Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 news leaked to site Kotaku that the game may be released this Nov 8th and the announcement will be made at the E3 video game conference, June 2011.

This video shows the info regarding the single player, multiplayer, maps and levels in MW3.

But Activision is yet to make a statement on this. Until then, all these info cannot be confirmed.

How to Remove Duplicate Title Tags-?m=0 url parameter

Duplicate Content, duplicate title tags, duplicate titles or duplicate keyword are a no no to Google and hence to your page ranking and traffic.

Recently When I checked my site in Google Webmaster tools, I found to my horror that there were like 12 URLs with duplicate tile tags in HTML suggestion section.

Lets see how we can solve this problem. The issue with duplicate title tags was that the mobile version of the URLs with ?m=0 are being indexed and so Google sees two URLs with same content and title. See below.

So when I did some Google search, I found out there are two ways to solve this problem. Canonicalization and edit URL parameter settings.

You can set your preferred URL, among different versions of it, to be Canonical. For which you have add this tag in your head section of that page.

<link rel="canonical" href="http://www.example.com/abc/xyz.html">

But if you are lazy like me, then you can have the second option. Now go to webmaster tools and select your site and then select "Site Configuration" then "URL Paramaters". Add a parameter, in my case 'm', then tell what googlebots should do with it.

Before going any further, I got to remind one thing to you guys. Use these options carefully, so read and understand every options before choosing it. Because if you do it wrongly, you may end up removing many pages from Google indexes, valid non duplicate pages!

So I checked and confirmed that 'm' parameter is just for mobile version and I choose "No URL" option. After like 4 to 5 days the duplicate title tags error message was gone. And also I verified the number of indexed pages before and after doing this URL parameter thing. It went through fine, for ME atleast!

Good Luck guys.

But Don't come and complaint if you happen to see some change in the number of indexed pages. Do it with your own risk.

Google Increases Fetch As Google Bot Fetches To 500

A nice little update from Google regarding the fetch as Google bot option in Webmaster tools. Google increased the fetch number to 500 from 50.

But one thing I'm not sure of is 500 fetches for one month or one week.Previously it was 50 fetches per week and 10 URL index submissions per month. And the count for URL submission remains the same.

Buy New Hard Disk Drive HDD or Wait A Little Longer

So now you know that the hard disk drives(HDD) are getting hotter in pricing in the market due to the damage caused by the floods in Thailand.

And you put a hold to your buying a new hard disk drive? But how long should you wait is the question I've been receiving since I written this post Reason for Hard disk Price Rise.

Obviously now you have to wait a bit if you have plans on buying large number of new hard disk drives.

But if you are desperate and out of storage space then go ahead and buy an external hard disk drive. I've noticed some price reduction in the external hard disk recently in a premier shop here in chennai.(about $10).

But still the internal hard disk drives are limited or no stock in many shops. So my bet is to wait for 3 to 4 month(Apr 2012) before you can stock pile the new hard disks. Seagate won't be a problem as of now because their damage is far less compare to the Western Digital. So when WD starts its production the markets will eventually cool down.

So my option is to go for the external hard disks now for your essential needs before it too gets out of stock.

What Why! Reason for Hard disk Price Rise-Thailand floods

So if you are wondering what this post is about, well if you had seen the movie "The butterfly effect" or "The sound of thunder" then you'd get the idea of how a small thing can make a huge difference.

Even a flap of a butterfly may have an effect somewhere on this planet. So you get the point I think.You would've heard of the recent flooding in Thailand

and if you think that it has nothing to do with you since you are somewhere around the planet far away from Thailand, well think again. You would've also heard that there is a steep rise in the price of hard disk recently. You know why?

Well, Thailand produces around 70% of the world's hard disk and the recent flooding caused the hard disk giants like SEAGATE and Wester Digital to shut the production causing global demand of hard disk to sky rocket.

And consequently the prices of hard disk also raised to almost 110% of the previous. If you had any plans of buying hard disk, then think again! You just gonna have to wait atleast 6 more months to hope for a considerable reduction in the prices of hard disk. Also the computer shops are making use of this situation to increase the prices of other products like processor, RAM and monitor.

Even the shop that I used to buy increased prices for several products. Now the external and internal hard disk cost the same amount and I don't want to pay 100% more price and neither should you. Don't panic and rush to the shops, wait for some time and see if the prices come down after the manufacturing of hard disk at the SEAGATE starts to its full potential. Buy now only if its necessary.

Here is what SEAGATE said in a press release on Oct12,2011.

"Currently, all Seagate factories in Thailand are operational and there are no logistical issues with employees reaching its factories. However, the hard disk drive component supply chain is being disrupted and it is expected that certain components in the supply chain will be constrained."

Here is what WD said in a press release on Oct 17,2011.

"Western Digital Corp today announced that it has extended the suspension of its operations in Thailand. Over the weekend, rising water penetrated the Bang Pa-in Industrial Park flood defenses, inundating the company's manufacturing facilities there and submerging some equipment. Add Horizontal Menu bar to your Blog for improved Navigation

In blogger if you add posts, they will be visible in the homepage one after the other with the most recent one at the top. But there is a limit on the number of post to be visible in the homepage. So what about the older posts?

This is where a horizontal main menu bar with important links categorized by topic comes to the rescue.You have the option of archiving where posts will be organized with date, month and year. Or you can categorize posts with “labels” where you can organize posts under several topics.

I prefer the later method(Labels) to create the horizontal menu links which gives me the option to categorize posts under many topics.You can place this main menu traditionally at the head of your blog. This will give your blog more professional look as a website.

For successfully placing a horizontal menu, you have to do two simple things.

First, every time you publish posts, give a valid Label to group it under a particular category like "Gadgets" , "Home", "Forum" etc,. Then you can display the "Labels" by choosing it in "Add Gadget" option in the layout.

Second for the main menu bar links below the header, you have to add some html codes using "Html/Java script" through Add gadget option. Then paste the below code in that gadget.

SEO - Make your Web Site indexed and Showed in Google Search Results

If you are searching for info on how to get your site or blog posts appear in Google search, then you've come to the right place.

I'm gonna show you how, but before that you should have a blog or website with at-least one page/post in it.I believe you are quite new to website or blogging.

For guys like us who are looking for help, Google comes handy both in search as well as in giving us tools for our needs. What you should do is link your blog or website with Google's webmaster tools. This is a basic search engine optimization(SEO).

This is going to be your work place where you can analyse all kinds of data like number of views, page impressions, keyword density, links to your blog, site map etc., Once you login or register, you can add your site/ blog with webmaster tools. Google will give you some codes which you have to paste in your blog's html to verify that you are the owner of that blog/ website.

Once you've verified then you have to wait a little like 1 or 2 days for the data to be available in Google's webmaster tools. If you already have good traffic to your site then those data will be visible early, if you barely have viewers then you have to wait for those data.

For now our goal is to get indexed in Google search index. So once you've added and verified your blog you can choose your blog and start using the tools. First you have to looks for "Diagnostics" tool and expand it. There you can see "Fetch as Google bot" link and through which you can give the url of your post and see if Google bots can fetch it successfully or not.

Once fetched successfully you can submit for index. The limit is you can have 50 fetches per week and 10 url submission to index per month. You can directly submit url but the above numbers holds the same for a single account no matter how many sites or blogs you have.

You cannot see the results immediately and you have to wait a little to get indexed. To see what are all the pages/ posts indexed in Google search engine, try using this. "site:your website url" without quotes in search bar. If you don't see any results, then your site is yet to be indexed by Google.

My days of Cloud watching

OK so hrmm, just finished watching Garden state movie and feeling fresh to document this experience that I had about a month ago.

Its still fresh enough to make me to make a post on it. So here it goes..

I think we are all just too busy to watch, I mean to really see and enjoy the mighty nature in our daily lives.

You don't need to go to some vacation or trip to enjoy the nature, I mean you should go and enjoy, but it shouldn't be the only way of getting along with the nature.

We got every single day to see and admire the nature if you know what I'm talking about.

I was having this journey to my office, I don't have my ride so I commute with public transport. I usually, I think everybody, try to get a window seat and try watch the world through that small window, which makes me forget all the hustles, the crowd, weird people etc,. that are happening inside the bus.

All of a sudden, I was captured by the mighty beauty of the gigantic clouds just spread across the horizon. I was crossing a bridge, the wind blowing and the clouds, doesn't seem like moving and all I did was just stare at it as if I was doing site seeing in a new city.

Just a wonderful feeling to admire the natures beauty, by doing so without even knowing I was feeling proud and confident that morning for a change.

After watching this movie,"Garden State", I just wanted to share my feelings and just get it out as if I wanted to scream out of my lungs like those characters do in the movie. Haaah, tomorrow morning will be a great one I believe. Open up fellas!

How to Create a Static HomePage Blog like a website

If you'd started blogging and new to blogger, then you would learn that its different from a website.

When you start posting in your blog all the posts comes under your homepage with the most recent post at the top.

Well that is not how a website looks and that is how a typical blog looks like. If you are blogger who want to keep your blogs similar to a website, then you got to have a static homepage. But don't create a static page for that, but do a trick that will look like a static homepage.

First create a post for your homepage, you can give the title as "Home" so that you could know that its for the homepage. Mind you, a static home page is like a welcome page of your blog, so create a proper post for your static homepage. If you are good at designing and stuff then its good for you. You can get creative and create a better static home page.

Now, to the right site of the post editor screen you can see "Post settings" where there is an option for "Schedule". Click it to "Set date and time" and choose a date in the future like 5years in the future and publish the post.

If you check you blog, you will still see other posts sitting frustratingly in the homepage. Now go to the "Layout" settings and click the "blog post" edit option and set the number of post on the main page to "1". There you go!

Now you have your own static home page for your blog where you can do the updates in that posts like giving links to other posts, updating latest events, anything you want.

Browser web2.0 chrome or firefox

Recently I was getting a lot of updates and changes (improvements) from the browsers that I use, which are Firefox and Chrome.

Firefox was my only and primary browser till a month ago and would use chrome now and then to just see how it renders.

Most recently Firefox had made some quick updates to their versions, releasing 6.0, 7.0 and now version 7.0.1, the latest. And I haven't updated my chrome for a while so I thought may be its time to check out the Google guys as well and so downloaded the latest version 14 and it was way better than the version 11 that I was having in my PC.

I got to say both the browsers have come a long way and both have its advantages and I don't see any bad things in any of these browsers as they've polished every bit of the corners.

Lets come to the point, Chrome was bragging about being fast and all (it is fast mind you) but now Firefox is faster than before and comes close to Chrome and also Firefox now takes less memory space than before. And today I tried a simple test. I opened both the browsers and added 4 tabs (my site, yahoomail, facebook and IMDb) on both the browsers and checked the memory usage.

Both chrome and Firefox came close but the fact is chrome used only 212MB of space where as Firefox used 280MB. Also I tried to create the dump to see how it goes and Chrome's dump size was 155MB and Firefox's dump size was 446MB! That was quite a lot of difference there.

Still I think memory usage wise Chrome stands top. Also you should know that each tab you open in Chrome is handled separately so if any crash happens while you browse around, only that tab will be closed, leaving your other tabs unaffected. But I haven't got any crashes from both the browsers lately, so job well done by both browsers.

Firefox used to brag about its add-ons and all, but chrome is not far behind. It has most of the necessary add-ons now available for chrome but still I believe not as versatile as Firefox. Overall they both have come to a point where any improvement like trimming some milliseconds off on load time wont make much of a difference as you won't be able to tell the difference.

Its gonna be all about branding and your choice of getting used to a browser. All they can do now is being compatible to the new changes like OS changes or new application interfaces etc,. Whats your pick?

It has its own task manager(Tools->Task manager) where you can see how the memory is shared. The number of add-ons you have affects the memory usage and hence the load time. At the bottom you see the stats for nerds as well. It was pretty cool to check out the facts of each tab and if you have other browser opened, then you can see that as well.

If you are a developer, then you can check the codes as well under Developer tools.
Wondering where your bookmarks are? Go to OPTIONS-> Basic->Always show bookmark
You can create shortcuts to the webpage/application.

Firefox:

You have the option to do Private browsing if you don't want to leave any traces of your browsing sites and info. No history, no cookies.
As usual cool add-on for your needs.

Fifa 11 or Fifa 12 Try to play gracefully

This morning as usual wanted to play a game on Fifa 11 online and there came a guy.

Initially there was some glitch during our first game as my game stuck on a replay (I am the host) so I aborted the game and restarted.

But my opponent was accusing me that I quite as I was loosing(he must've scored during that glitch), and

challenged me that he could easy beat me. I accepted his challenge and told him to score again. But I was so frustrated by his gameplay that I ended up posting this post.(I'm not flaming by the way ;)

All he did was lob through and try scoring, by the way he was playing with real Madrid and me with arsenal.

So guys, here are some suggestions if you want to play for fun and not just to win.

First of try to choose teams with similar ratings. 95% of the guys I played with choose either Barcelona or Real Madrid. OK, I understand the fact that you love your team but this is online game, a virtual one, where you are the only human element present. Even if you are a pretty good player but choose to play with some a 3* rated team against a 5* rated team, then you'll struggle. So talk with your opponent before the game and settle on more even teams and play.
Try to build some gameplay! There are many like the guy I played today who just simply through/lob through the ball and try scoring. They never think about the other aspects of the game like passing, dribbling, tackling or showing your skills in some skill moves.
Talking about tackling, please don't just simply pressure run or slide tackle unnecessarily. You could do this and get away with against a low rated team or less skill player but you will look stupid against a player who is smart and builds gameplay.

Learn to tackle using jockey key and time your tackles, I know its easier said than done but practice with sprint+jockey and go for tackle.
Did I mention about passing? Its no sin doing it again I suppose. Even your opponent will praise you if you can score a goal with steady buildup with 10 to 20 passes. Its like earning the goal with patience and skill. Not just through ball or fineness shot by 5* rated team players.
Practice free kicks! Corners? I haven't got a clue yet on getting your player to make proper header. If you have any tips on corners then welcome to share here on comments. Then, where were we! Yes, free kicks, I personally believe you should score at every given opportunity. This is a skill test where you can test your nerves.Timing guys timing!
Last but not the least, try to play for fun guys. Don't try to prove or get in personally. By the way, if you wanted to know the end result of that above mentioned match.. well, it ended in a draw 2:2. Actually I came back from 2:0 down during half time;)

Cultures blind beliefs

I always wanted to share the beliefs of people, rituals, customs and cultures of various region but it can succeed with your help readers!

In India we are brought up with various blind beliefs from our childhood but as the world becomes more modern and youngsters started to analyze these things without just simply believing it. As a result those old beliefs started to disappear and is not getting passed on to the next generations.

I'm not saying it should be fed up to the kids without any logical explanation but at-least we could share it with the idea of how the life style was before and their beliefs. So i'll be updating this post as and when I happen to come across one.You can also share your beliefs with some details like country, religion etc.

Note: The information share here are just old blind beliefs. We don't mean to harm anyone/religion/country's sentiments. Just documenting the information for future generations.

When two person while talking speak at the same time the same words, then its believed that relatives will be coming home soon.
While talking to someone and you are trying to say something and if any lizard makes sound, it is believed that it also acknowledges what was being said by that person.
In some villages its believed that if the seasonal rain fails then if a marriage ceremony between a man and donkey is performed, rain may come.
If a cat crosses your path while you are going some where, then its believed to be a back sign or bad luck.
Black cats are believed to be evil.
Snakes are worshiped all over India, but when a snake comes near their household they kill it(mostly), but they will do some prayers to Snake god for its forgiveness.
If you try to kill a snake and it escapes, then its believed that it will come back to take revenge.
There was a time when some believed the photo of a donkey will bring good luck to their business.

Yesterday, my mom was scolding me not make food wait for me. The food was ready in the table and I was just browsing and doing stuffs.. then I thought one more blind beliefs..so..

Don't make food wait for you, otherwise getting food in the future may become hard for you.(I think, its is more of giving respect to food!)

FIFA 12 Learn to play Tactical Defending

Fifa 12 comes with new features like Impact Engine, Tactical Defending and Precision Dribbling.

But the most talking point is the difficulty players facing with the new tactical defending as they couldn't defend well against the improve AI.

But the reality is Fifa 12 is more of a simulation of real football and so you have to play like real players

with some thought process before doing any thing. Having said that, the consequences are game changing on how you do with your defending in Fifa 12. So here are some of the tips and tricks on learning the new tactical defending.

Keeps your formation intact:

First of all, you should know that formation means a lot in the playing style of yours.

So you got to keep your formation intact, in other words, do not Press your player for too long or do unwanted press as your player may get energy drained and hence the cramps.

Try to face your opponent , cut down the angle with proper positioning and make him to move in the direction where you have defenders.

You can do that(Facing you opponent) by 'Jockeying', in combination with 'Running Jockey' +, you can make your opponent do mistakes.

In Fifa 11 if you just do secondary press, your formation will be gone and your players will be all over the place where your opponent can simply dribble in the vacant space to the goal.

But here in Fifa 12, you have to make better use of the secondary Contain feature. This way you can be Jockeying in one direction while you send another player to contain your opponent.

But you got to practice this to be better at it. Its just like playing(controlling) 2 player at the same time. The key is, you don't need to control the direction of your secondary player who is 'Containing' but just anticipate and block any vacant possible way with the player your are in control with Jockeying.

So try to BUILD UP the game. Remember, Fifa 12 is slow compared to Fifa 11, so you got to build up for both attack and defend and do not rush.

Time Your Tackles:

As the old sayings, do the basics right. While tackling you just simply cannot press and hope for the best as in Fifa 11. Here you have to contain your opponent and press tackle key with proper timing.

There are those who find themselves tackling thin air. But as said before, you have to tackle when you think you have the best chance of getting the ball, which is getting closer. So position yourself and get close enough before tackling.

Having said that, when you do the 'Pressing' , you will feel you cannot get close enough to the opponent to make tackles, as if there is an invisible wall. Well, the trick here is to do manual jockey and you won't be feeling the invisible wall. You can get close enough to do tackle and guess what..when you get real close, sometimes the AI will do the tackle for you.

So use the direction key well while jockeying and use some sprinting to keep up with the player. If all didn't go well, you always have the option of choosing the Legacy defending as in Fifa 11, but not in online head to head though.

If you haven't decoded the slider settings for better computer AI gameplay, then try a couple of games with this slider settings for Fifa 12. And post a comment after changing the slider settings.

So I believe many would be finding it difficult to stay close to your opponent and getting close enough to tackle the ball. And I think this small trick can help you a bit to be in line with your opponent.

Try holding 'Contain' and 'Jockey' button to get close to the ball and as and when you hit the invisible wall, release Contain button and manually do the jockeying. You will breach the wall and have the best chance of tackling. Hope this makes tactical defending easy along with secondary Contain.

Movie Review - Final Destination5 2011

Once again the thrilling Final Destination movie series, now 5th part, making good money in the box office world wide.

With the 3D effect and people's need for gore bloody effects, the latest version of Final Destination movie lives upto their expectations.

SPOILERS:

In this version, the male character's premonition in the initial disaster saves the lives of his friends and eventually the death chasing them, ALL.

The initial disaster is good with some 3D effect scenes but for me its still the 2nd version of the Final Destination stands top. The sequence of events linking to the great disaster was synchronized awesomely and the length of time which grips you is still unbeatable in FD2.

Coming back to FD5, this time they tried to develop some depth in the relation between the hero and his girlfriend and they succeeded a little as we end up care for those characters.

As usual some of the deaths were not realistic and beyond the physics but enjoyable in gores perspective. Like the death of gymnast and guy at massage parlor are unrealistic. But the death at massage parlor was censored where I watched the movie(Chennai, sathyam), probably for religious concerns.

Overall, its just another fun, pop-corn movie to be watched with friends. As you leave the theater, your imagination might start working with unusual possibilities of what can happen when you go out;) Enjoy the movie.. Worth watching in 3D, my vote is 7/10.

FIFA 12 Demo Review Comments

It's been like a week after the demo was released for FIFA 12 and the general feedback is as expected, "Awesome". But still there are some talking points on the new IMPACT ENGINE glitches and hard , almost impossible TACTICAL Defending.

Lets talk about the improvements first:

The most anticipated gameplay is more polished and better graphics than we had in FIFA 11 and thumps for the EA teams to bring such improvements.

The dribbling is more fluent , added new skill moves and improved ball physics makes the game much more enjoyable. When you pull some skill moves at the right moment, it will create magic moments and again leaving the defender embarrassed.

When the impact engine pull off right, it looks great during the play and giving much more realism to the game, but when it doesn't it looks funny.

AI is much more improved now and the team mates are making some good positioning and making play little easy for you. But still while attacking the AI needs some tweaking.

Regarding Issues:

Even though its only a demo, there are some issues to be fixed before the release of the game on 30th sep. Like the much talked and anticipated Impact Engine and the Tactical Defending.

Impact engine is a great technology and its still in its early stage, so there bound to be some glitches. You can find those in Youtube as more and more videos are being uploaded, most of them are just too funny to watch. As most demos are usually much different than the full game, so hopefully EA fixes the issues this time around.

Most gamers find it annoying with the new Tactical defending thing. But this was introduced for more serious gamers than casual or gamers looking only for fun. Now the defending is much more difficult and make you to be on your toes(or finger tips) and now each successful tackle will be much more satisfying. If you don't like it,then you can always choose the Legacy defense as we had in FIFA 11.

At times the referee decision on penalties and red cards are crazy. With the new impact engine, the collision itself sends you OFF at times (remember its only demo) .

Considering the improvements, new features and the gameplay, FIFA 12 is going to be a great success this year as well.

Update1:

Today I read a guy's review of FIFA 12(Full version, with season ticket, you could download before Sep30) at EA forums http://forum.ea.com/uk/posts/list/1021009.page . And it seems like the most of the issues discussed above was address by EA.

The Impact Engine is toned down in the full version I think after all those crazy collisions you could find in youtube, which is great.

And Tactical Defending is also less difficult now compared to the demo, as per his comments. Seems like with some practice in arena you could learn to tackle and win ball back from AI.

One good thing about the PC version I forgot to mention is that this version will contain all the features of a Console game. Can't wait to start my career in FIFA 12.

Update 2:

Day 2, after the release of the full version in US on 27th sep, EA is busy with patches or may be some updates to the game.

Seems like Origin is prompting to update FIFA with 48MB or 2.4GB or 3.1GB files. Not sure how come a patch be 2.4 or 3.1GB size. Seems like some commentary languages like French, Italian are included in this.

But mostly for the users, the update was not successful as it didn't start the game after the update. So EA now has to fix the patches first before fixing other issues! Not a way forward EA when you consider the consumer support for FIFA!

Fifa 11 How to be a better goalkeeper

Guys, this post is not about Be a goalkeeper career option that you have in console games, but just how to be a good goalkeeper in PC version of FIFA 11.

In the PC version of FIFA 11, goal keeping is all about positioning and cutting the angles.But you won't be having much option in controlling the direction of your goalkeeper in PC. So how do you control him in the game?

Hope you know that one, but in case if you don't then try using key for rushing your goalkeeper. Configure your keyboard settings before try mastering FIFA11.

The trick to be a good goalkeeper is to test the skills of the opponent. When the goal is opening up for your opponent then what you can do is try rushing to your opponent just half way and hold your ground. If the attacker thinks that you are going to rush all the way and he may panic and shoot early without balance and miss the goal.

It all about sizing up your opponent before you can do this. Because, if you playing against a PRO, then the chances are he may use fineness shot with perfect angle to dissect you from the ball and hit the goal or lob the ball over the keeper's head.

So have to know you opponent first. The advantage of rushing only halfway through is you have the time for your defender to come behind and tackle the attacker if he slows down seeing the keeper rushing in. Its all about mind games played in the right way.

The other thing what you can do is just simply rush the goalkeeper all the way to the attacker when the goal opens up. Be active while doing this. You have to anticipate even before the goal opens up and start rushing, because your keepers are not the best of the runners around. The chances are you can get the ball right from his feet, cut the angle completely or slide tackle him. You may even get an Yellow card but its better than a goal conceded.

This is all you can do while goal keeping in FIFA 11 for PC, you cannot move side ways,but only just rush at the direction of the ball. If nothing works for you, then just hold your ground as keeper and improve your defending. Thanks for reading guys.

Reasons for your Computer slowing down-PC info

Well, there are many things that could slow down your computer from running in its normal speed.

Like large temp files, large desktop files, low space in C: drive, viruses, anti-virus software, network problems, or just simply you don't have the best configuration to run your PC smooth.

1.Check and know your computer configuration if it needs any upgrades. For most of the slow downs, you can check it with the task manager itself for any suspicious activity of programs running in your computer.

2.For those who haven't used task manager before, press alt+ctrl+delete (or) right click on your task bar and choose task manager to initiate this program. Then go to "Processes" tab and sort the programs by clicking CPU. See what program runs in max CPU usage. If you are suspicious(you have to be absolutely sure of this, because if you kill any important system program then your PC will shutdown) of this program then try killing that by clicking "End program".

3.Then, it could be some virus that may be causing the slow down. So you better get a good anti virus software and do a full scan of your computer.

4.If you have the habit of placing all the download files in the desktop and just leaving it there, then it could also be one of the factors for your computer slowing down, so try removing unwanted files from the desktop and place it in other drives.

5.Check for the free space available on your C:drive. Maintain atleast 1GB of free space for page files and system temp files.

6.Also check for fragmentation in the drives. Right click the C:drive and choose "Properties", "Tools" then "Defragment now". Analyze the drive and defragment if it is fragmented. This happens when you often install large applications or delete or uninstall applications.

7.Go to start and type "msconfig" in Run(for XP) and go to "startups". Check for unwanted programs that are starting when the windows starts and remove it(You have to restart your computer for this to take effect).

8.While you browse through the internet cache files, temp files will be loaded into your computer and after some time it will pileup and occupy unwanted space. So to clean this up you can use free softwares available in the market. Do a google search or you may try this one CCLEANER.

One last thing, if your OS was installed a long time ago then it could also be one of the reasons for slow down of your computer. As you install and uninstall software registry files will still be in your PC even if you uninstall the entire program. There are many registry cleaners in the market, but I'm not a big fan of this. I'd tried some softwares , some worked great in XP but not in Windows7 and I had to reinstall my OS to make it work again. So if you want to take the risk, then do a backup of your registry files and do the cleanup. But if you ask me, it doesn't worth it. Just do a reinstall of the OS like every 1yr(more or less) and again only if you think you need to.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes-Movie Recommendation

Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes:

Now a days the hollywood seems to be doing the remake of the prequels of the original movies like The Amazing Spider Man and the Rise of the Planet Of the Apes.

But it seems to be working for them as these movies are causing much anticipation and the eventually making good money.

But I didn't had much hopes for this Rise of the Planet of the Apes as the name of the movie itself seems a bit odd for having two "of the" and I was pleasantly surprised that I liked it.

Saw this movie on the first day (Aug 5th) night show and its worth watching. I think everyone knew the story as the apes going to take over the planet and become the dominant species but the way the movie develops make you hooked to the story and you start to flow with it.

The buildup for each major event in this film was pretty good, but I kind of felt the ending is not so great. But you gotta wait for the credits to be satisfied (don't want to spoil the story), which opens the door for the sequel for this series of Planet of the Apes.

The animation is good which is as expected after the technological development from the movies like Avatar. The facial expressions and motion capture stuffs works great. All I can say is this is not a bad movie at all. My ratings: 7/10

So if you've been playing FIFA 11 then you'd know the importance of "the defense". Here is just a simple tip for you guys to tackle like.....

The trick here is you get to your opponent close enough and then do the tackle because you have to control the player selection or else as soon as you press or while defending the player currently under control will be switched, so you gotta come again to that player.
