Sorry I haven't been posting as regularly as I should. It seems my body really, really dislikes being healthy so has hit me with a week and a half long illness. Stupid body. Pfffftttt. I even lost my voice at one point, which for me is scary. But luckily it seems like its going away and am feeling a lot better.

A lot of this outfit is comprised of Christmas presents, the pretty ring and necklace is from Nancy and the gorgeous daisy shirt is from my boyfriend. Thank youuu both! They know me so well. Keeping up with my addiction with Bitching and Junkfood shorts, these are my 8th pair. Ridiculous I know, but these shorts have been on wishlist forever and sold out almost instantly months ago. So when a friend found them for me, they were mineee.

So in keeping with my goals of the year, here's another post this week! I really hope that I can keep my posting regular, haha, but we'll see how it goes.

This dress was a present from my boyfriend for Christmas. Evil Twin is one of my favourite brands, but I've never owned anything by them until now! The dress arrived a few days before New Years, and it was so hard not to wear it then and there, like I do with any other new clothes I get. But decided to save it until New Year's Eve. I think that's the most restraint I've ever shown with clothes, maybe I have a problem :D

Happy New Year!! Can't believe it's 2012 already, last year seemed to whizz by so fast! I spent New Year's Eve with a cold, but at least I went into the new year laughing my head off as Brian and I were watching The Hangover Part 2. How was your New Year?

My wardrobe has grown rapidly in the holiday season and I have so much to show to you! I treated myself to two pairs of Jeffrey Campbell's, luckily they were both on sale so didn't feel like I was spending too much money. And more shockingly, I have purchased not one, but two pair of jeans. For some reason, I grew out of any fondness for denim that was any longer than my knee, but now the fondness has been renewed in my new pairs! Though it has been rather weird wearing jeans again, my mum is pleased haha. I always look cold apparently.

Around this time of year we are meant to have new year resolutions, but these always seem to be disregarded or just forgotten about. To be honest I've never really had a list of resolutions, so it seems only fitting that I at least attempt a list. Here are my goals for this year:

♥ Try and limit my spending to only one or two items a month

♥ Get into drama school

♥ Go rock climbing

♥ Blog once a week

♥ Meet other bloggers

♥ Travel more

♥ Do some DIY

Haha not the most inventive list but hey, those are the things I want to do and I'm sure as the year goes on, my list will grow. Also something of note, this is my 100th POST! I love the fact that the first post of the year is also my 100th. Thank you to everyone who reads this blog, without you this blog wouldn't be here! You are all seriously wonderful and I hope you all have a great year :D

This jumper makes me really reminisce the 90's! Especially the part of me being a child, so in a true childish nature, cue the stupid faces and playing with my ever expanding hair. I don't have many jumpers, I think this is the fourth one that I own that I actually wear. I guess I don't like the cold weather and think if I keep wearing shorts, that the warm weather will come back to me. No such luck, so far. Though I'm learning to compromise. As you can see ((^.^))

Polka dots and confetti. That's how I would describe this outfit. This jumper is the best thing ever, and I know you've seen it quite recently, but don't be surprised if it pops up on the blog throughout Autumn/Winter.

I love Autumn, I love how the air feels and the sound of leaves crunching beneath my shoes.

Though I can't believe how fast the year has gone, every year feels like its whizzing by faster and faster. Its so crazy to think that its Christmas in just over a month.

Also, I finally have a new bag!! I needed one badly. I've been using a lot of tote bags, but I'm running them down to the point of extinction. But this one is perfect, it has over three compartments. So its not too small that I can't carry everything I need but not too big that it weighs me down.

I think I found my new favourite place to take photos, which is near my bf's uni. Its so pretty there, as you can see by the photos. If only I could go there always!

Sorry for the lack of posts recently, life has been a bit hectic these last few weeks! Life is literally all work and no play. But at least I'll be in the bucks in time for Christmas haha. Can't believe how fast that is coming up as well.

I've been trying to limit my spending to what I need and not necessarily what I want. I'm not sure I'm quite living up to this, but I'm sort of finding a balance between the two. My love for MinkPink is contuining, as you can see with this outfit! But I couldn't resist getting this top, it was on sale and its so sweet.

My hair is continuing to grow at a rapid rate :D I can now have more hairstyles other than 'I literally just got out of bed'. My mum describes me with this hairstyle as Boo from Monster's Inc. She doesn't know how happy she made me by saying that, I love Monster's Inc. But by the big grin on my face maybe she did haha.

Lately, all I have been able to do is go to work and sleep and eat! Bleurghhhhh. Though, I finally get a breather, having the weekend off. Not that I've done much, though I did manage to clean my room. I can finally see the floor, without having to heave through a mountain of clothes.

Say hello to my new addition to my wardrobe....'Fluffy'. This jumper is the most comfy and soft thing I think I've ever worn. EVER! And one of the best things, is that I can wear it either frontwards or backwards. And for your amusement I took some silly faces photos, because being serious all the time is no fun!

Finally I have rollerskates!! Yayayayayayayayayay! Excuse the rather out of focus shot of them, but still you can see how wonderful they are!! I can't wait to take them out for a ride. But will have to wait until next week as I'm working just about all week. Which is total poops. Haha.

The lovely converse you see, are new! They don't look it, but I've only had them for a week. They have been so comfortable compared to all my other flats. And I also finally got a watch, which you can kind of see in these photos. It is really weird wearing a watch after such a long time of not wearing one. I'm still asking people for the time, forgetting that it is already on my wrist.

My constant and undying love for MinkPink is still ongoing as you can see by the new dress and by the fact you are seeing that same shirt twice in a row. But the shirt is too pretty to only show you once! The dress is so comfy, and I love how it is longer at the back.

I'm going to see You Me At Six on Saturday, and I can't wait! Haven't seen them in years and they are my favourite band!! Most likely going to revert back to my 15 year old self.

MinkPink! They're my favourite brand at the moment. This shirt has been on my wishlist for ages! AGES! I wish I could buy everything MinkPink! If only I had the money to buy it all haha. I love this shirt so much, especially as it's longer at the back!! The weather has been so hot lately, that I haven't really had a chance to wear it out! But, it is getting colder. Probably the one of the few times I'm actually looking forward to the colder weather.

I got another feather headband, but in my defense, its not just feathers; it's leather and feathers. So much better!!

The heart on my face has been something I've done ever since I was 16. For a while now I've been thinking of getting it tattooed behind my ear, but still undecided on whether I should. But it would be nice to have a reminder, for when I get too old to paint it on my face. Until then though, on the face it goes!

I don't think I can get bored of the whole space-layering-photo thing, makes photos more interesting, don't you think?! But I also experimented with layering with a few other images, hence the dancing gif!

I was once told I shouldn't wear things like this bodysuit as I have 'boobs'. I was really angry at this, as why should what I wear be limited by the fact that I have something that is so natural and part of my body, such as 'boobs'?!

It's disheartening that this was said to me, I think every girl/woman should be proud of the body that they are in and should wear what feels comfortable to them and their body shape. For me, I feel that if I were to hide my breasts, then I would feel really uncomfortable and frumpy. It has taken me a while to get used to me curvier shape over the years, and have realized instead of trying to hide it, I should embrace it.

Sorry if I sound a bit preachy or like I'm ranting, I been thinking about righting about this on my blog for a while now. It bothers me that people are told that they should be a certain shape/size and people actually believe this! So felt that I should write about one of my experiences and my feelings on this subject. Have any of you had anything similar happen to you?

Anyways....I'll talk about something else before I continue to rant!!!! Let's talk about the clothes. Heels are my feet's biggest love, but lately they've been enjoying the company of the flatter kind of shoes! Sometimes, I find that heels are much more comfier than flat shoes, as flat shoes I find tend to be a lot narrower. I finally have some flat shoes that aren't docs or converse, thanks to my mum :D These shoes are so fun, they remind me of going to school a bit, but they seem to go with everything! When I took these photos, some of them came out really funny, I don't want to traumatize you but if you want to have a look and have a laugh, I'll have them posted here.

Shorts. I honestly don't think I can live without them! Though I think my obsession with them may have gone a bit overboard, I have at least 15 pairs! But with these pair, they are so beautiful! They are my dream pair; they're highwaisted, I can make them longer or shorter and they are acid wash! And what made them even better was the fact that I only got them for £1.04. Ebay you make me so happy!

Hihihi! Here's an outfit I wore to work the other week! Sometimes it's really annoying to dress for work, as it can be ridiculously hot inside but a lot colder outside! It can be hard to find that balance. You can't see it in these photos, but the Mickey Mouse top actually had the sleeves cut off and has a long slit down both sides. It is such a brilliant top, one that's easy to layer but I can also breathe in. I kinda feel as if I've let it down somewhat as I didn't wear it too much in the summer.

I may sell some things on ebay, I realized recently that I have a lot of clothes I just don't wear. Maybe if I put them up, they might get worn by somebody else, rather just sitting in the back of my wardrobe. I'll post a link, if I do end up putting stuff up.

I'm still stuck in polka dot land! Playsuits are really fun! I love the shape of this one too, reminds me of pin up girls. Lately the weather has felt more like Autumn than Summer, so I won't be able to wear this by itself anymore which is a shame. I'm slowly gaining rings, my favourite being my new addition, which is the long silver one. I don't normally wear so many rings at once, but I like how they look together. But I think anymore than two on each hand is overkill.

My hair is a tad bit crazy atm, can't wait to get it trimmed and neatened! I've been trying not too spend money on clothes lately. The key word there is trying. Venezia

Today, I returned from my two day trip to Venice. It's probably the most beautiful place I've ever seen! Everything seemed so pretty, I spent most of the day walking around with a look of awe on my face. I also stuffed my face with pizza, pasta and gelato. I may have overdone it with the gelato, but it was too good to only have once whilst I was there.

I'm a bit of a hopeless packer when it comes to going away, I just want to bring my whole wardrobe with but since that's ridiculous, I had to settle with only taking half my wardrobe. Kidding! Though I over packed I did manage to wear most of what I brought with me.

It was an amazing two days filled with good food, walking through the prettiest little streets, spending much

needed time with Brian and taking afternoon naps. To be honest with you, I was glad to get out of London. The chaos that has gone on in the city in the 4 days has been completely mindless. It's times like these that I'm ashamed to say I live in London. I have seen many streets that I have grown up in be destroyed by fires and worried about friends who lived in many of the danger zones! Thankfully it has died down here, I only hope that it remains calm!

Heyheyhey. Here are (some of) the photos that were taken by the gorgeous and talented Anna! She is one of the most funniest people I have ever worked with and an absolute joy to be photographed by, her shouts of direction ridiculously hilarious! The theme of the shoot was colour and boy was it a load of fun to be a part of! The make up was done by Nancy, who is a budding young make up artist. I think she did a wonderful job, the make up was beautiful! Expect more photos to surface from the shoot soon! I didn't want you to overload from all the amazing photos!

On another and unrelated note....I'm off to Venice next week for a few days and can't wait! I've always dreamed of visiting the floating city and now I'm finally going. hfdkhgidhfebwjbwifbwibifbwibdkkbajbajd. Gah! The excitement!

Peter Pan was one of my favourite Disney movies when I was a child, so naturally when I found this headband it immediately reminded me of Tigerlilly. I really love cute or fun head pieces. They add so much joy to an outfit. This one I wore on Monday to work. Lately I've been carrying my camera around with me everywhere in case I get a chance to take some photos of what I'm wearing, what I'm doing and whom I'm seeing. It was my sister's birthday yesterday (she turned 11!!) so expect some shots from then to pop up on the blog in the near future! Also, a dear friend of mine, Anna, kindly asked me to model on her first shoot! I excitedly said yes and finally I have the photos, so I'll post them on here very soon!

Lost Summer

It is the nearing the end of July, and I'm wondering when the summer is going to come back and fear that it is now lost!! So if someone finds it, would you please return it to London?! I mentioned in my last post my love for ebay vintage finds, no matter what I always seem to find something wonderful and this shirt is no exception. It's got such an awesome design on the back, an angry looking face made out of flowers! Since my shirt is so angry, I added the leopard ears, I find them so easy to wear and instantly makes me happy when I put them on! I've noticed I've got some new followers, I'm not that far off from 200, and just wanted to thank you guys for following my blog!

This dress is one of the many wonders that I find on ebay. I'm not quite sure if it's a dress or just a long shirt thing. Oh how good I am with words today! Haha. Polka dots is one of my favourite patterns on clothes, somehow I always find myself drawn to things covered in polka dots. But when I won this on ebay, I was rather unsure of it. It looked like it was made of a really thick cotton, and would maybe smother me when I tried it on. But to my delight when it arrived, it is actually made of silk and is quite thin. I love the sheer sleeves, not too warm to over heat me but not thin enough to leave me feeling cold when the sun goes down.

Hi. I think I'm rather addicted to shorts. Shorts are my favourite thing to wear and are ridiculously versatile. It's rather silly. I don't need new shorts, but yet I'm constantly drawn to them. But these ones I've wanted for months and month and months and then they went on sale and I couldn't help myself. As they're vintage not all the buttons do up and there is a bit more wear and tear than I would've liked, they're a bit big around the waist, but all in all they're rather an amazing pair. Heyheyhey. I've been so lazy lately.....I think I'm enjoying this free time way too much. Recently I've just been sitting around catching up on tv shows that I've been meaning to watch, walking around with the BIGGEST bow on my head, looking at pretty Japanese magazines (unfortunately being half Japanese hasn't meant that I can read Japanese) and rearranging my wardrobe to make it look neater. I think I need to prioritize what I need to do this summer and stick to it, so here's my list of things to do:

♥ Bike ride through Hyde Park
♥ Take more photos with my SLR and Fish Eye
♥ Look at more speeches for auditions
♥ Go and see a play at The Globe
♥ Attend more dance classes
