display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_4vYeUjeMYyo/SLbVYLQ7TlI/AAAAAAAAAWI/zHbB1LOu77A/s400/IMG_3384.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5239609827809513042" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;Peerkangai - 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;Small(pearl) onions - 1 packet or 15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;Mustard- 1 tsp&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;Urad dal- 2 tsp&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;Sambhar powder - 2 tsp&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;Tamarind - 1 lemon size(soaked in hot water)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;sesame oil- 5-6 tsp&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;salt as required&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;1.Peel the edges and skin of the peerkangai and and cut into small round slices.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;2.Take water in a deep pan and boil the the peerkangai slices till it become soft.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;3.Once boiled leave it to cool. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;4.Grind the cooled peerkangai in a blender or mixer nicely and keep it aside.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;5.Heat oil in a pan and put mustard and urad dal and fry it until urad  dal become brown. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;6.Put thinly sliced small onions in to it and fry it till it become transparent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;7.Add tamarind juice and sambhar powder and salt in it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;8.Add ground peerkangai in it and mix well and close the lid and leave it for 10 min.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;9.Add oil and leave it for 2-3 min and then serve hot with rice.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;10.You can have it  with bitter guard fry for side dish.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: rgb(51,204,0)"&gt;INGREDIENTS:&lt;br /&gt;3 tablespoons vegetable oil or unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup cashews&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup raisins&lt;br /&gt;1 Big onion (finely chopped)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup chopped carrot&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup chopped tomato&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup chopped fresh green beans&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup green peas&lt;br /&gt;1 cup chopped potatoes&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup lima beans&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup corn&lt;br /&gt;4 ounces paneer, cubed&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup milk&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup heavy cream&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste&lt;br /&gt;1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce&lt;br /&gt;1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric&lt;br /&gt;2 teaspoons ground coriander&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon garam masala&lt;br /&gt;salt to taste &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: rgb(51,204,0)"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: rgb(255,0,0)"&gt;1.Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan over medium heat. Place cashews in the pan, cook and stir until golden brown, and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;2.Heat oil in a separate kadai over medium-high heat, and cook the paneer on both sides, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Place in a bowl with enough hot water to cover for about 2 minutes to soften,and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;3.Stir onion into the skillet, and cook until tender.&lt;br /&gt;4.Mix in garlic paste and ginger paste, and cook 1 minute.&lt;br /&gt;5.Add finely chopped tomatos and cook untill tender.&lt;br /&gt;6.Add turmeric powder, coriander, and garam masala and fry it 4 2-3 min,stir in tomato sauce&lt;br /&gt;7.Stir milk and cream into it.&lt;br /&gt;8.Pour in required amount of water, and mix in raisins, carrots, beans,corn,lima beans and potatoes.&lt;br /&gt;9.Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender. 10.Then add paneer and cashews with the vegetables.&lt;br /&gt;11.Bring to a boil, and continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes.Finally add the peas and cook for 2 min. Next heat some oil in a kadai and add the rest of the ground masala and once it is well fried add the chopped onions and tomatoes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;6.Add the rest of the mixture and add chilli powder and turmeric and coriander and saute well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;7. Add coconut milk along with this and bring to a boil once.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;8. Keep closed in a dark, dry place for 8 hours and let it ferment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;To make crispy Dosa&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;1. Take a tawa heat it and apply little oil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;2. Mix the batter briskly adding some water. Batter should be little thinner than idli batter.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;3. Pour this on a tawa and immediately spread in the circular motion till thin then add ghee or oil say one to 2 tsp in the dosa and keep the stove on the medium fire&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;4.
