Listen to your body, stretch and condition the way that your body tells you to, yeah, yeah, I get it. But what happens if you DON'T SPEAK your body's language? You want to be flexible but you don't have a clue how to get there. If you want to own the secrets to ultimate flexibility you need to understand how your body works and how it responds to certain exercises and workouts. The secrets to ultimate flexibility lie within you, not with some guy hopping around on a TV screen with a really happy (or really intense) look on his face, bouncing around with at least two hot babes in the background, telling you how to get in shape and achieve the flexibility that you want.

Nope, not gonna happen.

Your body will tell you what works best for you. But let's look a little at the concept of flexibility and stretching. First, think about what you are doing here. If you take several minutes to stretch, say, your legs to get the right height on a side kick, think about this. You are taking several minutes to prepare a weapon before you can use it. Now, I don't know about you, but I don't think I would want to have to take several minutes to prepare a weapon if I was being threatened in some dark alley by a 400 pound ex-con named Tiny!

What I am saying here is to be flexible means to always be warmed up, flexible and ready. Flexibility is not a one shot deal to be explored at the beginning of your workout. Flexibility should be practiced regularly, throughout your workout. See, there are two types of flexibility, static and dynamic. Static flexibility is the range of motion that is in a joint when it is in a certain, stationary position. Dynamic flexibility is the range of motion that is in a joint when it is moving.

Once you find the secrets to ultimate flexibility, you will have more power, a higher fitness level, better relaxation, enhanced range of motion and a higher capacity to learn skilled movements. But it is a process to achieve this level of flexibility. Keep your muscles warm and you will have a greater range of motion. You can do static stretching exercises three times a week, but the dynamic stretching, the stretching that you do as you practice your art, is what will give you the most natural range of motion and flexibility.

When you stretch, do it slowly and there should not be any pain. If you go too far with your stretching, you will actually lose flexibility because your muscle will contract. Warm up first and do some static stretches, holding the stretch for 15 to 60 seconds but do not bounce! If you want to put yourself out of commission, you will bounce - not cool. Do some dynamic stretching like kicking and rhythmic bouncing. These are just some of the secrets to ultimate flexibility, but they will help you get flexible and get fit.

In Major League Baseball, spring training is a series of exhibition games preceding the regular season. It serves the purpose of both auditioning players for final positions in the team and giving players practice prior to competitive play.

Spring training has always been a wonderful attraction for the fans, drawing crowds who travel to parts of the country with moderate seasonal climates to enjoy the great weather and watch their favorite teams play at the same time. It is also great time to spend time with the family together enjoying the training of your favorite team. Your kids will definitely enjoy it and will get to see how teams practice prior to actual games. If your child's school schedule allows it, this would be a great experience for him or her. For most of the teams, spring training lasts about a month and a half, from early March to the opening of the season. You can take advantage of the various locations where the teams conduct spring training and take a short vacation. Spring season is the ideal time to enjoy both the games of your favorite baseball team and have a vacation with your family and friends.

For your family and friends to get the most out of spring training, I have prepared some advice and guidelines. To begin with, let me say that the best moments to go see the spring training is in the first few weeks. Rule Of Thumb Price Guide When I go into a new fossil shop to buy fossils I start by looking for 2 or three very common fossils, that I am familiar with and have seen for sale in many places. Trilobites, ammonites, orthoceras, and sometimes fossil shark teeth are what I look for. Now there is a great range in quality, size, prices, and rarity for these fossils like any other. What I am hunting are commercial grade, inexpensive, and very common. When I find one or more of these I compare prices with my memory bank of other stores prices for similar specimens. My memory is not what it once was but even I can get a feel for prices on two or three fossils.

The rest is easy; the store fits into 1 of 3 categories:

They are overpriced, and I won't buy fossils here.

The prices are fair. If I see something I really like I may buy it.

The prices are great. I'll probably buy fossils here.

Remember, When you buy fossils, price alone does not a bargain make. The quality, size, and variety have to be similar to make this rule of thumb work.

Interview The Shop Owner That sounds kind of formal doesn't it. This is really an informal process. Just talk to the owner of the shop. Why are they in this business? Often you will find that they have a geology or palentology background. This is a good sign, though there are lots of good dealers out there with no formal training. A passion for fossils, rocks, or earth science is the key component to a good dealer. How long have they been in business? Do they stand behind their sales and sales claims?

The bigger the price tag the more you need to know about your dealer. Some fossil pieces cost thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars. This is a major investment! Do some research

Ghost riding the whip videos

I have showed my friends some Ghost Riding The Whip videos and after seeing the videos they don't understand what it is. I really don't understand either but after showing a friend from Hollywood, who is in the movie business in a technical way, summed it all up when he said "It looks like fun!". I believe it looks like fun too.

This is a sport or hobby that is the latest craze among young persons from their teens to twenties. According to Wikipedia this actually started years ago as a bicycle stunt. Where a person would leave the bike gliding and standing up and run next to is as if there was a ghost riding the bike and just another person running beside him. I suppose that would be cool way back in the 60's but new people need new things. Just like people back in the 60's needed pollution breathing, cast iron truck engine muscle cars with 8 track stereos. The new people want a cool looking Honda Prelude with ground effects and thin tires and a wing on the back with some lime green graphics on the side and a DVD player in the dash and a 4 cylinder aluminum engine under the hood. Times change, so what? If you were younger you might want to try something different too in these times.

Who knows who started the fad where the driver leaves the automobile with the door open and no one in it and the driver walks or runs or dances next to the car. We do know it started somewhere in California and seems to be working its way East. The idea spread when a singer called E-40 made a popular song called "Ghost Ride The Whip". This song was a hit and not long after that a ton of young people started imitating what they heard in the song. This was helped by the fact that virtual places like youtube and MySpace has video mixed up in their content pages that people can post in almost any format. Now they can see each other doing Ghost Riding The Whip and try a bit of one upmanship.

What makes a video about Ghost Riding The Whip interesting?

After watching lots and lots of these videos I see a pattern. Usually the driver gets out of the car and moves along the side of the car with music blaring from the inside. One thing that makes it interesting is if the driver actually lets go of the drivers door. Moving away from the door helps too. The farther away from the door the better the video. Also If the driver does some sort of dance to the music coming from the car audio system as if he doesn't care what is going on next to him helps too. Sometimes it helps to actually get on top of the car and jump around as if you were "King of the World" is pretty interesting however this is needless to say dangerous. Another thing that adds interest is if there are several passengers and they all pile out to join the driver in the fun. Seems like the more, the better.

If you've walked through any town in the midwest recently, you've probably noticed a lot of college aged kids playing a game that resembles the bean bag game you might have remembered as a kid. That game is known as Cornhole and has been sweeping the country for the last few years. The Ohioans lay claim to the popular game, but variations of it have been played as far back as the 18th century. Wherever and whoever invented it, it's a lot of fun which is why it's picked up so much steam in the past few years. It's so popular these days that this summer there was a large tournament held at Soldiers Field in Chicago, a front page article in the Wall Street Journal, and a arcade game put out by the people that invented the popular Golden Tee video game.

So what's the reason for the growth? It's not like the game hasn't been around for awhile or that it's anything very unique. There are probably a lot of reasons that it is popular. For one, it doesn't take much as far as equipment goes. Pretty much all you need is just a set of cornhole boards and bags and you're ready to play. Throw em in the back of your car and you're ready to go. Another reason is that it doesn't exclude anyone, a old person can play with a young person and everyone will be happy. And, most importantly, it's a game that everyone can watch and enjoy each others company. In a game of volleyball, there isn't much interaction between the people playing the game and people that are not. With Cornhole, you can talk with people who are playing or you can hold a conversation with people that are just standing next to the boards. So it makes for a great party sport and great if you are planning an outdoor bbq or something.

So what do you need to play this game? Well, not much! The first thing you need is a set of cornhole boards. The regulation boards measure 4 feet by 2 feet or you can go with a tailgating style board which are 3 feet by 2 feet. Once you have your boards, you can get the bags. The cornhole bags are 6x6" bags that weigh 14-16 ounces and are made out of duck canvas. Durability is key with bags so if you are going to make your own, you need to make sure that you are using the best quality material and thread. Otherwise, you'll be sorry because the bags won't take much wear and tear. You can also add in some other accessories like a scoretower or a light in case you wanted to play at night, but the cornhole bags and boards are the essential ones.

Some families watch television, others like to play sports. But you are a woodsman and your child loves to copy you! So how can you safely include your children in your woodworking activities? It's simple. Before letting your child touch any of your woodworking tools, you must have a safety talk with them. Let them know which tools they are able to touch, such as the hammer, nails and other non sharp and non electrical items. You don't ever want your young child to operate a saw or a drill. In 1969, Adidas decided to launch a low-top version of their top selling Pro Model shoe. Jason Fox is the man

Jason Fox started 12 games as a true freshman and did not give up a single sack. That is the kind of collegiate career he has had at Miami. Four of those starts in 2006 were at the left tackle position and as a sophomore he started all 12 games on the left side. He has not given up that starting spot since, except for one missed game in 2008. He even got involved in the offense a little bit in 2008, rushing for a five yard touchdown.

At 6-7 and 314 pounds, Fox obviously has the size to turn into a major contributor at the next level. With his tall frame, Fox even has some room to add a little more weight, if an nfl team wanted him to do such a thing. Throughout the years at Miami, he has been slowly adding a few pounds, but there is still room to fill out a little more.

Fox's size alone will get him a long look by every NFL team. There are more talented offensive tackles in this class, but few that have Fox's size and experience. Fox continues to grade out very well during games and he could quickly move up draft boards if he tests well at the NFL Combine
