वर्तमान में जीने की कला सीखें

विगत की चर्चा करते हुए हम प्राय: यह भूल जाते हैं कि अतीत एक स्वपन है। वर्तमान के लिए इसका कोई उपयोग नहीं है। भविष्य भी एक स्वप्न ही है, लेकिन वह हमारी राय में होता है। जबकि भूत हमारी नियंत्रण से दूर होता है। इसलिए भविष्य को सुखद बनाने के लिए वर्तमान को कभी हाथ से नहीं जाने देना चाहिए।

वर्तमान में जीने की कला सीखें

मनोवैज्ञानिकों का मानना है कि हमारे अन्तर्मन में जो भाव चलता रहता है वही स्वप्न के रूप में सामने आता है। इसलिए हमें सकारात्मक दृष्टि से किसी भी विषय पर सोचना चाहिए। जीवन को सफल बनाने के लिए यही उचित है कि हम सुनहरे भविष्य का सपना देखें। उसी के मुताबिक अपने जीवन का लक्ष्य निर्धारित करें। वर्तमान कठोर है, भविष्य अनिश्चित, एक हमारे हाथ में होता है जबकि दूसरा कोसों दूर। अतः जो हमारे हाथ में है, उसी का सेवन (उपयोग) करें। संस्कृत में कहा भी गया है कि

“ यों ध्रुवानी परित्यज्य अध्रुवानी निषेवते |

ध्रुवानी तस्य नष्यन्ती अध्रुवण नष्टमेव ही ||”

अर्थात जो निश्चित को छोड़कर अनिश्चित का सेवन करता है, उसका निश्चित भी नष्ट हो जाता है, अनिश्चित तो नष्ट है ही।

अतीत चाहे दुखद क्यों न हो उसकी स्मृतियाँ सुखद होती है, परंतु वे हमारी किस काम की? बहुत से हमारे जैसे व्यक्ति भविष्य से घबड़ाकर उन्हीं स्मृतियों में गोते लगाते हुए अपने वर्तमान को चौपट कर लेते है। भविष्य के निर्माण के लिए अतीत का अध्ययन जरूरी है। इससे गलती को सुधारने का मौका मिलता है। विगत में हुई लगती पर चिंता के बजाए चिंतन करना सीखना चाहिए। भविष्य की शोभा वर्तमान में ढलने में होती है। ऐसा नहीं हो कि हम रोज – रोज नई – नई योजनाएँ ही बनाते रहें, कल्पना कर – कर के ही सुख से रहें। ऐसी परिस्थिति में जो परिश्रम, लगन, उत्साह हमने उन योजनाओं को बनाने में लगाया था वह खत्म हो जाएगा। हम यह मानने लगेगे कि तैयार योजना हमारे वश से बाहर की चीज़ है।

भविष्य पर अधिक विश्वास करनेवाले अपने वर्तमान को कष्टमय बना लेते है। मसलन यदि हम कोई परीक्षा देते है तो जब तक उस परीक्षा में अंतिम रूप से चयनित नहीं हो जाते है तब तक तैयारी करते रहना चाहिए। ऐसा नहीं हो कि अंतिम चयन से पहले ही हम सफलता के प्रति आश्वस्त हो तैयारी छोड़ दें। ऐसी स्थिति में अनुकूल परिणाम न आने पर हम अवसाद (डिप्रेसन) का शिकार होंगे और हमारा अगला परिणाम भी प्रवाहित होगा। यदि हम भविष्य को बनाने वाली परीक्षा के प्रति प्रतिबद्ध बने रहेंगे तो भविष्य हमारी आज्ञाकारी बनकर जाएगा। अन्यथा, वह हमारा स्वामी बन जाएगा। भविष्य को वर्तमान न बनाना हमारी नियति बन जाएगी। भविष्य प्रकृति की अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण देन है और जीवन का श्रेष्ठतम वरदान भी। हमारी आँखें सामने की ओर देखती हैं। जो पीछे की ओर देखता है, वह प्रकृति के नियम के विरूद्ध विद्रोह करने का दोषी होता है।

वर्तमान-में-जीने-की-कला-सीखें

भविष्य की कल्पनाओं को साकार करने के लिए हम वर्तमान में ही प्रयत्न करते हैं। फलतः वर्तमान और भविष्य एक सूत्र में बंध जाता है। वर्तमान और भविष्य के बीच नित्य (समवायी) संबंध है। जिस प्रकार जल और तरंग, शब्द और अर्थ, मिट्टी और घड़ा का संबंध है, ठीक उसी प्रकार वर्तमान और भविष्य का संबंध है।

भविष्य को सुरक्षित बनाने के लिए वर्तमान में हमें निरंतर प्रयत्नशील रहना चाहिए। यह सही है कि भविष्यरूपी स्वर्ग के लिए वर्तमान में ही गहरी नींव देनी पड़ेगी। भविष्यद्रष्टा बनने के लिए वर्तमान का स्त्रष्टा बनना परम आवश्यक है। हम वर्तमान में जितना श्रम करेंगे भविष्य का स्वरूप उतना ही निखरेगा। सैमुअल जौनसन ने ठीक ही लिखा है कि भविष्य को वर्तमान द्वारा खरीदा जा सकता है। भविष्य कही होता नहीं। उसको हम स्वयं अपने परिश्रम, लगन और उत्साह को निर्माण करते है। स्वप्न बनते हैं निर्माण सृजन की भावभूमि पर।

जब तक हम पूर्ण निष्ठा एवं विश्वास के साथ भविष्य कि निर्माण करने में प्रयत्नशील रहेंगे, तब तक भविष्य हमारी प्रतीक्षा करता रहेगा। हमारे लिए उसके द्वारा सदैव उन्मुक्त बने रहेंगे। अतः भविष्य को सुखद बनाने के लिए वर्तमान में जीने की कला सीखें।

The present is rude, the future is uncertain, one is in our hands while the other is far away. So, use what is in our hands. It has been said in Sanskrit that

“yon dhruvaanee parityajy adhruvaanee nishevate |

dhruvaanee tasy nashyantee adhruvan nashtamev hee ||”

That is, whatever one chooses to be uncertain, it definitely destroys, its destiny is destroyed, it is destined to be uncertain.

Whether the past is tragic, its memories are pleasant, but what work of ours? Many people like us dread their future by diving in the same memories and dashing their present. The study of the past is essential for the future creation. This gives an opportunity to correct the mistake. Instead of worrying, it should be learned to contemplate the idea that happened in the past.

The beauty of the future is in the present time. It should not happen that we are constantly making new plans every day - keep thinking, imagine and live happily. In such a situation, the hard work, passion, enthusiasm that we put into making those plans will end. We will begin to believe that the prepared plan is something beyond our control.

People who believe more in the future, make their present to be painful. For example, if we take any exam, we should continue preparing till the final examination is done in that examination. It may not be that before the final selection we will be confident about success, leave the preparation. In such a situation, if we do not get favorable results, we will be suffering from depression and our next result will also flow. If we remain committed to future examinations, then the future will be obedient. Otherwise, he will become our master. Do not make the future a present, our destiny will become. The future is a very important gift of nature and the best gift of life also. Our eyes look at the front Who looks backwards, is guilty of revolt against the law of nature.

We currently try to realize the fantasies of the future. Consequently, the present and future bonds in a formula. There is a constant (combined) relationship between present and future. v अक्सर जब हम किसी से बात करते हैं तो केवल अपनी बातों को ही प्राथमिकता देते हैं। हम दूसरों की बातों को अहमियत देते ही नहीं। यह गलत है।

v जब भी ऐसा होता है तो सम्बन्धों में दरार आने लगती है। ऐसे में दूसरों को लगने लगता है कि हम उसके दु:ख दर्द को बिना समझे केवल अपनी व्यथा ही अलापते रहते है लिहाजा दूसरों की समस्याएँ भी सुनने और समझने की कोशिश करें।

v अगर आप सिर्फ अपनी समस्याओं के बारे में लोगों से बात करेंगे तो आपकी छवि नकारात्मक बन जाएगी। ऐसे में लोग आपको नजरअंदाज करना शुरू कर देंगे। बेहतर होगा कि ऐसे हालात से बचे।

v आपकी की तरह दूसरे भी समस्याओं से जूझते हैं। ऐसे में जब वह आपके पास आते है तो मकसद होता है थोड़ी देर के लिए अपने दूखों से दूर होना। बेहतर होगा कि हम यह कोशिश करें कि अपनी समस्याओं से भी बाहर निकलें और दूसरों को उनकी समस्याओं से उबारने में मदद करें।

रोना समय की कमी का

v समय की कमी का रोना रोते हुए लोगों को आपने भी देखा होगा। ऐसे में जब हमें ऐसे लोग मिलते हैं जो हर काम समय पर पूरा कर लेते हैं। उन्हें देखकर ताज्जुब इसी बात का होता है कि कैसे वह अपने काम की योजना बनाते है।

v इन बातों का कोई मतलब नहीं है कि हमें काम करने के लिए समय कम मिलता है। वक़्त सबके लिए एक जैसी रफ्तार से ही चलता है। फर्क होता है तो इस बात में कि खुद हम कैसे काम को करते हैं।

v काम शुरू करने से पहले कोशिश करनी चाहिए कि हम इस बात को समझ लें कि हमें करना क्या है? पूरी जानकारी के साथ शुरू किया गया काम आराम से और समय से पूरा हो जाता है जबकि आधी-अधूरी जानकारी के साथ शुरू किए गए काम में जरूरत से ज्यादा समय लगता है।

v इस बात का भी ख्याल रखें कि हम काम को कैसे कर रहे है यानि कि हमारी काम करने की रफ्तार कितनी है और कैसी है। अगर हम खुद वक़्त पर काम पूरा करने के लिए गंभीर नहीं हैं तो काम समय पर पूरा हो ही नहीं सकता।

v हमें आज का महत्व समझना चाहिए। यदि हम इस पल को व्यर्थ जाने देंगे तो हो सकता है कुछ हासिल करने के कई मौके गवा दें।

v हमें यह पता नहीं होता है कि आने वाले दिन में हमारे लिए क्या होगा। हो सकता है आज का दिन हमारे लिए कुछ ऐसा लेकर आए जिससे हमारी दुनिया खुशियों से भर जाए। हो सकता है कि आज के बाद जिन्दगी नया मोड़ ले और हमारा साथ दें।

v हर दिन अपने आप में कुछ न कुछ नया लेकर आता है और हमें यह जानकर चलना चाहिए कि आज के दिन हमारे साथ सब यही होगा।

v जरूरी है तो बस आज के लिए जीना। अगर हम पिछली बातों को दोहराएगें तो कभी आज के लिए न सोच पाएँगे न ही जी पाएँगे। इसलिए हमेशा जिन्दगी को आज के नजरिए से देखना और समझना चाहिए।

मनुष्य की यह हार्दिक इच्छा होती है कि जीवन के हर इम्तहान में उसे कामयाबी मिले और वह हमेशा विजेता के खिताब से नवाजा जाता रहे। इसके लिए वह लक्ष्य निर्धारित करके उसी के अनुरूप अपनी योजनाएँ बनाता है लेकिन यह भी सच है कि लक्ष्य हासिल के दौरान उत्पन्न चुनौतियाँ भी मुसकिलें खड़ी करती है। अगर साहस के साथ उनका सामना न किया जाए तो सारी योजनाओं पर पानी फिर सकता है। साहस व्यक्तिव का एक महत्वपूर्ण पहलू है। इसी से मनुष्य में निर्भयता एवं सहनशीलता जैसे अनमोल गुणों का संचार होता है। कामयाबी के लिए दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति सबसे पहला गुण है और उस गुण को नयी दिशा देने का काम करता है ‘साहस’। हर तरह के जोखिम एवं चुनौतियों से निबटने के लिए जरूरी है कि साहस एवं आत्मविसवास को अपना सहयोगी बनाया जाए। खुद में आत्म-रक्षा का जज्बा पैदा करके आप न सिर्फ खुद की राह आसान बनाते हैं बल्कि दूसरों के लिए प्रेरणास्त्रोत भी बनते है। कुछ तो जन्मजात साहसी प्रवृति के होते है, लेकिन बहुतेरों में यह गुण समय के साथ-साथ विकसित होता है। लोग अपने दैनिक जीवन में बदलाव लाएँ तथा इस दृष्टिकोण से कुछ उपायों को आज़माएँ भी।

अपनी प्रेरणास्त्रोत ढूंढें :- समाज में विपरीत परिस्थितियों से जूझकर सफल होने वाले व्यक्तियों की कोई कमी नहीं है। इनमें से किसी एक या एकाधिक व्यक्तियों को आप अपना प्रेरणास्त्रोत बना सकते है। ऐसा कोई इतिहास पुरूष हो सकता है या फिल्मों में इस तरह के कारनामा करने वाले व्यक्तित्व या अद्भूत काम करके खबरों में आने वाले लोग। इनके प्रेरणास्त्रोत कार्यों से आप अपने मनोबल को मजबूती प्रदान कर सकते है। आपकी यह प्रेरणा ही किसी भी तरह की चुनौतियों से सफलतापूर्वक जूझने में सहायता प्रदान करती हैं। जब भी किसी चुनौती से आपका सामना हो, तो ऐसे व्यक्तियों को ध्यान में रखकर सोचे कि ‘जब वे ऐसा कर सकते हैं, तो मैं क्यों नहीं?’ ऐसा करने से ही मन में आशावादी दृष्टिकोण बनता है और मंजिल की तरफ कदम बढ़ाना सहज हो पाता है।

आध्यात्मिक क्षमता विकसित करें :- मनोवैज्ञानिकों की राय में आध्यात्मिक क्षमता के विकास से मनुष्य के व्यक्तित्व में निखार आता है। आत्मविश्वास, निडरता, सहनशीलता और धैर्य जैसे गुणों में समृद्धी आती है। इसके लिए अपने अनुकूल योग एवं ध्यान का सहारा लें। सफल एवं महान व्यक्तियों की उक्तियों, कहावतों व पारंपरिक विश्वासों को सिरे से नजरअंदाज न करें। समुचित योग एवं ध्यान के लिए कुछ समय जरूर निकालें। प्रेरित करने वाले उक्तियों को अध्ययन कक्ष, शयनकक्ष व स्नानागार के दीवारों पर चिपका दें। ऐसा करने से आपकी नजर हमेशा इन पर पड़ेगी जो आपके लिए संजीवनी का काम करेगा।

Ans: Corrosion. The process of eating away of the metal by the action of atmospheric reagents changing the metal into its compound is called corrosion.

Rusting of Iron. When iron and iron objects are exposed to atmosphere, they are attacked by air and moisture (water) of the atmosphere and a brown and orange coloured layer is formed on the surface. It is called rust which is mainly hydrated iron (iii) oxide Fe₂O₃.xH₂O.

Harmful Effect of Rusting. Hydrated iron (iii) oxide is brittle substance and moves away from the surface thus the object is damaged. The objects get holes, cavities and rough surface.

Conditions necessary for rusting :

(i) Open surfaces of the metal. (ii) Presence of air (Oxygen).

(iii) Presence of moisture (water).

Ans. When food item are kept unprotected for some time, they give some unpleasant smell and taste and become rancid. This process is called rancidity. Actually, the micro organisms oxidise the fat and oils present in them. So oxidation of food items need to be prevented to protect them.

Common methods to Prevent Rancidity of Food item:

(i) Keeping the food at low temperature

(ii) Keeping food item in air tight containers

(iii) By filling nitrogen in the food storage bags.

योग्यता के अनुरूप ही महत्वाकांक्षा पाले :- अधिक विश्वास होना अथवा अति महत्वाकांक्षा पालना दोनों एक ही बातें हैं और इनका प्रभाव एक समान होता है। छात्रों को चाहिए कि वह अपनी योग्यता के अनुरूप ही पांव पसारे, सीधे या सरल शब्दों में कहें तो यह कि उन्हें अपने मौजूदा साधनों और सुविधाओं के अनुरूप प्रयास करने चाहिए। कई बार ऐसा होता है कि बहुत से छात्र उच्च पदों अथवा उन क्षेत्रों में जाने का प्रयास करते हैं जहां टिक पाना उनके लिए बहुत कठिन होता है क्योंकि इन पदों या क्षेत्रों में राष्ट्रीय स्तर के प्रतियोगी आते हैं जिनके प्रयास और साधन अव्वल दर्जे के होते हैं। ऐसे छात्रों के बीच उच्च महत्वाकांक्षा वाले छात्र केवल प्रयास ही करते रह जाते हैं और उनका कीमती समय उच्चे पदों को पाने की लालसा आधे- अधूरे प्रयासों में ही गुजर जाता है। मात्र महत्वाकांक्षा से ही नहीं बल्कि प्रयास करने से ही कुछ पाया जाता है। शिक्षा एवं रोजगार के क्षेत्र में वह पहले कुछ पा लें और उच्च पदों की ओर देखें तो राह आसान होगी।

जल्दीबाजी न दिखाएं:- जीवन में जल्दीबाजी या उतावलेपन का कोई महत्व नहीं है। छात्रों को तो अवश्य ही, कोई भी कदम बहुत सोच-समझकर बढ़ाना चाहिए। अतः छात्रों को चाहिए कि वह अपने लिए निर्धारित दिशा में प्रभावपूर्ण और स्थाई तरीके से आगे बढ़े। छात्र आरंभ से ही जैसी आदत डालेंगे, जीवन भर वह उसी राह का पालन कर सकेंगे, यह स्वाभाविक है।

सही निर्णय की आवश्यकता:- वैसे तो ज्यादातर विद्यार्थियों और युवाओं को उनके माता- पिता, बड़े भाई - बहन अभिभावक प्रारंभ में, हाई स्कूल, इंटरमीडिएट की परीक्षा के दौरान ही किसी विशेष दिशा में ले जाने का प्रयास करते हैं परंतु हमारे देश में अनगिनत छात्र ऐसे भी हैं जिनका कोई मार्गदर्शक नहीं होता है अर्थात जिनका उचित मार्गदर्शन नहीं हो पाता। ऐसे छात्रों को स्वयं ही अपने लिए लक्ष्य का चुनाव करना होता है और बगैर किसी के दिशा निर्देश के स्वयं ही सफलता के मार्ग पर आगे बढ़ना पड़ता है। हाई स्कूल या इंटरमीडिएट के छात्रों में इतनी परिपक्वता नहीं होती कि वह अपने लिए सही दिशा का निर्धारण कर सके। अपनी महत्वाकांक्षा और उपलब्ध संसाधनों के तर्ज पर एक लक्ष्य को निर्धारित कर उसकी ओर बढ़ सकें। परिणाम यह होता है कि बहुत से छात्र कई वर्ष एक दिशा में गुजारने के बाद पुन: नई दिशा की ओर चल पड़ते हैं। उनके लिए पहले के निर्णय पर किया गया व्यय और परिश्रम तो बेकार जाता ही है साथ ही बेशकीमती समय भी बेकार जाता है।

आत्मविश्वास से आगे बढ़े:- सर्वप्रथम छात्रों को किसी भी प्रतियोगिता में जाने से अपनी वास्तविक स्थिति का अपने सामने खुलासा कर लेना चाहिए। अति महत्वाकांक्षाओं, भविष्यमयी योजनाओं और मन - मस्तिष्क के बीच कोई भेद नहीं होना चाहिए। उनकी मानसिक स्थिति कैसी है, वह अपने लक्ष्य के प्रति कितने दृढ़ और आशावान है। यह बात एक खुली किताब की तरह उनके सामने होनी चाहिए। स्वयं के आत्मविश्वास का परीक्षण करने के लिए छात्र अपने मित्रों, सहपाठियों और सफल छात्रों से मेलजोल बढ़ाए।

इस सृष्टि में हमारे लेने के लिए इतना कुछ बिखरा हुआ है, ईतनी अनंत है ये सृष्टि कि हम जीवन भर पाते और समेटते रहे तो भी हमें लगेगा कि हमने तो अभी कुछ नहीं पाया। अभी तो ना जाने क्या-क्या शेष है, पाने के लिए। इसलिए कहा गया है कि यदि हम और कुछ ना ले, केवल “प्रेरणा” ही ले लें तो हमें जीव में बहुत कुछ मिल जाएगा--- दूसरे शब्दों में तब हम यह मान लें कि हमने बहुत कुछ पा लिया है।

अंतः प्रेरणा का महत्व समझ कर जब हम अपने चारों ओर कि सृष्टि, सारे जगत को देखते हैं तो हमें यहां भी बहुत कुछ प्रेरित करता है और हमें उससे भी बहुत कुछ ग्रहण करना पड़ता है। पहाड़ से गिरती जलधार से, फलों से लदे वृक्षों से हमें विनम्रता मिलती है; धरती की धूल और घास हमें सहनशीलता देती है। फूलों से मुस्कान, चिड़ियों से स्वतंत्रता आदि कितनी ही बातें मिलती है।

जैसा की आप सभी जानते है कि “समय” ही एक ऐसा चीज है जिसे ईश्वर ने हम सभी को बराबर दिया है। चाहे अमीर हो या गरीब सभी के लिए एक दिन में 24 घंटे होते है। परंतु इस 24 घंटे को कोई कैसे खर्च करता है, सफलता इस बात पर निर्भर करती हैं।

एक नेतृत्वकर्ता के लिए समय प्रबंधन सबसे ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण होता है। नेता हो या समान्य सहयोगी, बिना समय प्रबंधन के न तो वह अपने जीवन की गतिविधियों का संचालन ठीक से कर पाते हैं और न ही आवश्यक कार्य । कुछ भी हो, समय प्रबंधन एक कला है जिसमें सिद्धहस्त होना कोई कठिन काम नहीं है। समय प्रबंधन का मतलब यह नहीं होता है कि हम किसी लक्ष्य या गतिविधियों के लिए प्रतिदिन समय सारणी बनाएँ । यह हमेशा जीवन के प्राथमिकताओं के अनुसार तय होने चाहिए । इसके लिए कार्य या लक्ष्य को श्रेणियों में बाँट लें।

सबसे मुश्किल और लंबी अवधि वाले लक्ष्यों को “ए” कैटेगरी में रखें। “बी-कैटेगरी” में ऐसे कार्यों को रखें जो ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण न हों लेकिन इसको सामान्यत: पूरा कर लेना चाहिए। जैसे – बाजार से दैनिक उपभोग वाली वस्तुओं की ख़रीदारी के लिए जाना या पारिवारिक समारोह में जाना इत्यादी बातें इसमें शामिल होती हैं। इस तरह के कार्यों के लिए समय को लेकर ज्यादा स्वतन्त्रता होती है लेकिन इनको भी अंजाम देना जरूरी होता है।

एक अध्ययन के मुताबिक हर सफल व्यक्ति अपने समय का 60 प्रतिशत भाग “ए” और “बी” कैटेगरी कार्यो को संपादित करने के लिए प्रयोग करते हैं जबकि इसके मुक़ाबले दूसरे लोग ऐसे कार्यो के लिए 50 प्रतिशत ही अपने समय दे पाते हैं। साधारण शब्दों में यह कहा जा सकता है कि 10 प्रतिशत का यह अंतर ही उन्हें विजेता बना देता है। यह मानवीय प्रवृति है कि व्यक्ति मुश्किल कार्यों में से आसान कार्यों को करने में अपने को ज्यादा सहज पाता है। इसलिए ज़्यादातर लोग फोन पर किसी से गपशप या तीन – चार बार ई-मेल चेक करना या विज्ञापन पढ़ने जैसे “सी” कैटेगरी कार्यों से अपने दिन की शुरूआत करते है। हम में से ज़्यादातर लोगों का झुकाव “सी” कैटेगरी की गतिविधियों की तरफ अधिक होता है। उदाहरण के तौर पर टेलीफ़ोन पर अनावश्यक कॉल आपको बार – बार काम से भटकाते है। इसी प्रकार बिन बुलाए मेहमान या सेल्समैन भी आपके कार्यों में बाधा डालते हैं। सेल्समैन या दान मांगने वालों के लिए दरवाजे पर संबंधित निर्देश को चिपका देना चाहिए ।

अनुपयोगी या सरल कार्य अपनी तरफ ज्यादा ध्यान आकर्षित करते हैं। इसका परिणाम यह होता है कि हम इस पर ज्यादा समय व्यतीत कर देते हैं। ऐसे कार्य जो महत्वपूर्ण है उनपर अपना ध्यान केन्द्रित करके दिन की शुरूआत करना अच्छा होता है। जब हम “सी” कैटेगरी के कार्यों से छुटकारा पाते है तो हम अपने जीवन में ज्यादा से ज्यादा सुधार तथा विकास कर पाते हैं। समय-समय पर हमें ईमानदारी पूर्वक इस बात का भी मूल्यांकन करते रहना चाहिए कि किस तरह की गतिविधियों को अपने जीवन से पूरी तरह से निकलना है और किसे शामिल करना। अपने समय का 5 – 10 प्रतिशत भाग ही “सी” कैटेगरी के कार्यों पर व्यतीत करने के सिद्धांत को अपनाना चाहिए।

कार्य करने को प्राथमिकता दें अन्यथा लिस्ट बनाने का कोई मतलब नहीं रह जाएगा । कार्यो की सूची के साथ इसे निश्चित समय सीमा के अंदर अंजाम देने वाली सूची भी साथ रखें । यही एक तरीका है जिसके माध्यम से आप अपने समय का प्रयोग ज्यादा उत्पादक तरीके से कर सकते हैं। इस तरह से व्यस्थित होकर आप 24 घंटे में अतिरिक्त समय की बचत कर सकते है। इस अतिरिक्त समय में आप उन कार्यों को कर पाते हैं जिसको करने के लिए आप हमेशा समय की कमी का रोना रोते थे। इस तरह से तय है कि आप ज्यादा आनंद का अनुभव कर सकते है।

Yes, guys, rightly said I have the biggest fault in life that once the time came out of hand then it will never come back. If you want to succeed, then the first task is to manage your time. If you use your time correctly, surely you will get success. So let's know how to manage time.

Time management is the most important for a leader. Whether a leader or a common aide, without time management, he or she can not do the activities of his life properly, nor do the necessary work. Whatever time management is, time management is an art, in which it is not hard work to be perfected. Time management does not mean that we create daily schedules for any goals or activities. It should always be fixed in accordance with the priorities of life. For this, divide the work or the target into categories.

Unused or simple tasks attract more attention to themselves. The result is that we spend too much time on this. It is a good idea to start the day by focusing on such activities which are important. When we get rid of the functions of "C" category, we can improve and develop as much as we can in our lives. From time to time, we should be honestly evaluating what kind of activities have to come out of our life completely and who is involved. 5 to 10 percent of its time should adopt the principle of spending on the functions of "C" category.

Time management

Gossiping on the phone attracts the people most. Due to availability of mobile phones at the present time, people can be seen sticking to it. Whether you are walking in the morning or other activities, stick on the mobile so much as the world is running from talking to them or else all the system will get bogged down.

Until it is not necessary, do not spend your time without doing anything for the purpose. People really say that time is money, but one of the main differences in time spent and money is that interest can be earned by keeping money in the bank but the same time is spent only, it can not be stored. The best way to maximize time is to write down the works while classifying them. This helps in preventing unnecessary work from being included. Also, your move will move in the right direction.

Prefer to work or else there will be no point in making the list. Together with the list of tasks, keep it along with the list of executioners within the time limit. परीक्षा देना भी एक कला है।

जब लोग आपको वर्तमान में जीने का सुझाव देते है तो अक्सर आपके लिए ऐसा करना कठिन होता है। इसके अपने कारण भी हैं, कई लोगों का वर्तमान ऐसा होता है कि वे उसे भूलकर भविष्य की सुखद कल्पना कर खुश होना चाहते हैं। वही कुछ लोग भविष्य की अनिश्चितता से डरकर उसके बारे में सोचना ही नहीं चाहते और कुछ का अतीत बुरी यादों से भरा होता है । ऐसे में क्या किया जाए?

एक तरीका यह है कि वर्तमान की कठिनाइयों से परेशान होने की बजाय हर तरह के संभावित अच्छे बुरे परिणामों के बारे में पहले से ही कल्पना करके देखें । खुद से पूछे कि प्रतिकूल परिस्थिति में भी क्या हो सकता है? अब जब आप ऐसा सोच चुके है तो दिमाग लगाएं कि इस स्थिति को सुधारने के लिए क्या किया जा सकता है? जो कुछ भी दिमाग में आए, उसे लिख लें। इस तरह से अगर कुछ बुरा होता भी है तो उससे निपटने के लिए आप मानसिक रूप से पहले से ही तैयार होंगे।

नकारात्मक सोच सबसे पहला शत्रु है। और सबसे पहले इसी पर विजय प्राप्त करनी होगी। कार्य को करते हुए हमेशा खुद से पुछते रहें कि आप किस पर भरोसा कर सकते है। साथ ही यह भी पूछें कि कार्य के दौरान क्या सही हो सकता है और क्या गलत? ऐसा करने के बाद सोचें कि अगर कुछ गड़बड़ हो भी गई तो उसे सुधारने के लिए क्या करेंगे? इन प्रश्नों के उत्तर खोजे तथा इनके आधार पर समस्याओं का हल खोजते हुए समय का उचित प्रबंधन भी करें।

लेखक लिन लाईवली ने लिखा है, “जब काम को टालने की प्रवृति पर विजय प्राप्त कर लेते है तो जीवन रूचिकर हो जाता है, क्योंकि आप सारे कार्यों को समाप्त कर आगे बढ़ जाते हैं। लेकिन अगर काम को कल के लिए टाल देते हैं तो केवल कार्य ही नहीं उससे जुड़ी चिंताएँ भी उस कल तक आपके सिर पर मंडराती रहती हैं। इसलिए कदम बढ़ाइए और नई ऊचाईयों को तलाश कीजिए। याद रखें, अभी नहीं तो कभी नहीं। आज के लिए लिए गए निर्णय ही निर्धारित करते है कि कल आप क्या बनेगे। केवल आप ही बता सकते है कि आपके लिए क्या महत्वपूर्ण है। एक बार यह तय करने के पश्चात पूरे समर्पण से इसके लिए मेहनत करें। ऐसा करने से संभावनाओं के अकल्पनीय द्वार खुल सकते है।

भूमंडलीकरण के दौर ने एक नए मौसम को चुपके से हमारे जीवन – जगत में प्रवेश करा दिया है जिसे हम पहचानने से इंकार भले करें – स्वीकार जरूर कर रहे है। पहचान से इंकार और स्वीकार को अंगीकार का यह अद्भूत संयोग है। हमारा मानना है की भूमंडलीकरण ने कैरियर के लिए जिस तरह के मायाजाल का सृजन किया है उसे सही तरीके से पहचानने की जरूरत है। भ्रम और भ्रांति के कारण इस नए अजस्त्र संभावनाओं वाले अवसर को हम समझ ही नहीं पाते। पारंपरिक तौर तरीके के कैरियर लगातार छीनते और सिकुड़ते जा रहे हैं तो कैरियर के नए अकल्पनीय क्षेत्र अस्तित्व में भी आए है। इन नए क्षेत्रों में ग्लैमर है, काम का सुकून है, निरंतर आगे बढ़ने के असंख्य अवसर हैं और है असीमित आय। बदलता युग एक जगह बैठकर स्थायी नौकरी करने का नहीं – नित्य नयी संभावनाओं को टटोलने और आय के स्त्रोत ढूंढने का है। इसकी सही नब्ज पहचान जाने वाले ऐसा कर भी रहे है। इसके उदाहरण मात्रात्मक रूप से कम भले दिख रहे हों पर आने वाला समय इन्हीं का है।

परीक्षा की तिथि घोषित होते ही एक मानसिक तनाव और मनोवैज्ञानिक दबाव अमूमन सभी छात्र – छात्राएँ महसूस करते हैं । यह अस्वाभाविक भी नहीं है । सच तो यह है की परीक्षा को लेकर तनाव, दबाव या भय के सकारात्मक पहलू भी है । वास्तव में यही तनाव या भय आम छात्र – छात्राओं के लिए एक प्रेरणा स्त्रोत बन जाते है, जो उन्हे अन्य कार्यकलापों जैसे टी॰वी॰ सीरियल, खेल कूद, गप्पबाजी आदि को दूर रखकर धीरे –धीरे पठन – पाठन में संलग्न होने के लिए बाध्य करता है। समस्या वैसे छात्र – छात्राओं को लेकर है जिनमें परीक्षा का भय एक भूत की तरह सवार होकर उन्हें मानसिक तथा शारीरिक रूप से इतना अस्वस्थ कर देता है जो न सिर्फ उनके लिए वरन उनके परिवार के लिए भी एक गंभीर चिंता का कारण बन जाता है।

ऐसे कई उदाहरण मिलते हैं, जब परीक्षा के ठीक पहले परीक्षार्थी रोना-धोना तथा परीक्षा छोड़ देने की बात करने लगते हैं । अपने माता – पिता तथा परिवार को विचलित एवं तनावग्रस्त कर देते हैं। बहुत मिन्नते एवं समझाने पर जब वे परीक्षा में शामिल होते हैं, तो कई बार अव्वल नंबरों से पास भी होते हैं और तब महसूस करते हैं कि नाहक अपने को और अपने परिवार वालों को परेशान कर रहे थे। आखिर परीक्षा के प्रति यह असामान्य भय किन कारणों से उत्पन्न होते है? विचार करने पर कुछ कारक तत्व तो सहज ही स्पस्ट होते है –

माता-पिता व परिवारवालों की अवास्तविकअपेक्षाएँ :-

तेजी से बदलते सामाजिक परिवेश में, विशेषकर ‘ग्लोबलाइज़ेशन’ के प्रभाव स्वरूप माता-पिता तथा परिवार वाले छात्र-छात्रों से अत्यधिक और कभी-कभी अस्वाभाविक अपेक्षाएँ रखने लगे हैं। उनसे यह अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे 90 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त करें। चाहे उनकी रूचि साहित्य और कविताओं में क्यों न हो, उन्हें विज्ञान और गणित में सर्वाधिक अंक प्राप्त करने ‘ इंजीनियरिंग’ या ‘मेडिकल’ में किसी भी प्रकार प्रवेश पाने के लिए बाध्य किया जाता है। मानों अगर ऐसा नहीं हुआ, तो उनका जीवन ही खत्म हो जाएगा। इस प्रकार कभी – कभी परिवारवालों की अत्यधिक अपेक्षाएँ भी छात्र – छात्रों को मन – मस्तिष्क को परीक्षा से भयभीत करने लगता है ।

अध्ययन की पूर्व योजना एवं समय - सारिणी का अभाव :-

कुछ छात्र – छात्राएँ उचित दिशा निर्देश एवं प्रशिक्षण के अभाव में परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए अध्ययन की पूर्व योजना एवं समय सारिणी को सुनिश्चित नहीं कर पाते । परीक्षा में कितने दिन बाकी है एवं तदनुसार कितने दिनों में किस पत्र को पूर्ण करना है, प्रतिदिन किस समय से किस समय तक अध्ययन एवं कितना समय अन्य कार्यों के लिए खर्च करना है। इसे सही ढंग से सुनियोजित न करने के कारण कई छात्र – छात्राएँ अधिक समय और शक्ति व्यय करके भी अपनी पढ़ाई परीक्षा की तिथि तक न तो पूर्ण कर पाते है और न ही संतोषपूर्ण नियंत्रण हासिल कर पाते है । फलत: परीक्षा की तिथि निकट आने पर वे अत्यंत विचलित एवं भयभीत हो जाते है । सवाल यह है कि परीक्षा के इस भूत को आखिर भगाया कैसे जा सकता है। इतना तो स्पस्ट है कि माता-पिता व परिवार की अहम भूमिका है। उन्हें अपने बच्चों पर अत्यधिक एवं अवास्तविक अपेक्षाओं का बोझ नहीं डालना चाहिए ।

शिक्षक :-

परीक्षा की तैयारी तथा उसके प्रति छात्र – छात्रों को प्रेरित करने के उद्देश्य से स्कूल / कॉलेज के शिक्षको द्वारा जो निर्देश और वक्तव्य दिये जाते हैं कभी-कभी यह भी उनमें भय उत्पन्न कर देता है। यद्यपि शिक्षकों का उद्देश्य उन्हें प्रेरित और उत्साहित करना होता है। कुछ शिक्षक अपने वक्तव्यों और निर्देशों में संतुलन नहीं रख पाते और अनजाने में ही छत्रों को परीक्षा के पूर्व ही हतोत्साहित और भयभीत कर देते है

नियमित पढ़ाई के लिए प्रेरित एवं उत्साहित करना तो ठीक है, परंतु अभिभावकों को यह भी समझना चाहिए की आज के इस बदलते दौर में यह कतई आवाश्यक नहीं कि उनका बच्चा कोई डॉक्टर, इंजीनियर या अफसर ही बने। आज नौकरी या पेशे के इतने ढेर सारे क्षेत्र सामने आ गए है कि अपनी अभिरूची और योग्यता के अनुरूप किसी भी उपयुक्त क्षेत्र में जा कर नाम और पैसा कमा सकते है। उन्हें अपने बच्चों की अभिरूचि और विशिष्ट योग्यताओं को पहचान कर, उसी के अनुरूप बच्चों को प्रशिक्षित एवं उत्साहित करना चाहिए।

शिक्षकों की भूमिका भी महत्वपूर्ण है। परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए छात्र – छात्राओं को प्रेरित करना उचित है और आवश्यक भी। परंतु इस संबंध में निर्देश देते समय उन्हें इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि उनकी किसी बातों से परीक्षार्थीओं में कोई अनावश्यक भय या निराशा उतप्पन न हो । उचित तो यह है कि वे अपने विद्यार्थियों को अध्ययन की पूर्व योजना एवं समय सारिणी तैयार करने का प्रशिक्षण दें तथा उस पर अमल करने की प्रेरणा दें। परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए जो छात्र – छात्राएं अध्ययन की पूर्व योजना एवं समय – सारिणी निर्धारित कर पूरे मन से उसका अमल करते है, परीक्षा के भय का भूत उनके पास कभी नहीं फटकता । हां इतना तो अवश्य है कि आने वाले जीवन में सफलताओं एवं सुखों की ऊँचाइयों को छूने के लिए आज त्याग और श्रम तो करना ही पड़ेगा ।

जब काम करने का मन न हो और काम करना ही पड़े ऐसी परिस्थितियाँ कभी न कभी सबके सामने आती ही है। ऐसे वक़्त में चूँकि काम करने का मन नहीं होता है तो एक खतरा यह भी होता है की काम गलत हो सकता है ।

1. A person should always remember that taking a test is also an art and the person who learns this art is sure to succeed. The curriculum of examinations is highly elaborate. The same person can be successful in examinations, which is a habit of writing clearly and understanding the questions correctly. Whenever a candidate goes to take the exam, then he has to write the biggest problem.

2. After examination, the examiner himself does not appear before the tester and the copy written by him represents him. The copy written by the examinee itself demonstrates his personality. In this situation, it becomes necessary that the examinee's personality is effectively in front of the examiner (equivalents), it is necessary for the examinee to pay attention to certain things. For the performance of an influential person, the examinee should first focus on his writing.

3. The pace of our writing should be sharp, but it should be clean and beautiful along with it. For this, the examinee should practice at least one hour daily. It is very important in the examinations that all questions can be answered within the prescribed time limit. The practitioner should continue to practice writing for as long as it is not fully self-reliant in it.

4. If someone has a bad handwriting, he should always keep in mind that the pen does not drag and move. First try to write gradually, then gradually increase the speed. Raise the pen and learn how to write. Our pen should be such that it runs fast and does not interfere in the middle.

Do not ever write unnecessary things while doing a Q & A as I did but I could not answer because of the problem, please increase the marks or my pen was stopped due to which I could not quiz, etc. All these sentences are of no avail. And the testers do not pay any attention to these things.

10. As much as a few students are confident, they start thinking about the question papers that they will solve the whole question. But this does not happen, it has often been seen with such students that the questionnaire is asking questions and they are writing the answers something else. Just answer the questions you have answered, the answer is well.

11. It should not be that the sequences of the answers seem to be staggering. Write a series of questions and answer the questions and use the subtitles as much as possible. 1. अगर हमारे आसपास के लोग फालतू का काम कर रहे हैं तो यह जरूरी नहीं की हम भी उस काम को करने लगे। यह मौका तो हमारे लिए ऐसा होता है जब हम खूद को दूसरों से अलग साबित कर सकते हैं। केवल दूसरों को देखकर उनकी नकल करना और उनकी तर्ज पर निर्णय लेना समझदारी नहीं। इसलिए काम शुरू करने से पहले उसके बारे में अच्छी तरह सोच – विचार कर लेना चाहिए।

2. यदि कोई काम करने में हमारा अन्तर्मन गवाही न दे तो उसे तुरंत छोड़ देना चाहिए। यह सोचकर की सभी लोग वह काम कर रहे हैं उसमें लगे रहना बेवकुफी है। भीड़ के साथ चलने में तब नुकसान ही होता है जब पूरी भीड़ गलत राह पर चल रही हो।

3. हमें सबसे अलग – थलग रहने के बजाय एकजुट होकर काम करना चाहिए ताकि टीम भावना बनी रहे। इसका मतलब ये भी नहीं की हम अपनी सोच और काम पर भीड़ की मानसिकता हावीं होने दें।

4. हम सभी में कोई न कोई बात ऐसी होती है जो हमें औरों से अलग करती है। हमें वही पहलू ढूंढ़ कर उसे निखारना चाहिए। हर एक का अपना व्यक्तित्व होता है जिसे वह भीड़ से अलग होकर ही विकसित कर सकता है।

1.हमारी ज़िंदगी में सबसे ज्यादा अहमियत परिवार की होती हैं। हमारा परिवार ही हमारे अंदर सामाजिक मूल्यों का विकास करता हैं और जीवन की पहली पाठशाला भी तो परिवार ही होता हैं।

2.हमें अच्छा इंसान और देश के प्रति ईमानदार नागरिक बनाने में भी परिवार का ही योगदान होता है । हमारे अच्छे और बुरे समय में सबसे पहले अगर कोई हमारी सहायता के लिए पहुचता है तो वह भी हमारे परिवार के सदस्य होते हैं ।

3.बजाए यह सोचने के लिए हम परिवार से है या परिवार हम से है, सोचना यह चाहिए के हम परिवार की खुशी के लिए क्या करते है और हर तकलीफ सहते हैं ताकि अपने परिवार को हर खुशी दे सके।

4.अपने परिवार के लिए कोशिश करनी चाहिए के हम उन्हें भी समय दें। परिवार के लिए अपना प्यार और जो तकलीफ़े सही हों उसका एहसास उन्हे एहसास जताकर नहीं उनके प्रति अपना प्यार दिखाकर करना चाहिए ।
