Sorry that I have not blogged for a long time.

As everyone knows, we all come into periods where the computer is just not important. I have had a year of that phase.

As others, I have been out of work now for a year. I lost my Father in Dec 2009 and was dealing with not just the grief, but the estate too.

That finished Aug of 2010. In Septemeber of 2010 my closest friend took ill and passed away in Dec 2010. This all has left me devastated.

I know that we will all pass some day. But in less than 1 month, I lost 4 friends. All in their early 50's. All were shockers.

So as I try and deal with the passing of people close to me. I have not felt like commenting about the stupidity of politicians. Wall Street continues to run rampant. Still with no controls. We have flooding from North Dakota down into Missouri. Tornado damage is several states. Hurricane and earthquake damage on the East Coast. Unemployed that equals the population of 34 out of 50 states. Starvation in Somalia. But the VMA's are now taking the front page of the news.

Do you think we have lost track of what is REALLY important? By the way, has anyone heard how Japan and Haiti are doing? Maybe they should have representation at the VMA's

I saw Mr. Rooney last Sunday. And like D.C., he is out of touch with the rest of the country.

What about rural areas that don't get reflected in the polls?
If your answer does not conform to the answers. You don't get counted.

As a steadily employed, college graduate, and ex-veteran. I have been bounced out of 2 jobs in the last 5 years due to outsourcing, downsizing, and the economy.
Not to mention that Congress has steadily voted to increase their salaries. While everyone else has had to take cuts.

People bought their homes with jobs that paid good wages. But banks sold the mortgages off to other companies.
Large corporations keep swallowing up smaller corporations and cut jobs, move overseas. Or become insolvent and close.

Walmart imports everything from China. Increasing our debt to a COMMUNIST country. Putting small companies out of business or forcing them to cut wages to compete.
But we are held to a lower number of product that can be exported.

Population keeps increasing. College tuition increases to fund athletic programs. While faculty salaries are cut along with curriculum.
Then we ask why we are falling behind in education.

47 million people are unable to attain/afford medical insurance. Not Congress.
Oh yeah...that is what the polls say.

If a company is too big to fail....THEN IT IS TOO BIG! That used to be called a monopoly. Have we forgot that definition? Where are the regulations on banks and other financial institutions?

So Mr. Rooney, how about you leaving your job and going on Undercover Boss. To a less populated area. Then apply for a job in another career.

You will run into the age issue. Oh I forgot. That doesn't exist according to the polls.

Sorry I haven't blogged for a long time.
Life have been unkind to so many people in the past few years.

With the hope of a new, young President. We all had our spirits
lifted only to have more bad new come along.

For the few followers that I have, I hope you are not struggling to make
a living and keep a roof over you heads.

With the holidays approaching, we all wish to be thankful for
what we have been able to hang on to.

With the flooding in the Midwest.
Heat in the West.
Gas going up and up.
Food increasing at an unblieviable rate.
People losing jobs.
Houses being foreclosed on.
Today is the start of Summer.
I only hope that everything will start to settle down to a normal Summer.
Some people will be able to travel and enjoy all the beautiful gifts this country has to offer.
The rest of us will be surfing the net, looking for ways to stretch our money and new jobs.
Let's all look forward to a brighter future and a new administration next year.

As the fires rage in California, questions arise. Arson or Natural causes?
Is the quick response due to the loss of expensive homes vs the poor of New Orleans?
Bush visit would detract from needed work in CA. Asked to stay away.
Visit to NOLA stopped rescue work for photo ops!
Who will get funding for rebuild quicker? CA or what is still needed in NOLA.
My bet is CA.

We now get to observe the difference of action vs reaction. Wealth vs poor.
Just think of the jobs that both disasters should (and have not in NOLA) create.
Kudos to Arnold!

If you want to know how it works.....

1. We all work with one infinite power
2. The Secret is the Law of Attraction (LOA)
3. Whatever is going on in your mind is what you are attracting
4. We are like magnets - like attract like. You become AND attract what you think
5. Every thought has a frequency. Thoughts send out a magnetic energy
6. People think about what they don't want and attract more of the same
7. Thought = Creation. If these thoughts are attached to powerful emotions (good or bad) that speeds the creation
8. You attract your dominant thoughts
9. Those who speak most of illness have illness, those who speak most of prosperity have it…etc…
10. It's not "wishful" thinking.
11. You can't have a universe without the mind entering into it
12. Choose your thoughts carefully – you are a masterpiece of your life
13. It's OK that thoughts don't manifest into reality immediately (if we saw a picture of an elephant and it instantly appeared, that would be too soon)
14. EVERYTHING in your life you have attracted – accept that fact – it's true.
15. Your thoughts cause your feelings
16. We don't need to complicate all the "reasons" behind our emotions. It's much simpler than that. Two categories – good feelings, bad feelings.
17. Thoughts that bring about good feelings mean you are on the right track. Thoughts that bring about bad feelings means you are not on the right track.
18. Whatever it is you are feeling is a perfect reflection of what is in the process of becoming
19. You get exactly what you are FEELING
20. Happy feelings will attract more happy circumstances
21. You can begin feeling whatever you want (even if it's not there)… the universe will correspond to the nature of your song
22. What you focus on with your thought and feeling is what you attract into your experience
23. What you think and what you feel and what actually manifests is ALWAYS a match - no exception
24. Shift your awareness

39. HOW LONG??? No rules on time – the more aligned you are with positive feelings the quicker things happen
40. Size is nothing to the universe (unlimited abundance if that's what you wish) We make the rules on size and time
41. No rules according to the universe – you provide the feelings of having it now and the universe will respond
42. Most people offer the majority of their thought in response to what they are observing (bills in the mail, being late, having bad luck….etc..)
43. You have to find a different approach to what is through a different vantage point

45. What can you do right now to turn your life around?? Gratitude

50. VISUALIZE!!! Rehearse your future
51. VISUALIZE!!! See it, feel it! This is where action begins
52. Feel the joy – feel the happiness :o)

81. You are the only one that creates your reality

92. People think that if everyone knows the power of the LOA there won't be enough to go around – This is a lie that's been ingrained in us and makes so many greedy.

94. All of this abundance begins to shine through a mind that is aware of it's own infinite nature. There's enough for everyone. See it. Believe it. it will show up for you.
