Lord, I remorse

for my heart within has disillusions;

Ashamed because to You I can't conceal my true color

for all my blunders and unwise decisions

How are you?

Me, I'm fine. Still struggling to live.

It's been a long time..

and I don't even know where to start.

I feel lost and frustrated.

I really don't understand why..

you're doing this to me, but

people are just so selfish.

The world is black,

Life is so cruel,

I saw a dead pigeon crashed by a car.

As I pass by to it,

Hope you are all doing fine friends. A new week has began and new entries had come in to " Letter To God Contest". Writings from the very core of the writer's hearts.

The 13th entry

It’s a date

Waiting for that chance to have you near

For a dinner, or a lunch, or an ambitious date

With you, me, no other friends

In a table for two, everything in the rightful place

On that dream day I will get you something

A token for everything, to me you’ve been doing

Crazy it may seem, I still have no idea what to bring

But then I know you’ll appreciate it whatever could that be

Perhaps you would anxiously laugh at me

Seeing me unease, silly, and shaky

Lips trembling, legs crumbling, I’m not good at this really

My voice wobbling, or worse, couldn’t utter a word totally

But I would try to make the most out of this

Let you feel how happy I am to be with you face to face

I’ll take my time to thank you for everything Tell my heart’s desires wildly raging

We’ll then take the time to talk about everything

Movies you love, food you eat, songs you want to sing I hope you don’t mind, if I ask you silly things

Because tons of questions are at the back of my head

I’m not the perfect son you wanted me to become

I make mistakes that are unimaginable sometimes

For I am weak and I don’t know

The ways to be strong and walk the right path beside you

In that mean time I would then try to hold my tears

When I say sorry for all these shortcomings

I may not deserve all these things I enquire But with you, I’m reassured I’ll be fine

Now I might have been taking much of your time

Before we part I would like to ask

Dear God,

Can I ever Thank You enough?

Woke up to just another ordinary day
But I dare not complain
You gave me another morn to spare
And Thank You is all I can say

I've got a family so huge, so crazed
But the love they give is beyond compare
I guess a perfect home is what we all wish for
So Thank You Lord, I couldn't ask for more

Untamed set of friends I have them too
Yet in tough times, I've proven them true
You brought wonderful people in my life
Forgetting to Thank You is just not right

I know sometimes I whine too much
About the things I want but can't have
But Lord, I Thank You because you always give
Just enough of what I ever need

I tend to worry every so often
Anxious of things that are yet to happen
But I know You're there to guide, to protect
Thank You Lord for that promise You kept

Not too long ago I got sick and I was afraid
I cried of pain but never did I lose faith
I was grateful for the doctors but I Thank You even more
You healed me, You had my health restored

And could I ever forget the time when I felt broken
I was alone, or so I thought, and I hit rock bottom
I sincerely prayed that You come back into my life
Then You made me realize, You were there all the while

I am so privileged having you all wonderful blogfriends who keeps sending entries to " Letter To God Contest". Your letters are the my highlights of the day. Making me smile, making me cry, and really warms my heart. Inspiring letters.

So now for the eleventh entry:) It is from a guy who likes running and climbing mountains. A strong man with a soft and kind heart. A friend of many. His name is Empi in blogworld.

God is my best friend

I’ve been through a lot of pains,

And you’re there to ease what I feel.

I’ve been through a lot of disappointments,

And you’re there to inspire me.

I’ve been through a lot of heartaches,

And you’re there to comfort me.

I have reclaims about life,

MY NOTE TO GOD

Father it's been a while since we last talked.

I always sing songs and talk to people about you.

But then I can't truly recall the last time we sat together

and had a heart to heart talk.

Father forgive my inadequacy

For words wouldn't be enough to express my gratitude and

reverential respect towards you.

I know I am not the best, but Father I plea!

Hear me out! Extend your love and compassion upon me!

You see Lord, my childhood was not the best.

I lacked fatherly love-- I must confess.

My lonely heart has had no rest.

But, because of your love I have been blessed.

This letter is not solely for me.

But for the little angels, yes! that's who they're gonna be.

Children that I haven't met yet,

blessings that I will love till my last breath.

Father I pray that you guide me.

To be the best mom I can be.

Don't let the hatred for my biological father be seen.

But, let the wonderful love of my mom intervene.

Let the things I've learned from every suffering,

Teach them that in every failure there comes winning.

Let my hands and feet be the extension of yours,

That you may perfectly guide them through life's different doors.

Let them grow strong to defeat and stand against every adversity

but be kind and gentle to those who need it.

May your wisdom help them in their every decision.

O, Lord -

Do you (really) hear this voice?

This little bird-song inside my throat that

greets the morn in many a summer-day?

This fragmented psalm I throw in the air that

furtively haunts many a quiet-night?

Sometimes cold, dark and dreary, but

always hungry -
hungry to be heard

Do you hear me clear, O, Lord?

Do you ( really) see this man?

This little child that ne'er grows old ere your eyes?

Do you look at the curves in my face I re-

arrange each day? ( or) Do you prefer to read the

history I map into my skin?

Do you see me there, O, Lord?

Do you ( really) speak this tongue?

This language of man that kills a living, (and)

gives life to a dying soul? This trumpet of sins that

curses my whole, (sometimes) loathes the world,

Father, Its me, your Prince.

And Father, I am weak.

I am ruthless, rude, sarcastic, and horrible.

Father, I am a monster, in my own little ways.

Not realizing how gigantic little things can get.

Father, I am always tempted to do bad things.

My ambition sometimes forced me to concentrate on loving myself

Than being selfless and start caring for others

Moments happened where I don’t recognize myself anymore

Questioning, who I am? Is this the son you created?

Am I what you wanted?

In the middle of all the harsh things, you always blind me.

By your presence, by your love, and by the things you teach.

You remind me that I am still your prince in my own little ways.

Because you know that a thousand mile starts from a single step.

And in that stretch, though I sometimes let go of your hands,

You are still beside me.

Holding me, protecting me, and loving me.

Father, I know sometimes I am not worth it of your love.

A monster doesn’t deserve your love.

When I realized that I wasn't born rich that I had to work to finance my studies,
