Road Trip

This show was recorded during a road trip I shared with my girlfriend Jodi and her sister Sari.
We had just left Winston-Salem North Carolina for our friends Danny and Jen's wedding. The car was crammed full.....Sari was moving to Boston. She was going to stop off in New York at our place on her way up.

We decided to simply go around the car, and each of us play one of our favorite podsafe track.

The mysterious Jeff finally showing up on the StepnSide podcast. Jeremy’s been calling me out in the last couple of casts, so I figured I better show up for a change. This is our third installment of Stepnside and it’s really been a blast putting these together. The biggest surprise for me has been how much fun it can be searching the globe for music to bring to you, which is our main goal on Stepnside, to always bring some of the most talented unsigned artists out there, sprinkling in some great signed artists every now and then as well. We’re very grateful to one of my favorite bands, 7M3, for allowing us to play some of their stuff in previous casts, and I look forward to bringing everyone some more of that in the future. Great band, good people, that’s what it’s all about.

We've decided to treat this show just as it came about...two guys sharing great music with each other...and now with the world.

Welcome to the Step 'N Side weblog. I plan on starting up a Podcast with my friend Jeff real soon. Hopefully we can play some great music, promote some up and coming bands, and make some friends. I was inspired to start this by a friend Larry Florman. His band "Brother Love" has been getting attention on podcasts around the world. I hope to spread the word of some great music, so stay tuned.
