RELATE A VIVID DREAM YOU HAD ...........

My dream has happened i would say at least 5 times in the last 7 years it's about my son Ben (sorry mate) i was bound to tell this dream story sometime and today it is that time lol...

Anyway so this dream keeps recurring ~ It's hot and Ben who is much older say in mid 30's (cos he turns nineteen in twelve days :-)

So we are at our beach holiday house and i have two handsome little grandsons yes Blondie hair,eyes blue they must be about age2 and they are identical twins their names are Thomas & Michael.

I guess if i went to a sketch artist i could very accurately get this person to draw my grandsons ?

I get flashes of the day and slow motion when it comes to these little twins like it goes on for ages ?

I have always wondered what that main vivid dream was all about and told Ben a while ago ~ I think he thinks I'm nuts lol... cos he laughed and shrugged it off.

Do you think to your self you are a "giver" ? I do and all the time. I always fill a coffee jar with all my change and i also recently just emptied out the bottom of my handbag wow! I had $7 in change in there.

I also recently won a competition to win a giving bowl and was thrilled to bits when Susan from Reading upside down blog told me i had one.

So now instead of using my coffee jar( which Dion can now use for his painting ) for spare change i now have a beautiful giving bowl to donate all my spare change to.

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CAUGHT CHEATING ON ANYTHING!?

Yes i will be quite honest here and say i did cheat in school to pass an exam in year 9 i do remember studying for the biology exam but when it came to the day of the exam i went total blank (yes i was nervous ) but really that can't be an excuse no really so i asked a friend to give me some answers and in the end i passed and was given a C+ grade. I did only cheat that once and still feel a bit of guilt today.

Monday ~ OK so i am doing this today putting my life yet again on the line and posting my weight here on my blog for all to see : Now i can't delete it or take it down . I have so far lost 5 kg to date ! Not real sure exactly what i did to do it but i did it!

This morning i had my usual coffee and only had one sugar instead of two yes it tasted odd but i thought if i am really really gonna succeed then i must do this and now!!!

Last time i went for a medical check up i was told i am on the borderline of having diabetes so after this light went on in my head and said "damn you bloody now maybe the time to actually do something" So i am . I went for a short walk around my park really early this morning , then walked Chloe to school as i had some business to attend to there.

I so need to do more walking cos when i came home i was drenched in sweat ~ Now school is only a 15 min walk so i should have done that with ease and half way back i stopped cos i was panting and breathing so heavily you'd think i just ran a 10 k marathon or something!

I am going to stick to eating lots of fruits and nuts . But i am not allowing myself to eat bread,pasta etc... This i will miss love my pasta *sigh* (maybe a bit to much) and i will learn to love drinking plain water ~ well i have it in my coffee i just can't bring myself to drinking plain water and 6 cups of it during the day but i will!!!

Gotta love the photo my old scales and green socks with dog hair on them lol

I need all of you to cheer my on and keep me motivated .

My goal in the end (i am giving my self to the end of the year)

is to be at my ideal weight and that is 58kg (That's just before 9 stone) for my height cos i am short.

My legs are a tad sore and i do not want to get my family hereditary condition and that is sciatica on my mothers side. My legs and hips do hurt from time to time so i WILL get fitter from today.

For the last ten or so years we had a beautiful Marine fish tank with amazing fish as well like :
Loin fish ,puffers,clown fish ,eels,star fish ,Angels etc...We only kept Salt water fish as we loved the colours.
It was very hard to maintain and make sure the Ph level was always right
So today i have pins on fish tanks please enjoy:-)

Disability

It's getting hard day by day watching someone you love slowly getting worse. To have adult autism and high function aspergers is a challenge even for me.

To others who don't know him they give him looks and stares cos he can only wear uggboots and trackies he can't wear sneakers cos they hurt his feet he can't wear anything that restrict body movement so all his clothes have to be large he's shaking is getting worse day by day.
he can only have fragrance free /Aluminium free Deodorant

He can't have processed food much . He looks drunk when he walks down the street cos of his medical condition. I thought i had problems with my teeth *sigh* That's nothing compared to what life he goes through

He sleeps on average 12 hours or more in a day ~ sometimes he can wake up at 7am and by noon he gets tired again so has another sleep for a few hours.
He doesn't like to socialize much and keeps to himself alot.

So don't think my man is a bum cos he's not he has a rare medical condition and tries to act as normal as he can.
He tries so hard not to shake to much in public cos that's when all the looks come .
We don't judge you so don't judge him cos you don't know what he is going through .
Try living in my shoes for a day.
Waking up and he ask "what day is it" What year is it"
In a way it is a bit like the boy who lives in a bubble but just different.

Old School sigh

I was having a think after I had packed Chloe's bag for camp now she is only going for yes 2 days as this year 7 camp is a "getting to know your peers" I have googled the camp site and do hope she has fun?!

Some say the activities are so messy being the place is rather muddy and all Oh well i am sure she can stick it out it is only 2 days after all.

Some of these kids blogs i had read from other schools where complaining that the food was all packaged and pretty crap OMG! What do these kids want five star hotel food?! Come on really .

Anyway Chloe was asking me about my early school days like if i had remembered anything about being in prep. I suddenly felt a cold shiver down my back ever had them well yes. that.

I was telling her that my prep teacher was the lady from hell! I remember her well . Her name was Mrs Spicer and she must have been about 70 odd i reckon she was just nasty like a horrid witch . if you spoke in class time she would give you those evil dagger eye looks then go to her cupboard and get out her cane and then it would come smashing down on the desk pow!

I got into trouble after a few weeks not for chatting ,but not remembering which was my left and right.
So she pulled me up from my seat plonked me in the yellow chair got some rope and tied my feet together and hands behind the chair true!

In front of the whole class she made me scream as her cane came crashing down on me hitting my right knee ~ "THIS IS YOUR RIGHT SIDE! then doing the same on my left saying don't you forget that.

By the end of the day when my grandmother came to pick me up i cried and told her what happened on the way back to the car. Should have seen my gran ;-) She had smoke coming out of her ears with anger she marched up to the teacher gave her a few stern words and thank goodness the next day i was put into another class.

Are you a Romantic on Valentine's Day ?

I love Valentines Day and we always celebrate it with out fail ~ This time i will make Dion breakfast in bed this year just to be a little different:-) (Any way he cam make me breaky in bed for mothers Day)

Then we will probably go down to either the beach or even maybe the beautiful Botanical gardens just to take in all of nature has to offer.

Have lunch (yes i shall be taking my picnic basket ) Better organize what i need to pack for the romantic lunch ~ Strawberries,chocolate dip, cream,salad sandwiches and a beautiful bottle of wine.

If you are stuck for some romantic flair in your life why not give these a shot ~ it can't hurt right?!
These are just some of what we have done in the past:

1) Take a photo of you and your partner to a professional artist ~ Who then can make a cute and funny cartoon from the photo. Then frame it and hang it up for all to see.

2) Create a love montage by collecting some pictures of where you both either met,places that mean special things to you or special moments you both remember, Then get a frame with glass and put it together it makes such a special romantic gift for both of you to enjoy.

3) This one is fun to do go buy "Glow in the dark stars" and stick them above your bed (if you are short like me you may need a small step stool) and stick them making the words "I Love You" then when the lights are off he will see the special message.

4) Take a drive out to the country and just the two of you can relax and soak it all in.

5) This may cost a little but it is romantic and loads of other people do it so Tuesday when Dion opens the paper he has to look under his name and he will see my message just to him.

6) After the kids are in bed and you have had Dinner set the mood run a bath and put petals and candles around the bathroom the sweet fragrance ones

7) Go to the toy shop and buy some new toys yes toys you know ,board games,body paint with your crazy imagination and have fun behind the closed doors....... I'm going to leave it there

OH. MY. GOD. What have i done ~ This is serious!

(apologies to those who are eating right now picture may be graphic) Advise to stop eating )

Remember the huge problem i had and am still having with my teeth ! Course you do these post will jog your memory having phobias of dentists and Rotting teeth

Well now i literally can't eat (not really a good diet i know) i have smoothies ,soups and if i want a biscuit i dunk it in my coffee *sigh* yes so i have a problem ,yet still can not face the dentist!

The pic here see the back of the gum ~ Now that is not a tooth! That is the bone that protrudes and rubs against my inside cheek so now i have an ulcer/blister out (more teething gel)

So i am asking for help who will come here pick me up shove me in the car (make sure you have a paper bag) cos i will hyperventilate as soon as you park outside a dentist) then get the bat that's in your boot so i get knocked out and dragged in . yes seriously Help!!!

So if you can really help comment or send my a message via the contact page. That brings me back to the letter i wrote for the swan! Still waiting for a reply on that *sigh* Not holding my breath really but will be positive i may get a reply sometime and soon

One day i hope to have perfect teeth just like this :

So we are well and truly back at school now and as Chloe is in high School now it gets pretty tricky
to try and pack something she likes. Sorry no speal on Bakers Delight cos everyone knows tis the bread so there! You see i always put butter (yes loads of it) spreadable on my bread,She hates butter? Actually none of my kids like butter at all to me that's strange!

Anyway Thank god they love bread. I have come at a small crossroads of late trying to fill Chloe's lunch box pack so here is what i put in it most days:
Sandwich ~ filled with ham,lettuce,cheese etc...
Health bar
scroll
fruit ~ apple,pear,banana ,grapes ,peach etc..
veggie sticks ~ celery ,carrot etc...
dips and so on .......
So please help me i need some inspiration of super duper fabulous ideas of what i can pack in Chloe's lunch.

I sort of remember that when i went to school all i have was the same old Vegemite sandwich ,biscuits, drink and some cheese sticks.

What do you pack your kids for school lunch?

Do you create wonderful master pieces for the kids lunches? or just chuck stuff here and where ever with other snacks and close the lids lol

My goodness we are already in the first week of February. My son is holidaying in Vietnam with his girlfriend and some other uni mates and they will be home in 20 days yay!!! They have been away for 9 weeks and it has gone really fast.

I was at a Dance audition dancing to the Madonna song "Get into the groove" techno remix lol (now you are singing it cos i can hear you!

So anyway i had three adjudicators and at fifteen i was on my way to become the best (back then) 1980's i wanted to join The Australian Dance company.

I did win and had a trophy to boot i was thrilled (not good enough) to get into the academy though *sigh* But get a load of the trophy i won!
I won an array of trophy's during my dancing days .......

First day of High School...........

Well I'm coming into the home stretch as my baby started high school today.
She was up at the crack of dawn ,nervous and excited as was i. She said she was a little tired
as it was a long day and they finish at 10 past 3 wow!

She looks all grown up now. *sigh* I remember her first day of prep!
seems like yesterday that was lol....
her first day was rather exciting she said this is how her day went.

learning Intentions
1) get to know the students and her teachers
2)To understand the requirements of English work for the year.
3)To decide on behavioural expectations.

Success Criteria
1) they did ice breaker games
2)read and sign course/homework outline.
3)Copy and learn all rules for class

I'm happy that she is happy :-)

Last year i had won a giveaway from kylie ofiu ~ as she was running a giveaway to get your winning style and whole make over!

Anyway i entered as did tons of other people thinking well i doubt i will win i enter allot of giveaways and rarely win anything but lately i have anyway in the end i won the $80 style make over from Kylie and all yours styling (Jacqui)

So we had a little tete- a- tete over about 4/5 emails i had a zillion questions to answer and filled out 20 easy questions about my body what i liked ,disliked for shoes,clothes and handbags (mind you ) i was extremely comfy to tell a complete stranger ~ funny that eh!

So anyway i have learnt i am a perfect pear shape ! I am also close to a heavenly hourglass cos my boobs are in line with my hips wow! My first big no no was to ditch that awful hanging bra i had on cos it did absolutely nothing for me or my body type.

The lovely lady Elise at bra's 'n'things was fantastic i did purchase the Sapphire bra in cream/blue :-)

My word robe is manly dark colours so yes blacks,browns,blue etc... I asked Jacqui ~ "I really need colour"

so she gave me a list of way cool shops to either look at or of course shop on line lol :

city chic , Millers (No this shop is not just for the patty newtons ) style & substance, Dream Diva,
and then there is pin up couture cute vintage outfit just divine! I could just go on all day /night i have about 15 - 20 shops to go through .

Anyway so soon i shall have some more colour in my wardrobe ha ha
I know you wanna see some of my looks so hopefully i will have some soon (some are on lay by)

Random Question~ What would you do or have done about this!?
I had my hair coloured today first they got it wrong i asked for black the lady put white Blondie! lucky the other lady noticed she laughed it off ,then said Today has been hectic oh well!? it was washed out just in time (thank goodness) No We are terribly sorry" Nothing and still charged me the $80 Grrr
What would you have done .........
Yes i said nothing and paid the Money i was pretty angry and pissed off.

What else has happened today i feel fat,frumpy and always drink coffee so i don't have to feel hungry i have 9 coffee's per day with 2 sugars in them i filled up a jar to see what it looked like tonight with sugar and i said yep ,but had another coffee. I watched super skinny versus super size and the biggest loser while eating some chips???

I am good at giving other people advice about eating and use will power etc...
but can't listen to my own advice? I waddle down the street. i hide in baggy clothes and lie to myself most times and say i feel great!

I have tried so many diets i should be an expert on the subject by now!!!
I binge at nighttime on chocolate then feel sick and really guilty!

Any good suggestions please!?

I was sent some sunscreen a month ago to try with my family. So Melbourne having a fare few scorching days what better way to try this product and head down to the beach for a few days.
So we slipped ,slopped and slapped on hats and of course the sunscreen .

(OK you can stop singing that add we all loved to watch) OK then keep singing lol

We found these positive points about it were:
1) Good Quality
2) Never got sunburt using it
3)it was never oily
4) Water resistant
5)Did not smell bad
6)Did not make you feel uncomfortable at all

whether your at the beach , at the pools ,beach, soaking up /getting a tan in the backyard on your banana lounge chair (i so gotta get myself one these days)
Just some pretty interesting info for you:

Even i learnt something new see!

Even though i have olive skin like my daughter we tan pretty much within 15 mins of just walking around the park i still make sure i put my sunscreen on .
Cos last year my daughter got well pretty much sunburn as she forgot to put it on . OUCH!

Today i am going to chat about the taboo subject that is (PAP SMEARS) cos really loads of people are and do get embarrassed they put their hand over their mouth and mumble or just change the subject.

So today i am going to be pretty open and honest cos that's who i am !
First here is my story so you will understand this:

18 years ago i found out i was pregnant so i needed to go for a smear and this was my very first one so i asked my sister to come with me which she did. So we headed off to The Royal Women's as i had an appointment that morning .

Now one would ask some questions as i did and i found the hospital to be pretty dirty not clean ,rude staff /nurses. Then my turn came i was led into a tiny room (really i doubt you could swing a bloom in cat in it) So i asked have you been working here long and will this hurt as i am 7 weeks pregnant
The nurse just looked at me and said You will be fine this is nice and quick you'll see!
Well she wasn't joking .

I asked my sister to hold my hand . The nurse turned to me after rolling her eyes and said come on be a women you don't need your hand held or are you a baby! my response was "Um pardon"?

As i felt already pretty awkward lying on this hard table bed with my legs spread she literally shoved that cold metal long thing so far up inside i tensed all up and let out this enormous deathly scream as i was in such pain i grabbed the nurses arm and pinched her so hard she said (ouch )

I had to yank that probe out from me myself and ended up in severe pain falling off the bed and doubling over in agony crying my eyes out ~

Not before whacking it across the wall to bang on the other side. None of the staff back then had a lovely manner at all!!! Not a soul asked if i was ok?! As my sister helped my stagger back to the bus stop so we could get home.

So you see it is true i have been told a few times i really should get this done and now. it has been 18 years since i had one and just like the dentist i am so petrified (as i type this post i clinch with fear)

So i fall under the two most horrifying things of phobias now 1) Dentist 2) pap smears

I know i will be criticised / critique that i should grow up , just do it yada yada yada..........
Try being me for a change and having these horrible phobias! yes i know it could well save my life .

My Answer :~ I think i would write my own Autobiography of what it's like to be a carer for my husband who suffers from a rare form genetic bio synthesis disease and how to try and cope with all our problems with adult autism / aspergers and the rest of what my husband goes through each day .
