While it might look like the walk home after a night with He, let He assure you that this wasn't the case.

They can be flattering, but if you're not careful, they can also be harmful to your health. Doctors say you have to be careful and really weigh the price of looking good, to the price of good health. If they're too tight, they can cause nerve damage. Dr. Karen Boyle with GBMC says, "This disorder is called meralgia paresthetica and it's a disorder that occurs when one of the nerves that runs in the outer part of a thigh gets compressed. The pressure on it causes symptoms of tingling, numbness and pain in the outer part of the thigh."

Dr. Boyle says, "When you wear high heels the axis of your pelvis changes and what happens is your pelvis tilts and your buttocks kind of kick out a little bit and your legs are longer looking. This is why women like to wear stilettos. But because the pelvis tilts some, it further accentuates the pressure that's caused on those nerves. It can make the symptoms worse."

Tell that to hipsters around the world. You think its bad for chicks to wear jeans too tight, how about all the guy out there walking around with jeans tighter then their girlfriends. The upper part of your arm is not listed as one of He's attractive female body parts, sure an upper arm bangle is a good thing but upper arm cut outs are gross. Not He Approved.

From the short time He has come to virtually know Alison, she seems to be getting her picture taken a whole lot more than anyone else He has met.Can't hate, pictures look good, she looks good, He get's to stalk the pics, win win for everyone.Great legs, awesome style, the gap, super high heels, and "a huge vintage clothing collection." Alison has everything a girl would need to be a HottHe of the Week, Yes Please.

How would you describe your style? My style is eclectic, vintage mixed with high end. I love taking pieces from Value Village and cutting them up - little boys' sweaters, cutting the lining out of lace dresses so they are sheer - but I spend on shoes (die for Louboutins) and bags (a Chanel is needed). I also think I have the largest onesie collection in North America, no joke. I have about 300.

Favorite item you own? Impossible to answer, I never wear the same thing twice. I guess it's my beloved cream backless dress in many photos - $6 of heaven.

Who are your favorite designers? I am inspired so much by local talent - for example, Amanda Lew Kee is so innovative and I love how she can use black in a way I've never seen done. In terms of attainable designers, I love Wildfox and Unif - There is also a line called To Dye For Denim - denim shorts in every color/pattern/studded/tie dyed you can imagine - that's really hot. But my dream of dreams favorite designer ever? McQueen.

HottHe of the Week...Amanda and Jill

You might remember Amanda from No Bra Thursdays, quick comment before we continue with this post, the reason you see so many HottHe's on No Bra Thursdays is probably due to one thing: confidence. These girls have the confidence to leave the bra at home, and the confidence enough to catch He's attention for a HottHe feature. But a duo blog this morning, two friends Amanda and Jill, from Cali, just blogging one awesome outfit after the next. No doubt two HottHe's are better then one.

How would you describe your style?
Amanda: I honestly get up in the morning and dress however I'm feeling. It's hard to properly articulate and there's no real rhyme or reason to it, but it works. A lot of the time I'm feeling like a cowgirl, sporting ankle boots, and not wearing a bra.
Jill: It's hard to throw me into one particular category because one day I could be sporting a hippie-dippy look and the next be feeling a little grunge. I think overall I identify with the west coast, California style- a little less polished and a little more unkempt and laid back. I can say this for certain- I am definitely not a colorful person and I definitely love everything high waisted.

Favorite item you own?
Amanda: It changes all the time. But if you held a gun to my head and forced me to choose it would probably be my Isabel Marant Zoras.

Jill: I have been having a love affair with my Sam Edelman Louie boots for quite some time now. Always a sucker for a solid pair of ankle boots.

Who are your favorite designers?
Amanda: I tend to gravitate towards loving particular pieces rather than loving the bulk of someone's work, but I do have soft spot for most things Isabel Marant and Céline.

Jill: Like Amanda I usually love particular pieces from various designers. However, if that same gun happened to be pointed to my head I would definitely say Alexander Wang and Isabel Marant.

Going to a Wedding...Try and Look Good!

Fashion by He is on facebook and from time to time looks at peoples pictures they post. Recently He has been seeing a lot of people at weddings posting pictures. What He has trouble understanding is how or why such goodlooking people can pick such hideous dresses to wear. He isn't talking about the bride or the bridesmaids, but regular people attending. Doesn't everyone like getting dressed up for events? Not every day you get to be all done up and get wasted, dance and have a good time, why would you allow yourself to do so and look so terrible. Of course we live in a day in age, when everything is uploaded online, but are girls today blind when it comes to picking out dresses for nice events? Some of the outfits He has seen recently have been terrible...REMINDER...He is always available to help you decide if a dress is a go or no go. He is available to help for any outfit really, but some of these event dresses He has seen lately are just pathetic.

Fashion by He Wedding Tips:
1) LBD: Sometimes staying with a simple black dress is the way to go...while prints and colors might seem like a good idea, if the event is at night, 90% of the time go with the black dress, better to blend in that stick out and look gross.
2) Body: If you have a body show it, not in the show the skin, but wear something that shows off your shape. Wearing something form fitting will make your date that much happier you dragged him to the event. Crazy wild patterns, bright colors, weird cuts, and outrageous dresses are not necessary.
3) Heels: This should be a given but apparently not, high heels are always required, and no your 3" heel isn't a high heel, He doesn't care how you try and spin it.
