The latest episode of Naruto Shippuden has been released already and for me, it has the catchiest lovely lines ever. The episode is mainly about a lady from a village who locked her heart away because his husband died. Naruto change the entire village’s concept and the ladies heart. Just want to share the cheesy and lovely lines.

Tokiwa: She is actually very kind-hearted.

Shizuka: I want to stay like this forever

Sagiri: Then let's do so

Shizuka: But...

Sagiri: I know you position but to be able to pick a husband only through battling is ridiculous.

Shizuka: Sagiri.

Sagiri: I am a tradesman who has been granted entry into the village. I'm not strong, but I love you more than anything. I want you to be happy. That's why I will do everything in my power to change the village's law some day. I swear it.

Tokiwa: From that day on, Lady Shizuka locked away her heart. She stopped loving, so that she would never lose someone she loves. She only thought of fulfilling her duty, seeking and challenging those who are strong. It's like she was punishing herself.

Shizuka: Why did you save me?

Naruto: I’ve had just about enough with everybody!

Shizuka: I didn’t mean that! You had a chance to defeat me!

Naruto: And would you have been satisfied if I did? Just because it’s “your destiny,” you locked away your heart to look for a husband. Isn’t that silly? I mean, I don’t know anything about marriage and stuff, but don’t you have to love someone and be attracted to each other?

Shizuka: That’s…

Naruto: I have a girl I love name Sakura. Well actually, it’s one-sided on my part. Sakura is totally in love with a guy named Sasuke. She tries so hard, chasing after him and trying to win his love. When she’s at it, her smile is the cutest thing. There’s no explaining it. Before I realized it, I was in love with her. I would never try to force her to love me. I’d be no different from that guy just now if I did. So I made up my mind. In the same way that Sakura tries so hard to win Sasuke over, I’m going to do my best to win Sakura over.

Shizuka: But my destiny…

Naruto: That’s not destiny! It’s just a rule that the village made up.

Captain Yamato: We’ll set sail soon.

Naruto: I’ll be right there. Take care of yourself Shizuka.

Shizuka: When you mission is over… When you return to your village, will you tell that person you love her?

Naruto: No, I don’t have the ability to do that yet. For now anyway, I’ll just keep watching over her.

Shizuka: Are you satisfied with that?

Naruto: Sure, nothing would make me happier if she chooses me someday. But it’s okay. As long as Sakura is happy, that’s what counts.

Jiraiya: Unfortunately, I’ve already given my heart to a woman. Although it’s one-sided on my part.

Tokiwa: One-side love? Someone like you?

Jiraiya: She’s lost the people she loves, one after another. So mow she rejects love. I’ve sworn to watch over her and bear the weight of her future on my shoulders.

Tokiwa: Even when there’s no reward for you?

Jiraiya: As if I care about such a little thing! I’m going to surround her with love and pray for her happiness!

Tokiwa: I understand! Let us consider this duel a draw for now.

'You've got to find what you love,' Jobs saysThis is a prepared text of the Commencement address delivered by Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple Computer and of Pixar Animation Studios, on June 12, 2005.Video of the Commencement address.I am honored to be with you today at your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. I never graduated from college. Truth be told, this is the closest I've ever gotten to a college graduation. Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That's it. No big deal. Just three stories.The first story is about connecting the dots.I dropped out of Reed College after the first 6 months, but then stayed around as a drop-in for another 18 months or so before I really quit. So why did I drop out?It started before I was born. My biological mother was a young, unwed college graduate student, and she decided to put me up for adoption. She felt very strongly that I should be adopted by college graduates, so everything was all set for me to be adopted at birth by a lawyer and his wife. Except that when I popped out they decided at the last minute that they really wanted a girl. So my parents, who were on a waiting list, got a call in the middle of the night asking: "We have an unexpected baby boy; do you want him?" They said: "Of course." My biological mother later found out that my mother had never graduated from college and that my father had never graduated from high school. She refused to sign the final adoption papers. She only relented a few months later when my parents promised that I would someday go to college.And 17 years later I did go to college. But I naively chose a college that was almost as expensive as Stanford, and all of my working-class parents' savings were being spent on my college tuition. After six months, I couldn't see the value in it. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and no idea how college was going to help me figure it out. And here I was spending all of the money my parents had saved their entire life. So I decided to drop out and trust that it would all work out OK. It was pretty scary at the time, but looking back it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The minute I dropped out I could stop taking the required classes that didn't interest me, and begin dropping in on the ones that looked interesting.It wasn't all romantic. I didn't have a dorm room, so I slept on the floor in friends' rooms, I returned coke bottles for the 5¢ deposits to buy food with, and I would walk the 7 miles across town every Sunday night to get one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna temple. I loved it. And much of what I stumbled into by following my curiosity and intuition turned out to be priceless later on. Let me give you one example:Reed College at that time offered perhaps the best calligraphy instruction in the country. Throughout the campus every poster, every label on every drawer, was beautifully hand calligraphed. Because I had dropped out and didn't have to take the normal classes, I decided to take a calligraphy class to learn how to do this. I learned about serif and san serif typefaces, about varying the amount of space between different letter combinations, about what makes great typography great. It was beautiful, historical, artistically subtle in a way that science can't capture, and I found it fascinating.None of this had even a hope of any practical application in my life. But ten years later, when we were designing the first Macintosh computer, it all came back to me. And we designed it all into the Mac. It was the first computer with beautiful typography. If I had never dropped in on that single course in college, the Mac would have never had multiple typefaces or proportionally spaced fonts. And since Windows just copied the Mac, it's likely that no personal computer would have them. If I had never dropped out, I would have never dropped in on this calligraphy class, and personal computers might not have the wonderful typography that they do. Of course it was impossible to connect the dots looking forward when I was in college. But it was very, very clear looking backwards ten years later.Again, you can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.My second story is about love and loss.I was lucky — I found what I loved to do early in life. Woz and I started Apple in my parents garage when I was 20. We worked hard, and in 10 years Apple had grown from just the two of us in a garage into a $2 billion company with over 4000 employees. We had just released our finest creation — the Macintosh — a year earlier, and I had just turned 30. And then I got fired. How can you get fired from a company you started? Well, as Apple grew we hired someone who I thought was very talented to run the company with me, and for the first year or so things went well. But then our visions of the future began to diverge and eventually we had a falling out. When we did, our Board of Directors sided with him. So at 30 I was out. And very publicly out. What had been the focus of my entire adult life was gone, and it was devastating.I really didn't know what to do for a few months. I felt that I had let the previous generation of entrepreneurs down - that I had dropped the baton as it was being passed to me. I met with David Packard and Bob Noyce and tried to apologize for screwing up so badly. I was a very public failure, and I even thought about running away from the valley. But something slowly began to dawn on me — I still loved what I did. The turn of events at Apple had not changed that one bit. I had been rejected, but I was still in love. And so I decided to start over.I didn't see it then, but it turned out that getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again, less sure about everything. It freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my life.During the next five years, I started a company named NeXT, another company named Pixar, and fell in love with an amazing woman who would become my wife. Pixar went on to create the worlds first computer animated feature film, Toy Story, and is now the most successful animation studio in the world. In a remarkable turn of events, Apple bought NeXT, I returned to Apple, and the technology we developed at NeXT is at the heart of Apple's current renaissance. And Laurene and I have a wonderful family together.I'm pretty sure none of this would have happened if I hadn't been fired from Apple. It was awful tasting medicine, but I guess the patient needed it. Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith. I'm convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. You've got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don't settle.My third story is about death.When I was 17, I read a quote that went something like: "If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right." It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: "If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?" And whenever the answer has been "No" for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything — all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure - these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.About a year ago I was diagnosed with cancer. I had a scan at 7:30 in the morning, and it clearly showed a tumor on my pancreas. I didn't even know what a pancreas was. The doctors told me this was almost certainly a type of cancer that is incurable, and that I should expect to live no longer than three to six months. My doctor advised me to go home and get my affairs in order, which is doctor's code for prepare to die. It means to try to tell your kids everything you thought you'd have the next 10 years to tell them in just a few months. It means to make sure everything is buttoned up so that it will be as easy as possible for your family. It means to say your goodbyes.I lived with that diagnosis all day. Later that evening I had a biopsy, where they stuck an endoscope down my throat, through my stomach and into my intestines, put a needle into my pancreas and got a few cells from the tumor. I was sedated, but my wife, who was there, told me that when they viewed the cells under a microscope the doctors started crying because it turned out to be a very rare form of pancreatic cancer that is curable with surgery. I had the surgery and I'm fine now.This was the closest I've been to facing death, and I hope it's the closest I get for a few more decades. Having lived through it, I can now say this to you with a bit more certainty than when death was a useful but purely intellectual concept:No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.When I was young, there was an amazing publication called The Whole Earth Catalog, which was one of the bibles of my generation. It was created by a fellow named Stewart Brand not far from here in Menlo Park, and he brought it to life with his poetic touch. This was in the late 1960's, before personal computers and desktop publishing, so it was all made with typewriters, scissors, and polaroid cameras. It was sort of like Google in paperback form, 35 years before Google came along: it was idealistic, and overflowing with neat tools and great notions.Stewart and his team put out several issues of The Whole Earth Catalog, and then when it had run its course, they put out a final issue. It was the mid-1970s, and I was your age. On the back cover of their final issue was a photograph of an early morning country road, the kind you might find yourself hitchhiking on if you were so adventurous. Beneath it were the words: "Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish." It was their farewell message as they signed off. Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish. And I have always wished that for myself. We were not prepared and did not expect this will happen…

Since the time I work in Qualfon, I haven’t notice you until such time we were in one team. As I can remember, the time we first talked was when we were already in same position. It was just this late months when we were so close with our other teammates, that we work as a team in work, but I know that there is much more than being teammates. As I was transferring team from one another, this past 5 months was the time I was statically belong with the team Eric and it was so good. And those were the start of our intimate friendship with the rest of the teammates. We were so bond that there are things that can’t be explained, yet we were happy and laughing. There are couples of thing I will really miss you and let me enumerate it as long as I can remember.

Get over!
It could be the appropriate expression I could define of what I feel right now for the past 20 years of living this life.
Get over on my childhood jealousy.
-We had say what we wanted to say and our parents have answered. I'm blessed for having parents.
Get over of emotional sickness.
-I was a crying boy and I am strong right now.
Get over of not attending mass on Christmas and New Year.
-It was the first time honestly of not attending mass on holidays and not spending it with my family, though reason is valid because I have to worked but really miss the things of spending holiday season with my family.
Get over on broken love stories for the 4th time.
-I loved once, and it was almost two years.
-I loved for the second time and almost two years as well.
-I loved for the 3rd and 4th time and none last for a week.
Get over on my weight.
-I am thin before but God double my weight today that is why others see me fat but actually, it is just chubby.
Get over of school.
-I'm done with school homeworks, projects, assignments and requirements. I'm done for 20years of studying.
Get over of scoldings.
-I'm totally done with overnight(s) and permission which are causes of scoldings
Get over of almost all of my problems.

In a big company, where almost/more than 1500 employees are going in and out of the building with only three(3) floors is not that quite. Others are busy chatting with there friends, while others have there ways of busy eating, browsing the limited internet stations and watching free movies. Some have there busy time with the company issues, and others are as relaxed in sleeping in the napping rooms. Maybe the most quite place among the three(3) floors is in the napping room and the room beside it which is the praying room, but I don't want to stay most of my time sleeping for anybody can sleep there and I don't intend to relaxed as well in a holy and sacred place. I spent most of my time in the busiest area which is the operations but I am relaxed. Relaxed even others are busy talking and laughing, relaxed more than the agents who sleep in their calls. Relaxed than the Supervisors, Quality Analyst, Mentors, Trainors, and Mangers who are busy in handling the day to day employees. I worked as an manager escalation as of this time. Day-to-day calls ranged from only to 1 to 10, and that is what I will consume in my whole 8 hours a day of worked. How relaxed and boring? But non of my business really of so much interaction to my other co-workers aside from few of those whom I have likes and friendly. Someone told me about loneliness. She is one of my co-workers and ahead of me but we were on the same position as of the moment. She told me that being alone is not that hard. She teach me how to be alone with a smile. Yes, with contented heart. We know that no man is an island and therefore, nobody is living solely for his/her self. There are strings attached no matter how we hid it. There are really just times where you enjoy yourself solely in a corner of a huge vast of noisy crowd. Maybe life for me is define in this manner, lonely yet happy. You just don't have to say much other than those are necessary.

109 Days Past

It’s been a while this blog has been updated. Almost 109 days past when last updated. This time, I don’t know if this will make sense for you but for me, the past months of 2010 where the most peaceful times I had. Let me enumerate things that happened in my life, both good and bad, as far as my memory can remember.

Let me start with the bad times. Most of the time, for the past 4 years I studied in college, I got scolded for having too many overnights, late at home and mostly, not reminding my parents when I’m off after school schedules. Unfortunately, my younger brother had just followed my time pattern. Worst is that, his reasons has no purpose. When I was in college, I stayed overnight because I have something to work in the school, both in my studies and in my obligations in the student publication as a webmaster, but his reasons are so lame. He stayed because he has someone to accommodate in his youthful intentions. Needless to say, I don’t hate my brother and even her, the one who is the addiction of my younger bro, because I have nothing to deal with them. No matter what they do, it is their choice and I’m off to those things. Only thing that my parents are too worried that the whole family is affected. Anyways, hoping things will get better as time will pass.

On the other hand, life is fortunate and everyday is a blessing because lots of good things happened in my life. After graduation and clueless on what will I do next, I was destined to have a passport and hired in a call center here in Negros Oriental. The passport is not for work but for tour only. Working in a call center was never in my dream because computer science graduates are not for calls, but for computer programs, but I have nothing to doubt because call center is with the easy money, with less of work and not to mentioned, no reports at all after work. Even though my older brother and one of my older sister had already worked before in a call center and they had different reasons in not working again in a call center, I still want to work in a call center because for a practice and I want to experience.

I started as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) since May 2010 until November 2010. Lucky to be promoted in the Supervisor’s Group (SG) from November 2010 until January 2011. After that, another blessing has come again, promoted to the Executive Resolutions Department (ERD) which I am currently making most of my work as my sleeping time. I have nothing to do and just waiting my time to pass on until I login and logout in the whole 8 hours per shift, really amazing. And for that, we are paid with doing nothing. Recommendations from my previous and present supervisors were there of course in applying for a staff position but I haven’t tried to because of laziness. Thank you anyways to their effort in making a detailed recommendation and after all, not passing it to the Human Resource Department (HRD). It’s just that, I’m having a lazy time especially after work and go back again for those interviews and whatsoever process. Anyways, I aim mostly for staff positions but maybe it is not yet my time, as referred to someone who also said the same to me. I still want to enjoy my life on where the flow of destiny will guide me. As I enjoy my fruits of my labour, I was able to buy my own motorcycle, help my parents’ in house renovations and other stuffs.

After weeks from operation of chalazion, here I am again, suffering of another eye problem. I have conjunctivitis (medical term), madras eye, pink eye, kuliti or simply sore eyes. If chalazion was stacking of waste due to malfunctioned glands, this one is different, increasing tears just fall down every moment, unnoticeably. No wonder after I slept, I got lots of eye boogers, morning stars and morning glories all over my eyes. It feels like I have mangekyou sharingan on both of my eyes because I have two reddish inflaming eyes. Eyenaku! Ano kaya ang susunod dito? Dahil sa sore eyes, it is my first time to absent on job. My first absent jud! I was expecting I can work that night but can barely open my eyes, thou. Anyways, life on shades na naman. Eyenaku talaga!

Deceiving Sight, Deafening Silence, Divine Smile

I thought it was just another ordinary day, a day of work with irate customers and an unhappy environment with a bad call center system, specifically the payroll system. Maybe that is why mostly of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) who just been hired will resigned after because of it, but as much as I want to quit as well, I don’t want to mark badly my job records. I am a fresh graduate and this is my first job. I don’t want to come out as an undecided graduate, transferring from one job to another. I guess companies are also aiming for a long-term stay of their employees and don’t easily accept the unpredictable ones. Actually, the account is so easy, even if you have the worst irate customer, you can make him/her be grateful to you for a good service, but only thing, payment or salary is disputable, with or without absence. It is a big question of the missing hours where in fact, employees have a definite log-in and log-out staffed time. Yet, no matter how I wish to apply for other jobs, I am considering my parents advice on not to, because it is so early to do a resignation letter (I don’t know how to make one, seriously). Doing it doesn’t even guarantee me of hiring on the jobs I am planning to apply. Maybe lapses are unavoidable so I just put myself for a greater and more consideration to the problem. And so, I am here, hired and working, hoping for a difference someday in my job issues.

It was the second day of answering calls after one month training. Not to mention, I was new to the team that day, for after the training, we were assigned to different teams, different persons with different schedules. I was used of my 8:00AM-3:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), equivalent to 8:00PM-3:00AM Manila Standard Time (MST), when I was before emission but it changes when I was hired to the PM shift. It was June 29, 2010 at almost 2:30PM EST. The exact date and time she was introduced to me. I worked that day of my 3:00AM-11:00AM MST of June 30, 2010 in the Philippines.

Anyways, that dawn was the time I got to know her name which was of course introduced by our supervisor. “Good Morning Sir!” as I greeted, replied with a Good Morning too by our supervisor and a normal introduction to her. Saying I am new to the team and afterwards, exchanging of smiles with hi’s and hello’s. That very time, it was the first time I seated with her. No words at all, expect from a self-conscious introduction, but with hidden, suspicious looks to each respective cubicles at some time. Days goes on as I just passed my crazy thoughts on her, questioning what I really feel for her, and why should I feel odd for her where in fact, I just knew her or maybe this is just another fantasy of my vague mind. I really don’t know at all and don’t have any clue at all.

Obviously, we were on the same team and mostly, my days were just spent at work and home, other than day off were I got some extra time to gasp some social life and enjoyed the so called “rest day”. At most, if I am not at worked, I am at home playing, eating or sleeping. Playing computer games really consume much of my time after work. I even asked more games from my sister-in-law for I am really into it. I really love playing especially if the games make sense and challenges me. As I browse the files in the hard drive, there I also happened saw her pictures, when she joined one of the City beauty pageants. Anyways, she was totally different in the pictures compared in person, but her beauty inside and out is really amazing, just the way she is.

I never thought she is in the picture at first but as I really look on the photos, it is really her. I don’t expect either on her personal actions because she is totally different. Most of the persons, either a woman or man, who joined a beauty or any contest that required much self-esteem and charisma will pride out a bit or more of what they have gone thru, but this girl I’ve seen in pictures and met in person is totally different odd. From the way she dresses and moves, to the manner she talks, and all that she means in person is totally incredible. Honestly, from that very moment, she overwhelms my thoughts more, but with more parked questions. Asking what if’s, why’s and maybe’s in myself. What if she hasn’t come out in her shell yet? What if this I felt the first time for her is just nothing, or worst case, turns out just an obsession? What if she has someone already? What if she is not the type of girl I really knew the first instance? Why she is so conservative in person compared to the beauty girls who joined pageants and turned out to be so wild and liberated? What if those hidden looks are just the way she allure the boys? Why she looks like me in that style? Maybe she is just one of the girls who will break my heart again and tears me into pieces. What if she is a party girl outside the grounds of our work place, or even, a play girl? Maybe she is just an ordinary girl and I am just making things too complex just to convince myself that she is not that type of person. All these and more were just my instincts of knowing her, but I have to stop or else, my brain cells will be damage easily. Only one thing I have in mind, it is to know her more to unfold the mystery of herself in my mentality.

On the other hand, I have to focus on my work and tried to forget that she exists. Just an opposite thinking that maybe could help me encourage into myself that it is just nothing at all. Otherwise, if I will know her more, maybe I will be just dismayed behind the realities of her being, so opposite thinking maybe work as I predicted. However, the moment I wanted to oppose my thoughts for her; there she is, starting to attack my heart. The deceiving sight that stares for a while we are on the call, for so many times. I was in doubt that there is really something in the way she gazes at me. It feels like I melt with her when she is looking like that. Moreover, her inviting questions if I will be on break so that we can have our breaks together. Seated beside her in one table, but no words somehow, like a deafening silence that you want to say something and ask about her self but you just can’t because in silence, it’s the way both of you are pleased with each other. Nodding each other and then again with few words with just hi’s and hello’s again. Taking the calls not looking on the monitor but with each other like the world stops and just noticing each other to turn swiftly to the screen maybe due to awkward feeling. I am not really particular on what is happening between us, why there are those deceiving sights, and deafening silence, yet I just love it the way it is, especially her divine smile. When she smiles to me after some stares, when she smiles to me when we ate together, when she smiles to me with a nod to sign that we need to go back to our work, when she smile to me with no words at all, all these simply make my days smile, unexplainably. Slowly then I realized that some of the mystery in my mind are answered with no words from her, just a heavenly, delightful, fascinating, and heartily one smile.

My interest for her was in-depth expressly for what she shows to me. We weren’t able to talk it in person for our co-teammates will make fun of us and with the loudness of their voices, we were scolded once. It’s just I love the way, the feeling of looking at her, the silence, the smiles, the teases of our teammates with the regards and rebounds to each other, simply great. Maybe I am too shameful as well in talking first to her in person but I really can’t deny that I have to overcome my whirlwind moments, in times when I am taken away into her sophisticated nature and her insanely beautiful being.

I then started to call her and talked mostly of our lives. There I found out the answers to my far-out questions for her. I thought she likes more in purple or yellow as I look at her in the way she wears but she loves orange. She even appreciate the candy I gave to her with an orange wrapping (candy got from home by chance which was brought by my sister from Cebu) and told me that she didn’t eat it, she just stares at it and plans to make it as a souvenir for her undying love of the color orange since before. She even told me that she enjoys the solitude of silence alone in her boarding house, playing some music and just go home in her day offs. Most of her time is sleeping and alone. If by chance she went home, she enjoys every minute of spending her time with her family for she misses the old life she had. The lives were she stayed with her family and the feeling to be at home. She doesn’t even go to parties or shopping malls or any social life. Worst she said is that she doesn’t have many friends other from a high school best friend. There I conclude that she is really a loner. We did talked lots of stuffed, more about me. I love the way she cares about my situation and asking me if I did eat already and should I need to take rest to recover. “Paul,gud nyt,2log na, bt smile usa hah,swet dreamz”, a text from her at exactly 09/20/2010. 08:15AM MST, a time after my shift. On the other hand, she is someone who enjoys her self and simply happy that doesn’t bother of her world outside her bed. She was really different from the other beauty pageant girls and person I met before. She is simply no worries in her life other than being happy alone, sleep, work, family and church which amaze me so much. Totally singular and 360 degree special to the girl I expected. Many more we talked about and doubts in my mentality was lost and now, all left is my pleasure thoughts for her.

I admit that she is really one of a kind girl I knew in my entire life and I won’t deny that my heart is attack and captured, yet I don’t know if this is love. I am afraid of hoping for her without knowing I will be just left and cries for pity for her someday. I want to confirm this first and clarify clearly in my heart, in my thoughts and in my deeds. I was even advice, few of my teammates to take the necessary personal action for nothing will happen if I will just don’t do a single move. Yes, it is a fact but there is a right time for everything, a right person for each one of us. And I don’t care if I will wait for her as long as it’s really worth waiting for her. If she is the one I prayed to God then be it, so much I am thankful for she is totally more than a package deal. I then comprehend that if this is destiny, then let it be, if not, then I have to strengthen my faith because I believe in destiny. I have to build the bridge to the one I love and it is destiny. Nevertheless, if its love and we decided to take it together and forever, no one else could do it better. If it's love and we’re two birds of a feather... Then the rest is just whenever.

I open my eyes and see the bright lights…

I was out from work at early 7:00AM in the morning. I had my breakfast in one of the fast-food in Dumaguete City. I ate alone seeing the foreigners together, holding their cup of coffee’s while chit chatting under the rising sunrise. After, I walked a bit and went to the hospital, find myself for a seat and waited for my parents. Soon as they arrived, we entered the hospital. I waited for a moment, seated beside a door and watch the soundless television in that room. After a few minutes, I was called to enter another room. A girl told me to take off my jacket and shoes and wear the white dress with a hair net in my head. I was then ordered to sit and lay down, and she got my blood pressure. After that, someone came in and say, “musta na brad?” Then I replied, “I’m fine, just got off from my work and had breakfast alone”. Then he touched my eyes and let me look everywhere. After that, he then turns on some lights and all I can see is COOLBEAM between the two yellow bright lights. He covered my whole face except my left eye with cloth and started injecting a mid-long needle below my eye bugs. I felt the needle goes right through my eye bugs pointing towards my nose. He then clipped my eye bugs with one of his tools and cut something inside. I was in total darkness at that point but I can feel what he do in my eyes. We were just relaxing, talking of my job and other stuffs. We just conveying on the different call centers in Dumaguete city like there was no pain inside. He then asked me, “does it hurts?” “Yes sir”, I replied. “I told you it will hurt but it will just be like a bite of an ant”, he then jokingly replied. Yes it is but you didn’t let me know that it is just one ant, there are so many of them and not the ordinary ants. It’s not the small one at all; most of them are the big ants, the big ants that bites more.” as my reply. After that, he laughed and let me open my eyes slowly and remove the cloth in my face; I open my eyes and see the bright lights again with COOLBEAM between them. He then told me to relaxed for a moment and let him followed to another room. He just told me after that I have a bad black eye and nothing should I worry. I told him that it burns inside and I cannot see clearly using my right eye. He then told me, no worries at all, that is normal and I should rest to cope up if I really want to work the following day and congratulate after with smile for my first operation. Dr. Flores then was a great doctor, almost nothing happened to me, just seeing myself in the mirror after with swelling red eye bugs. My greatest gratitude really to Dr. Flores, and to my parents who was there with me. Now i can watch naruto, again.

Mix-ups on that very special day

*The very first day I bought a flower, at my own expense and that is because not to give to any other girl, but to offer to Mama Mary, for her Birthday.

*Too bad, I wasn’t able to meet up with ate tiki, she returned to Bacolod already. Hope there will be a next time.

*I had a great talked with Morgan and Tonio. We ate at Shakey’s. I like there chicken and spaghetti which was serve by Gladys. Too bad, Randy serve us a house blend Ice Tea, which we didn’t like, we just need the lemon flavor.

*Played at WOF with them of the basketball game and same old thing, Tonio didn’t beat me in Marvel vs. Street Fighter. He lost 3 tokens and I just spent 1. Sang at the private room and saw a pretty girl with her puppy, and Oh God, like it fits and crushes my heart and go along with the song titled YOU.

*Lighted candles in cathedral and offered the first time flower I did bought at my expense for Mama Mary’s Birthday.

* Celebrated the Rest of my time at home while eating spaghetti and tocino with family.

*So far, the most late time I went to bed. I should have slept early because I have to work early dawn on the next day but anyways, it is the shortest nap I had, 5 hours, but it’s ok, my day was awesome anyways.

CHALLENGE ON

I admit that the most tortured part of my body is my eyes. Why? Since I was a little boy, I already learned not to sleep early or either ate on time, meaning to say, I am used of overnights and hunger-strike at home, as long as I am happy on what I am doing. Happy of playing computer games since my childhood days in a day or two or three, but not more than three, or else, I don’t know what would I look like and I don’t know if I can still take it. So far, within three days of straight playing without eating and sleeping is so stupid. Maybe I lose my nerve but I loved to play computer games, although including within three days is the fact that I haven’t also took a bath. Funny as you think but this is me. I loved it and I have my reason, I am happy. Computer is my best buddy since I learned how to play it. Various games of the past generations like Pacman or Dig Dug were my hot games. Starcraft and Counter-Strike were my formerly loved games next to it, before the booming of the different games as of now, either online or offline. No matter really what games I’ve played, I was thankful for I was really entertained by it and so much I really do love it.

However, games are not the reason why I write this, it is not either related to the title. After my childhood days of facing the computer, it did not ended there for I was more interested to play when I was in high school. More games, more fun, yet much more trouble. Why? It was better because I do learn to eat on time but the overnights that are inevitable are troublesome for it is not at home anymore. I can be found on internet café’s or to the houses of my friends. Those days are much insane for the fact that my parents will wonder where I am and what I am doing. I admit that much more tortured I did to my eyes and worst, I had so many peer of bad friends whom not that really good in person. Different races inside an internet café like a smoker, a gambler and lots of the not that good to be like and followed.

Anyways, addiction of gaming and being a computer freak continued in college. In line with my course of being a computer science is the basic and advance look out of the computer itself. Almost 24 hours all day and night looking the monitor but for those times, it wasn’t mostly for games. It is for the programs that are required for my course compliance. Computer at school, same still when at home. At this stage, games were just for leisure only, not compared to my childhood days and high school. Worst is that much time of looking and facing the radiated device and no eating habit is back; just to met the requirements in school. After that, alas for 4 years of torturing my eyes and stomach, I graduated but still it did not end there.

I got a job where I need to face the computer within 8 to 14 hours a day and sleep 8 to 13 hours. More regularized compared than waking 24 hours and not eating dilemma. More slept and more rest but the bottom-line is, my eyes has malfunctioned already. My stomach is doing well still; you can check it on my size and weight, only really on my sight because it has something on it. It has a “Challenge On”, in my words. Challenge on is simply trials as advise by someone, let us just keep her name as “mizzen”. I would like to thank mizzen by the way for the cares, I do so much appreciate it.

I have given my name for this as a challenge on in a positive way but to Dr. Flores (eye specialist); this is chalazion, a cyst or tumor in the eyes due to malfunctioned glands. When Dr. Flores explained to me, I wasn’t scared or saddened for hearing that this is a tumor for I am confident that there is a solution for everything. He also told me not to panic since things will get better if we can get the rounded reddish swelling tumor in my left eye. As I had expected, I had also almost same experience with my right eye when I was in my college life. It looks like a tumor but it is outside the eye. It was just white bloods that made like a sty that was a long, long time cut by same eye specialist. This one is really different for the inflammation is inside, so operations will be performed and slicing of my eyelids will be done.

On the other hand, I am confident though for the process, all I am just waiting now is the perfect time, the right time. I am feeling lucky still because I have supportive parents, a very caring mother who assists me in putting the ointment before I sleep and mizzen who cares so much. I even just jokingly said this to mama that this is just tears which wasn’t fortunate to fall my eyes that is why I got this and even more, to mizzen that I told her not to worry much because I want to see her beautiful glaring face as long as I can, and I will not fail her in my words.

This is just nothing, this is just something I have to work out and take care off. Nevertheless, I didn’t regret and blame playing games or making programs for it wasn’t even the reasons or causes provided by Dr. Flores. It is just the way it is, a living evidence of being a human and a trial. It doesn’t even point of my sleepless days and nights or not eating on time.

But there are questions that bogged my turmoil mind, the questions on why things happened badly when you stopped the unusual ways before it? In short, why not happened when I did abuse myself of too many overnights and why at this spot where I learned to take care of my body? It really bogged me since after the checked-up until the past days.

I slowly know the answered when mizzen advise me that “God has a reason for everything in each one of us”, quoted from her text messages to me. Then I realized that yes, God has reasons why this things happening. I am so grateful for the text messages of mizzen for starting those days, it open or give wisdom in what I am experiencing right now.

For this Chalazion, this is a Challenge On!

My mind is preoccupied by so many thoughts on what to post in my blog. I have thought of criticizing someone, give advice to someone, curse someone and other bad ideas and after that, post a good one, but I have come up in thanking instead. Anyways, I don’t want you to get crazy of thinking what I am talking, and so let me begin my vague thoughts of the many happenings in my life.

First, I would like to thank to someone who was the bridge of spilling out the information to the others. My dearest appreciation for her convincing and touching angelic moves that made me satisfied with my relationship to someone else. As of now girl, you helped me lessen my doubts and my conscience too, thank you very much.

Second, I would like to thank to someone for understanding the situation. Naturally, if that information is not to mind at all, it’s not worth a cry. Anyhow, we have already discussed that through text and so I would like to thank you for understanding.

Third, I would like to thank to two persons who carry the title after me. By the way, my apology if I leave you both hanging in the air, I will not assure you for my payback but I will try my best to reach to you and helped you. Feel free to email me anytime.

Fourth, I would like to thank someone who is so good to me, even though we don’t see each other now. Thank you so much for the friendship, the brotherhood and anything that can define the relationship between us. So much I thank you for being there, evermore, nothing compares to you. God Bless You!

Fifth, I would like to thank someone who stares at me, and vice versa. I may say that I am happy doing those things especially the hidden stares you do, and vice versa, and after all, as if nothing just happen. Thank you so much for my day since the first time I am in the production with you, its becoming happier. As I can remember, the first and only time that I speak with you was the first time you introduce to me, other than that, we communicate with the looks.

Sixth, I would like to thank my family for being there for me, especially to mama and papa. For papa and mama who wake up at early 3:00AM just to make sure that I will be sent to my work, whether its rain or shine. So much I appreciate the support and care that they do and so much grateful I am for them.

Seventh, I would like to thank God for everything, the everyday life that I am still alive, with a good health and able to go daily to work, in behalf of the shortcomings in going there. After the past days that my schedule was change from 3:00AM to 4:00AM, I told mama and papa that I can ride a pedicab during that time although I know that only by chance I can ride for it’s to early in the dawn. However, even if it bothers me, I wasn’t sad for it for I am happy waiting in the crossing for a ride and I ride various vehicles, there were also rides I had for free or by chance, really a pedicab, all I do pray while waiting is that, God provides, and God really do. So much I thank God for everything really that I am right now, with all my heart, soul and everything of me, all Glory to God!

Lastly, I thank to my few pleasures after the end of my work like watching movies, playing counter strike and Sims city 4 and other latest games, and most especially, NARUTO. All these things and especially naruto makes me happier. Counter strike maybe is an old game but nothing compares to it when it come to the way it is created to the point on how it catch a players interest. As well as the Sims City 4, I really love having the game because I love building houses and now the latest one, I am able to create a town to city up to a state and even, I can be in God mode to control the whole world, really amazing. About the movies I do watch, I really love so many new movies, especially action movies and love stories, it just simply caught my interest. And lastly, the naruto, this anime really has my heart. So many lessons I got from this anime, both from the video and the comics (manga). Actually, in line with my gratitude to this manga the latest release is title Thank You. Very touching manga I ever read so far, a release that having a situation of thanking a son for understanding why his father and mother died and did not leave any hint from them even a name until he knew it to the hidden power that is in him, which is the reason why his parents died.

Break is become separated into pieces,

or an amend.

This blog had a long break, never updated for the last 2 months and sometimes convincing my self to update it once, not until now. Despite this inundated life, blogging for me, takes time and a conditioned feeling.

However, in my last 2 months of very long break, I had such a wonderful breakthrough and few of it was simply the disappointed truth. Anyways, let me tell you the few break-downs and a lot of all the break-ups I had since the past March 08, 2010.

NEGATIVE BREAKS (BREAK-DOWNS)

Untrustworthy

You and I talked about it. Maybe, I was too honest for you, or you were too blinded by your emotions? Maybe both! I’ve already done what I have to do, you heard all what I’ve talked too and it’s up to you. You know who you are; you don’t have to pretend because the truth will set us free. Keep it up on what is your choice but never forget that I once hated you for lying until now, secretly.

Too much confidence

I am suplado in person, honestly, but my expression is not as constant as how silly I am. I just wondered why others are suplado in person as well, and moreover, they are too confident without thinking their own unlawful unethical manners. Haven’t they also gone to school and learned something about good morals and right conduct, or just simply, their heads are too big that they can’t even have a simple respect for others? What a shame!

Undone

Things got topsy-turvy expectedly and unexpectedly, yet, always I dreamt to be relaxed at all, but there are those things that I had to finished and I have to beat the time before more and more matters will bombarded me or less than expected, have no time at all to beat it.

Hidden agenda

When you do something good, hope you don’t assume for a payback. Or even when you love someone, hope you don’t presume that he/she will love you as well. There are things in this life that must be dealt with simplicity in a single manner. What I am talking right now is just a matter of a hidden motive we had for someone. You don’t have to own someone because you can never own anybody. Life is beautiful when you life in the truth, your hidden agenda is moreover ugly the more you hide it. Admit it if you are really true.

GRADUATION DAY

March 26, 2010 was the date I got my degree officially completed. Looking behind the past 4 years of studying, I did make it. It was a date to mark for all the hardships and day-to-day school matters I was dealing with.

GRAD CELEBRATION

A Thanksgiving celebration for my graduation and David’s graduation too. I was surprised, most especially on the video and all the preparations that my family had.

PAGBABALIK TANAW 2010

The yearly staff ender of TheNORSUnian was one of the formal 3 days thanksgivings for us. I’m happy we did make it and I had so much fun, I will really miss the days where I am used to work and hang out and especially, the persons who were with me.

Balanan

It was a planned graduation breakthrough, and it was possible! I love the silence there and the beauty of nature. I wish I have my own silent rest house soon. By the way, thank you too Mama Ann and Papa Pierce, and my four brothers, Kuaj, Gian, Timonio, who were with me. Love to stay in the balodge. Hehehehehe…..

55th Years of Warm, Tender, Caring and Loving

Tomorrow, March 08, 2010, is another special day, maybe not for me or you but I am blessed for it. Way back the time when it was seen as black and white, there were two persons who were destined to be together until now. Two persons who believed and stayed the blessings of love for each other and still, fresh for them the lovely bloom of love, even not for their ages. Two persons who vowed and declared their love way back March 08, 1955, witnessed in the name of God and of the people. Two persons who pledge their undying love for each other as they invite to share their life, not just on that day, but until forever. Two persons who promise to be kind, unselfish, respectful and trustworthy for each other, for their beautiful dreams will come true, and it was. Two persons who swore to be together for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health for as long as they both live, to have and to hold, from that day forward until everlasting. Two persons who stayed stronger within 55 years of their beautiful journey. Two persons who were the reason why I am here, living this life and as a living witness of their true and unfading love.

They are my grandma and grandpa who will celebrate tomorrow their 55^th years of warm, tender, caring, and loving togetherness.

A Challenge To Departure, A Challenge For Excellence

“A Challenge to Departure, A Challenge for Excellence”, these lines caught my attention when we went to Cathedral church last February, 28. We were almost late that time, for I wake up late. Catching the 11:00 Mass in cathedral was another rush to attend, but at least, we spot during the Homily. Standing beside the church and listening to the Homily was another nurture for my undergoing problems specially when the priest talk about leaving while achieving, and the quote above explains it.

Why did it stuck in my thoughts? Simply because, I have lots of school problems right now. Projects, thesis, examinations, completion, and everything that a graduating student must about to undergo is what I am dealing right now. Since the starting of the second semester, my mind was already set for so much stuff. Continuing the first semester defenses and projects, I am about to aim a more presentable and excellent finale for me to feel really contented and calm of the thoughts that bogged in my mind. But behind those very well plans in my thoughts, I am really disappointed of my performance for I was not doing the exact preparation. In spite of my school schedule, in terms of subject arrangement, this semester has the most relax time I have, and despite of that, I was to confident of the outcome and never knowing that time fly so fast. Really it did and it’s so swift.

Talking of my schools dilemmas, there are bundles of it. From planning on what to do, up to the functionality, then to the implementation, the soft output which is the program and the documentation as well, was not that easy. Really difficult and if you’ll ask me how many, it is not less than two. Just think that if it’s so hard for a single program, two or more is not a joke, because it’s really very, very, very frustrating. Anyways, I have no choice but to make a way. I am not schooled to complain all the time, but I just can’t take those nagging in myself.

However, I had my defense yesterday, Feb. 04. The first defense in my second semester and before my defense, my preparations was in topsy-turvy. Irresponsible I say to myself, for I haven’t successfully achieved my plans and I just worked for it, if I will sum it up, only for 3days. Surprisingly, the 2days was a consecutive torture for me. Haven’t slept for that, only for 2hours within that 2days, and it feels so floating in the wind. I already planned those days and drink lots of energy boosting, caffeinated drinks, and lots of awakening juices. No choice, I was time pressured due of my carelessness so I have to deal with it. Deal the agony and the last minute mind exploding and eye popping midnight moments.

Then I rest and tried to lay down in my bed for the last 2hours and then, I unnoticeably fall into deep slumber and awaken by my tension of defense and hurriedly prepared. It was a speedy preparation and 7minutes drive. When I was riding, I was consoling of my preparations and the quote, “A Challenge to Departure, A Challenge for Excellence”, came up in my mind again. Again, I remember the Sunday mass, and I was thinking what God wants me to know of His Homily that day.

Gone in my thoughts for awhile for my father was in hurry as well and he just drop me in the school. Upon entering the gate, I was running for I taught that I am late but with my surprise, our instructor shifts us with the other group. Anyhow, there were those very striking tensions and feelings that you don’t want to feel but you can’t just easily covered by your calmness, but I was trying to.

Results of the defense were very good and I am thankful it was done in a nice way. At least, it was finished and I can focus on the other upcoming defenses.

After that defense, the quote was in my mind still, and I was greatly amazed on what it means in me. On what God wants me to know. I understand that in every problem (CHALLENGE), there is an ending (DEPARTURE), and in that problem (CHALLENGE), there is a solution (EXCELLENCE).

I can’t believe how time flies so fast. Moments we never thought that easy just passed by; some of it was happy memories, on the other hand, the sad drama. Yet, behind every single second we last is a treasure we are grateful of living this life. This past 2009, my life was mixed of problems as a student, heartbreaks in love life, challenges as a journalist, adventures with my special friends and happy memories with my family. As you read more, let me express my memories of 2009.

Computer Science Student

I’ve been a computer science student for four years and this year maybe the last year I can have. As a student, I am dealing the day-to-day assignments and homework’s especially in making computer programs. My greatest struggle is really in this arena for I am reading and reading always and applying it to my programs. Many of those I read was really helpful and greatly widen my wisdom in programming. Honestly, I am always using the computer everyday and I am uneasy if I can’t use; it is part of my life to check my mails, the updates and news everyday, and read more what is cool online. Love Life

Various love dramas and experiences happened in my life those past 2009. Many had happened and only those love dramas i like to post are listed below.

Journalist (TN Family)

Studying while working isn’t an easy life! As a part of TheNORSUnian (TN) Publication, so many challenges too are in my way. Aside from the programming I am focusing in my studies, I am also applying some of it in as a journalist. More over, I learned much of the normal computer science student. With the different courses in TN, I knew more of the different computer related aspects which I didn’t have in my studies. More and more knowledge helped me and give light not just in my studies but as well in TN. I have to admit that programming really isn’t an easy logical way, especially, jumping from one language to another. Let’s just put it in simple understanding that it’s hard to learn the different ideas in this world and it needs time to do it. Honestly, Php and MySQL were never thought in computer science before, for we didn’t have a chance by our instructors, other than this past semesters. Fortunate for the lower years for their curriculum was change and able to have it earlier. But I don’t mind if it will be teach to us more or not, because, I’ve read and gone through of it during the fresh days I entered TN. Furthermore, TN didn’t only help me in my studies but also in my social life. I am more acquainted to the different persons whom I thought I can’t deal with, but I was wrong. They were the coolest students I team up with, the persons who knows more of the real me. Not just that, TN is so dear to me now, especially, past 2009. Even nowadays, I hang in the office rather than going any other place during my free time. Special Friends

As I am a part of TheNORSUnian publication, some of them were my closest mates. One of them was my elementary classmate whom I never thought I can team up again by TheNORSUnian Institution. Yet, most of them were strangers before. Besides, one of the strangers we never thought and dislike at our first impression maybe the closest person we can have. Some of them were older than me, and some also of them were younger. Clueless among the clueless persons whom God had planned to be a part of my life was never in my thoughts. I am so much grateful for these persons who, really made my 2009 crazier, happier, livelier, etc. I even thank more of these guys for they were different from my previous and past set of friends. In times I have problems, one of them is there to listen and understand what I am going thru, but most of all, I like and love when we are all together for the craziness will pop-up. Crazy indeed but wise enough! Though, carried with different traits and behaviors, i am very grateful for we respect each other more than what can be defined as brothers. Sy Family

I am thankful very much of my Sy family! 2009 with them is another whole year of blessing from Heaven's Treasures, and hoping for more and more. Though, my sister is at the nearby province, she manages to come home, severally. Compared to those past years when she was assigned into the farther places and hardly managed to come home. I am grateful so much that God leaves us behind the household of faith. We prayed the rosary together, shop together, eat together, and everything that defines a complete happy family. Wishing for more and more complete happy years!!!

My College Life

My college life was the most adventurous level in my studies. I’ve grown up as a loner boy who sits beside the wall and enjoys the solitude of the place or either ways, plays. I’m not used of talking with others and practically, I am just at home. It was my life before but everything twisted the time I was in college. After I graduated in secondary level, my tertiary life is unknowingly vague. Unclear of the different happenings I had with my family that affects my studies. My family by the way is so strict yet it’s for the best of mine, I know. The conflict started when I had my first girlfriend. She was the first girl I entered in a relationship, the first girl and only girl ever since whom I celebrated with each passing monthsary, which got us into almost two (2) years in relationship. She was even the best friend I had. The girl whom I shared of my love life and even the slightest problem I had. We did have fun; together enjoy the rides and all out escapes when the group planned for a party. But what leaves us to the point of disgracing our image was when we entered into that relationship. Why? She was my sixth (6th) degree cousin and our parents know that. Her parents were not that contradicted compared with mine. Anyways, that was the love life I entered first and it’s the very worst I had, but I never realized that the time I got into it. As the saying goes, Love is blind. A lover who falls in love never sees the overview of what they are into it. We continued our relationship even though my parents do not agree on us. We fight in the name of love and in the feeling of mine and of her. So expected, from a fresh graduation into turmoil new start in college is a very frustrating life. My first choice of school was in Foundation University (FU) for she will be also there. We already planned those dreams of ours and fight more for what we believe. I should pick the business related courses and as well she, but it was intervened when my parents did not permit me and worst, they left me with just Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) and St.Pauls. They persist that I will be schooled in St.Pauls for my older sister is there and it would be for me but I choose NORSU. Why? Many reasons I hated in St.Pauls such as the daily prayer early in the morning and those mandatory Godly related manners. I hate those unkind tutors for God because I believe that God is not forcing his self for us. Moreover, God is in us, so there is no need for a tutor. And so, NORSU was my picked. When I first entered NORSU, I was alone. Never had a mom or a dad compared to those usual students whose parents are with them. I was all alone searching, questioning, trying, aiming, and fighting for my studies. I was alone all the time falling the long lines here on College of Business and Accountancy (CBA) for my course was in that college and also in the SAO (Students Affair Office). It was not the first time I entered NORSU for I used to be here when my older brother let me joined him during his school days. He graduated here but it was Central Visayas Polytechnic College (CVPC) that time. All day long, I think, more than two weeks was my desperation of falling in-line for the first semester enrollment during my fresh days. It was really frustrating moments when you caught yourself smelling the different nasty odors from one person to another, and more than that, the preservation of the freshness of yourself compared to others, but I made it. I made it on passing the examinations for fresh students without counting the less support from my parents. I do believe that I can really do make it because the English, Math and Science related are not that tough. Then on, I was prepared to enroll in my desired course which is the business administration. It was also the course of my girlfriend but in FU. It was also the course that my other older sister took in St.Pauls. After that first day of enrollment, it came up into my realization on my course choice. I questioned myself if I did choose it because I like and want on that field or just to have the same course with my girlfriend. I realized that night that it wouldn’t fit for me for I was fond of computer related topics. I was raised facing the computer even if I couldn’t eat a day, or sleep. The next day, I switched my choice. I choose the computer science course for it was my older brother course too and I think I can do more on this subject than that business administration. I then leave the info sheet for enrollment which I got in the CBA and fall the line in the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) for the application of computer science. I was then interviewed by Dr. Taring. My first impression for her is that she is strict but then on, I know her more and recognize her professionalism as a real dean for her college, even if she is strict. I don’t have choice, from a very long fall of the line, without eating and taking all the perspiration, I can’t quit and keep quite in her presence since it is for my desired course choice and my studies. I’m happy that it really bears the fruit for I passed that interview and permitted to proceed to take my course choice. I then fall again the line for enrollment and successfully got into printing my first ever load slip. I was really happy that time for I am a certified enrollee of NORSU and taking computer science. With my eagerness, I then search more on computer related topics and was so excited to take the first day of class. Days passed by and I understand more in my routine, the routine of NORSU system, the class hours of a college life and the life of entering the school and its purpose. I can still remember when I entered NORSU just for my subject and the rest; I got into the terminal for home. I used to be in the terminal, waiting for my girlfriend. Yes! We were still into each other fighting the contradicting relationship. I can still remember the hours I keep waiting for her because we used to go home together. It was my life. My life was with her alone. I can’t even mingle to my classmates because I’m serious in my studies and have no time on going out with my classmates. It was one of the greatest surrender I did for myself, the surrender on knowing others for a wider perspective of social interaction. We got into many quarrels and even more, done things that are not appropriate. In my side, even if my parents support me financially, yet not in the support I want, they also hated the way I’m into relationship especially on my first girlfriend. On the other hand, talking in my studies, I am doing well. Taking each passing programs I made as a new discovery and a greater confidence for mine. As I passed by the upcoming semesters, I then learned so many things, so many programming languages, so many knowledgeable topics, so many techniques and really, so many new life applications. College life for me was focused on my love life and my studies. After year and a half of together in that relationship, I later then knows that we are not doing any better for each one of us because we just quarrel and quarrel and end up hating each other. Even if I am the guy, I settled the mark to end if even if it is inappropriate. Even if it hurts, even if I was too afraid that time, and even more, even if it was I fight before. Though it hurts, I realized that it will just hurt me once after that time. Though I am afraid, I will be tested in my confidence and let myself take the consequences of it. And though it was the love I fight for the first time in my whole life, I regret some of it, some of it was my happiness and the whole was my lessons in my life. Getting over the first time relationship I had, I then move on and live the simple life I had, the loner boy who sits alone in the corner and patiently waiting for his classes. I can't mingle with my classmates because I am used in my loner world. The world which I was born with and the world that feels me I’m at peace. Half way of my years in NORSU was not that alone anymore because there were those new friends I knew. I then acquainted little by little to my comsci friends and classmates. Ever more, it was the fresh start of my new world to be accounted to others and a new start for my relationship of my family. Getting to know more of my classmates, my instructors, and even more, others whom I thought I can’t possibly be with. My life continued and as well, my love life too. As I am acquainted and get to know the other part of my life which I left behind during my first girlfriend, I then discover her. It was her birthday that time and one of my closest classmates told me to buy something for her. He told me that it will be a good start if I found the new love of my life, the new girl whom I can laugh with or cry with. After that time, we ate together with our classmates and it was the first time we did had a short party. It was my first I mean. The first time I got close enough to know more on her and the first time my heart beats again. I never thought it will beat again for it was really in my standards to deal upon the first time girl I will have and that first time will be the last time, but I was wrong. I was wrong when I made the boundaries for my heart which not to look more after one has gone. I do admit that it was not that easy because I was more afraid the second time around. Afraid of the hurts, afraid of the consequences of my choice, afraid of my parents reaction but I am afraid of losing her. I know it’s ironic to say that I love her, but it’s the way it is. She caught me unguarded and leaves falling in her. It was impolite for we were classmates and I don’t want my classmates to be disappointed, nevertheless, they were happy on what we entered and decided. It was almost several months when we were in mutual understanding and leaves us into the doings of boy-girl relationship. Then on, we did confess it for our classmates and other schoolmates were fond of teasing us and leaving us into their mind that we were really on it. We were together and even have the same schedule. She was almost twenty-four hours in my sight and can’t get enough of her. She was the one who reminds me of my laziness. She was even the new world I had. She was even the one I told of my secrets. The one whom I admit, I love most. We had so many things that had done which I may say, that surpassed from my first time relationship. We could have been dreamt and fantasize the future we could have. The ideal family we dream and those things which were we imagined when we can have our own family. We never had a quarrel which led us of hating each other that time. We couldn’t even have a bad conversation which triggers the consequences because we were at all happy on those moments, but it change when the time change. She applied one of the institutions here in NORSU which I don’t like. I admit that I was interviewed there before but I have my private reasons why I don’t like to be there. And so, she was there leaving behind me her unpredictable decisions which I don’t like. The decisions she never even confronted on me. I know I am not holding her life yet, I am a part of her that time, but those things was nothing for me because it is not the issue I am clinging to, it is on her I trust most. Only thing I realized, that she was really changing and more and more, that awakens the bitterness of mine, the dark side of my being which consolidates of our quarrels. As she was hired in that institution, I was then gracefully also hired. I never thought that someone from a heaven’s gift would allow me to apply and be hired in also another institution in NORSU. I was then blessed even though I never asked for it. I think of it as God sign of leaving the consequences for her, to her who did not confront me on her decisions even though, I’m a part of it. However, we were still together yet, it’s coming vague and vague. There will be those times when you don’t understand each other and just quarrel. I don’t really understand why those things happen even if it is nonsense. Again and again, quarrel and quarrel, argue and argue, and those nonsense fight. I hate those moments. It’s like the whole happy moments we had has slowly vanished and stoop with hatred, a feeling of happiness yet with sadness. It is like the title of the song, when love and hate collide, and it is really in that manner. I am more afraid of losing her because it was almost a perfect relationship. The relationship which I believe that love is sweeter the next time around, the relationship that encourages me to aspire more in my studies. But it ended the time I caught her lying on me. The time when she broke the trust I had for her. She admitted it but I hate it anymore for it was not only once. It was too shallow to be the reason yet everything that she done to me, triggered to decide on those teary moments. We’ve come close enough to surpass the years we had with my first girl friend but our story ended there and I want to leave those things up to there. I have no planned or whatsoever for her. Even now, both of them, I consider strangers. I know I am that rude but if ever you will be in my shoes, it was never easy to be lied, to be hurt, to tell your innermost secrets, and everything you’ve done just for a single person. I’m glad it ended though I regret, some of it was my gratitude that it build me up more, to a stronger person. Talking of my studies, I was then really disappointed when I failed that single subject that lead me in taking the summer class. Nevertheless, I hate that instructor who misjudges my capabilities. Only thing I can count to him is that, God will leave the vengeance for me, for us who were not worth of that marked. As I move on again with my love life, for the second time, I then more realize the beauty of friendship, the importance of singlehood, the essence of family, and especially, the goal which I dream, to earn my degree and I must passed this course. The rest of my college life story will be left private for those moments are controversial unlike these I shared.

Tears Are Blessings

I cried, and can cry more…

Things turn down sometimes, and the best we expect, turned out to let us cry. In times I am depressed, down and the tears almost fall, I hold breathe and wipe it before anyone could see it. Life is really in this matter and we can’t take this out of our lives even though, how much we try to.

Pains! Sorrows! Depression! Misery! Hopelessness! And any word that defines sadness is really unavoidable. Such sadness ruins our expectations and desires that lead us to fall our very own tears. This is the reality of the drama of life and I am used to it.

I supposed to be strong, I supposed to enjoy and wear a jolly happy smile. But now and then, there were those aching reasons that hurt my feelings. In my case, I grew up as a crying boy. My older brother and sister, used to tease me and more than that, every word from my father is my cry. It was when I was in my elementary days when every time I got home and don’t study, expected for so long cry of that night without even eating sometimes. I am stubborn indeed and don’t follow orders often and I regret my headstrong character. Anyways, this is just one of the instances of my shown cries during my childhood days.

The cries I am pointing by the way were those, hidden times, mostly in my youthful days, those past years in my high school moments and in my college as well. They were no more unhidden for I used to cry in my own shirt, in my bed and probably, alone. I am not used when somebody is behind me, unless, he/she is the reason, but I think, I really need to be alone during in my drama minutes. Behind the reasons why I cried unseen were sort of break-ups, friend fights, family problems, misunderstanding and so many to mention. Yet, behind the very painful experiences, I am so thankful in a positive manner. Why? I just realize that those hidden tears I cried were blessings. Blessings of my emotions which remind me not to mourn more, but to be thankful that I am living this life and to be visible of the stormy saddened feelings I was about to encountered.

And I am so grateful for those hidden tears made me stronger and keep me hopeful for each respective solution of my agonies.

Have you ever wondered the odd feelings for someone? The emotion when you just pity someone for a reason? The emotion when you saw yourself to that person and realized yourself in her or him? The emotion when you saw someone alone or maybe, the laugh and joys you reflect to her or him? The emotion when you just stare someone strangely because of curiosity? Haven’t you? Sincerely, the love I am talking is for someone whom I was dearly love before. She was so simple in my sight, yet so incredible in my heart. She even smiles like no other and even more, her beauty is unfading. She sparkled my eyes and twinkled like the shining stars. She even made my heart beat so fast, unnoticeably. She was the girl I dreamt before that awaken and almost blast my wildest nights. She was even the one I talked to, of most of my problems. The one whom I waited after her classes and much more, the one, I madly and deeply felt in love.

Those where the days when she and me was that close. The days and nights when we seated in some antique unique bleachers and talked, and talked and talked. The time spent under the big tree, the nightly walked after some wait after her class, the seconds of texts and untimely calls, the midnight cares and everything that was shown had faded slowly and swept drastically into a worthless feeling.

If you ever asked me if I still love her beauty? I don’t know if I still really love her and I don’t even know if I still love her that much, but one think I can say, that, my answers will soon be revealed upon my actions for what I really feel for her. I thanked her for everything, even though, not that much, but I was so dearly love by her.

The Offer

This story is composed of two parts. Mainly, the story of umbrellaz with shoez and the second one is of yellowjerseyz and blueblouze. As you read about this, you will longer understand and conceptualize the connection of both stories. Enjoy reading!

Umbrellaz and Shoez

One fair day, it was a sunny afternoon. The sun brightly shines above the globe and everyone felt the very hot temperature of the hotness of the rays. As it rotates slowly, the yellow colored ball shallowly shaded by the dark cloudy sky, which engulfed and turned the light room school into a turn off dim environment. Slowly and slowly, rainfall gradually felt and the drops became bigger and bigger which turn into a heavy rain. On one of the corners of the school, shoez, the quite yet mouthful type boy, was at the topmost of one of the buildings of the school. Meanwhile, umbrellaz, the smiling, angelic girl was on the other next, next building. Shoez was so up hurriedly for he might be soaked and watered by the heavy rain that suddenly falls from the sky. He also had something to do at the right building he walked up. He was kind of busy for some sort of research and he is doing so much stuff on techniques on how to make himself shiny always. Shoez characteristic is a maxim boy, yet he is somewhat gutsy, crazy, and doing stuff to let himself be busy. On that rainy afternoon, shoez was consuming his time reading something while waiting also for the rain to stop. Surprisingly, umbrellaz texted shoez and asked, “Are you busy?”, right at that moment, shoez replied “Not that much.”, even though he is. “Can you come here and mind helping me in my research? I’m at the next, next building.”, umbrellaz asked over. Shoez at that moment was so busy and didn’t replied for he forgot to looked at his cell phone for he was focusing much on what he do. Umbrellaz, on the other hand, waited for shoez’s replies. Half an hour past when the rain still falls heavily and more heavily, yet no single reply from shoez. The ground was almost covered with water and corners were overstayed by students to avoid being wet. After a long wait of umbrellaz, she texted shoez over and over, “Is everything ok?”, “Are you ok?”, “Are you mad?”, “Can you help me?”, “Will you come?”, “Do you have an umbrella?”, “You want me to get you there?”, “Are you afraid of the rain?”. Shoez still didn’t reply and umbrellaz can’t stay calmed for she is very much worried for shoez. She even texted again and again and even more, miss called and tried to called, but nobody answered. She was really worried for shoez. Thinking of her anticipations of what shoez is doing, she closed her eyes and gasp some air and calmed her thoughts. Suddenly, she got her umbrella and headed for where shoez is. Meanwhile, shoez on the other hand was focusing much on what he reads and came up to a word of “umbrella” and all of a sudden checked his cell phone and replied to umbrellaz. Then on, he walked ahead while reading everything and by the time he sent his replies, umbrellaz was at the door way where shoez was also going out. They were both shocked for they were bumped to each other, but shoez grab her to a corner. He explained everything and jokingly said to her, “You are so much worried on me, I am not going to die, anyways.” Then on, even though shoez was busy, and he doesn’t like to be wet in the rain, he was confident that umbrellaz will cover him from the heavy rain and will in returned needs his help. Both of them cheerfully walked under the rainfalls using umbrellaz umbrella and happily completed the research of umbrellaz, together.

Yellowjerseyz and Blueblouze

It was a rainy day, yellowjerseyz wake up late and he taught that it was too early. All the way, he opened his windows and noticed the heavy rain. He checked his phone and notice the time was almost 12:00 noon. Then on, he hurriedly prepared for school. While he was eating, he read the received text messages from blueblouze, greeting him the early rainy day she had at school. Blueblouze extend her cares for yellowjerseyz and told to bring some coat or any rain protection. After reading the messages from blueblouze, yellowjerseyz was worried for her. He asked if she was fine and that if she was not wet by the rain. During that time, blueblouze had her class and just secretly replied to yellojerseyzs’ messages. She told him that almost of her back was wet because of heavy rain. She even was uneasy at that time and wanted to go home to change, but she had no choice for she has a class to attend. With the instinct and worries of yellowjerseyz, he grabs one of his t-shirt which is a yellow jersey one and ironed it. After that, he sprayed it with perfume and neatly folds it and prepared all the way for school. Upon entering at the school, even though he is too late, he managed to head directly to where blueblouze had her class. He even almost forgot of his class for his worries for blueblouze weighs more in his feelings. Blueblouze notice yellowjerseyz and excuse herself in the class. With her surprised, yellowjerseyz handed her the yellow jersey t-shirt and told her to wear it for the mean time. He told her that he was bothered of her wet blouse. Blueblouze was really amazed of what yellowjerseyz shown for her. After that, blueblouze change herself with the yellow jersey one, smelling the sweet-scented perfume that yellowjerseyz sprayed on it, before going back to her class. Yellowjerseyz was then on smiling as he headed to his late class. Blueblouze jokingly informed yellowjerseyz thru text that, “This t-shirt is too large for me and I look like a hip-hop craze, anyways, thank you so much! Take care too.” Nevertheless, she already wore it and she will just change after she got home. She also texted yellowjerseyz about what she did to the t-shirt that night. “I just fold it carefully, sprayed it with my scented perfume and put it beside me, as I slept that unforgettable rainy lovely night.”

NOTE: This stories are the reflection of what happened in me. Actually, both stories really did happen in my life. I am shoez in the first story and yellowjerseyz in the second one. I have nothing in mind to think how I can present what happened to us when those fresh days of our togetherness. Only thing, I thanked her, who was the girl who wore a blue blouse offering her umbrella with worries and flattered during those rainy days.

4th Year College Life (1st Sem)

As I had experience in the past 1^st semester in my four (4) years as a Computer Science Student, I thought it was just so easy. Thinking of what the preceding batches of Computer Science who told us that this course is just easy, but for me, it’s a hard one. Maybe because we are not that fully prepared of the challenges in the 1^st semester which leaves us with five (5) majors without counting our respective enrolled minor subjects.

Since before I enrolled in college, I never thought that Computer Science has so many major subjects to be loaded. 1^st Semester in my 4^th year life is a new beginning. It was! Realizing the ache that we took during out last semester in our 3^rd year life which force us to took that summer retake class. It was really a pain in my studies for I never thought; I mean, we never thought that we would retake that subject. I don’t really knew what made up our teacher that time that almost three-forth of the class gave him a retake mark. And so, I can really say that 1^st semester in 4^th year schooling is a good start to finish this course. It is a great hope for all of us who continue to pursue, for us to graduate and earn a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Degree.

Anyways, the happening in my 1st semester 4th year level was another trembling minutes. Thinking of the five major subjects, which have its own corresponding requirements and projects. It’s really a crazy course but there is no turning back. I need to face the consequences and just be ready for my best in order to pass the subjects.

Enumerating the highlights of my challenges in my major subjects were the modification of the NORSU website, PLAVDS (Portable Live Automated Virtual Desktop Software), Mini-IDE, Video Editing, Network Proposal, and Piapi Health Center System. Quite few yet it is not the totality of the challenges, because aside for each individual softwares to be made, most of them should have a formal documentation and we defended it on a set of panels or to our respective instructors.

Modification of the NORSU website was given to all the 4^th year class, hence, we were group according to what we should do. I was a part of the core group which was the main group of the division among the other groups for the website. I was assigned for the codings and the proper placement of the data of which the other groups gathered. Data from the different colleges and offices in the NORSU and other matters related for the NORSU website. As what I have mentioned, 4^th year was another trembling time because we thought that we failed this subject. I was really dismayed that time when our teacher publicly announces that we were all INC (Incomplete) because of not passing to him what we made. Then on, we talked to him and we told him that the draft of the revision of the NORSU website was already finished. We demanded for that for he is not in the school for a month and thinking that he just easily leave us with INC grade. Anyways, we just accepted that time than to have a retake subjects. Mini-IDE is another headache for it was not easy to made. Thinking of programming software that a Computer Science used and out from that, we will make our own programming software and that conceptualize our Mini-IDE. It was really hard to understand a simple programming and imagining us, to make our programming software without knowing all the necessary programming skills. Really hard yet, we passed. I can’t show you the final output for it was coded in a different programming language.

Video editing is another dreaded project. Though I admit that it was a bit interesting. Making our own videoke video, a movie dubbing, and a promotion video. Despite the three requirements, only two of the video edited was his intention. Considering that we had gave our effort on video making. Anyways, we passed and thank God!

Network Proposal is another ache for we never discuss of this. The only coverage we had was on the network and on how to network. We haven’t tackled any, on how to propose and set the necessary plans for a specific company, yet, we did our respective research and we made it.

Piapi health center was our project for the health office itself. We made simple software that would set ease for the staff in the health center for their care of their patients.

In spite the projects that I had experience in my 1^st semester in my 4^th year of schooling in college, I can say that it is really hard yet I just believe that I can pass. I mentioned once this with my group that, “We must not be dismayed of the problem that we faced for it is a BLESSING!” Though I am that positive, the fear that left in me is as well great, but I need to be strong because I want to GRADUTE!

Hoping for a continual passing in my studies this 2^nd semester. I have set my self to aspire more, to believe more, to be positive more, ‘coz I really want to graduate nah jud. Thanking the Lord for all the blessings he gave for me. I am excited to wear the toga . . . God Bless nalang nako this second semester . . .

Perfect Solution

It was never been this easy...

When i was in my childhood days, my older brother and i used to slept late on the night. We played games (bomber-man) and often of those nights is his making of computer programs. I can still remember when he let me seen those programs he made using only those old unique programming languages. Graphical User Interface (GUI) is not yet that boom on those times because only the Command-line Interface (CLL) is available. Compared nowadays, with just a single click, you can command the computer. Anyways, i do admired those programs he made for it was never been that easy to made those very frustrating, logical, complicated softwares.

As I've grown on, computer related courses was my dream. I took computer science for i was challenge of what my older brother had undertaken. Moreover, I was exposed to computers and it was my world for I'm really fond of using it. Used to it for playing purposes before, but now, i can't even have a single minute to play.

Playing was my diversion when I'm upset, when I'm bored or much more to that, it was my daily day reliable best friend. Mao tingaling I'm a loner in person and honestly, I am not that friendly specially if you have your chance of your first time look at my face, you would even say that. Suplado lang jud ko in person but ila-ila lang tah kay makahibalo rah kah...

However, taking Computer Science was a mere challenge in my college life. I do agree that i loved this course and having this intense aspiration to know more and have more in my knowledge, in this field. During those fresh years i had, was a bit OK specially, those starting days, but compared to this past ending years i had, where the most unexplainable and very drastic moments. I can't imagine i took my summer class because i failed that subject. And to think it over, almost three-fourths of the class took that summer class just to pursue and catch this years' batch. I don't even understand why such judgment by our teacher, was just that easy. I mean, we did our best, we even read lot and study more even though, almost of the time he should do, is to teach us. But i already recovered from that for only God knows of his judgment. I don't want to keep any pain for him for I don't want to hold the judgment in my own way but i am leaving it to the God up above.

Nevertheless, this year is a continuation of my in-depth aspiration for my dream. To pass this semester and the following semester in order for me to graduate. This semester is not an easy ride. It was never been! I do believe that graduating students, were the most burdened students and the most heart beating times. Proven for we do have so much documentation aside from our simple made programs. Not just that, we have our life breaking and head aching and as well, heart tearing complications on dealing of our teachers. I don't know why this things happened. I don't even know why such things like this will come to be as hard as it is. I don't want to retake again for i don't have a space in my heart that will accept again if ever i failed. I mean, even though, we really did not failed, yet, the judgment of our instructors will be the final grade.

Graduating as we know, must be a happy event, yet, how come i can be happy with this lots of stuffs to make and much with my surprise, don't even know how to deal with this. I can't carry anymore the projects and deadlines to beat. I don't even know if God has already planned us to graduate this year. I am not really sure to pass, compared to those fresh years when I was a computer science certified student. Much more with this, i don't have the capability to assume that i will really pass for such doubtful ideas are roaming in my mind. I don't know how i can solve this problem, yet, three things i can say,

1.I do understand what my older brother has been through during his college days.

2.I do aspire more and challenge more for my dream, and lastly,

3.I do know that God has a PERFECT SOLUTION for all of this.
