Така попаднах на един бележник , сигурно отпреди 30 години,  на чиято първа страница пишеше - Рецепти от сп. "Бурда".  В него съм записвала рецепти на дребни сладки, кремове, сладкиши.  Някои от рецептите бяха неизпълними по онова време, като например тези шоколадови пръчки.  Не бяхме виждали шоколадови пръчици. Но сега е съвсем друго.  И тази рецепта е лесно изпълнима - вкусни дребни сладки, чудесно допълнение към кафето.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Необходими продукти:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;175 г масло&lt;br /&gt;100 г пудра захар&lt;br /&gt;3 жълтъка&lt;br /&gt;4 с.л. ром&lt;br /&gt;250 г брашно&lt;br /&gt;75 г шоколадови пръчици.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Маслото се разбива, прибавя се пресятата пудра захар. Малко по малко се прибавят жълтъците и рома.  Следва пресятото брашно и пръчиците. Разбъркват се леко. От сместа се шприцоват пръчки (моите станаха къдрави, такъв шприц имам) върху пекарска хартия. Извадих старите кулинарни списания и в едно списание "Рецепти" от 2000г. намерих  рецептата - не баклава, а "Кадаиф по гръцки". Над нея съм написала "Чудесна!"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Реших да направя този разкошен сиропиран десерт &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;за новогодишната трапеза&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;. Приготвя се много бързо и лесно и е много вкусен!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Необходими продукти:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;пакет кори за баница - 500г /аз ползвам "Фамилия"/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;300г кадаиф /моята опаковка беше 200г/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 ч.ч. олио&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;2 ч.ч. едро счукани орехови ядки /може и по-малко/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 с.л. канела&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 к.л. счукан карамфил&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;За сиропа:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;800г захар&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1л вода&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Смесваме орехите, канелата и карамфила. Слепваме корите две по две с олио,  поръсваме с натрошен кадаиф и орехи и навиваме корите на руло.  Подреждаме навитите кори в намаслена тавичка, нарязваме ги на парчета и ако е останало олио ги поръсваме с него. Много е вкусно, дава възможност за импровизации и може всеки път да е с различен вид и вкус. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Идеята взех от този &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://anishoara.blogspot.com/2010/12/pasare-impluta-cu-clatite-2.html"&gt;блог&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;. Там има още много интересни рецепти. Най-трудната част е обезкостяването на пилето. Всъщност се отделя само кожата, като се запазват долните бутчета и крилцата към нея. Признавам, че не успях сама. Отделих бялото месо и го смлях в кухненския робот заедно със 1 яйце и шепа хлебни трохи. Прибавих 1/2 глава лук, нарязан на ситно и задушен в 1 с.л. олио, сол, пипер и магданоз.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"  &gt;2. Месото от горните бутчета нарязах на кубчета, подправих и смесих със запържените 1/2 глава лук и 500 гр гъби.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"  &gt;3. Разбих  3 яйца, 2 с.л. брашно, 2 с.л. мляко, сол на вкус и изпържих 3 омлетчета.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"  &gt;Поставих върху кожата половината от смляното месо, върху него подредих трите омлета, навити на роло, между тях - парчетата месо и гъбите. Върху тях разпределих останалото смляно месо.  Оформих отново пилето и заших кожата. Намазах с масло и малко червен пипер и изпекох под капак в йенска тенджера за около 30 мин. Не си спомням дали съм я правила и ако съм, какво се е получило. И тъй като е подходяща за постите, реших да я пробвам. Получиха се много вкусни кексчета. Правя ди вече два пъти и дори не мога да ги опазя от непостещите.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Рецептата явно е от времето когато имаше нектари по магазините. Аз използвах капи праскова, но мисля, че може да се използва и пасиран компот от праскови или от друг плод.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;Нужни продукти:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;1 ч.ч. нектар&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;1/2 ч.ч. захар&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;1/2 ч.ч. олио&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;2 ч.ч. брашно&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;1 ванилия&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;1 ч.л. сода (аз сложих 1 бакпулвер)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;някакво сладко&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Смесват се сухите съставки. Към тях се прибавят нектара и олиото и се разбърква добре. Трябва да се получи кексово тесто. Сипва се в чашки за крем карамел (тогава не е имало формички за мъфини, нито на кексчетата са казвали мъфини). Отгоре се слага по 1 ч.л. сладко. Ето едно интересно предложение. Овесени питки.&lt;br /&gt;Рецептата открих в руски кулинарен форум. Единственото което промених е че замених 2ч.л. сода с един бакпулвер. Получиха се много вкусни питчици, които си хапвам с лъжичка сладко за закуска. Запазват се мекички в кутия няколко дни.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ето и рецептата:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1ч.ч.(250мл) овесени ядки&lt;br /&gt;1ч.ч.(250мл) брашно&lt;br /&gt;1ч.л. сол (може и половин)&lt;br /&gt;2 с.л. захар&lt;br /&gt;1 бакпулвер&lt;br /&gt;200мл портокалов сок&lt;br /&gt;50 мл олио&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Смесват се сухите продукти. Към тях се прибавят течните. Разбърква се добре. Може да се остави сместта да починие 5 минути за да се сгъсти повече. С лъжица се поставят купчинки върху пекарска хартия. И тъй като тази година реших да ги спазвам, започнах да събирам идеи за постни ястия и десерти. Оказа се, че има страшно много възможности и човек може да се храни вкусно и разнообразно въпреки ограниченията. Ще публикувам в блога си тези рецепти, които съм изпробвала и са ми допаднали.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Днес ще ви предложа едни постни палачинки с ябълки.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Намерих в мрежата много варианти за  палачинки без мляко и яйца. Ето ви и моя вариант - с ябълки.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Нужни са ви  една чаша газирана вода, една чаша портокалов сок. щипка сол, щипка сода,  една супена лъжица захар и брашно за да се получи палачинково тесто. Получи се много вкусно ястие.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Скумрията се изчиства и се разполовява без да се разделят двете половини. Почистват се всички кокали.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Поръсва се с лимонов сок, сол и черен пипер.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Върху нея се разпределя задушен лук, настърган кашкавал и настърган сварен картоф. Има ги в почти всеки турски кулинарен блог. Не знам турски, но една приятелка ми беше написала как е брашно, масло, мляко и другите основни съставки в рецептите за сладкиши и тестени неща. Освен това в някои блогове имаше и снимки на приготвянето стъпка по стъпка. И така от многото рецепти си направих една моя, резултатът от която беше повече от добър. След първата доза, която приготвих за Нова година, днес направих и втора. Чудесни сиропирани сладкишчета, напомнящи по вкус на сиропираните охлювчета от моето детство. Правят се много лесно, с продукти, които винаги се намират в къщи. От една доза излизат 60 мидички. Особени са вкусни на третия ден, когато са се напоили добре.&lt;/span&gt;

Е, не мина без импровизации. Тъй като нямах пресен лук, го замених със ситно нарязан праз. Но празът се съчетава много добре с варените картофи, а също така и с пушената риба. Вместо микс от маслини използвах само черни маслини в последния слой. Приготвих ги за Никулден. Нямаме именник в семейството, но пък имаме рибар и всяка година отбелязваме празника.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;От бутер тестото изрязваме формички, като на половината изрязваме кръгче в средата. Намазваме целите формички с разбит белтък и върху тях поставяме изрязаните. Намазваме с жълтък и печем на силна фурна. Като изстинат се напълват с плънка по желание.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Плънка 1 - консерва риба тон (добре отцедена), малко лимонов сок, масло, 1 с.л. крема сирене, сол, чер пипер.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Плънка 2 - 1 пакетче крема сирене, 6 ролца от раци ситно нарязани, масло за да стане на гладък крем, сол на вкус.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/36135545-7913145900825040986?l=yellow-kitchen.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
