I, , as authorized signatory, on behalf of do hereby declare under penalty of law that I have requested of you and your organization, Wealth Now System (Faith & Prosperity LLC), AND Associates, specific confidential information and documentation on behalf of myself regarding currently available Private Placement Programs to serve only my interest, education, and not for further distribution.

Further; I request of your organization, referral services wherein I will be given the opportunity to review the said programs and or any other available programs or opportunities as may be available and make a decision as to whether or not I wish to participate.

I hereby attest under penalty of law that all information received herein is in direct response to my own request, and is not in any way considered or intended to be a solicitation of any sort, or any type of offering and is for my general knowledge only. I hereby affirm under penalty of law, that I indeed made this request for information on my own accord and furthermore affirm I have not been solicited in any way whatsoever.

I further attest that I was not solicited by you or any agent representing your organization, or by anyone in any association with your organization and that the only fee that is required is a onetime non-refundable $1500.00 USD which is tendered to be a member of our Wealth Now System private investment club and be notified of any current and future unique and private investments that we deem a sound investment. No other fees or dues will be required in this club. You will not be required to invest in any of the offerings if you decide not to do so. These investment opportunities will be solely your decision based upon the information written and orally provided by the club.

I also attest that I understand that this is joining a club and the onetime fee is not contingent or connected to any successes or failures the club has in its investment opportunities. Once this agreement is consummated and fee paid, I understand that it is non-reversible or non- revocable for any reason without consent of Faith & Prosperity LLC in writing. This club membership, however, can be resold to others with permission from Faith & Prosperity LLC. It is further acknowledged that if I use a credit/debit card to pay for this club fee or any of the investments I deem to engage in, that I will not and cannot chargeback through my credit card company any transactions associated with these investments and club fee. Attempting to do so, even when fiduciary contracted not to be able to, will result in immediate termination of my membership and will be held responsible for all lawsuits and attorneys fees costs Faith & Prosperity LLC may have in order to collect the chargeback initiated.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that the contemplated transaction is strictly of private placement and is in no way relying on or related to the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or related regulations and does not involve the purchase or sale of securities, other than as provided to me via a licensed and regulated entity; I further confirm that there has not been any offer to buy or sell securities and recognize that this is not intended to be an offer to buy or sell securities.

I hereby declare that you have disclosed that your organization, your intermediaries, successors or assigns are not a licensed Securities Broker or Broker Dealer, Attorney, Certified Public Accountant or Financial Planner, and that I have requested of you a referral to a licensed entity, or other entity of which I will decide whether or not that entity is capable of transacting business on my behalf.. I further state that the specific confidential information requested as set forth herein is for my private use and will not be divulged to anyone else. The Parties agree to abide by the I.C.C. rules on non-circumvention regarding this agreement.

I hereby warrant and attest that I shall enter into an investment program solely based on my own consideration and knowledge as an accredited Investor, and that I shall forever hold harmless your entity, successors, intermediaries, and or assigns whom are now, or shall become related to this transaction, should I in fact enter into a program which I become dissatisfied with at any time whatsoever for any purpose whatsoever. I further attest and warrant that I understand your organization and intermediaries thereof will rely solely on my expertise and knowledge as an credited investor as to whether an opportunity presented to me is viable and should be entered into.

I further attest that I have freely requested from your organization specific confidential information without inducement or duress. I further warrant and attest that I understand that your entity, agents, assigns, intermediaries, or successors who are now, or may be associated with this transaction will in no way receive any consultant’s fee of any kind whatsoever until such a time as I have received a profit distribution from an investment of which I have entered into as set forth herein. This does not relate however to isolated instances to where accounting fees may be applied for keeping records on specific investments that are necessary.

I hereby warrant and attest that any and all joint venture documents, consulting agreements, or any other fee based contracts shall by my signature to such, thereby incorporate this document in its entirety.

This information request is for my own purposes and not for further distribution. I hereby affirm that I have exclusively requested this specific information from you as agent, and your organization for my own choice and free will. This Letter of Intent shall remain exclusive and in full force and effect unless cancelled in writing by me. Such cancellation shall grant a five international banking day grace period and, prior to any such cancellation of this Letter of Intent. Cancellation will not entitle me to receive any of the membership fee or investment liabilities back but only stop further investment opportunities from being distributed to me.

It is agreed and understood that upon affixing my signature below, I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this document in its entirety for the duration of this transaction and that a facsimile copy of this Letter of Intent, Request for Information and Non-solicitation, or any other associated documents to this transaction carries the full force and effect as a hand delivered original, provided that the facsimile transmission copy bears the sending party’s transmitting terminal identifier and the date and time of the transmission. Notwithstanding, upon request by the recipient the original will be delivered without delay by courier.
