Toh Yit Ming: A Tragic Incident at Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2010

2010-06-27T23:53:00.003+08:00

Yeah...was facebook-ing again..and i saw this...No wonder early in the morning 7am..i hear twice ambulance sirens...

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Toh Yit Ming: A Tragic Incident at Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2010

I would like to share a tragic incident that happened at Standard Chartered KL Marathon today…

When i was running my final 2 km on the 10km… as i was running along the road in front of Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, i saw a guy was sitting on the road side then soon enough he collapsed…

this incident attracted my attention as a guy(a training doctor, named Irkhan) that was trying to help him was shouting for medic..

as i was a trained EFR, i ran over to see what is happening.. (it was around 1 hour into the race for 10km runners)

i got to know that the guy (named Lim) has collapsed and was having seizure.. we tried to place him in recovery position… he was breathing very heavily and shortly and he was also biting his teeth very very hard… i was afraid that he will hurt himself (with either biting his own tongue or he closed up his airway).. so i tried to open up his jaw and tried to communicate wif him to have him relax and breath easily.. he then slowed down his breathing and taking deeper breath…

another lady (lady A) came to help and constantly monitor on his pulse… and Dr. Visva (was another participant in the run) came over to help…

Then suddenly, his pulse was gone… then we lied him flat and started on CPR procedures… we constantly check on his pulse to check whether his pulse has come back.. we did chest compression and also mouth-to-mouth breathing to Lim…

as we were doing the CPR procedures, we did not sight medic anywhere.. and we tried to shout as loud as possible for medic…

After awhile into the CPR procedures, "lady A" said that she could feel his pulse but was very weak.. then we stopped the CPR procedures to see whether he regain consciousness or not…

After i stopped the chest compression on Lim, i started shouting for medic services again with the hope that a medic services is nearby and heard us.. but unfortunately not… we only sighted 3 DBKL Officers(with big motorcycles) just stood by the road side and just stare… the did not come over to help or to check out what happened… (it was around 10 minutes that Lim collapse and had seizure)…

after a moment, Lim loose his pulse again.. we started CPR procedures again.. we still did not sight an ambulance or any EMS(Emergency Medical Services) around… after approximately 30 compression, Lim regained his pulse but was very very weak.. and yet.. there was still no ambulance or EMS sighted… and DBKL officers still stood there and did not came over to help… so I informed a passer by to run to the officers to tell them to call for an EMS soonest possible...

after we performed CPR procedures on Lim for the the third time, finally a St. John ambulance came after around 15 - 20 minutes after Lim collapsed…

we let the EMS officers to take over the CPR and First Aid… Dr. Visva asked whether do they have the AED(Automated External Defibrillator)… one of the person from the EMS said that they do not have it.. then I asked whether do they have a face mask with pump.. they also did not have it there… THEY PRACTICALLY HAVE NOTHING IN THE AMBULANCE!!!!!!!! -.-"

EMS took him and speed their way to HKL…

we were later informed that the Response time for EMS is 3 minutes but it took them almost 20 minutes to arrive… and later.. as I was reading through the Runners Guide that was provided in our running kit…

There is a statement (at page 15) that states that "Medical Assistance - Medical Aid is available every 4km and at the Finish Area. Due to runner's physical condition, Medical Officials are authorized to stop runners and remove their timing chip"…

every 4KM MY ROYAL ASS.. I did not see any first aider, ambulance or any sort of medical officials along my 10km route… and if 4km was true.. it definitely will not take them SO LONG to arrive...

--------------------------

---------------------------------------------

I got a call from Dr. Visva a moment ago.. he went to HKL to check out the condition of Lim and he informed me that Lim have passed away on his arrival to the hospital… T__T

Lim is only into his 20's and was running the 10KM distance…

P/s: please share this note to as many people as possible.. we will hope to create awareness on the inefficiency of EMS, DBKL officers and organiser of standard chartered KL Marathon 2010...

we also want to create an awareness that this kind of inefficiency have caused a life of a young man...

we will hope that the marathon organisers will take responsibility and make EMS a top priority in their planning

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Feel so pissed when reading the ambulance don't even got any basic equipments " mask pump" . . .What for they all driving whole way long to there? I feel shame to be a St. John member for this incident , really MEMPER-SIA SUI-KAN St. John face. About the runners guide...There is a statement (at page 15) that states that "Medical Assistance - Medical Aid is available every 4km and at the Finish Area. Due to runner's physical condition, Medical Officials are authorized to stop runners and remove their timing chip" If every 4KM..What took so long to get there?.......WTF?! Pandai la organizer ini...As i know Robin's friend also got take part in this marathon..hope wasn't him because i don't even know his real name.
Anyway...Rest in peace Mr Lim. :)

Negara Tidak Akan Bankrap Jika Subsidi Diteruskan - Awang Adek

Pada Mac 2010, rizab antarabangsa Malaysia berjumlah AS$95.3 bilion (RM304.96 bilion), 17.3 kali lebih tinggi berbanding Greece sebanyak AS$5.5 bilion (RM17.6 bilion).

-BERNAMA

崩溃了

2010-06-03T03:50:00.001+08:00

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you think women don’t sit around fantasizing about very naughty things, think again. Women are experts when it comes to dreaming up the sauciest of fantasies, and they don’t bother limiting themselves to the traditional. The top 10 female sex fantasies cover everything from fetish to threesomes, and you may be surprised to know that many women want to do more than just fantasize. Some women spend just as much time hoping their men will help put their female sex fantasies into practice. Sound interesting? Read on: we'll give you the inside scoop on the top 10 female sex fantasies, and what she’s really daydreaming about when you least expect it.

Number 10

Domination (her dominating you)

Women love a big strong man who can sweep them off their feet and carry them into the sunset -- but you may be surprised to learn that one of the top female sex fantasies is to have that same big strong man begging for sexual release in the bedroom. One of the top 10 female fantasies involves tying you down to a bed while she forces you to pleasure her with your tongue; the entire scenario revolves around you worshipping her body and begging for her attention. Why? She gets to be in control while enjoying total devotion from her man in the process. What more could she want?

Number 9

Domination (you dominating her)

The advent of the metrosexual is most commonly blamed for this top 10 female sex fantasy. It seems that modern, independent women actually prefer real men who aren’t afraid to embrace their testosterone. This woman fantasizes about you pinning her down, thrusting her thighs apart with your knee and penetrating her as savagely as you possibly can. She wants to feel your fingers snake through her hair and pull her head back; she wants to feel your teeth on her shoulder; she wants to be owned -- if only while in the bedroom (after which, she’ll want a clear return to equality). This win-win female sex fantasy scenario allows her to fully indulge her femininity, while still espousing the merits of feminism.

Number 8

Teacher/student

You’ll be thrilled to know that the Britney Spears fantasy isn’t just for men: Women love the idea of dressing up like a schoolgirl and parading about for your viewing pleasure. Many would even like to take it a step further, playing the naughty tart who won’t stop teasing you until you pull her over your knee and give her the spanking she craves. That’s right: Loads and loads of grown women fantasize about getting a proper spanking from their man. A spanking from you is exciting for two reasons: not only does this mild show of dominance hurt so good, but it also usually leads straight into hot, hot sex.

Number 7

Sex with a stranger

Most women wouldn’t have the chutzpah to act out this top 10 female sex fantasy, but you’d better believe that most have thoroughly enjoyed thinking about it. No-strings-attached sex is something many women would love to experience, but most are dissuaded from it thanks to a lofty load of self-produced guilt. Nevertheless, her panties definitely get wet at the idea of a gorgeous male approaching her in a dark, smoky bar and taking her back to his room for a long, hot night of wild sex. This female sex fantasy appeals to her naughtiest side -- the kinky one that rarely sees the light of day, thanks to a lifetime of religious and societal conditioning.

Number 6

Threesome with another woman

These days, it’s fairly common for straight women to get down with other women now and again, making this top 10 female sex fantasy a not-so-unrealistic possibility. That being said, this threesome fantasy rarely involves you getting playtime with the second hottie, as most girlfriends do not want to see their man touch another woman. In this scenario, you’re meant to play voyeur until your woman is ready for something more hardcore. This allows her to experience the best of both worlds without having to worry about things like jealousy or sharing.

Number 5

Threesome with two men

This top 10 female sex fantasy involves the woman being worshipped and adored by two gorgeous men. These men are typically heterosexual and, therefore, only interested in the woman -- which translates into a whole lot of action for her. Her sex fantasy might be as innocent as being penetrated by one man while performing oral sex on the other or it might go further, drawing on more hardcore aspects such as double penetration and the like. This female sex fantasy is the ultimate taboo for many women, which makes it all the more fun to imagine.

Number 4

Voyeurism

If you think women don’t enjoy watching other people get it on, you’re completely mistaken. Your woman likes to watch for the same reasons you do: it’s erotic, exhilarating and slightly taboo. She may fantasize about peeping through the neighbor’s bedroom window, spying on a kinky couple in the park or even catching a full-on orgy from the sidelines. Believe it when we tell you she enjoys "watching" just as much as you do; it allows to her be naughty without getting her hands dirty, so to speak.

Number 3

Rape

As mentioned in our Common Female Fantasies article, rape is a massively popular fantasy among women. Most psychologists believe this top 10 female sex fantasy allows a woman to have the wild, dirty sex she craves, without having to suffer the guilt that often follows. These female sex fantasies usually involve a gorgeous man carrying her off to his bedroom and quickly getting down to business. She’ll protest as he tears her clothing off and expertly arouses her body, but on the inside, she’ll love every minute of it. This continues to the point of penetration, and leads her to an incredible orgasm despite her earlier protests. This female sex fantasy allows a woman to be wanton and enjoy sex -- something society rarely permits.

Number 2

Exhibitionism

She might cringe when you bring up the topic of making homemade porn flicks, but your woman has probably fantasized about doing precisely that at one time or another. Unfortunately, most women are far too body-conscious to experiment with such things, making this a top 10 female sex fantasy, as opposed to a reality. Believe it or not, some women even take this desire to the next level, fantasizing about others watching as you shag her silly in a public place.

Number 1

Private dancer

Most women wouldn’t have the nerve to strip in a public setting, but this top 10 female sex fantasy definitely involves taking it all off. She loves the idea of tantalizing you with a striptease, and she’d love to give you a private lap dance. Why? Your enjoyment tells her you find her attractive, and your erection tells her she has control -- a potent combination that women simply can’t get enough of.

fantasy can lead to reality

Some of these female sex fantasies may have little chance of progressing to reality with your woman, but some have more potential than you may realize. A little bit of coaxing can go a long way in terms of spicing things up in the bedroom. Ask her which of these top 10 female sex fantasies she finds most appealing, and see if she’s willing to experiment -- you may be surprised by her answer.

Nga Kor Ming 倪可敏 - Malaysian Democratic Action Party Politician

2010-04-16T15:03:00.007+08:00

Nga Kor Ming - a well known politician of Democratic Action Party (DAP). He was awarded with the prestigious award - 'The Outstanding Young Malaysian Awards' in year 2007.
A brief introduction of his background. He was borned in Air Tawar, Perak. In his years of studies, he enters University of Malaya Faculty of Law Course as one of the Top 50 candidate. Besides, in the year of 1993 and 1995, he won two country debate tournaments as the Best Debater. In 1997, he led the University of Malaya Chinese Debate Team and win as International Varsity Debate Varsity champion. In 1999, he was selected as District state legislator in the election, also served as parliamentary leader of the opposition party of Perak at the same time. He has become Malaysia’s youngest State Assembly Leader of the Opposition. He also served as the leader of the Democratic Action Party Socialist Youth League since year 2003.

Of all the politicians, he is my idol. I agree with his opinions especially that Malaysia is dying instead of growing, and if Malaysia does not lead by a better leader soon, Malaysia will be in the fail state. When I was working in a phone shop last time, my ex-boss's base customer was Datuk and Datin of Malacca. I've seen the way how a Datuk spend their money.

Let’s not mention his name, let’s address him as K. I do not agree with his way of spending his money. I would say, he is a politician who always kept himself update with latest cell phone models. Money was never a problem for him. Once there's something wrong with his wife's cell phone, he would just directly get a new one for his wife. In my opinion, although he is rich, but that doesn't mean he should just simply spend his money in buying unnecessary things. I would recommend if he have extra money, please donate to people who need it. Although RM 2k or 3k doesn't seem to be a big sum of money to him, but somehow, it does make a lot of difference to other people.

Yes, It's none of my business to bother how he spent his fortune because the money belongs to him. But what if all politicians are just like him? Spending money like drinking water? I dare to say that Malaysia will fall very soon. I think Malaysia 2020 should be changed to Malaysia 2012, if you got what I mean. However, Malaysia still have hopes because we’re lucky to have politicians like Nga Kor Ming to fight for Malaysian. He who is a person I believe that really can change Malaysia's future. I believe in DAP's leadership - Nga Kor Ming who I think will be ‘Malaysia’s Obama’, just like Obama, leading the States successfully although he’s not a white.

Ignore if u dislike this post and no offence all just my opinion.
I just wish to be proud of my country, a better tomorrow for my little brother and everyone.
Please don't sue me, i got no money for lawyer.
I'm just a 22 years old small kid. :)

Nga Kor Ming giving his speech, you'll ROFL if u watch it. :)

While kissing, mans sperm will come out his balls and go straight to his brain, as for women, the egg will come out from uterus to enter to the ... See more lungs of the female... when kissing, sperm will travel from males mouth to females mouth and combine sperm and egg together in the females lungs..."

Cigarettes filter contain Pig blood cells!!It's time for Muslim quit smoking!!

2010-04-13T16:11:00.001+08:00

I'm smoking while writing this article. Yeah, just now read many articles, and found this news.

===========================================================================================

The fatwa also drives controversies among Indonesian Muslim scholars especially from Nahdhatul Ulama (NU) scholars, the largest Muslim organisation in Indonesia. The division of opinion among Muslim scholars are understood because the reasoning of the unlawfulness of smoking is not clearly mentioned in the Quran and/or Hadith.

Now, there is a surprising and shocking finding which if proven right will have a global affect. A new study reveals cigarettes may contain traces of pig’s blood. Here’s the report:

University of Sydney Professor Simon Chapman referred to a “recent Dutch research which identified 185 different industrial uses of a pig – including the use of its haemoglobin in cigarette filters,” The Australian said.
Muslims and Jews both ban the consumption of pork and strict vegetarians and vegans refuse to use any animal products or bi-products.
“I think that there would be some particularly devout groups who would find the idea that there were pig products in cigarettes to be very offensive,” Chapman.
“The Jewish community certainly takes these matters extremely seriously and the Islamic community certainly do as well, as would many vegetarians.
According to the recent study, pig haemoglobin, a blood protein, is used in cigarettes to make filters more effective at trapping harmful chemicals before they could enter a smoker’s lungs.
Chapman said that there is no way of knowing for sure which brands use pig haemoglobin. When listing the content of their products, tobacco companies say that there are “processing aids … that are not significantly present in, and do not functionally affect, the finished product. “Pig haemoglobin falls in that category and therefore would not be clearly stated on the list.

So, if you’re a Muslim and a smoker, make sure that you smoke something without a pig blood in it.
If it’s certain that all cigarettes contain traces of pig blood, Muhammadiyah and NU will certainly unite in declaring that smoking is haram as it’s clearly stated in the Quran about the unlawfulness of swine (pork, pig) (Al An’am 6:145) thus:

Say (O Muhammad SAW): “I find not in that which has been inspired to me anything forbidden to be eaten by one who wishes to eat it, unless it be Maytatah (a dead animal) or blood poured forth (by slaughtering or the like), or the flesh of swine (pork, etc.) for that surely is impure[1]

Accident come to you even u drive safely.

2010-04-13T02:06:00.001+08:00

The old folks always telling us this, pay attention when driving, drive slowly, don't ever rush traffic light, use hand-free while driving and you wont get into accident. But is this true?! But it's not for my buddy.

This incident happen nearby Malacca IPK last year November. It happen when midnight 3am in the morning, my friend driving Proton Wira and waiting for the traffic light turn green. It's common the traffic light turn green and we drive. When my friend just start pick up, suddenly a Proton saga rush out from his right side and hit his front bumper, that impact make my friend car lost control and go bang the traffic light.

And that asshole driver just get off from his car and run away from there. Why this fellow are so funny, why he get off from his car and use the LEG run ,but not instant drive the car and run? This is the most funny " Hit & Run " case that i ever heard about.

Lucky nothing happen to my friend, just a little injured and the most lucky guy is me,if my friend didn't sent me home first, you won't able to read this post.

Let's see what happen to my friend's car....

Oww mai god?! Lucky not the driver seat.

The car is gone, total lost.

It's sooooooooooooooooooo serious!!

this is the "Hit & Run" driver car.

Try use your imagination to see...My friend just drive 20km/h...How fast is that fellow driving? If my friend drive a little faster, i think i won't able hanging out with him anymore.

Lesson of the day:

Even u drive safety,as long u on the road, the accident still come to you.
