম থেকেও সুইডেনে পড়ার জন্য স্কলারশিপ দেয়া হয়। মজার ব্যাপার হলো- বিভিন্ন বুদ্ধিমত্তার প্রতিযোগিতা, ডিজাইন, লেকচার দেয়া- ইত্যাদির আয়োজন করেও বিদেশী শিক্ষার্থীরা সুইডেনে পড়াশুনার জন্য স্কলারশিপ পেতে পারেন। এ বিষয়ে জানতে দেখুন www.studyinsweden.se/scholarships/scholarship-challenges/ অপরদিকে, ভর্তির সময় সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ের শিক্ষকদের সাথে অনলাইনে মেইলের মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করলেও তারা নিজেদের রিসার্চের অধীনে স্কলারশিপের খবরা খবর আন্তরিকতার সাথে দিয়ে থাকেন।তাছাড়া প্রতিবছর সুইডেনে পড়াশুনার জন্য শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের নোটিশে বিভিন্ন স্কলারশিপের খবর থাকে।স্কলারশিপের খবর জানতে রীতিমত শিক্ষামন্ত্রণালয়ের নোটিশে খোঁজ রাখুন।

আবহাওয়াঃ
যে কোনো দেশে যাওয়ার আগে সে দেশের আবহওয়া জেনে নেয়া ভালো।তা নাহলে সেই আবহাওয়ার সাথে নিজেকে খাপ খাইয়ে চলা কঠিন।পৃথিবীর উত্তর মেরুর দিকে হওয়ায় সুইডেনের আবহাওয়া মৃদু প্রকৃতির।জুলাই মাসের তাপমাত্রা প্রায় ১৩-১৭ ডিগ্রি সে. এর মধ্যে থাকে।ফেব্রুয়ারির দিকে প্রচণ্ড শীত।তাপমাত্রা অনেক সময় মাইনাস পর্যায়ে অর্থাৎ -৩ থেকে -২২ ডিগ্রিসে. এ নেমে যায়। দক্ষিণাঞ্চলে ডিসেম্বরে আর উত্তরাঞ্চলে অক্টোবরের দিকে বরফ পড়তে দেখা যায়। অপরদিকে গ্রীষ্মকালে এমনও দেখা যায় যে, দিনের ২৪ ঘন্টার ১৯ ঘন্টাই সূর্যের আলো থাকে। অর্থাৎরাতের অংশ কম।

ভর্তি ও ভিসা প্রসেসিং-অনলাইনে বা ডাকযোগে জরুরি কাগজপত্র জমা দেয়ার পরস্কলারশিপ পাওয়া স্বত্ত্বেও একটা নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ টাকা দেশেরব্যাংকে জমা আছে কিনা সেই ব্যাপারে একটা নিশ্চিতপত্র দেখাতে হয়।কেননা, পড়াশুনার বাইরে যেকোনো আপদকালীন সময়ে টাকার প্রয়োজন পড়তে পারে। এ ব্যাপারে বিস্তারিত জানতে সুইডিশহাইকমিশনে যোগাযোগ করুন।ভর্তি নিশ্চিত হলে ইন্টারভিউ নিয়ে হাইকমিশন থেকেই ভিসা প্রদান করাহয়।

ইউরোপীয় দেশগুলোকে নিয়ে একটি একীভূত অঞ্চল তৈরি করে দেশগুলোর মধ্যে মানুষের যাতায়াত সহজ করা লক্ষ্য নিয়ে ১৯৮৫ সালে লুক্সেমবার্গের সেনজেন শহরে একটি চুক্তি সাক্ষর করে কয়েকটি ইউরোপীয় দেশ। বলা যায় সেই চুক্তির ধারাবাহিকতাতেই সৃষ্টি হয়েছে সেনজেন এলাকা এবং সেনজেন ভিসা। ইউরোপের অধিকাংশ এলাকা এই সেনজেন অঞ্চলের অন্তর্ভুক্ত এবং কেবল সেনজেন ভিসা নিয়েই ৯০ দিনের জন্য বেড়ানো বা ব্যবসা সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনে ইউরোপ ঘুরে আসা যায়।

এই সবগুলো দেশেই বেড়ানো বা ব্যবসা সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনে সেনজেন ভিসা নিয়ে যেতে পারেন বাংলাদেশিরা। সেনজেন ভিসা নিয়ে সর্বোচ্চ ৯০ দিন ইউরোপে অবস্থান করা যায় এবং ভিসার মেয়াদ ছয় মাস। ভিসার মেয়াদ থাকাকালীন সময়ে একই ভিসা ব্যবহার করে বারবার সেনজেন এলাকার দেশগুলোতে প্রবেশ করা যায় তবে সব মিলিয়ে ৯০ দিনের বেশি সেখানে অবস্থান করা যাবে না।

ভিসা নেয়ার সময় গন্তব্য উল্লেখ করতে হয়। বাংলাদেশি ভ্রমণকারীরা ঢাকার যেসব কূটনৈতিক মিশন থেকে ভিসা সংগ্রহ করতে পারেন:

ফ্রান্স দূতাবাস: ফ্রান্সের ওভারসীজ টেরিটরি মনাকো এবং এন্ডোরা এবং বুরকিনা ফাসো, মধ্য আফ্রিকা, ডিজিবুতি, গ্যাবন, আইভরি কোস্ট, মৌরিতানিয়া, সেনেগাল, টগো এসব দেশে মূল গন্তব্য হলেও ফ্রান্স দূতাবাসের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে হবে।
চেক রিপাবলিক: চেক রিপাবলিকে ফ্যামিলি ও ভিজিট ভিসার জন্য দিল্লীতে চেক রিপাবলিকের হাই কমিশনে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
জার্মান দূতাবাস: জার্মানি ও এস্তোনিয়া ভ্রমণের জন্য জার্মান দূতাবাসে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
ইতালি দূতাবাস: ইতালি, গ্রিস ও মাল্টা ভ্রমণের জন্য ইতালি দূতাবাসে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
সুইডেন দূতাবাস: সুইডেন, ডেনমার্ক, আইসল্যান্ড, ফিনল্যান্ড, নরওয়ে, বেলজিয়াম, লুক্সেমবার্গ, পোল্যান্ড, লাতভিয়া, নেদারল্যান্ড এবং স্লোভেনিয়া ভ্রমণের জন্য সুইডেন দূতাবাসে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
সুইজারল্যান্ড দূতাবাস: সুইজারল্যান্ড ভ্রমণের জন্য সুইজারল্যান্ড দূতাবাসে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
স্পেন দূতাবাস: স্পেন ভ্রমণের জন্য স্পেন দূতাবাসে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

ভিসা আবেদন যেভাবে করতে হবে:

ভিসা আবেদন ফরমের দু’পাশে প্রতিটি ঘর পূরণ করতে হবে। কোন ঘর ফাঁকা থাকলে বা ভুল তথ্য থাকলে ভিসা আবেদন প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হয় না। আবেদন ফরমের এক কপি জমা দিলেই চলবে আর তাতে অবশ্যই তারিখসহ সাক্ষর থাকতে হবে।

আবেদন ফরমের সাথে যেসব কাগজপত্র প্রয়োজন হবে:

সাম্প্রতিক তোলা দুই কপি ছবি। সাদা পটভূমিতে ছবি তুলতে হবে, চোখে কালো চশমা বা মাথায় টুপি জাতীয় কিছু রাখা যাবে না আর ছবিতে অবশ্যই পুরো মুখমণ্ডল আসতে হবে।
ভ্রমণ শেষ হওয়ার পরও অন্তত ছয় মাস মেয়াদ আছে এমন পাসপোর্ট জমা দিতে হবে।
পাসপোর্টের ডাটা পেজগুলোর পরিষ্কার ফটোকপি যুক্ত করতে হবে।
সবগুলো সেনজেন দেশে প্রযোজ্য এবং অন্তত ৩০ হাজার ইউরো মূল্যমানের স্বাস্থ্য বীমা প্রয়োজন হবে।
জমা দেয়া প্রতিটি কাগজের মূলকপির সাথে একটি করে ফটোকপিও দিতে হবে।
কোন কাগজ বাংলায় থাকলে সেটার সাথে ইংরেজি বা জার্মান অনুবাদও যুক্ত করতে হবে।

বিজনেস ভিসার জন্য যেসব কাগজপত্র প্রয়োজন হবে:

ভ্রমণকারী যে দেশে যেতে চাইছেন সে দেশের কোম্পানির পাঠানো আমন্ত্রণপত্রের মূলকপি প্রয়োজন হবে। এই আমন্ত্রণপত্র অবশ্যই ইংরেজি বা জার্মান ভাষায় হতে হবে।
ভ্রমণকারী বাংলাদেশের যে কোম্পানি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের তরফ থেকে ভ্রমণে যাচ্ছেন সে কোম্পানি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের তরফে ভ্রমণের প্রয়োজনীয়তা ব্যাখ্যা করে লেখা চিঠি জমা দিতে হবে। প্রতিষ্ঠানের মালিকের জন্যও একই নিয়ম প্রযোজ্য।
বিগত তিন মাসে কোম্পানির ব্যাংক হিসাব বিবরণী।
কোম্পানির সার্টিফিকেট অফ ইনকর্পোরেশন অথবা মেমোরেন্ডাম এন্ড আর্টিকেলস অব এসোসিয়েশন (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে)।
ট্রেড লাইসেন্স
বাংলাদেশে এবং বাইরে লেনদেনের তথ্য (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে)।
ম্যারেজ সার্টিফিকেট, বার্থ সার্টিফিকেট এবং সন্তান সন্ততির তথ্য (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে)।

সেনজেন দেশগুলো আয়োজিত বাণিজ্য মেলায় অংশগ্রহণের ক্ষেত্রে আরও অতিরিক্ত কিছু কাগজপত্র প্রয়োজন হবে:

হোটেলের ঠিকানাসহ হোটেল রিজার্ভেশন এবং
স্টল বরাদ্দ হয়ে থাকলে এক্সিবিটর পাস।

বন্ধুবান্ধব বা পরিবারের সদস্যের সাথে দেখা করতে যেতে যেসব কাগজপত্র প্রয়োজন হবে:

যার সাথে দেখা করতে যাওয়া হচ্ছে তার সাক্ষরিত গ্যারান্টর ফরম,
ম্যারেজ সার্টিফিকেট, বার্থ সার্টিফিকেট এবং সন্তান সন্ততির তথ্য (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে),
হোটেল বুকিং (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে)। হোটেল বুকিং কনফার্মেশনের ই-মেইল প্রিন্ট আউট গৃহীত হয় না।
অন্তত বিগত তিন মাস সময়কালে ব্যক্তিগত হিসাব বিবরণী,
ভ্রমণকারী যার সাথে দেখা করতে যাচ্ছেন তার সাথে সম্পর্কর প্রমাণপত্র এবং
ফ্লাইট রিজার্ভেশন কপি।

ভ্রমণ ভিসার ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র:

হোটেল বুকিং (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে)। হোটেল বুকিং কনফার্মেশনের ই-মেইল প্রিন্ট আউট গৃহীত হয় না।
ভ্রমণকারী কোন কোন জায়গায় ভ্রমণ করতে চলেছেন তার বিস্তারিত।
ম্যারেজ সার্টিফিকেট, বার্থ সার্টিফিকেট এবং সন্তান সন্ততির তথ্য (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে)।
অন্তত বিগত তিন মাস সময়কালে ব্যক্তিগত হিসাব বিবরণী।

শিশুদের ক্ষেত্রে:

বাবা-মা বা বৈধ অভিভাবকের অনুমতিপত্র জমা দিতে হবে। এছাড়া শিশুদের ভিসা আবেদনের ক্ষেত্রে বাবা-মা বা অভিভাবকে অবশ্যই দূতাবাসে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।

এয়ারপোর্ট ট্রানজিট ভিসার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র:

সেনজেন এলাকা ছাড়ার পর ভ্রমণকারী যে দেশে যাচ্ছেন সে দেশের ভিসা,
ফ্লাইট রিজার্ভেশন,
প্রথমবার ভ্রমণের ক্ষেত্র বিজনেস ভিসা সংক্রান্ত সব ধরনের কাগজপত্র প্রয়োজন হবে,
ট্রানজিট ভিসার ক্ষেত্রে স্বাস্থ্যবীমা প্রয়োজন হয় না।

প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য

ভ্রমণের নির্ধারিত তারিখের চার থেকে ছয় সপ্তাহ আগে ভিসা আবেদনপত্র জমা দেয়া উচিত।
সাধারণত ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যেই সেনজেন ভিসা ইস্যু হয়ে যায়। তবে কাগজপত্র যাচাইয়ের প্রয়োজন হলে ৪ সপ্তাহ পর্যন্ত লাগতে পারে।
ভিসা ইস্যু হওয়ার পর পাসপোর্ট সংগ্রহের সময়ই ভিসা কিভাবে দেয়া হয়েছে সেটা দেখে নেয়া উচিত। কোন সমস্যা থাকলে সাথে সাথেই ভিসা কাউন্টারে জানাতে হবে।
নকল বা জালিয়াতি করা পাসপোর্ট জমা দিলে সেগুলো জব্দ করে বাংলাদেশ সরকারের পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়ে পাঠিয়ে দেয়া হয়।
শুধু ভিসা আবেদনের সময়ই নয়, সেনজেন এলাকার দেশগুলোতে প্রবেশের সময়ও আর্থিক সামর্থ্যের প্রমাণ দেখাতে হয়। সেনজেন ভিসাই সেনজেন এলাকায় প্রবেশের একমাত্র নিশ্চয়তা নয়।
প্রতিটি ভিসার জন্য ৬০ ইউরো সমপরিমাণ টাকা এডমিনিস্ট্রেশন ফি হিসেবে জমা দিতে হয়। ভিসা সাক্ষাতকারের পরপরই এই ফি দিতে হয়।
দূতাবাসে ভ্রমণের আমন্ত্রণপত্র না পাঠিয়ে ভিসা আবেদনকারীর কাছে আমন্ত্রণপত্র পাঠাতে হবে এবং তিনি ভিসা আবেদনের সাথে আমন্ত্রণপত্র জমা দেবেন।

যারা যারা পর্তুগীজ সিটিজেনশিপ এর জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন?

১# যদি আপনি পর্তুগালে জন্মগ্রহন করেন আর আপনার মা অথবা যেকোনো একজন পর্তুগীজ হয় তাহলে আপনি জন্মসুত্রে সাথে সাথে পর্তুগীজ জাতীয়তা পাবেন।

২# আপনি যদি পর্তুগালে জন্মগ্রহন করেন আর আপনার বাবা-মা ৩য় কোন দেশের নাগরিক হয় তাহলে আপনি ৫ বছর থাকার পর ন্যাশনালিটির জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন। সেই ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে অবশ্যই পর্তুগালে প্রাইমারি স্কুল লেভেল শেষ করতে হবে। (১৮ বছরের নিচে যাদের জন্ম পর্তুগালে তাদের জন্য )

৩#আপনি যদি পর্তুগালে বৈধভাবে ৬ বছর অবস্থান করেন এবং পর্তুগীজ ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ মিনিমাম B1 পর্যন্ত শেষ করেছেন এমন সার্টিফিকেট দেখাতে পারেন!! তাহলে ৬ বছর পর পর্তুগীজ সিটিজেনশিপের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন । তবে এই ক্ষেত্রে আপনার নামে কোন প্রকার মামলা বা মামলার সাজার ২ বছরের অধিক হতে পারবে না। অর্থাৎ কোন প্রকার ক্রিমিনাল রেকর্ড থাকলে আপনি পাসপোর্ট পাবেন না।

৪# যদি আপনি পর্তুগীজ নাগরিক বিয়ে করে বা লিভ টুঁগেদার করে মিনিমাম ৩ বছর থাকেন!! তাহলে পর্তুগীজ পাসপোর্ট এর জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন। সেই ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে বিয়ে হলে অফিসিয়াল সার্টিফিকেট, আর লিভ টুঁগেদার হলে মিউনিসিপালিটি তে রেজিস্টার করতে হবে।

৫# যদি পর্তুগীজ নাগরিক কাউকে দত্তক নেয় তাহলে সে ৩ বছর থাকার পর পর্তুগীজ জাতীয়তা লাভ করবে।

৬# যদি আপনি পর্তুগালে জন্মগ্রহন করেন এবং অবৈধভাবে ১০ বছর থাকেন তাহলে পর্তুগীজ সিটিজেনশিপের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

৭# যদি আপনি ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন ভুক্ত কোন দেশের নাগরিক বিয়ের করে রেজিস্টার করে পর্তুগালে ৫ বছর থাকেন তাহলেও আপনি পর্তুগীজ সিটিজেনশিপের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

ইতালিতে Decreto Flussi 2015 বা সিজনাল ভিসার অফিসিয়াল গ্যাজেট প্রকাশিত হয়েছে কয়েকদিন আগে!! এবং ৫ই মে ২০১৫ সকাল ৯টা থেকে ফর্ম পূরণ করার জন্য খুলে দেওয়া হয়েছে ইতালির সরকারি মিনিস্তেরো দেল্লে ইন্তেরনোর অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট। অনেকেই বরাবরের মতো ইতিমধ্যে তাদের আবেদন অনলাইনে পূরণ করে অপেক্ষা করছেন।

এবারে মোট ১৩,০০০ হাজার কর্মী প্রবেশ করতে পারবে। তার মধ্যে ১১৫০০ কোটা নতুন মৌসুমে কাজের জন্য। এবং ১৫০০ কোটা সংরক্ষিত, মানে যারা সিজনাল ভিসায় এর
আগেও ইতালিতে কাজ করে দেশে ফেরত গিয়েছে তাদের জন্য বরাদ্দ করা হয়েছে।

আমাদের মধ্যে অনেকেই প্রশ্ন করে থাকেন কি কারনে আমার রেসিডেন্স কার্ড বা ভিসা কেন্সেল হয়ে যেতে পারে ? বা আমি অমুক দেশে এত বছর যাবত আছি আমি কত বছর পর PR বা পাসপোর্ট এর জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবো?
প্রথমে ভিসার ব্যাপার টা ক্লিয়ার করি। অনেকে জানেন ভিসার বিভিন্ন ক্যাটাগরি হয়ে থাকে আর এই বিষয়ে আমিওপারিতে পূর্বে প্রকাশিত লেখা গুলো এখানে দেয়া লিঙ্ক থেকে পরে আসতে পারেন। লিঙ্ক ১, লিঙ্ক ২। নরমালি স্টুডেন্টস ভিসা, ওয়ার্ক পারমিট, ভিজিট ভিসা, বিজনেস ভিসা, ইত্যাদি সম্পর্কে কমবেশি জানি। এগুলোর মেয়াদও কমবেশি হয়ে থাকে। যাইহোক এখন কাজের প্রসঙ্গে আসি।

১#প্রশ্ন – ভাই আমি স্টুডেন্টস ভিসায় আসতে চাই ইউরোপে কিন্তু ভিসা কত দিনের দিবে ?
উত্তর – স্টুডেন্টস ভিসা নরমালি ন্যাশনাল ভিসা বা D-Visa বা Long term visa নামে পরিচিত। সেটা এন্ট্রি পারমিট (ইউকে তে) হিসাবেও পরিচিত। ৯০ দিন থেকে ১৮০ দিন মাক্সিমাম মেয়াদ হয়ে থাকে।

২#প্রশ্ন- আমি সেঞ্জেন ভিসা নিয়ে ইউরোপে যেতে চাই আর সেখানে গিয়ে কি থাকা যাবে বা ভিসার মেয়াদ বাড়ানো যাবে ? মেয়াদ কত দিনের হয়ে থাকে এই ভিসার?
উত্তর – সেঞ্জেন ভিসা ইউরোপের ভ্রমন ভিসা নামে পরিচিত। এর মেয়াদ ১ সপ্তাহ থেকে ৯০ দিন বিশেষ অবস্থায় ১৮০ দিন পর্যন্ত হয়ে থাকে তবে নরমালি ৯০ দিনই মাক্সিমাম। আর এই ভিসা কোন ভাবেই মেয়াদ বাড়াতে পারবেন না। ইউরোপের একদেশের সেঞ্জেন ভিসা পেলে সব কয়টা সেঞ্জেন দেশে বিনা বাধায় বর্ডার ক্রস করতে পারবেন। উল্লেখ্য ইউরোপের সেঞ্জেন ভুক্ত প্রতিটি দেশের pr,id card, driving licence,passport ইত্যাদি সহ বিভিন্ন ধরনের ডকুমেন্টস গুলো দেখতে কেমন? সেই বিষয়ে আমিওপারিতে ইউরোপের প্রতিটি দেশের ডকুমেন্টস নিয়ে খুব সুন্দর করে ছবি সহ লেখা রয়েছে। চাইলে এখানে ক্লিক করে পড়ে আসতে পারেন।

৩# ভাই আমার ইতালির এক বছরের রেসিডেন্স কার্ড আছে আমি কি অন্য দেশে কাজ করতে পারব ? আর আমি এই কার্ড দিয়ে অন্য দেশে যেমন ফিনল্যান্ড, জার্মান , ডেনমার্ক চাইলে কতদিন থাকতে পারব ?
উত্তর – না আপনি ইতালির বাহিরে অন্য দেশে কাজ করতে পারবেন না। হ্যাঁ তবে চাইলে আপনি অন্য কোন দেশে ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন ভুক্ত যেকোনো দেশে ( আয়ারল্যান্ড, ইউকে ছাড়া ) ৩ মাস অর্থাৎ ৯০ দিন আইনগত ভাবে অবস্থান করতে পারবেন। আর যদি আপনার ইতালির আনলিমিটেড রেসিডেন্স কার্ড তথা কার্টা দি সৌজর্ন্য থাকে তাহলে আপনি ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন ভুক্ত যেকোনো দেশে যেতে এবং কাজ করতে পারবেন তবে অবশ্যই সেই দেশের ইম্মিগ্রান্ত অফিস থেকে তাদের দেশের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী তাদের দেশের কাজের অনুমতি ও রেসিডেন্স কার্ড নিয়েই কাজ করতে পাড়বেন। সেই ক্ষেত্রে আপনার কাছে দুই দেশের রেসিডেন্স কার্ড থাকবে এবং এক পর্যায়ে যে কোন একটাকে বাছাই করে নিতে হবে। তবে হে, ইতালির কার্টা দি সৌজর্ন্য দিয়ে ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন ভুক্ত যেকোনো দেশে যেতে পারলেও সব দেশে কাজের অনুমতি পাবেন না যেমনঃ সুইজারল্যান্ড,আয়ারল্যান্ড, ডেনমার্ক, নরওয়ে ইত্যাদি দেশ গুলোতে কাজ করে পাড়বেন না। ইতালির কার্টা দি সৌজর্ন্য দিয়ে কিভাবে জার্মান গিয়ে কাজ করতে পারব? বা এই ক্ষেত্রে কিভাবে কি করতে এই সম্পর্কে জানতে হলে এখানে ক্লিক করেপড়ে আসতে পারেন।

৪# আমি স্পেনে ১০ বছর যাবত আছি কিন্তু পাসপোর্ট পাই নাই। আমার স্পেনের লং টার্ম রেসিডেন্স পারমিট কার্ড বা পি আর আছে আমি কি নরওয়েতে কাজ করতে পারব ?
উত্তর – আইনগত ভাবে আপনি লিগালভাবে কাজ করতে চাইলে অন্নদেশে আপনাকে ওই দেশের ইমিগ্রেশনের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে ওই দেশের রেসিডেন্স কার্ড এ পরিবর্তন করে নিতে হবে।

৫# আমার বউ সুইডেনে মাস্টার্স করতেছে , সে কি আমাকে নিয়ে যেতে পারবে? আমি গেলে কি!! কাজ করার অনুমতি পাব?
উত্তর – জি সে স্পাউস হিসাবে আপনাকে নিয়ে যেতে পারবে এবং আপনি ফুল টাইম জব করার অনুমতি পাবেন।

৬# আমার পর্তুগালের ২ বছরের রেসিডেন্স পারমিট আছে আমি অন্য দেশে বা পর্তুগালের বাহিরে কত দিন থাকতে পারব ?
উত্তর- ইউরোপের যেকোনো দেশের রেসিডেন্স পারমিট দিয়ে নরমালি ৯০ দিনের বেশি থাকা যায় না , ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে ১৮০ দিন থাকা যায় সেটা আপনার রেসিডেন্স পারমিট এর উপর নির্ভর করে।উদাহরন স্বরূপ নরওয়ের কথা বলি আপনি PR আবেদন করতে চাইলে ৩ বছরের মধ্যে ৬ মাস অর্থাৎ ১৮০ দিনের বাহিরে কোনভাবেই থাকতে পারবেন না। তবে গরিব দেশ গুলোতে একটু একটু ফাক ফুকুর থেকেই যায়।কারন আপনার টোটাল তাদের দেশে থাকা সময়টা গননা করে আপনাকে ওই দেশের স্থায়ী বসবাসের পারমিট বা পি আর দেয়া হবে।

৭# স্টুডেন্টস হিসাবে কয় বছর থাকলে ইউরোপে পি. আর পাওয়া যাবে ? আমি যদি ৫ বছর স্টুডেন্টস থাকি তাহলে কি আবেদন করতে পারব?
উত্তর – এটা দেশ ভেদে ভিন্ন হয়ে থাকে। আপনার রেসিডেন্স পারমিট যদি পার্মানেন্ট বেসিস হয়ে থাকে যেমন স্কিল্লড ওয়ার্ক পারমিট, অ্যাসাইলাম পারমিট, ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি ( স্টুডেন্ট এই আওতায় পড়ে না দুঃখিত ) আপনি ৩ বছর পর আবেদন করতে পারবেন, যেমন নরওয়েতে আপনি পড়াশুনা শেষে সাবজেক্ট রিলেটেড জব পেলে ৩ বছর পর পি.আর আবেদন করতে পারবেন, ভিন্নতা দেখা জাচ্ছে পর্তুগালে, ডেনমার্ক এ। আপনি ৫ বছর বৈধ ভাবে সেটা স্টুডেন্টস হন আর বিজনেস হন আর ওয়ার্ক পারমিট এ থাকেন না কেন? আপনি পি আর আবেদন করতে পারবেন। সাথে লাঙ্গুয়াজ সার্টিফিকেট লাগবে।।

আবার ফিনল্যান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে আরও ব্যতিক্রম যেমন স্টুডেন্টস থাকা অবস্থার টোটাল সময় গুলোকে হাফ ধরে (B Permit ) এর সময় যেমন ৪ বছর স্টুডেন্টস ছিলেন। পি আর আবেদনের সময় সেটাকে ২ বছর গননা করা হবে আর ওয়ার্ক পারমিটে ইন করার সময় গুলোকে ফুল ধরে টোটাল ৪ বছর পর আপনি পি আর বা পাসপোর্ট এর জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

আবার ইতালির ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ ভিন্ন, যেমন ইতালিতে প্রতি বছরি সরকার থেকে স্টুডেন্ট পারমিট বা মৌসুমে পারমিট ইত্যাদি টাইপ এর রেসিডেন্স পারমিট থেকে সাধারণ কাজের রেসিডেন্স পারমিটে রূপান্তর করার জন্য গ্যাজেট প্রকাশ করা হয় এবং নির্দিষ্ট কোটা বেঁধে দেওয়া হয়, সেখানে প্রতিটি স্টুডেন্ট ইতালিতে স্টুডেন্ট ভিসায় আসার পরপরি সেই গ্যাজেট প্রকাশ করার সাথে সাথে কারো অধিনে কাজ করেন বা নিজের ছোটখাটো ব্যবসা রয়েছে ইত্যাদি কাগজ পত্র দেখিয়ে আবেদন করে, স্টুডেন্ট পারমিট থেকে নরমাল কাজের পারমিতে পরিবর্তন করিয়ে নিতে পাড়বেন।

উত্তর আমেরিকার দেশ কানাডায় অভিবাসনের নতুন সুযোগ দিচ্ছে দেশটির সরকার। ফেডারেল স্কিলড ওয়ার্কার নামক এই কার্যক্রমের আওতায় ৫০ ক্যাটাগরিতে ভিসা দেবে দেশটি। চলতি মাসের শুরু থেকেই এই কর্মসূচীর অধীনে আবেদন জমা নেওয়া শুরু হয়েছে। এই কার্যক্রম প্রায় ১ বছর পর্যন্ত চলবে। সারা পৃথিবী থেকে ২৫ হাজার প্রার্থী কানাডায় পাড়ি জমানোর সুযোগ পাবেন।

আবেদনকারীর যোগ্যতা প্রমাণে কিছু শর্ত দিয়েছে দেশটির অভিবাসন কর্তৃপক্ষ। সবগুলো শর্ত পরিপালনের ক্ষেত্রে নাম্বার ধরা হয়েছে ১০০ পয়েন্ট। একজন আবেদনকারীর ন্যূনতম ৬৭ পয়েন্ট থাকতে হবে। অর্থসূচকের এ রিপোর্ট থেকে আপনি মিলিয়ে নিতে পারেন আপনার যোগ্যতা আর প্রাপ্য পয়েন্ট।

এই অভিজ্ঞতা অবশ্যই কানাডার জাতীয় পেশাগত শ্রেনীবিভাজনের আওতাধীন হতে হবে।
প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই ইংরেজী অথবা ফ্রেঞ্চ ভাষায় দক্ষ হতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে ভাষার দক্ষতা প্রমাণের জন্য আইইএলটিএসের মতো আন্তর্জাতিক পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রমাণ হিসাবে দাখিল করা যাবে।
প্রার্থীর অবশ্যই ছয়টি সিলেকশন ফ্যাক্টরের ১০০ পয়েন্টের মধ্যে অবশ্যই ৬৭ থাকতে হবে। (এই বিষয়ে নিম্নে আরও বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা হয়েছে)।
প্রার্থীর কানাডায় নিজের জীবনযাত্রার ব্যয় নির্বাহ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
প্রার্থীকে শারীরিকভাবে সুস্থ হতে হবে। কোনো ধরনের অপরাধমূলক ও রাষ্ট্রবিরোধী কাজে সম্পৃক্ততা অযোগ্যতা বলে বিবেচিত হবে।

সিলেকশন ফ্যাক্টর -
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা, ভাষার দক্ষতা, কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা, বয়স, কানাডায় চাকরি প্রস্তাব এবং অভিযোজ্যতা এই ছয়টি বিষয়কে সিলেকশন ফ্যাক্টর হিসেবে গণ্য করে কানাডা। এই ছয়টি ফ্যাক্টর অধীনের মোট ১০০ পয়েন্টের প্রেক্ষিতে প্রার্থীর যোগ্যতা বিচার করা হয়। এক্ষেত্রে ৬৭ নাম্বার পাওয়া যোগ্যতার প্রাথমিক শর্ত। বলতে গেলে এই সিলেকশন ফ্যাক্টরই কানাডায় আবেদনের প্রধান বিবেচ্য।

শিক্ষা-
শিক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে সর্বোচ্চ ২৫ পয়েন্ট বরাদ্দ রাখা হয়েছে। এক্ষেত্রে ডক্টরেটের জন্য ২৫, স্নাতকোত্তরের জন্য ২৩ ও অন্যান্য যোগ্যতার জন্য ক্রমানুসারে পয়েন্ট বরাদ্দ রাখা হয়েছে। শিক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে কোন সর্বনিম্ন সীমা নেই, তবে কোনো কোনো পেশার ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে স্নাতক থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।

ভাষা-
ইংরেজী ও ফ্রেঞ্চ কানাডার দাপ্তরিক ভাষা। প্রার্থীকে এই দুই ভাষার যে কোন একটিতে বলা, পড়া, লেখা ও শোনার ক্ষেত্রে দক্ষ হতে হবে। ভাষার জন্য সিলেকশন কোটায় মোট ২৪ পয়েন্ট বরাদ্দ রয়েছে। প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই এর মধ্যে ১৬ পয়েন্ট পেতে হবে।

কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা-
কাজের অভিজ্ঞতার জন্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫ পয়েন্ট বরাদ্দ রাখা হয়েছে। এই ক্ষেত্রে কমপক্ষে ৯ পয়েন্ট থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক বা কমপক্ষে ১ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

বয়স –
বয়সের জন্য মোট ১২ পয়েন্ট বরাদ্দ রেখেছে কানাডা। ১৮ থেকে ৩৫ বছর বয়সের জন্য ১২ পয়েন্ট এবং এর অধিক বয়সের ক্ষেত্রে প্রতি বছরের জন্য ১ পয়েন্ট করে বাদ দেওয়া হবে। বয়স ৪৭ এর বেশি হলে কোন পয়েন্ট প্রদান করা হবে না। তবে বয়সের ক্ষেত্রে পয়েন্ট পাওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।

কানাডায় চাকরি প্রস্তাব-
কানাডায় পৌঁছানোর আগে প্রাপ্ত চাকরি প্রস্তাবের জন্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০ পয়েন্ট বরাদ্দ রাখা হয়েছে। এই ক্ষেত্রে প্রার্থী বৈধ নিয়োগের জন্য ১০ পয়েন্ট এবং অভিযোজ্যতার কোটায় ৫ পয়েন্ট বোনাস পাবেন। তবে ভিসার আবেদনের জন্য চাকরির প্রস্তাব বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।

অভিযোজন ক্ষমতা-
কানাডায় গিয়ে প্রার্থীর অভিযোজন সম্ভাব্যতা বিচার করা হয় এই ক্যাটাগরির মাধ্যমে। আর এর জন্য মোট দশ পয়েন্ট বরাদ্দ রাখা হয়েছে। কানাডায় কাজের ১ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে পূর্ণ ১০ পয়েন্ট পাবেন। কানাডায় অধ্যয়নের ইতিহাস থাকলে পাবেন ৫ পয়েন্ট। এছাড়া স্বামী/স্ত্রী কিংবা পরিবারের কোন সদস্য কানাডায় অবস্থান করলে পাবেন ৫ পয়েন্ট।

এই শর্তগুলো পূরণ হলে যে কেউ চাইলে অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে পারবেন। তবে, আগে নিজের যোগ্যতা বিচার করে ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করুন। এক্ষেত্রে স্বীকৃত, বিশ্বস্ত ও পরিচিত কোনো ব্যাক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাহায্য নিতে পারেন। অন্যথায় ব্যাঙের ছাতার মতো গজিয়ে ওঠা কন্সালটেন্সি ফার্মগুলোর চাটুকরি কথায় হুঁশ হারিয়ে প্রতারিত হওয়ার সম্ভাবনাই বেশি। কাজেই সবার আগে নিজের যোগ্যতা মানে পয়েন্ট সম্পর্কে ধারণা নিন টার পরেই চিন্তা করে দেখুন আপনি এর জন্য আবেদন করতে পারেন কি না?

সবার প্রথম জানবো এই ৭৩০ (সেত্তে ট্রেনতা) আসলে কি?
৭৩০ (সেত্তে ট্রেনতা) একটি ফর্ম যা পূরণ করার মাধ্যমে আপনারা যারা অন্যের অধিনে কাজ করেন? তারা তাদের বাৎসরিক আয় ও খরচের ঘোষণা দিতে পারবেন।

ইতালিতে আমরা যারা ব্যবসা করি তাদের প্রতি বছর যেমন রেদ্দিতি (REDDITI) তথা মদেল্লো উনিকোর (MODELLO UNICO)-র মাধ্যমে তাদের বাৎসরিক আয়ের লাভ খরচ ইত্যাদির ঘোষণা দিতে হয়। তেমনি যারা অন্যের প্রতিষ্ঠানে কাজ করেন, তাদেরও কিন্তু বছর শেষে লাভ খরচের হিসাব নিকাশ দেওয়ার অধিকার রয়েছে। যেমন ধরুন আপনি ব্যবসা করেন এবং সেই ক্ষেত্রে আপনার ব্যবসার জন্য সারা বছরে অনেক কিছু ক্রয় করা বাবদ খরচ করেছেন, তো এই খরচের টাকা আপনি বছর শেষে সরকারকে যে ট্যাক্স দিবেন, সেখানে এই টাকাটা ব্যবসার পিছনে খরচ দেখিয়ে ট্যাক্স এর সাথে কাটাকাটি করতে পারবেন। আর এর মাধ্যমে আপনি বছরে অনেক টাকার ট্যাক্স দেওয়া থেকে বেঁচে যাবেন, এবং একজন ব্যবসায়ী এই বিষয়টি ঘোষণা দিয়ে থাকে বছরে জুন মাস থেকে সেপ্টেম্বরের মধ্যে।

আর যারা অন্যের অধিনে কাজ করেন বা অবসরপ্রাপ্ত তারা প্রতি বছরের এপ্রিল মাস থেকে আপনার বাৎসরিক আয় ও খরচের রেদ্দিতি (REDDITI) তথা (৭৩০-সেত্তে ট্রেনতা)-র মাধ্যমে ঘোষণা দিতে পারবেন।

প্রশ্নঃ এখন অনেকের মনে প্রশ্ন আসতে পারে, যে ভাই যারা ব্যবসা করে! তারা তাদের নিজের ট্যাক্স নিজেই সরকারকে পরিশোধ করে, এবং তাই তারা তাদের রেদ্দিতি (REDDITI) তথা মদেল্লো উনিকোর (MODELLO UNICO)-র মাধ্যমে তাদের বাৎসরিক আয় ও লাভের খরচ ইত্যাদির ঘোষণা দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে, সরকারকে ট্যাক্স কম দিয়ে লাভবান হচ্ছে। কিন্তু আমরা যারা অন্যের অধিনে কাজ করি, তাদের এই ঘোষণা দিয়ে লাভ কি? বা আমরা কিভাবে এই ঘোষণা দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে লাভবান হতে পারি?

উত্তরঃ হ্যাঁ, মনে রাখবেন আপনারা যারা অন্যের প্রতিষ্ঠানে কাজ করেন। তাদের সকলের জন্য প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তিপক্ষ আপনার হয়ে সরকারকে ট্যাক্স প্রদান করছে। আর তাই আপনারও অধিকার রয়েছে আপনার পেছনে আপনার মালিক যে ট্যাক্স সরকারকে প্রদান করছে, সেই ট্যাক্স এর কিছু অংশ আপনি পেতে পারেন এই (৭৩০-সেত্তে ট্রেনতা)-র ঘোষণা দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে। যেমন ধরুন আপনি মাসে যে পরিমান বেতন পাচ্ছেন, সেই টাকার ৪০% বাসা ভাড়া বাবদ দিয়ে দিচ্ছেন, এবং আপনার সন্তানদের স্কুলে পড়াশোনার খরচ বাবদ কিছু টাকা খরচ করেছেন, অথবা হতে পারে আপনার পরিবারের কাউকে ডক্টর ভিজিট করিয়েছেন বা তার পিছনে মূল্যবান মেডিসিন ক্রয় করেছেন, বা আপনার ব্যাংক লোণ রয়েছে ইত্যাদি মিলিয়ে সারা বছরে আপনি যে- বেতন পেয়েছেন, সেখান থেকে অনেক টাকা এভাবে খরচ হয়ে গিয়েছে। আর তাই আপনি যদি এই সকল বিষয়ের যথার্থ প্রমাণ সহ (৭৩০-সেত্তে ট্রেনতা)-র ঘোষণা দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে ওদের কাছে তুলে ধরতে পারেন। তাহলে তারা আপনাকে, আপনার নামে জমা কৃত ট্যাক্স থেকে কিছু টাকা ফেরত দিয়ে দিবে।

মানে আপনার মালিক আপনার জন্য যে ট্যাক্স পে করছে, সেই ট্যাক্স থেকে সরকার আপনাকে আপনার খরচের উপর ভিত্তি করে কিছু টাকা ফিরিয়ে দিবে। আর আপনি কি পরিমান টাকা ফেরত পাবেন সেটা আপনার খরচের প্রমাণ দেখানোর উপর ভিত্তি করবে। আর আপনি যদি অন্যের অধিনে কাজ করেন তাহলে জুলাই মাসের বুস্তা পাগায় আপনার বেতনের সাথে পেয়ে যাবেন সেই এক্সট্রা টাকা। আর আপনি যদি পেনশন প্রাপ্তি হন তাহলে অগাস্ট অথবা সেপ্টেম্বর মাসের পেনশনের টাকা তুলার সময় সেই এক্সট্রা টাকা পেয়ে যাবেন। তবে আপনার এই টাকা যদি পরিমানে অনেক হয় তাহলে, তারা কয়েকমাসে অল্প অল্প করে পরিশোধ করবে, আর অল্প টাকা হলে একবারের বুস্তা পাগার সাথে পেয়ে যাবেন। বন্ধুরা আশা করি আপনাদের এই বিষয়ে মোটামুটি কিছু ধারনা দিতে পারলাম।

Covers you for damage to the other party's vehicle in the event of an accident, and for your vehicle in the event of loss by theft, or fire only. Damages to your own car in the event of an accident will not be covered.

THIRD PARTY ONLY

Third party only is the most limited form of cover and is also the cheapest of the options. It covers you for damage to another party's vehicle in the event of an accident and will cover the costs associated with the accidental death or injury of third parties involved in the same accident. Your own car is not covered in any way.

Maintaining your insurance policy is an on-going process. Cars lose value over time and the insured value of your vehicle needs to be monitored and updated from year to year. If your premiums are based on your original purchase price, but the car's current value is less, only the discounted value will be paid out by the insurer. Make sure your car is not insured for more than its current market or retail value. Contact your insurer and consult with them on whether your premium might be adjusted.

Most insurance companies won’t drop you after one accident, whether it’s your fault or not. Some may not even raise your rates. But repeat offenders will almost certainly pay more and ultimately have trouble maintaining coverage.

While it’s not fair, you may also look riskier to a company following accidents that aren’t your fault. This won’t likely be a source of cancellation, but perhaps non-renewal.

4. Drive drunk

While your car insurance policy may not be immediately cancelled after one drunk driving conviction, you can bet it either won’t be renewed or the renewal will be at a much higher price. Insurance companies are like cops: They take drinking and driving extremely seriously.

Your insurance company will only cover you for so long without dumping you for non-payment. How long depends on the insurance company and state regulations. But failing to pay is probably the biggest reason for policy cancellations.

When you shop for replacement coverage after a cancellation, you’ll be asked if another company ever cancelled your policy. Deny it, and you’ll undoubtedly get caught. Admit it, and the company may not offer you insurance at all or, if they do, you’ll pay a higher price.

So if you ever get a cancellation notice in the mail, do what you can to reverse it. If it’s for non-payment, offer an excuse, promise to pay immediately, and don’t let it happen again. If it’s for lying, tickets, or other forms of bad behavior, same drill: Offer a reason and a promise it will never happen again.

Bottom line?

When it’s time to break up with your insurance company, you need to be able to say, “It’s not me, it’s you.” Because if you’re the problem, you’ve likely got bigger bills and more hassle coming down the road.

1. Car Insurance Joke.

The other car collided with mine without giving warning of its intention. The accident occurred when I was attempting to bring my car out of a skid by steering it into the other vehicle. I was driving my car out of the driveway in the usual manner, when it was struck by the other car in the same place it had been struck several times before. Coming home, I drove into the wrong house and collided with a tree I don't have. The indirect cause of this accident was a little guy in a small car with a big mouth.

As I approached the intersection, a stop sign suddenly appeared in a place where no stop sign had ever appeared before. I was unable to stop in time to avoid the accident. The telephone pole was approaching fast.

I was attempting to swerve out of its path when it struck my front end. An invisible car came out of nowhere, struck my vehicle and vanished. I thought my window was down but found it was up when I put my hand through it. To avoid hitting the bumper of the car in front, I struck the pedestrian. A pedestrian hit me and went under my car. The pedestrian had no idea which direction to go, so I ran him over. I saw the slow-moving, sad-faced old gentleman as he bounced off the hood of my car.

However, large disasters (such as the ice storm) do come close to emptying the pool.

Of course, you can be perfect physically but as a whole… It is impossible!

You know all humans are born with sins… It’s because of our Great…great Grandfather and Mother, Adam in Eve way back in the beginning of the earth, well everybody knows their story, right?

Being sinless is the First qualification for being perfect. So basically we people… are can never be perfect in that part.

We can never be perfect but at least we can be ALMOST PERFECT!

So guys we must try not to do further sins. I’ll give you now the guidelines.

Here the Ten Commandments:

1. Thou shall have no other Gods before me.

2. You shall not make yourself an idol in any form of anything. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God.

3. You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses His name.

4. Observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.

5. Honor your father and your mother.

6. You shall not murder.

7. You shall not commit adultery.

8. You shall not steal.

9. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.

10. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife. You shall not set your desire in your neighbor’s house or land, his manservant or maidservant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbors. {Deuteronomy 5:7-21}

Second qualification: is your heart and your attitude.

The most important thing is you must have a beautiful heart.

Third qualification is your physical appearance.

a.Your face must be perfectly clean with no impurities; impurities means like, pimples, warts, or those aging lines.

-We people have different beauty as they say, “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. So don’t be mean with yourself if you don’t like what you see in the mirror. God gave that to you on purpose so be thankful of what you see and say, I am beautiful ;)

b.Skin must be flawless.

-Well flawless means yours skin is smooth and healthy. Skin color is not important, as long as your skin is healthy your skin is perfect!

c.Hair must be strong and healthy.

-Dull, frizzy and lifeless hair? You know you can change that. There is a lot of natural hair treatments out there, so try it!

d.Nails must be clean and strong.

-Caution! Using nail polish can harm your nails. If you are the kind of person, who likes to put nail polish… you may use it but make sure you will give your nails a rest afterwards, like not putting nail polish for a month; you nails need to breathe too.

Forth qualification is your health.

To be almost perfect you must have a healthy body not only outside but also inside.

a.Exercise 2x or 3x a week.

b.Eat a balance diet, more on veggies and fruits.

c.Avoid using substances that can cause you illness such as alcohol and cigarettes.

If you really want to be an almost perfect person… you must be beautiful inside and out!

Caffeinated Alcoholic Drinks are Unsafe.

Caffeinated alcoholic drinks are unsafe to consume and they violate federal laws, U.S. Food and Drug Administration announces for public health safety.

According to health experts, mixing alcohol and caffeine is dangerous because the stimulant masks the effects of alcohol, letting people drink long after they would have otherwise stopped.

Recently, several incidents of hospitalization were reported linked with the drinks. In most cases, drinkers are underage.

Margaret Hamburg, FDA Commissioner, says that the combined consumption of high levels of caffeine and alcohol led to a state of "wide-awake drunk". She adds that this has been linked to alcohol poisoning, automobile accidents and assault.

David Vladeck, director of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, told Reuters:

"Consumers might mistakenly assume that these beverages are safe because they are widely sold."

Meanwhile, the FDA has already sent letters to the manufacturers of these drinks including Fusion Projects LLC, United Brands Co, New Century Brewing Co and Charge Beverages regarding the danger of their products.

Fusion Projects has already responded saying it would remove stimulants from all its products, ahead of the expected move from the health agency.

In a statement, United Brands says they were reviewing the FDA's letter and they will continue complying with all regulations.

The drinks have already been banned in several states including Washington and Michigan.

Paracetamol Not Good for Babies.

If you give your baby Cal pol or other forms of paracetamol, you are increasing your baby’s risk to develop allergies and asthma, a study suggests.

Babies fed with the medicine in the first 15 months of their life are at much higher risk of suffering from allergies, the study claims.

Moreover, it was found that they are twice as likely to have suffered from wheezing and other symptoms of asthma by the time they were six. They are also three times more at risk from having allergies such as hayfever, the study further suggests.

The study, published in the journal Clinical and Experimental Allergy, made use of data on 1,500 babies and young children up to the age of six in New Zealand.

Despite the result, the researchers cannot be sure on the existence of the link. However, some experts believe paracetamol causes changes in children's body that make them more vulnerable to certain inflammations and allergies.

Professor Julian Crane, who led the study, told Daily Mail:

“We need clinical trials to see whether these associations are causal or not, and to clarify the use of this common medication.”

Dr. Crane added that the benefits of the medication outweigh the allergy risk. Thus, Dr. Crane says parents should not stop giving the medication to their children.
