Es también una salsa ideal para acompañar con pasta fría. &lt;br /&gt;Pudes hacer la base de la pizza en la Mycook o comprarla ya hecha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MASA DE PIZZA ( MYCOOK ) &lt;br /&gt;de 3 a 4 bases pizza&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;350 g Harina&lt;br /&gt;170 g Agua&lt;br /&gt;30 g Aceite oliva&lt;br /&gt;10 g Levadura&lt;br /&gt;Sal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MASA DE PIZZA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caliente el agua junto con el aceite y la sal 30 segundos, 40º, velocidad 2. Añada la levadura en polvo, la harina y programe 2 minutos, velocidad amasado. Retire la masa de la jarra y déjela reposar 20 minutos cubierta con un paño seco. Calentar el aceite 1 min, 120º C a velocidad 1. Freír los dientes de ajo 2 min. a 120º C a velocidad 1. Sofreír la cebolla 5 minutos, 120º C, velocidad 1 . Colocar la paleta mezcladora introducir la panceta 5 min. 120ºC velocidad 2 . Colocar en el accesorio vapor las tiras de pollo y en la jarra el pimiento verde y rojo, la sal, la pimienta y programar 15 min. 120ºC, velocidad 2. Rellenar las tortillas, una vez rellenas las fajitas montadas calentarlas en el horno en posición grill. Se debe poner el cestillo colador del revés encima de la tapa, sin el tapón dosificador, como se muestra en la fotografía. Asi evitaremos salpicaduras.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2º Taurus cambió el sistema del tapón dosificador, anteriormente quedaba bloqueado y en la actualidad no puede bloquearse, esta es una medida más de seguridad para evitar la concentración del vapor y posibles salpicaduras al desbloquearlo. Si usted tiene un tapón dosificador que puede bloquearse recuerde no hacerlo al triturar en caliente y en su lugar ponga el cestillo al revés. Un truco para dejar destapado el orificio para que salga el vapor, es colocar el vasito dosificador inclinado en el orificio de la tapa. Añada el jamón cocido 2 minutos, 120º, velocidad 1. Agregue el resto de ingredientes y programe 6 minutos, 80º, velocidad 3. Sofreír los dientes de ajo, 2 min, 120º C, velocidad 1. Añadir la cebolla, 4 min, 120º C, velocidad 1. Pulsar 2 veces Turbo. Introducir el pescado, con su sal y completamente limpio de piel y espinas, 4 minutos, 90º C, velocidad 1. Bajar el alimento de las paredes, con la espátula. Pulsar 1 vez Turbo. Añadir la leche y la harina y programe, 4 min, 100º C, velocidad 4. Dejar enfriar la masa y introduzca la masa en una manga pastelera forme churros encima de una bandeja con pan rallado. Corte al tamaño deseado y rebócelas con el pan. Páselas por huevo batido y rebócelas de nuevo con pan rallado. Añada el salmón ahumado y triture 1 minuto,100º, velocidad 4.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Baje el alimento que haya quedado en las paredes de la jarra con la espátula y añada la leche, la harina, la sal y las finas hierbas y programe 5 minutos, 100º, velocidad 4.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Introduzca la masa en una manga pastelera forme churros encima de una bandeja con pan rallado. Corte al tamaño deseado y rebócelas con el pan. Páselas por huevo batido y rebócelas de nuevo con pan rallado.
