Há muito tempo estou querendo escrever algo sobre a forma Comando e Controle de gerenciar pessoas, principalmente pessoas que precisam usar sua criatividade para desenvolver um bom trabalho.



Como gosto de deixar claro, podem haver ambientes em que o comando e controle seja adequado. Felizmente não conheço estes ambientes na

Na verdade, é complicado ver como escrever um código que testa um método de uma classe sem antes escrever a classe. Mas com o tempo nos acostumamos e chega a virar um vício.

Seguindo a linha de apresentar praticamente o uso das metodologias ágeis unidas a modelos de maturidade, o Leandro Ângelo demonstrou como a agilidade está sendo aplicada na Ci&amp;amp;T. Informando que a empresa foi a primeira a atingir o nível 5 de maturidade no Brasil, explicou como a agilidade e o CMMI estão sendo conciliados.

Foi muito pertinente a inciativa da organização do Maré de Agilidade de colocar um Product Owner (PO) para apresentar o Scrum sob este ponto de vista. E a escolha, definitivamente, foi acertada. Com experiência em uma gigante da Internet, o Yahoo, Pedro Valente apresentou muito bem as necessidades e as responsabilidades de um PO.

O primeiro ponto importante é que o time precisa estar no mesmo

Carlos Barbieri começou com uma pequena história sobre o mps.br, principalmente em Minas Gerais, onde atua como implementador e avaliador. Comentando sobre os niveis de maturidade do modelo, informou como as empresas estão se adequando, não existindo alguma que tenha escalado do nível G para o A.
