My time at Capyba Cafe or Capybababa! 😂

I'm just going to be honest and straight forward. It was a café with not much capybara theme food but they have two small capybaras. I think they are still kids because the adults are usually bigger than what I saw at the café. It was still a good place to drop by and chill out or if you have kids, you can let your kids experience touching small capybaras. These were the drinks and dessert we bought to try.

The brown drink is a Hot Chocolate that costed 13 RM, and it costed 14 RM for Cold Chocolate drink. The yellow cup of drink is a Hot Macadamia Milk that costed 13 RM, and it is also 14 RM for the cold option. The next cup of drink with red syrup and a piece of strawberry is called a Lover's Lemonade. It costed 16 RM, under the section of drinks known as the coolers. It was stated on the menu that it's made with strawberry, lemonade and soda water. It tasted really refreshing and thirst quenching.👍👍

I'm not really sure if their menu will ever change, but currently they only have one dessert. It's under the section of sweet, known as the Capybara Pudding and it costed 16 RM. To be honest I thought it was going to be jiggly, bouncy and soft? But it was pretty solid. We found out about it after attempting to slap it with a spoon, only to cause splatters of chocolate onto my friend's camera. HAHAHAHAHA! Well, it still does jiggle a bit if we shake the plate strongly. LOL!

I love the mango bits, it does match well with the chocolate pudding. I would totally smear more chocolate syrup onto the pudding before putting it into my mouth. It tasted okay for a solid chocolate pudding, not exceptionally delicious but good enough.

After waiting a little while longer, our main dishes finally arrived. These were the main dishes that we bought after much consideration and curiosity.😂

The first one that we had was Mentaiko Pasta. It costed 29.90 RM. It was stated on the menu that it's made with refreshing capellini with pollock roe sauce, topped with flying fish roe and fried ebi. I am not really a fan of the sauce so it tasted okay for me. It is just not something that I would particularly go for, but it's still tasty and probably delicious for some other people. I do like the fried ebi. Despite me having minor prawn allergies like itchy tongue and sometimes swollen lip, it was very crispy. I love the crunchiness!👍

Next we had Salmon Tamagoyaki Mentai. This was not what we expected. It was stated on the menu that it's made with salmon top with torched mentaiko spread and tamagoyaki. It costed 26.90 RM. It's taste was very normal and the rice was not hot enough so overall it wasn't very delicious. The mentaiko sauce doesn't go well with the teriyaki sauce. I don't even know why there's two sauces in one dish. It was a little bit overly sweet and yet salty at the same time. I would not recommend this unless they love strong or overwhelming flavors.😜

Lastly, we had Wild Mushroom Aglio Olio that costed 23.90 RM. It was stated on the menu that it was a simple and flavorful dish that features pasta toss with garlic, chili flakes, cherry tomatoes, shiitake and button mushroom. This was probably the best of the best among the rest that we had tried. There was a tinge of herb flavorings that make everything goes well together. It looks spicy and yes, it was spicy but tolerable for me. So chose at own risk! Well, there is always an option of sharing dishes.😂😂😂

It was a first come first serve cafe. There was no need for bookings. It seemed like anyone can touch those cute capybaras anytime they want as long as they have a seat in the cafe. They do have toilet and it doesn't smell nice. I recommend bringing your own tissues for own sanitary in toilet for I did not see any tissues in their toilet.😂 Please make sure to give time for queuing and waiting as it was a long waiting queue for me.💦 I am not sure if they are going to be there forever because small capybaras does not stop growing, and the space of the cafe is not exactly spacious for a big capybara to walk around? Will they allow the capybaras to walk around? Their plans for when the capybaras are bigger is still a mystery, or is there any plans? So make sure to check them out while the capybaras are still small!!😂

Hi, I'm officially back to blogging after a long time of trial and errors in life. I am now in my 30s and I came to realize that I have been trying too hard to be perfect. The past is now all over and I have probably reached a new beginning.

In any case, I came to found out that world cosplay site have deleted all my cosplay photos while I was still figuring out my life LOL. As stated in their disclaimers or terms, they have wiped out photos of every cosplayers that have not log in for 5 years and more. The good news is I still have back ups so I am going to continue uploading my cosplay photos here like my very own portfolio website. 😂

I used to be fully focus onto Facebook and Instagram that I have completely forgotten about blogging and youtubing. Plus the latest? Tiktok platform. I don't think I will ever make a personal Tiktok platform? Maybe only one Tiktok platform for my current small business because having too many platforms to update can be tiring and might give me a burnout.

As usual, I still have social anxiety but I think I'm getting better at pretending I don't have social anxiety in front of gatherings. 😂 Recently I have even managed to cut off from the most toxic person of my life. She has been there clinging onto me ever since I was born so it was really the most difficult decision ever.

She had 30 years to understand me but all the time she is just trying to reply me. She did not protect me from bullies neither did she make me feel good about myself. She pushed me away when I tried to hug her for comfort and she did not praise me when I get good grades. She did not make me feel proud about the things I am good at, and she did not save me when I asked for help. She did not comfort me when I needed it and she wasn't there when I was crying. I knew everything about her and did everything I could as much as she wanted me.

As I struggled between what I chose to do and what I have to do. I always ask her what does she want and wondered if there were anything else I could give, or maybe I was still not good enough that is why she wasn't happy. But as I grew older, I realized I forgot to ask myself what do I want to do with my life.

The first trigger that lead me to ask myself this question was when my husband asked me what do I really want, and then I started to wonder. I have always answer most of my questions with the word anything because honestly it really doesn't matter, or does it? Suddenly I hesitated. Do I really want to invite her to the happiest day of my life or should I pretend that she never exist?

After telling her about my wedding plans, she refused to agree or acknowledge what I wanted for my own wedding. I mean....I'm the one that's getting married right? Not her right? After a lengthy battle with myself, I decided to not invite her.

But after everything was done and became the past, yet another super long battle with myself. I decided to tell her about it for I felt that she should at least know that I'm married before I become a mother of my own. She was fine at first but somehow..... I do not know how? She found out that she was the only one not invited, and then she explodes. She kept saying that she exploded because I didn't do more for myself? She said that I should have a grand wedding or something like her's.

She's confusing because she was totally fine before when I told her that I'm married and how I planned my wedding. She then continued, telling me that it's every girls' dream to walk down the aisle in a wedding dress. So I told her, well apparently that's not my dream because I do not want to get tired attending to guests in a freaking heavy gown when it should be the happiest day of my life. My dream is to go overseas for a honeymoon, that's all. She replied me saying that a wedding shouldn't be just rom and a photoshoot. I'm totally sure she was just replying and not trying to understand me. Even though I knew her so well, I still had hope that she can be my mother and yea it was still astonishing and unbelievable.

A child being an adult for an adult is really hard. Sometimes I even felt like a horse. Bred to be put onto a racing track. Being compared and forever not enough. Bred to be sold to another family. Euughhh I hate it when she said she wants to ask for the bride price from my husband. I am not a horse you bred for selling.

Now I will do things that I have always wanted to do.🙌 I will probably have more decisions to make and more things to figure out in my life, but I guess everyone else is doing the same thing too.😅 I will just try my best to catch up now that I'm released from the past! 💪

Also, I came to realized that I actually love playing games a lot. I guess when I was young, my whole life is about mental survival. I was trying very hard to maintain my sanity, now I am slowly healing. It's hard but I am doing my best to heal. I think I can call myself an adult now. HAHAHAH! But I am an adult who's trying to satisfy her inner child. HAHAHAH! I played so much online games that it came to a point where I felt like an actual gamer, but my anxiety is killing me whenever I thought of streaming my gameplay. This is going to be a hard wall to break through, because I can't seems to love my own voice. Why do I always cringe or have the strong feeling to hide whenever I playback my own voice? Much mystery.

Hey hey hey!!

To whomever still visiting my personal blog🤣 I think I've found my goal and is finally on the right path! There's pros and cons though. I'm definitely doing well mentally but physically it's restrictive. Although the new store is still not producing a stable income but at least it's finally slowly moving forward. For some reason Etsy changed their system and exposure has been dropping. While the new store has finally start moving, orders have been coming in randomly which is a good thing. My real goal is to publish a crochet book of my own though it's gonna take years, and I still have alot of things to learn. What else have I yet to say? Right. Physically my injuries from my younger days are all hitting me real hard. 😅 I woke up with bodyaches everyday. Especially my broken? Or fractured tail bone. Until now the doctors could not understand why is my tail bone neither healing back nor breaking off. It just remained bent. The only way to find out what is really happening, is for me to under go surgery but it's risky. So I'm gonna let it be. I'm still too young to be paralyze hahahah!😅 I still have so much more things I wanna do. After I did the inferior turbinate reduction surgery to remove my enlarged inferior turbinates. I went on to visit a chiropractor which later I found out that I have quite a scoliosis curve. Oh well.😌 What could be more worse than carpal tunnel syndrome. Honestly right now nothing is worse than feeling pain everyday on the tips of your fingers.😅 Oh right, I was told by the doctors that I have arthritis on my fingers but it's okay. I will of course do everything I can to keep it under control. I still have many things I wanna do.😁 I would love to go for pilates classes and nail art classes. Oh hopefully I will be able to book a booth in December.😣🙏 Please let the covid situation be better soon!! Time sure flies fast!! Sorry for the super long disappearance. (シ. .)シ I think I might have successfully setup a super duper small business in resin supplies but thanks to the covid situation, it's currently a little held back due to delivery delays. More like I'm waiting for the international delivery delays to reduce before I open my smol shop to every country. Ahhhhhh~ ‿︵‿︵‿︵‿ヽ(°□° )ノ︵‿︵‿︵‿︵

Meanwhile I spent my remaining time for crocheting and as my hands are not very cooperative, I could only open booths for my crochet works. BUT. Due to the current covid situation, I'm forced to stick with online stores.〣( ºΔº )〣 SO. I decided to create an online store that doesn't charge every single listed item just for my crochet works. (ಥ﹏ಥ) Still in progress though. Ack. I will update the link into the blog when I'm done.☆ﾐ(o*･ω･)ﾉ

I have been enduring my feels for cosplay during the times when I'm slaughtering myself for a successful small business literally every single day. So recently I decided to go back and check up on my amount of existing cosplay photos that have yet to edit. Oof. Too many. I will be selectively editing the photos in between the intervals of crocheting and progressing in my creation of a crochet shop. welp. _(:3 」∠)_

Hey~ to anyone who is reading this.
Although I'm not sure who will read this but yea, I'm currently on hiatus because I have been trying to build my own craft business from things that I like to make.

I've thought about it lots of times and I am confirmed that I was absolutely unhappy when people praised my face or body instead of my crafts. Well. It is definitely nice once in awhile to be praise because of how you look.....but everytime? When I posted photos or cosplay photos, people forget to see my costumes.

In fact, sometimes it felt like I had to include my face so that people will at least see the photos. Such sadness.

I came to the conclusion that I dislike fame or money build up by my "sexy" photos. Honest opinion? I wonder why only females are being objectified? I tried to change it and get out but I came to notice the change in the direction of the cosplay society recently. I am very sad for the new cosplayers. And I wish to get out of the "sexy cosplayers" label but yet still do what I like. I do love cosplay but I'm starting to lost that feeling after consistent pressure from the society. It's felt like I'm torn apart from two different sides.

Ones that wishes me to stop cosplaying and ones that wishes me to do more "sexy" photos. I want neither. I just want to enjoy photos of myself looking like a fairy, a vampire, a psychic student, a heroine, a school idol, an angel, or somebody who holds a weapon-like with awesome moves that I can't really be in reality.

I will never stop cosplaying but I would love to exit the cosplay scene. I want to disappear and appear whenever I want. Not having to answer to anyone. I will cosplay whenever I feel like it. I will cosplay whatever or whoever I want to. I am going to ignore anyone who ask me to "cosplay this" or "cosplay that". I will also ignore anyone who ask me "when is the next cosplay". I will also ignore anyone who ask me to post more photos. I believe I have no obligations to follow what people want from me. I don't think it's a must for me to reply text messages from strangers too. I still do reply though whenever I feel like it.

Selling a high definition photo for 2 usd was the stupidest thing I have ever done in my life. Never gonna do that again. Consistent printing of cosplay photobooks and prints for only these 4 people was and is still very time and money taxing. I am still doing it because they were the only ones who sees me as a person rather than "just another sexy girl". (I hope)

Printing cosplay prints and photobooks for hundreds over people is actually much more easier than printing for a handful of people. Would always wonder why did I agree to start printing my cosplay photos. I am still wondering what do people do with my photos? Since the beginning, lol.

I can't get an answer but lately I was able to find something that I could do and people could put it into good use; my crafts. I love crafting, the main reason why I started cosplaying. I came to like crafting little cute things too. Reality check. I can't give big because I need to eat and survive in this world that's ruled by currency. So now I am building a path for more cosplay cosplans by selling my small little cute crafts. Being able to sell them gives me a reason to make more and I enjoy every crafting moments. It's a win-win situation for me~ So if you don't see me posting cosplay photos, it means that I am busy crafting them cute little stuff.

Carpal Tunnel syndrome has hindered my lifestyle since 2 years ago. Teared many times, all that depression and frustration but I was never stuck. I couldn't not do anything. It is still with me now..... but I am still moving on. Life has been whacking the shit out of me but I am so glad that I did not give up. I hope I can continue to be a tough bitch. lol.

So yea, I will post again whenever I feel like it.

My primary school class ranking from express to normal acad. is from A to G or H? I forgot how many NA classes my school had. lols. F to G or H are NA classes; Normal Academy.

I've experienced the differences in treatment when I drop from Primary 3E to Primary 4G. The express kids are all very proud and heads up in the sky. When I noticed them acting all goody in front of the adults and shitty to us when no one else was looking, I decided that I wanted to give them the same shitty treatment if I ever get into class A.....Amazingly I shot back up from Primary 4G to Primary 5C though....sadly not 5A. :')

// of course the adults too thinks that NA are rotten apples. There was a few adults but not everyone will stand for kids who are in NA.

Well. I am still not very good with both my English and Chinese languages but I'm exceptional in science and art. Art wasn't an included choice for express. I had to request for an extra subject. I ended up taking triple maths. EMath, AMath and P.O.A because they came as a package in the third express class......even though I love science and art alot.

The first three express classes were the best because all parents and teachers said so. I felt the difference in treatment again but this time it was positive effects and I felt proud of myself.....but I couldn't forget how I was previously being looked down by the adults and their smart kids. I just cannot forgive them. Some of the people who wanted to befriend with me in the express streams are the same people who laughed at Normal Academy classes too. Not particularly laughing me (I think?) but I couldn't help thinking that they are fucking fake.... assholes. I couldn't help thinking that.... if I was still in NA will they befriend me?

I don't think so.

I could still remember some of their names.

All the pretenders.

Evil smart children who pretend to be good kids.

Yes, it's undeniable that they are smart because the adults were fooled too.

I started to stop talking alot?....because I felt that most people are fake. Faking to be good people.... to get what they want or what they think they want. I started to hate other kids who were rich and or popular, including good looking people.

Actually until now I still avoid good looking or popular people because I have the tendency to assume that they are fake, bad, scary people....they might have hidden agenda? lololol!

My super awesome and Istillcannotbelieveimethim boyfriend would often bring me around to meet some of his friends who are rich so I am still trying to change my perception of rich people equals bad people. Ahahahahah~

I'm sorry if you are good looking, popular or rich but the only way to change my mind about you....is long term close friendship. Even still......if I noticed that a friend is hiding something...... I will not ask about it but I will immediately close my "trust" gate and classify them as fake friend. Oh wells.

This is what I have never say or share because some people out there might not like the way I look or they could say "judge" people?

If you read this post. Please know that this is just my point of view.

It is something that has taken it's shape in me as I grow up into an adult.

It has become a system or a habit? Which I can't change that easily but I could remind myself to stop doubting people when I want to believe in them....but yea, still it's a real struggle.

If you want to make things right, you can start by being nice to young kids who are ugly, poor and alone?

I'm going to try and summarise everything that happened.

Okay so.....I was admitted to Parkway East hospital on Friday because I was experiencing sharp pain while shitting. Okay this is actually a long story..... it's not a sudden experience of pain for I have been experiencing pain during pee, shit, and many other movements or actions. Sometimes during swimming and it's always the same place that gives me a sudden dull pain.

I'm not really the type that will see a doctor for a small dull pain so I would usually just tolerate the pain. It was just recently that the pain became worse and gradually more and more sharp. It feels scary to experience the sharp drilling pain for at least 15 mins or longer. I decided to go to a hospital's A&E to check it up. Have a scan or something. At least if I know what is inside of me or what is giving me such scary pain I wouldn't be so scared.

In fact, all I hope for is that it's not cancerous and I'm happy again.
So I went in and got a CT scan like in the next 2 hours because the doctor was worried that it could have something to do with my ovaries.
After the scan they found small kidney stones but still seems passable through my urinary tract. They just told me that the stones were stuck at the tightest part of the tube? which is also where my shitting intestines and other stuff pressing together. So maybe that's why I'm feeling sharp pain lololol

So I got warded for further observations and under some routine medications to help me pass out the stones easier. Weee~ I had to drunk myself with lots of water and keep peeing.

I think my favourite food is hospital food LOL. It's so clean and not too much seasoning.

Probably the only thing that I do not like about the whole hospital stay is that drip needle on my right hand and the A&E nurse kinda gave me a bruise on my left hand when she couldn't get a single drop of blood from me lolololol

Other than that I actually have to breath through my mouth because both my nostrils were blocked. Love the coldness from the central air con just that.... too bad my nose can't handle too much cold LOL.

So yeap. I'm out but still on the medications. Still drinking loads of water. So far things are good. So yea~ ✌👍👍

Also known as a town of textile, or silk town!

I'm not really the type who goes overseas for sight seeing and I prefer interactive activities. I think my boyfriend knows me too well because when I do see a nice view or a beautiful sight.... I will be like "wooh~" and takes many photos :') lol!

So.... how to go there? I took the JR Line, or JR train to JR Kiryu Station. That was the nearest option to the shop that we wanted to go. There are many things you can do at Gunma but it is better to plan it out first before going there. If I remembered correctly there are a few train lines that can be use to reach certain locations in Gunma so check carefully!!

At JR Kiryu Station we took the south exit and that's where we saw Kiryu Citizens Activities Promotion Center. After checking up their website, I realized it is also known as YUI. This is their website, you can either translate the whole page or talk to them on Facebook. You can also get further information including accommodations and tourist spots over there. When we were there, there was a lady who could speak fluent English and that was how we rent our electrical bicycles.

I didn't thought of taking photos of YUI, so for the sake of helping others how to recognize YUI at JR Kiryu Station, I took this from the site HAHAHAHA! 😆😂 Certain things might shift or change in time so feel free to step in and ask the staff, they are very friendly.

And yes, it is possible to rent bicycles at Yui!

Their electrical or non-electrical bicycle comes with a front basket, bell and night light.

Apparently if you do not know yet; having a person to sit or stand behind another person's bicycle is strictly against their law. :')

It is also required to show your ID when renting a bicycle.
When we were renting a bicycle there was no chargeable fee, so I guess it's still currently free of charge.

//Side tracked// This was the second time I am using bicycle as a transport in Japan and I noticed this white line on the road not far from the path but separates from the main road. I realized the paths are for walking and the thin road separated from the main road by these white lines are for bicycles. Some of them are quite weathered though.

Okay back to the main topic; my visit to Kiryu was to check out this particular small silk shop.

They have many machine displays, products and workshops. We were going to explore their machines and check if they have smaller versions of Flamingo 40 a hand made weaving loom by Kyoto Handwoven weaving machine institute.

After cycling for an awesome 30mins under drizzle I was too excited and forgot to take photos of the shop front, name, and the surroundings LOL. Shop name is Kobo Kazahana! I think they often hold their workshops here. I'm not very sure yet but they do have schedules of workshops and courses. I came quite unexpectedly for them so they kinda gave me a crash course on how to use the weaving loom and experience the different types of silk.

Boyfriend took a quick video of me before he goes around to check out the other machines.
We will definitely come back to this shop again as one of the ladies told us that these weaving looms sold out real fast. Although it was almost a year ago when they ordered their smaller version of weaving looms, but that batch of order is still not done yet as they are all hand made by only one man from Kyoto Handwoven weaving machine institute. So I guess we will wait a year or two, before we visit them again!

Cheapest way to get Ghibli Museum Tickets!

HELLO Guys~

Today I am going to talk about how you can save a little bit of money to buy souvenirs at Ghibli Museum LOL!

Okay let's get straight to the point.

The cheapest way to get Ghibli museum tickets is from the Loppi ロッピー aka Lawson online shopping ticket machine!

If you're going to be in Japan for more than a month, the easiest and cheapest way to get a Ghibli ticket is to buy it at a Loppi machine that can be found at almost every Lawson convenience store.

The thing about buying your tickets through Loppi is that you have to plan your purchase ahead of time. The tickets for Ghibli usually goes on sale at 10am on the 10th of the month BEFORE your actual visit. So if you are planning to visit the museum in June, tickets would become available on the 10th of May. This doesn't mean you have to buy them right on the 10th, but the longer you wait, the lower the chance of you getting the tickets of the date and time that you want. So it's best to ask a friend who is working in Japan or staying in Japan, or having a vacation in Japan to help you get your tickets in advance.

Ages 19 and over: JPY1,000

Ages 13 to 18: JPY700

Ages 7 to 12: JPY400

Ages 4 to 6: JPY100

* Children under 4 are admitted free of charge.

Once you purchase a reserved tickets, no changes or refunds are allowed.

Find a Lawson convenience store.
Look out for the red Loppi machine with a colorful word "Loppi" at the top of the machine. It's always near the entrance or cashier.
Change the language to English at the "information" button.
Find and press the "Ghibli Museum" button.
Read the provided information about the museum on screen and click the "next" button on your bottom right.
Read the provided information about the Loppi receipt that you will be receiving at the end of the whole process and click the "next" button on your botton right.
Choose the month of the day that you want to go to the museum.
There will be a warning page or a reminder concerning the registered name expression written earlier. Just click the orange button to continue.
Choose the date that you want.
Choose the time that you want.
A screen with a summary of all your choices will show.Check all the information and click "入場引換券" if correct. Source: プロフィール
Choose your category and quantity. Check again before you press the orange "okay" button at your bottom right.
There might be a precaution concerning on the handling of personal information. Press the orange button.
If you have one of the displayed payment methods, choose orange "yes/okay" button. Otherwise choose the blue "no" button.
Enter your informations. Name and Surname.
Next input your phone number.
There will be another summary page, press bottom right orange button and a dialog will pop out. Press orange button again.
A receipt will be printed out from the left side of the Loppi machine, bring it to the cashier and make payment for it.
The cashier will scan the bar code on your receipt and tell you where to sign. After signing they will give you voucher looking paper(s) which you will later exchange at the entrance of the museum for film ticket(s).

✨Note: There are no refunds, so make sure to choose the correct date and time you want. If it is sold out they will let you know and you can choose again. They will not refund or exchange a ticket once you've purchased it, even if you accidentally hit the wrong date and time and finish the transaction without checking.

🌟Once you get your receipt, you have only 30 minutes to give it to the cashier🌟

My tickets were bought in advance by a friend staying in Japan so I do not have any photos of my own as a Loppi machine guide. Thus, I have found two sites with images that might help; Ghibli and Mihoshappylife. Click on one or both of these for a vision step-by-step guide to get you through the rest. During peak seasons, it is better to buy a ticket as soon as possible. While in off-season months, it might be common to find tickets on Loppi even a week or less in advance. Sometimes right on the same day, especially during the week but it is best not to count on your luck. _(┐「ε:)_♡

One of the best hostel in Tokyo, Japan! Chapter Two! Near Asakusa Station at Kaminarimon, Taito!

This was my 4th time in Japan! I have been to many places and cities in Japan which I have never not thought of blogging them down. I can't really remember my 1st trip in Japan so I decided that I should record the lodging and places that I have visited during my 4th trip in Japan. ahahahaha!

Today I am going to share with you guys one of the best hostel I have stayed in Tokyo, Japan. More like, it was my boyfriend who told me that he had stayed in many hostel and this is one of the best he has ever experienced. Honestly speaking this is the first time I have stayed in a hostel and surprisingly? I love it! I have always been staying in airbnb for my past three trips in Japan and the thoughts of hostel is somehow scary? It's about sharing with many other strangers which you do not know anything about them. As skeptical as I can be, sharing with strangers is not always a pleasant thing.

So let me show you guys some nice photos of this awesome hostel!💖 I have never thought that I would blog about a hostel so I did not took much photos of it :') Almost all of this photos are from their site and it does look the same as what I have seen there. 👌

This was the front door when we reached. The whole place was air-conditioned and there's free WiFi.

The look of this place depends on the time of the day you arrive. It was early evening when we arrived and there was a guy who gave us a tour around the place. I am not a sun-loving person so I would only come up here at night. Sometimes it can be quite bright and sunny otherwise it was cloudy, and it will be windy and nice to chill up there.

This was the laundry area, one machine for washing and one for drying. I think there was a schedule on which part of a day you are allow to wash and dry your clothes. I forgot what was the timing for I did not have energy to bring my clothes for a wash and dry. (sorry I'm lazy) Hahahahah!

This is something like a backyard, near the laundry machines. I have only seen it from the sofa area where I would sit and eat my breakfast before rushing out for another journey hahahah!

This was the kitchen. There might be some changes here and there. When I was there, there was a coffee maker near the electric cooker. Beside the coffee maker was an electric flask where I would sometimes boil new hot water and pour it into my small insulated bottle. They would leave a bowl of boiled eggs and some fresh bread in the morning. There was a toaster and a few fruit jams on the table too. But I often leave before 10 AM or 11AM so I am not very sure when do they clear the table.

On the hostel site they stated that breakfast is not included because sometimes the boiled eggs and breads disappeared before 9 or 10AM. So it's best to prepare your own breakfast unless you can wake up early.

This is like a living room. I think the best place about this hostel was where we shower and sleep.

This was where the toilets and bathrooms are. There were two levels of bathrooms and toilets. Each levels have two toilets, one for male and one for female.

Yes they were bidets.

This was exactly how the first level bathroom looked like. There was a dry changing area too. Not shown in their photos though but in front of this bathroom door was a small changing area with another door. There was one bathtub on the second level but I didn't have time to use it. Did not bring my bath bombs too so yeap, maybe next time~!

They have private rooms and mixed dorm.
I did not get to see the private rooms so I will only talk about the mixed dorm.

They were like small pods with small desk, a small security locker, an electrical outlet, one reading light and a curtain for privacy. They also installed lights at the stairs and walk ways for night time.

These looked like the ones above me. I stayed at the bottom pod.

There were views for some of the pods.

The best thing about these place was when I stand up from my pod I would not see the other person's room. There would be no accidental intrusion of privacy lololol! The entrance for the upper pods were at the sides of the lower pods and instead of ladders it's stairs!

Omg. This pod looked exactly like the one that I have stayed.

Took this at night, the only time of a day which I was free to sit there and daze for awhile. :`D

Directly in front of me was a white wall. My frontal neighbour was on my left side. Sorry for the blur and grainy photo. I have to actually stand up to take this photo. Much privacy, so peaceful.

On my right was a window to the view outside(not shown in photos). These were my side neighbours(pardon my bf's head lol). That stair on the left was the only way up to the neighbour staying above me. Beside the neighbour above me was another neighbour. So yea, love the way they design this pod dorm.

I would frequently come and go using Asakusa Station's Exit 4, Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.

There was a post office right in front of them and Tokyo Skytree is within walking distance.

With the need for me to mail stuff, I will definitely come back here again.

Hello!

Today I decided to do a review for Za Killer Volume Mascara after trying it out and because I received it from Za like a long time ago. ehehe~ (¬‿¬)

This new voluminous mascara from Za promises to help instantly achieves super curl & volume lashes with liquid absorption up to 170%!

Yes! What I love about this mascara most is that it's not too overly wet. After using it, I decided to add it into one of my favorite mascaras. Haha!（‐＾▽＾‐）

When I pull out the applicator, the brush looks really huge!

The wax feels rather thick but not so thick that it will clump right away.

The hollow fibres on the brush also helps separate my lashes efficiently with each bristle! (´⌣`ʃƪ)

The unique Volume Curl Formula found in the mascara is a combination of a Volume Styling Wax and Curl Keep Polymer. (ﾉ´ヮ´)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧

This is the machine that automatically helps with the mixing of our personalized formula!

The below are the off-the-shelf skincare products that are formulated for different skin types.

There are seven ranges of face products available to counter different skin problems such as Dry Skin and UV Damage, Fine Lines, Wrinkles and Lack of Firmness, Diffuse Redness, Bacterial Infections, Oily Skin and Dark Spots.

Previously I was told that there were 864 possible formulations but recently they have acquired a lot more data from many other different types of skin conditions.

After many nights of sleeping late, the number of lines on my face increased.

Needs more hydration than usual too. ಥ_ಥ

The level of bacterial activity is as high as my first scan too, but the beauty consultant told me that it's a normal thing as long as we have make ups on our face.

So yea, and I need to scrub my face more regularly too. ಥwಥ;;

The above is my personal day cream formulation!

The one below is my personal night cream formulation!

Yup! So now I know that I have 3 main problems to take note. (ᗒᗣᗕ)՞

♥ 1) Fine lines + Wrinkles + Bag&Eyelids + Dark Circles + Eye Fine lines; Firstly is to sleep early because even if I put loads of cream, scrubbed many times or hydrated it adequately. If I don't sleep early my skin won't be able to repair itself after a long tiring day and sometimes with loads of make ups. Orz

Arghh~~~ Needs to stay as far away from wrinkles and fine lines!! ε=ε=(っ*´□`)っ

♥ 2) Hydration; Secondly I have to keep my skin hydrate enough. Not too overly hydrated but also not dehydrated.

♥ 3) Desquamation; Thirdly is to scrub my skin regularly! Actually from 13 Sept til now I have increased from 2 times a week to 3 times of scrubbing a week. Honestly speaking, my skin has become so much better!

My pimples have reduced! (｡♥‿♥｡) Yes!!! That's the most important thing for all cosplayers, HAHA! Pimples are so much trouble!! We have to spend a few more minutes than usual to cover it. (QwQ)

Of course, sometimes my skin appears to be more oily the next morning when I woke up. I will apply slightly more moisturizer than usual during the night before I go to sleep.

〜(￣▽￣〜)

Well. I am not very sure of other types of skin but I've kind of starting to understand my own skin, because if my skin produces oil it's like hinting me that it's dry and that it produces oil so that my skin will not start to crinkle.

Talking about crinkle... It's also how my wrinkles and fine lines increases. (╯•﹏•╰) During the visit, the beauty consultant told me that my hydration has decreased and it's probably the cause of my increase in those small wrinkles and fine lines. Got to save it before those lines become permanent. (((( ;°Д°))))

All thanks to Ioma Paris's IOMA Sphere 2 for allowing me to understand my skin even further! If only I can affort it I would have gotten my very own personal day and night formulas!! (* >ω<)

Hi~ I'm back! ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ After so long. HAHA! I'm trying my best not to be late in posting my blog reviews. (¬‿¬) Lately I have been busy with work, dance and cosplay~ hehe! Busy life but I'm loving it! (◍^ᴗ^◍)❤

In July 17, I attended IOMA Paris's Personalised Skincare. A high-end Parisian skincare brand that prescribes effective skincare solutions through the use of technology and science. IOMA promises effective products that deliver results that is measurable. (owo) - not kidding.

I'm not really into much complicated stuff but IOMA Paris really amazed me with their sophisticated and personalised skincare regime that uses diagnostic equipment powered by MEMS technology to prescribe a custom-made skincare protocol for a woman of any age, skin type and ethnicity. Σ(ಠิωಠิ)

IOMA Sphere 2 is a skin measuring device built using MEMS technology. MEMS which is Micro Electro Mechanical Systems, is one of the most advanced sensors that is even used by NASA in space exploration. (´∀｀)❤

The diagnostic devices track and measure the skincare regime’s results over time and fine tunes the recommended products to suit the skin’s changes over time. ❤❤❤

Me trying it out! (๑>ᴗ<๑) A complete skin diagnostic takes about less than two minutes. The summary sheet provided will be able to measure your skin’s progress on a regular basis and check the effectiveness of your IOMA beauty treatment. The IOMA Sphere 2 is even able to tell you what combination of IOMA beauty products you should use. So cool right? Ｏ(≧▽≦)Ｏ

There's a scale of 1 to 15 with 1 for perfection and 15 for caution for various skin conditions like Hydration Levels, Desquamation; skin peeling, Fine Lines, Wrinkles, Sagging, Redness, Bacterial Activity, Clogged Pores, Bags and Eyelids, Dark Circles and Eye Fine Lines.

My main problems were; 1. Desquamation which means not spending enough time on exfoliation, resulting in a lot of dead skin cells on the surface of my skin leading to rough patches. (￣ω￣;;)

2. Bacterial Activity which is the unavoidable high levels of bacterial activity due to the city environment we are in, also the cleanliness of our cosmetic brushes and sponges. The only solution to lower it is to keep skin clean as regularly as possible.

3. Clogged Pores if left untreated can lead to blackheads, blemishes, breakouts and acne. I think it was also because of the kind of makeup removal I used previously that causes me to have both black and white pores. It can really be quite tricky to make sure all of the applied makeup is gone. (>ω<)

According to the beauty consultant, this detailed diagnosis of my skin can be used to customise a bespoke day and night cream that will meet the exact requirements to enhance my skin conditions. I would love to try it out some day~ (´ ▽｀).。ｏ❤

It's a prescription of 8 serums: H1, H2, H3, R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5. The number of drops for each serum is put into the base active for day and night. This will create your very own bespoke youth ritual perfect for your current skin conditions!

So yea, SENKA Mineral Essence UV! Haha! Sun block!!! (♥ω♥*)

Firstly, this is not greasy nor sticky. I don't really like to apply stuff on my face but it's for the sake of a youthful skin and protection against UV rays. (๑✧◡✧๑)

It's made with 100% Mineral Water and resistant to sweat & sebum.

A pre-make up base for smoother application of foundation; I will agree with that as tested.

Easy cleansing, yes! ♥＾▽＾♥

For Whitening Jelly Essence by Aqualabel, I'm currently using this at night because at night all I want to do is to sleep. After a long day of work, sometimes I even have to work through the night so yea I just have to apply this as my toner & moisturizer. It feel fresh and cooling~ (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)

So after applying either I go to sleep or continue working, HAHA.

Tsubaki Head Spa Sparkling Serum, this product seriously reminds me of popping candy. (っ˘ڡ˘ς) It's a hair serum for scalp which promotes blood circulation for a healthy & moisturized scalp. I'm amazed and amused by those crackling & popping sounds as I use my palm to press on it. °˖ ✧◝(○ ヮ ○)◜✧˖ °

Oh right. To apply it just spray a small amount on your scalp, then use your finger or palm to press it down so that it can be absorbed. After the sounds slowly goes off, you will feel a cooling sensation~ (๑^◡^๑)

I'm so happy to be there and taste those awesome dim sum, LOL!

I'm more of those 2 to 3 meals a day with normal veggies and rice so yea~

Having dim sum or having high tea is a super rare thing for me, but I love it so much!

Although I would like to eat more (lol) but sadly I have a small stomach (>_<)

Everything's so tasty and delicious, even just by smelling it makes me drool! Omggg~ (´ q ` ” )

So I heard Yum Cha Restaurants first opened its doors in the heart of Chinatown.

Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, and they offer a unique dim sum dining experience be it for lunch or dinner.

Since then, Yum Cha has expanded with two more outlets, in Serangoon Gardens and in Changi Business Park.

So yeap, I'm here for their High-Tea Buffet and learnt that they have this promotion for Yum Cha Chinatown.

While walking around the restaurant, I realised that they have push carts, wooden chairs and round marbled tables which brings back good old nostalgia of Chinese tradition.

Their walls are coloured dim red which gives a cosy feeling~ Love it! (´∀｀)♡

I like how they display their menu because it gives me the temptation to use it to whack people's head, ahahahahaa! Just kidding~ ƪ(‾ε‾)

I can conclude one thing from the way they fold it...

Save space yet still can see a peek of those delicious dim sum, lolololol!

There are over 80 items on the menu!

Plenty of choices to try all types of dim sum, be it traditional and contemporary!!

Their signature dim sum items includes Xiao Long Bao, Prawn Dumplings, Shark's Fin with Meat Dumpling, Fish Roe Siew Mai, Phoenix Claw, Paper Chicken Wings, Prawn & Mango Sesame Fritters, Baked Mini Egg Tarts, and Crispy Red Bead with Banana.

I have tried some of them and they are awesome!!!

Oh well....
There's actually more, but I only took the first round of food because I was busy eating when the second round of food came, LOL~

The first dim sum to catch my attention is this because it's black, lololol~
They call this Squid Ink Dumpling but somehow it doesn't stain my teeth, tongue nor lips black.

It has this nice special taste~
I don't know how to describe so go try it yourself, LOL!
I ate 3 of it with no worries of being unglam \(0w0)/

Scallop Pea-Shoot Dumpling is the second dim sum that caught my attention.
I guess it's because of it's color too, LOL but it's also as juicy and tasty as it looks~

Dried Scallop Congee is my taste, lol!
I like congee so I actually love how I can't feel the hardness of the grains.
It's like drinking something warm yet filling.
Man...
I have thoughts of finishing it but my stomach didn't have any more space. (TuT)

Prawn and Mango Sesame Fritters seems awesome!
I heard that it's a mix of sweet soft mango and tender prawns, but my friend told me the prawn is big so I had to resist from trying it. ╥﹏╥
Argh. Why am I allergic to prawn?!
.....but I did sneak a small bite on some of the dim sum with prawn in it. :x
Cannot resist the temptation because it's just right in front of me on the table!!! (ᗒᗣᗕ)՞

Shark's Fin with Meat Dumpling is awesome too!
I like the taste which I also don't know how to explain, AHAHAHAHA!
I didn't really eat the whole thing because there's a lot of large pieces of prawn inside (;¬_¬)
So yes, go and try it out yourself~ lol!

Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice with ingredients more than regular, very filling for me.

Had to resist myself from finishing it, so I can save some stomach space for other stuff. lol!

Crispy Silver Fish, crunchy and addictive. (>_<)

Paper Chicken Wing, I was wondering what the hell was that before it came to the table. lololol!

At first glance, I thought it was hard to eat because the chicken is inside a bag-like paper.

Then I saw my friend tore the paper so easily so I took one too, ahahahaha!

Baked Mini Egg Tarts! I love egg tarts!

Without thinking much I ate 2, although I was almost full to the brim....but it's a waste to not eat! (๑>◡<๑)

I love the egg custard in the center...the crispy outer pastry crust, ohhhh~ ❤❤❤

How the whole thing really look like, with that shy push cart aunty hiding behind. Ahahahahaha~

Yea so getting food is really easy when they come pushing the carts near your table.

I like this Crispy Vegetarian Spring Roll, especially the taste.

They change the the 'mang guang' with bean sprouts which also gives it a very special taste. ahh~

I like it a lot, omg writing this blog post makes me drool and where else can I get such awesome spring roll besides Yum Cha.

Ehh, I can't think off any other~

Fresh Prawn Rice Flour Roll

I heard the second one is with char siew :o

I didn't taste it because my friend told me that the prawns are huge too, lolol!

Crispy Red Bean with Banana!

Ooo! I love this too! So crispy, sweet, and the mix texture is awesome!

That mix taste of banana and red bean is wow~ ~(˘▾˘)~

Top - bottom: Lemongrass Jelly with Fruits, Osmanthus Cake

Lemongrass Jelly with Fruits is very refreshing~
This is just nice after all the hot and warm food~

It's both sour yet sweet and cooling, love it! ≧(´▽｀)≦

Osmanthus Cake is surprisingly special.

It looks like jelly so I kind of assumed that it tastes like jelly but somehow it's not. :o

It still does have the jelly feels, LOL but have this texture that's close to yam cake, lololol!

It also has this herb taste too, which I think people who likes drinking tea might love it. (・o・)

So yeaaaaa! When I have the money, I will go there to eat again.

Yesh, I should do that. Ahhh~ Dim sum~ Opens my eyes!! LOL!

Oh by the way, I heard that Yum Cha Restaurants have also increased the repertoire of the menu from sumptuous spread to seafood dishes like the award-winning black pepper crabs.

They also offer the 'Tapino' dining style which is a traditional Cantonese practice where you and your friends and or family gather to cook and reminisce over a pot of hot soup.

In the latest Changi Business Park outlet, you can also enjoy traditional Hong Kong roast meats along with their dim sum! Yummy~yummy~ I also want to taste the Hong Kong roast meats one day~ LOL!
