I guess I really need to push myself to workout despite my busy life to give me more energy specially that I am cleaning houses for part-time. Today is the new start of my workout schedule. It is still Kick Boxing workout and I realized how beneficial the kick boxing workout on my stiff shoulder. It really helps to loosen stiff muscles on my shoulder. It's fun but like any other workout dvd that I have, it is quite confusing to follow some of the steps since it is my first time. I don't want to file up the dirt in my house anymore so I try to keep it as clean as possible. At first, I was skeptical to purchase it because of some bad feedback/reviews from the customers who bought it. I just wonder why? When I watched the thriller of this dvd, it looks complicated but surprisngly not at all. My body is cravings for food that I usually take plus, I feel like vomiting when eating the soup. Another reason is that, it is my birthday today and we are planning to eat in Chinese Buffet restaurant tonight. I wil ruin the 7 days diet plan so I thought of ruining it early. hahahahha!!!I lost about 2 pounds this week and I am happy about it. The 7 Days Vegetable Diet Soup Plan is not working that much for my anymore since I did it so effectively before my vacation in the Philippines last month. I guess it needs some more time to repeat it to make it more effective. Aside from that, I need some time to overcome the vomiting effect of the Vegetable Diet Soup.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt; I will make sure to have a balance diet and be more aware of the portion of the food that I am taking to continue to lose weight slowly. I will make sure to always include milk on my diet everyday, alternately mixing it with banana and whole cereal. I am aging and I need food rich in calcium.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt; I will try my best to eat healthy meat for protein intake and avoid carbs whenever I can. I must eat more vegetable and fruits instead and I will do it by continuing my habit of preparing foods that I will bring to work.
