Today, I'll be going through six of these abandoned attractions, a quick history on all of them, and where you can find these vestiges of the past today. We take a ride on the Corkscrew roller coaster at Benyland in Japan. This was actually one of the smoother Arrow corkscrews we've ridden. Japan really knows how to take care of their rides! Cork Screw is an Arrow Dynamics steel roller coaster located at Benyland in Sendai, Miyagi. 2 trains with 6 cars per train. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows for a total of 24 riders per train.

The Indiana Jones Adventure is an enhanced motion vehicle dark ride attraction at Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, based on the Indiana Jones film series. Guests accompany intrepid archaeologist Dr. Indiana Jones on a turbulent quest, aboard military troop transport vehicles, through a dangerous lost temple guarded by a supernatural power.

The attraction premiered as Temple of the Forbidden Eye at Disneyland in Anaheim, California on March 3, 1995, and opened to the general public on March 4, 1995. A second, and nearly identical, version of the ride opened as Temple of the Crystal Skull on September 4, 2001, at Tokyo DisneySea in Chiba, Japan, unrelated to the 2008 film Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

La Vibora Bobsled Roller Coaster at Six Flags Over Texas

La Vibora (The Viper) is a steel bobsled roller coaster located inside the Mexico & Spain area of Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, TX. The ride's cars do not run on conventional tubular rails, but instead travel through a winding half-pipe trough that emulates the experience of riding a bobsled. In keeping with the Texas location the theme was changed from an alpine bobsled ride to a snake theme. The name La Vibora translated to English is The Viper. It was first located at Six Flags Magic Mountain under the name Sarajevo Bobsleds in 1984, however, the ride was part of Six Flags' (now defunct) Ride Rotation Program, and the coaster was relocated to Six Flags Over Texas two years later, and opened as the Avalanche Bobsled in 1987. The ride was later renamed La Vibora and painted to resemble a snake to better match the theme of the Spain section of the park.

Space Mountain is the name of a space-themed indoor roller coaster attraction located at five of the six Disneyland-style Disney Parks. Although all five versions of the attraction are different in nature, all have a similar conical exterior façade that is a landmark for the respective park. The original Space Mountain coaster opened in 1975 at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. There are two tracks within this attraction, Alpha and Omega, which passengers can choose from. NEW Attractions Coming to Disneyland in 2019

New Disney rides, shows & attractions are coming and 2019 is going to be an exciting year for the Disneyland Resort in California. Both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure will be seeing additions which include Jessie's Critter Carousel and Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind which will complete Pixar Pier at California Adventure. Hopefully we'll see World of Color return in 2019 as well. To celebrate Mickey's 90th birthday, Disneyland will be bringing back Mickey's Soundsational Parade to Disneyland, and the largest addition is the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge expansion. Disneyland will have two brand new Star Wars rides in this 14 acre expansion; the Millennium Falcon Ride and the Battle Escape ride. There's a lot to look forward to in 2019 at Disneyland!

Here's our informational concept and prediction video with planet coaster, just for fun, for the 2019 roller coaster headed to Islands of Adventure's Harry Potter World, Hogsmeade (Florida). Join Hagrid and friends as you journey into the Forbidden Forest. Ride made with Planet Coaster. We based this on many of the current rumours going around for the 2019 roller coaster, which has been rumored to become the most immersive experience ever on a roller coaster. The main thing we looked out for while creating the layout is the supports that are currently standing in the real construction area for the ride. Many of them show off the banking that will be used as well as the height of certain sections. It's hard to get a sense of speed, but we've done our best to scour over rumors and pictures to find what we could relating to height and track banking. For the most part, we believe we have the overhead track layout correct. The ride seems very low to the ground, which should be great for the Harry Potter area, keeping the immersion at a very high level. The ride also seems to get more intense towards the end, with many of the high-adrenaline elements and fast speed showing up late in the ride.
