Otkrij Grand Kafu Uz Anushka Ilustracije

U saradnji sa Grand kafom, čast mi je da vam otkrijem na kojem projektu smo to vredno radili prethodnih šest meseci!

U pitanju su ilustracije za limitirane edicije coffee gadget-a koje dobijate na poklon uz kafu.

Inspiracija za kreiranje ilustracija za ovaj projekat je potekla od meni omiljenog rituala: ispijanja kafe. Veliki sam ljubitelj kafe. Prepuštam joj se u potpunosti, te veoma cenim kvalitetnu kafu. Uživam u njenom mirisu i ukusu. Ritual ispijanja kafe je vreme koje je posvećeno samo meni. Ona nije samo pokretač energije, već predstavlja i veliki izvor inspiracije, te najčešće pijem kafu dok stvaram. Motiv kafe je često zastupljen u mojim ilustracijama. Za mene je ona mnogo više od običnog napitka.

Koliko nas ima koji dan započinjemo baš kafom? Znate onih svetih 15 minuta tokom jutra koje izdvojimo samo za sebe, naše misli i kafu? Ili kafe koje ispijamo sa prijateljima? Kafa je svedok svih naših velikih uspeha. Kada je to potrebno, tu je da nam pruži energetski boost ili je tu, kao svedok svih naših uspona i padova, baš prilikom susreta sa prijateljima.

Na ilustracijama ćete videti dosta zelenila i cveća. To je zato što me priroda inspiriše. Transportuje me na mesta gde je sve mirno i tiho. Konstatno me podseća na to da je sve u redu, ili ako nije da će biti. Cveće unosi radost i poziva na sreću!

Pokušaću da vam dočaram kako izgleda proces nastajanja ilustracija. Sve počinje od ideje koju je potrebno materijalizovati. Tu pomažu moodboards ili table za inspiraciju. Zatim, prikupljam fotografije koje mi se dopadaju, kao i citate koji me inspirišu. Nakon toga sledi najzanimljiviji deo, a to je pravljenje moodboard-a za ono što sam zamislila. Table za inspiraciju/kolaži/moodboards korisne su za sve projekte na kojima radite, bili oni lični ili poslovni.

Nakon formiranih tabli za inspiraciju, vreme je za kreiranje skica olovkom i predstavljanje ideja Grand kafi. Nakon usvojenih ideja, sledeći korak je boja i dodavanje detalja. Nakon toga ponovo sledi odobravanje ilustracija.

Ono što je za mene kao umetnika veoma bitno jeste da imam slobodu u stvaranju. Ovo je jedan od najvećih (i najlepših) projekata na kojima sam radila do sada, a da sam imala potpunu slobodu. Osećaj je zaista neverovatan, kada ti jedan tako veliki brend veruje i podržava te u potpunosti.

Izmene koje sam imala su više bile tehničke prirode kako bi ilustracije mogle bolje da se primene na proizvode. To se uglavnom sastojalo između eliminacije viška elemenata i uslovno rečeno čišćenja ilustracije.

Crtala sam ono što volim i što me inspiriše. Želela sam da nas sve podsetim kako sreću čine male stvari. Kafa sa dragim osobama je sve što nam je potrebno da budemo srećni. Da budemo tu i sada, da uživamo i cenimo ono što imamo.

For quite some time, I wanted to publish a post filmed with an analog camera. Finally, my wish came to reality. I just love how beautiful the effect 35mm camera has. I love how it captures the raw moment and I love the colors. There's no need to put any filter on it. I definitely want to experiment more with analog camera and outfit posts. I would love to do editorial like photos with it.

Statement Earrings

This is one of my favorite go-to looks when I'm running around. It's comfy and chic. Almost everything that I'm wearing is thrifted. From coat, turtleneck to jeans. These shoes are one of the comfiest ones I own. Besides that, they are the coolest one I own. I can't wait to get my hands on another pair of Oyster footwear. They are hand made and they are made in Thailand. When you order them, it takes up to two weeks for them to make them. I guess that's why they are so comfortable and the quality is so good. Not to mention the design of them. They look futuristic, chic and elegant.

When it comes to this look, I decided to go crazy and style two patterns and those are lines or lines. At first, I thought it's going to look weird, but the stripes on earrings and coat go really well with the rest of the look. This look is made of all of the things I adore, from shoes, earrings to the bag. These earrings are probably one of the coolest ones I own. I love the fact that they are on the clip. It gives such a retro touch to it. They are handmade and the brand is called Alexandrine Paris. This is the second pair I got from them and I couldn't love them more.

There's no better way to start posting fashion posts again than with this post. Before you continue reading, make sure to play this song from Nils Frahm - Because This Must Be. When I first heard this song, I knew I wanted to create something with it. Then when I shot this look with my friend and when we were going through photos I knew this was it.

I don't know anything about this artist, but when you are listening to this song, it has cycles and for me, they are like cycles of life and me going through the journey of finding myself. It's both beautiful and sad, and it has its own ups and downs. I feel like it's a metaphor for life. It's so much more than that. It's like all of the feelings you feel when you are in doubt, or when you are making a decision and in the end there comes calmness, silence, and piece.

And at this post, I'm looking at new Ana, more mature, accountable and brave. I stepped out of my comfort zone so many times for the past year. From changing Uni to accepting opportunities for the jobs I've never dreamed I could be capable of doing. I was scared and worried, but I made it! I couldn't be any happier about it. So here it is, the circle of change, life and improvement are here spiced up with fashion and with the good eye of my friend Kristina. My 2019 Goals

I think there's no better way to start a new year on the blog than with the goals for it? I really love reading this kind of post, so I thought it would be good to write it. At first, I started questioning myself should I write it, maybe people won't read it. But I let it go, who cares, I don't want to stop me from being me. So let's get straight to them!

This year was really crazy for me and right now I need a little period of adjustment to all the changes that happened, switching universities and working.

I can't believe that this year is almost over. I think this is one of the years that flew by the fastest. You know that saying that when you are older years are flying by faster? There was so much going on. Last year at this time, I decided I wanted to switch Universities (from Law to Graphic Design) and I started exploring my options for Art studios. Today, I'm at my new Uni, studying Graphic Design with amazing friends, I couldn't ever imagine having. I have three side jobs and two of them are related to graphic design so I couldn't be more blessed.

How Blogging Helped Me Learn Who I Am?

I remember when I first started this blog, I was so shy about it and I didn't want to tell anyone about it, except my family. Eventually, when I told my friends about the blog, the closest ones were very supportive but the other ones made fun of me. To be honest, today, people aren't any different if you tell them that you are a blogger, they will just roll their eyes with the comment, yeah right, you are making money out of nothing, you just take photos of yourself. That's why I don't like to talk about what I'm doing. I don't want to be judged. I rather give people time to get to know me and let them find out what my passion is.
The other day I was talking with a friend about how we truly get to know ourselves and get to shine through our hobbies. I started this blog for fun. I wanted to share my problems with acne with someone and the products I use against them and that was all. Since then, my blog evolved so much. From being a beauty blogger to a style blogger who knows what she wants. You can go through archives and you can see how much I changed throughout the years. I kept exploring and finding myself. I realized that I was a creative individual. I grew up thinking I wasn't creative at all. What happened exactly one year ago? I ended up leaving the University of Law and trying to get to the University of Contemporary Art to study Graphic Design. You know what happened? I made it!! I'm a freshman! I can't believe I made this choice one year ago, it was a process but now it seems like a normal thing like I've been doing this for ages. I think that's the sign I'm in a good place. I'm grateful for acne. If they didn't happen, I wouldn't have this blog. I'm grateful for studying Law as well. Thanks to it, I realized I'm not a person for that job. I'm grateful for my blog, it helped me realize that I'm a creative type! Thanks to this blog and all of the stuff I did around it, together they helped me find my dream profession. I always thought that it's 'okay' if I don't like what I'm studying, that I'm studying just so I can have that degree. After it, I can chase my dream and do what I always wanted to do. What a bullsh*t! You can always do what you want. It sounds corny, but it's never too late to chase your dream. You can do anything and everything. Don't ever listen to someone that says you can't do something or that you aren't capable of doing something. You are if you want to be. If you put your body, mind, and spirit into it you can do a n y t h i n g. To conclude this post: Don't underestimate the power of your hobbies! They bring out the best in you and trust me you'll be surprised how many hidden talents you have!

Statement Shoes

It's not a secret that I love wearing statement shoes. Metallic, glitter or in phunky color, you name it, I have them. Today I'm showing you the latest pair of statement shoes. The design is unique and the quality is impeccable! They are handmade and it takes two weeks for them to make them. I'm crazy about the design of the heel. I love how asymmetrical it is. The splash of the lilac color is just beautiful. The best part about them is that they are so comfortable. As I'm getting older, comfort is much more important to me than design. I want to be able to wear all day and these are so comfortable. They are from the brand Oyster.

When you are wearing statement shoes it's very important that rest of the outfit is simple. You don't want to overdo it. I style them with this lovely white sweater which I found in a thrift shop and the HM pants are from Trend collection.

Le French Style | The Beauty Of The Balance

I always wanted to be like French girls. Not to care too much about my makeup and hair and to always be effortlessly chic. The thing is I always loved to get ready and dress up. I can't imagine not caring about my makeup or clothes. Don't get me wrong, I'm a human and I have days like this, but I genuinely enjoy getting ready and dressing up.
What crosses your mind when you think about the French girls and their style? For me, those are striped shirts and blouses, name it and they have it. They invented trench coats and layering. They don't wear a lot of makeup but they always have a lipstick on. The thing I love the most about them is that they know how to make cheap clothes looks expensive.

Falling In Love With Your Art

I started reading my favorite book again called "Big Magic" by Elizabeth Gilbert and I felt so inspired by reading it. I found some answers I was searching for. There was an interesting chapter called "Have Affair!", I was so confused when I saw the title but when I read it, it was like someone opened my eyes and I had some things figured out. She was talking about how everyone should have time for an affair with their art. In terms where when someone is having an affair, he/she can do anything to have time with that person. They don't have to eat, they will leave their families, they will do their work faster so they can get out of work earlier so they can have time for an affair. So why we can't make that time for our art or the things we love doing, even if it's only 15 minutes a day?

Taking Care Of Oily Dehydrated Acne Prone Skin

It can be challenging to take care of oily skin which is dehydrated and acne prone. I've had had oily skin from when I was younger and If you read this blog you know I've had a problem with acne. I experimented with a lot of cosmetics since I was 16 years old. I think that left me with consequences in a form of dehydrated skin. I used a lot of aggressive products back then and that lead to dehydrated skin. Even now there are still a lot of products that are meant to be for oily skin but they are too harsh for me. It took me a while to find out which products are the best for my skin.

For me it was important to find products that are hydrating enough, aren't comedogenic and don't feel too heavy on my skin. It was a hard job to finding a cream like that. In a lot of cases when cream/fluid isn't comedogenic and doesn't feel too heavy, I just don't find it hydrating enough. I was always afraid that I won't find the cream which is hydrating enough, breakout free and not so heavy. Then I heard an amazing advice from a girl that gave me facial, which was: oily skin doesn't need too hydrating products because it's oily by itself. It needs light non-comedogenic products without too many ads on it. Then I realized! I was putting more hydrating creams on my skin because I thought creams aren't hydrating enough, I wasn't thinking about how MY SKIN feels about them. I know this may sound a bit confusing but I hope you get what I want to say.
I started using cream with that philosophy. I only used a light serum or fluid. If I need more hydration I would occasionally put on a hydrating cream. I found that that works amazing! My skin isn't breaking out too much and I see that it's not that oily. I'm not suffocating my skin anymore!

Let's go on with the products.
My routine is the same by the day and night with a few differences on some occasions.
When I get up in the morning the first thing I do is I brush my teeth and then I cleanse my face with Foreo brush ( I wrote about it in here) and Logona mousse. I think it's a great combo even though it's a mousse and not a gel. It cleanses my face amazingly, I love the fact that Foreo is massaging a bit and the Logona mousse is gentle, smells divine and cleanses my skin very well. It's a mousse with peppermint and organic salicyl acid.

The next step is putting toner on my face. I use Bioderma Sebium toner, which I really like. Before this one, I used Clinique from the three-step regime and I liked it in the first couple of weeks. It was removing spots like crazy but I ended up with very dry and dehydrated skin because it has alcohol in it. This one, on the other hand, is very gentle and I think it helps reducing sebum.

After that, I put on Bioderma Hydrabio serum, which is perfect for oily skin. It's not greasy, it's very light, non-comedogenic and it absorbs quickly. The most important part it's hydrating enough! On the days when I feel like I need more hydration, I use Bioderma Hydrabio Cream. I don't feel it on my skin, it's hydrating enough and it doesn't clog my pores. I find it a bit heavier than the serum, but just a little. If it was a winter or autumn, I would use it every day. But like this, because it's very hot I tend to use serum more.

Endocare Tensage Eye Cream I love this cream. I use it day and the night. It's light, hydrating and it's a great base for my makeup. I already wrote about it in here, so check out that post.

Endocare Day Sense 30 SPF cream - I use this cream every single day when I go out. I put it on my face and neck so I can protect my skin. I don't know, I'm not too crazy about this cream, because it leaves my skin shiny, so everytime when I apply it after it sinks into the skin, I take my blotting paper to kill that shiness. It's moisturizing, regenerating and soothing. I'm using one more at the moment, which I like more. It's Heliocare gel 50spf. I forgot to put it in here. It's a gel, so it absorbs in a few seconds and doesn't leave any shiness on my skin. Even though the Endocare one leaves me with shiness it didn't cause any breakouts.

Logona Anti-Acne Concentrate - I tried a lot of products like this and I all had in common that they would make a go pimple out and it was always very red and bad. This one is different, I don't know what's the thing about it, is it because the ingredients are organic and natural? This one really makes a pimple go away and it helps the spots from pimples fade. Even though ingredients are organic you shouldn't put this product more than once a day because it will burn your skin, I tried! :D

Balea Mud - This is my favorite drugstore mask! It's a clay with minerals from the Dead Sea. It cleanses my skin and pores amazingly and it helps with breakouts when I have them. I use it once or twice a week. My cosmetician told me that oily skin should post clay mask every week, so I'm trying to keep up with this rule!

Body Image Issues | What Happens When You Aren't Ready For The Beach?

I know that the name of this post may sound silly to some of you, but this is an actual thing. It often happens that you aren't ready for the beach. It was winter, you said to yourself that you can cover your body with layers of clothes, you ate a bit much of that chocolate cake and bam. It's suddenly summer and it's time to go to the pool and seaside and what's next? You are going to lock yourself in the home so no one can see your body because you gain a little weight. This happened to all of us and instead of telling bad things to yourself and making yourself guilty, just say fuck it! It's time to accept yourself without judgment. Be nice and gentle to yourself. It's time to work with what you've got. Remember this one, you aren't getting that beach body for others than for yourself and your health. It's not good if you are doing it for the others, to prove them something, you'll just end up feeling really bad and sad. It's time to accept yourself and to enjoy the summer. I remember I was scared if I need to go to the beach or pool. I was upsetting that I'm not thin enough and that everyone looks amazing except me. What a bunch of crap, I mean I have 61kg and I'm 176cm and I feel fat, seriously?!

This Is Why I'm Going To Keep Blogging

I don't know about you, but I LOVE writing! And not just that, I love reading. I was always a bookworm. In primary school, at the library, we had a rule where you couldn't take more than one book. I remember I was hiding books in the shelves I wanted to read so no one can take them before I read the one I took. I love reading books, magazines, and blogs! I can't imagine my day without reading at least one blog. There are few that are on my list that I'm checking every day, from fashion to lifestyle! I don't think I will every quit on reading. In the end, don't you think everything goes back to basics? I love the idea of having my own piece on the Internet, which doesn't belong to anyone then just me. It will always be there. No one can take it down. When everything else fails, my blog is going to be there.

Every now and then I hear something like "blogging dies" or "no one blogs anymore".

I love my blog and everything about it. I can't see myself quitting because I don't see the point of posting at other places when the motherboard is here. All the values are here.
