Añadir el huevo y la esencia. Incorporar la harina tamizada junto con el polvo para hornear y el bicarbonato. Unir con las manos, sin amasar demasiado. Envolver en papel adherente y refrigerar por 30 minutos. Estirar la masa hasta dejarla de 5 mm de espesor. Cortar tapas con un cortante redondo de 8 cm de diámetro. Colocar en el horno precalentado a 180º C de 12 a 15 minutos. Retirar y dejar enfriar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Relleno y cubierta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rellenar las tapas con el dulce de leche. Colocar el caramelo en el molde cubriendo bien el mismo. Dejar enfriar y cuando se cristalice el caramelo verter la preparación anterior.&lt;br /&gt;3-Tapar con papel aluminio.&lt;br /&gt;4-Colocar en el horno a 200 C durante 30 minutos aproximadamente.&lt;br /&gt;5-Retirar el flan del horno cuando este cuajado, dejarlo enfriar y desmoldar.&lt;br /&gt;6-Decorar con la cereza roja y hojas verdes. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div
