4 o 5 filetes de aguja de cerdo
200 ml. de crema de leche
100 gr. de queso rallado tipo parmesano

2 cuartos ó ½ pollo
1 cebolla
2 patatas

Ingredientes para preparar Tortilla de Patatas (microondas).

Patatas 3/4 kg.
Huevos 5
Orégano A gusto
Pimienta A gusto
Sal A gusto
Cebollas Picada 1
Ajos Picado 1 diente
Pimientos Picados 1/2
Queso Rallado 2 cdas.

Preparacion:

Pelar y cortar las patatas en cubos chicos. Lavarlas muy bien y disponerlas en un bol junto con la cebolla, el ajo y el pimiento.

Por cada kilo de fruta pelada y deshuesada, poner 3/4 kl de azúcar y de zumo de limón. La fruta con el zumo de limón, se pone a cocer en el microondas , durante 5 minutos a la máxima potencia (780W) para que la fruta se ablande. Añadir el azúcar, mover bien y poner 14 minutos a igual
