'Ridiculous' call: Gay advocate wants Christian chaplains out of US armed forces

Christian chaplains opposing same-sex relationships are being asked by a homosexual advocate to be removed from the United States Armed Forces.
In a strongly worded opinion piece published on the Daily Kos website following the Supreme Court decision allowing same-sex marriage throughout the country, Mikey Weinstein of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF) even described chaplains who practise their Christian faith and object to homosexuality as "losers."

However, Brig. Gen. Doug Lee, chairman of the executive committee for the Chaplain Alliance for Religious Liberty, said that Weinstein's remarks "are hardly worth responding to."
"I don't think he understands that the job of chaplain exists in a pluralistic military so that people have religious support, and to do away with a certain group of chaplains in its entirety is just ridiculous," Lee said.
In his editorial piece, Weinstein said "the only honourable thing that these losers can do is to fold up their uniforms, turn in their papers, and get the [expletive] out of the American military chaplaincy."
"If they are unwilling or too cowardly to do so, then the Department of Defense must expeditiously cleanse itself of the intolerant filth that insists on lingering in the ranks of our armed forces," he added.
Weinstein also implied that Christian chaplains who oppose same-sex marriage are promoting "Christian fundamentalism."

"Imagine the grinding teeth and anguished moans emanating from the benighted quarters of Christian fundamentalism within the US military! What will become of their once-ironclad dominance of fundamentalist Christian privilege within the Department of Defense?" the gay advocate said.
He also accused Christian military chaplains of bigotry and prejudice against homosexuals.
"What truly troubles these cretinous sentinels of vile prejudice and hate-mongering bigotry is the fact that this ruling will go down historically as the watershed moment which may indeed shatter the spine of the Religious Right in the US military, whose prior vise-like grip over the chaplaincy has formed the key obstacle to social progress within the Armed Forces," Weinstein said.

Saeed's Life in Jeopardy after Prison Transfer

Saeed Abedini, an American pastor imprisoned in Iran for his faith, is facing life threatening conditions after a recent prison transfer, the America Center for Law and Justice reports. Saeed's family says he has been moved from the brutal Evin Prison to Rajai Shahr Prison, known to be an even more dangerous jail.
"Going to Karaj is a severe punishment," Loes Bijnen, a Dutch diplomat from the embassy in Tehran, described the jail in a 2005 report.
"Once in there one stops to be a human being," she wrote. "One is put out of sight, even of human rights activists and the press. Murders or unexplained deaths are a regular occurrence."
According to the ACLJ, Saeed is in a ward with those convicted for crimes like rape and murder. Family members tried to visit the pastor Monday but were told he isn't allowed to have visitors in the new prison.
"The transfer to this prison is a deeply disturbing development and can only be viewed as a move that puts Pastor Saeed's life directly at risk," ACLJ Executive Director Jordan Sekulow warned.
While there is broad bi-partisan support for a Senate resolution calling for Saeed's release, Sekulow says it's crucial President Barack Obama step in "directly and forcefully" to save his life.

Learning is to gain skill or knowledge from something. Nature is the physical world including plants and animal and all things not made by man.

"The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth His handiwork.

The things that God has created ie nature have a voice that eloquently speak of the power, majesty, glory, beauty, greatness and magnificence of their creator. So loud is their voice that it is heard in every langauge that only a fool will refuse to acknowledge the existence of the CREATOR.
The galaxy of stars, the vastness of the ocean with its waters and stormy waves, dumb-founding architectural landscapes, beaches and mountains all point in deep assurance that there is a God.
Scientist spent most of their time studing nature and from their studies invent things. The mighty ship made of iron and yet floats on water is operating on natural principles. Its streamline shape copies that of a fish and that of an aeroplane the shape of birds.
The Bible, in many places adviced us to go and learn from nature and the things in nature.

"Doeth not even nature itself TEACH you, that..." 1 Cor. 11 :4

Nature has much to teach us if we will understand its language. Many would suffer through life because the refuse to heed the voice of nature and even decided to work or live against nature.

"For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the NATURAL use into that which is AGAINST NATURE" Romans 1:26.

You cannot live against, act against and break natural laws with impugnites and still become something. Life has been so ptrogrammed in a certain way that it is willful suicide to live otherwise.

LEARNING FROM NATURE:

Anything that moves very fast in nature always destroys. When wind moves very fast it becomes a cyclone that pulls down trees and houses. When it moves slowly it is breeze that is enjoyed by all. When water moves very fast, it becomes a flood and anything in its direction is brought down. The earth and its elements are in constant slow and unoticed motion. When the movement becomes fast, it becomes an earthquake that destroys things.
Generally NATURE moves slowly: the sun rises very slowly from the east and without noticing that anything is taking place, is later seen in the west where it sets. Trees and plant do grow but their growth is never "noticed" cancers cells are cell that grow rapidly above normal cells. Needless to mention, they kill their host.
The bible is seemingly not in support of a "breakthrough" that makes you rich overnight neither is such "faith" encouraged.

"An inheritance may be gotten hastily at the beginning; but the end shall not be blessed" Proverbs 20:21.
Do you remember how this applied to the prodigal son? (Lk 15:11-19).
"A faithful man shall abound with blessings but he that MAKETH HASTE to be rich shall not be innocent.
He that HASETETH to be rich hath an evil eye and considereth not that poverty shall come upon him (Prov. 28:20,22).

Catholic Priest In Prison Over Assault On Policemen

ENUGU—A Catholic priest was, yesterday, remanded in prison custody over alleged attack on policemen investigating issues arising from the crisis in his parish in Enugu State.

The priest, who was arraigned alongside three other parishioners, was charged with assault and unlawful attempt to kill one Inspector Cosmos Nzeribe and a team of police officers attached to police headquarters, Enugu.

The Enugu Magistrate’s Court, which remanded the priest was, however, besieged by hundreds of his supporters, who wore long faces as the priest was being taken to the prison.

He was said to be having a running battle with the Bishop of Awgu Catholic Diocese. Presiding Magistrate, E.M. Egumgbe, remanded the suspects in prison custody, saying that they can apply for bail in a high court.

Counsel to the priest, Ray Nnaji, who spoke with newsmen after the court session, said that his client was sent to prison on trumped up charges.

Nnaji said the policemen beat up the priest after stripping him naked and detained him.

He said: “I have been following this matter for some time.

“We know quite well that beating up the police is condemnable, though the priest has said he has no business with beating the police and did not tell anyone to beat the police.”

Pastor Rick Warren and his wife, Kay, said in their first interview with the media since their son's suicide more than five months ago that they knew all along that the day would come when they would become spokespeople for mental illness.

The Warrens told CNN's Piers Morgan during a taped broadcast of his show that aired Tuesday evening that they kept their son's lifelong struggles with mental disease out of the public eye for the sake of his dignity.
In response to Morgan's question about whether he should have done more as "Rick Warren, America's pastor" about the issue of mental health before their son, Matthew, took his life, Warren replied, "We've always known since Matthew has lived his entire life with mental illness that one day we would be spokespeople for mental illness. Kay and I have known this for years and years.
"The reason we were quiet was primarily to protect Matthew's dignity. It was his story to tell," Warren said.
"We were always praying that either A, he would be healed miraculously, or B, will get treatment, therapy, medicine that helps him manage his disease for the rest of his life, and then he can tell this story."
Matthew Warren died at the age of 27 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound on April 5. The Warrens, who are the founders of Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, Calif., decided to grant the interview in recognition of National Suicide Prevention Week (Sept. 8-14) and in an effort to help remove the stigma of mental illness.
On the subject of keeping their son's mental illness private, Kay Warren said, "We didn't want him to endure the scrutiny that's being thrown at Rick. He was already struggling. To be in the public spotlight, have people scrutinize him … he didn't need that."

When asked how they would like Matthew to be remembered, Kay Warren said, "…We put on his marker, 'compassionate warrior,' and that pretty much sums him up, his deep compassion." Warren added, "We've probably received over 30,000 letters of condolences. The letters that have meant most to me were from the people that Matthew had led to faith in Christ. That they are going to be in heaven because of him, and [writing]: 'I know the Lord. I have a relationship with Jesus because of your son over the years.'" The gut-wrenching interview with Morgan, including tears from the couple during several of their answers, also featured discussion about the several stages of grief. "I've said almost from the start, that we are devastated, but not destroyed," Kay Warren said. "We are going to survive and someday we'll thrive again. [However], it is the worst thing that could ever happen."

Two christians murdered in egypt for refusing to pay muslim poll tax

Two Coptic Christian government employees have been shot dead for refusing to pay Jizya, the Muslim poll tax on Christians.
According to a story by Mary Abdelmassih for the Assyrian International News Agency (AINA), Emad Damian, 50, and his cousin Medhat Damian, 37, from the village of Sahel Selim in Assuit Province, were contacted two days before their murder by the leader of a Muslim gang.
He was identified by Watany Coptic Newspaper as Ashraf Ahmed Mohammed Khalajah, a registered criminal from the village. According to Emad's brother Dr. Samy Damian, Emad was contacted about 9:30 PM by a member of the gang, who demanded 10,000 Egyptian pounds so that he could buy weapons.
He said, "My brother said that he had no problems with anyone, does not require services from anyone, and does not have the money."
In an interview on Al Nahar TV Channel on Sept. 12, Ahmed Fawzi, secretary for the Egyptian Social Democratic Party, said the two murdered Copts, who were members of his political party, reported the matter to the police in Sahel Selim and asked for police protection.
However, AINA reported he said, the police did nothing.
"A couple of days later the gang surprised the two Copts by going to their home in the morning and showering them with bullets, leaving both dead," Fawzi said. "The police know who the killers are but are doing nothing to arrest them."
The districts of Sahel Selim and Ghanayem are the most dangerous areas in Assuit, and their police stations were heavily shelled by the Muslim Brotherhood on Aug. 14. Meanwhile, the security situation remains tense in the village of Delga, Deir Mawas, 160 miles south of Cairo in Minya. AINA said Muslim Brotherhood gangs completely control the village after the ouster of former President Morsi. They target the 20,000 Coptic inhabitants by imposing Jizya on them, allegedly to "safeguard" them from acts of violence and vandalism to their homes and shops.
Despite the arrival last week of a new director of security in the province, the scene is still grim for many. Rev. Youannas Shawky, pastor of the Monastery of Our Lady and Saint Ebram in Delga, which was completely destroyed on July 3 by pro-Morsi supporters said the practice of collecting Jizya from Copts started after Morsi's departure.
He said it continues to be levied on all Copts in the village without exception, pointing out that the value of the tribute and methods of payment vary from one place to another within the village. The amount varies from 200-500 Egyptian pounds daily, which are exorbitant amounts to many villagers. Shawky estimated 50 families have left the village so far.
AINA said many Egyptian activists have sounded the alarm on what is happening to Christians. In an open letter to the Egyptian provisional government, AINA reported prominent journalist Fatma Nahoot said, "Where is the government, the Interior Minister and General al-Sisi on what is happening to the Copts in Minya, including harassment, murder, intimidation, displacement and imposing Jizya on them?"

For many, praying is an instinctive, soul-deep reaction to times of great joy, deep distress, and crushing grief. Prayer can also guide and focus us in our daily lives, as we seek direction, comfort and blessing for the challenges that lay before us. Indeed for many, prayer permeates all aspects of life.
In the midst of the ongoing debate over the proper intersection of "church and state," our own government leaders invoke the Almighty before launching a day's legislative work, inaugurating a governor or president, or speaking to families reeling from natural disasters and brutal terrorist attacks.

America's Founding Fathers recognized how crucial religious liberty is to our culture, and wove religious protections into our laws and government.
They also took time to pray together publicly as they set about writing our Constitution.
Our legacy of prayer, and the very legal protections the Founding Fathers secured, is at risk. Town of Greece v. Galloway, an Alliance Defending Freedom case currently pending before the Supreme Court of the United States, asks the key question—will our government retain our Founding Fathers' respect for public prayer?
The town council of Greece, New York has long opened its sessions with an invocation. Many volunteers from the community have chosen to pray. The invitation has been opened to everyone.
However Americans United for Separation of Church and State (AU), claimed a "religious imbalance" and filed a lawsuit against the town in 2008. The AU's clients took offense at the way people prayed. In an unfortunate opinion, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled that, because Greece is made up predominantly of Christians, it may need to censor prayers or import others from outside the community.
AU and its legal allies want to eliminate public prayer or render those prayers meaningless by requiring the government to censor any language that could "offend someone," including praying in Jesus's name or to the God of David.

Pastor Saeed Abedini Tortured, 'Feeling Helpless' as Plea to Free Him Continues

American pastor Saeed Abedini is reportedly being tortured in an Iranian prison as an appeal against his 8-year sentence is being filed.
"When I heard this from my husband, I cried. It broke my heart. Behind those walls he feels helpless and relies on us to be his voice. It is so easy to feel forgotten in the walls of the prison. Please help me make sure he is never forgotten," Pastor Abedini's wife, Naghmeh, told the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) after visiting her husband on Monday.
The ACLJ, which is representing Naghmeh and the couple's two children in the U.S., added in a media statement that Abedini remains cut off from speaking with his family following the trial in January. He was arrested in September 2012 during one of his many visits to his place of birth while working on an orphanage, and has been imprisoned ever since.
After what was described as a "sham" trial, the Islamic Revolutionary Court in Tehran deemed Abedini guilty of "threatening the national security" of Iran for helping underground Christian churches in his home country in 2000, the same year he converted from Islam to Christianity. His lawyer in Iran has filed an appeal against the sentence.
The 32-year-old pastor had been allowed to speak with his wife periodically over the phone, but even now those sparse phone calls have been prohibited. Naghmeh said that she does not know when or if they will ever hear his voice again.
"We continue our work here at home and around the world to bring attention to Pastor Saeed's case and generate global pressure on Iran to release him," said Jordan Sekulow, executive director of the ACLJ
"Pastor Saeed has not been forgotten. While Pastor Saeed's family was able to inform him of some of the ongoing efforts for his release, there is more we can and must do to secure his freedom," Sekulow added. John Kerry, the new U.S. Secretary of State, and several other U.S. agencies have condemned Iran for its imprisonment and unjust trial of Abedini and called for his release. "We remain deeply concerned about the fairness and transparency of Mr. Abedini's trial," Kerry told Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) when asked for his response to Abedini's case last week. "I, along with the U.S. government, condemn Iran's continued violation of the universal right of freedom of religion and call on the Iranian authorities to respect Mr. Abedini's human rights and release him." While the ACLJ have praised Kerry comments, it continues to urge people to sign a petition calling for the release of the American pastor, showing him that he has not been forgotten and the efforts to free him continue.

Take for example, A citizen of a country has access to freedom, public service e.t.c but if he commit a crime, he losses his rights, he is caged and he is denied his rights that is what happen when you are not in christ. When you are not born again or you have backslided, the devil will continue to manipulate your life and destiny.when you are christain, the devil have no legal ground in your life to operate.

Many christains don't know the rights that they have in Christ Jesus, the reason is that they don't read the word of God always.

The fact that you made a one time effort that failed does not mean you will always fail.
That you failed the first time is success in itself that will avail you another opportunity to try again. So, never you let your failures determine your mood or attitude.If you refuse to lose grip of the past,
you cannot lay hold on the future.

3.Stay around positive people.This is one of the keys to living the life of blessedness.

Don't make friend with people who will not add to your life positively.
Infact you need to delete their names from your phone lest they infest you with negative spirits and attitudes.

4.Work on your bad sides.
Everyone on earth gotten areas in his or her life that requires some level of adjustments or amendments.
Don't tell me that because your parents are ill-tempered,mousy,arrogant or wicked, you too should be like them.
Understand that if any man be in christ old things should pass away and all things should turn new. You must deliberately work on such attitudes in your life that are detrimental to the growth of the work of God in your hand.

5.Check what you see,say,hear or feel.
In his book, "Attitude is Everything"; Keith Harrell said something very profound that "the most powerful computer in the world is the human computer. Our programming,then, comes through what we hear, see, and say. We can be programmed for success or failure based on how well we monitor what I call the ear-gate, eye-gate, and mouth gate".

In other words, whatever we see with our eyes, hear with our ears and say with our mouths more frequently will definitely have a great impact on the state of our minds and our sense of well being thereby determining our attitude.

6.learn to acquaint yourself with the word of God and pray always.The bible says that those who study the word and pray at all times will always dwell in the atmosphere of peace.
It is the word of God that will show you areas of your life that requires the touch nf God, i mean those habits that usually induce negative attitudes in you. When you discover them, then you can take them to God in prayers. Such habits that usually induce negative attitudes in you. Such habits may include: excessive anger, strife , malicious behaviours, pride, arrogance, boastfulness, timidity, lust, slander, gossip, unfaithfulness with money, etc. Deal with them now before they deal with you.

7.You need the Holy Ghost to help you live or maintain a daily life of happiness and tranquility. Therefore, Let him take the central place in your heart. Here is the point, when the Holy Ghost takes charge of your totality, His fruits: Love, joy, peace, gentleness, longsuffering, goodness, meekness, faith and self-control are made manifest and become so evident in you such that no other negative habit can take root in your life. The Holy Ghost is capable of generating the fire that will purge you of all those vices thereby leaving you purified and well refined.

Christian Organization Announces Plans for 5K Race to Raise Awareness ofPersecuted Church

TAMPA– An organization committed to supporting oppressed Christians around the world is planning a 5K race in Tampa this fallto raise awareness of the persecuted church.
“Joshuacord” is a non-profit,nondenominational Florida-based ministry whose mission is to “help and rescue those who can’t help themselves.” The organization works with a number of partners throughout the Middle East and northern Africa, where Islamic extremism and a lack of religious freedom are ever-present threats to Christians wanting to practice their faith.
Later this year, Joshua cord is planning a special 5K run in Tampa’s Al Lopez Park to raise awareness of persecuted Christians around the globe. As explained on the organization’s website, the November 16th“Joshua 1:9 Freedom Run 5K” is being held “to illuminate the cause of religious freedom and liberty.”
“Our goal,” Joshuacord’s website explains, “is to help raise awareness about the oppression and persecution of Christians in the Middle East and Africa, to be an advocate for the persecuted, and to activate Christians across America to stand united with Christians who are suffering for following Christ. The Freedom of Religion is a cherished freedom for all Americas and all those who want freedom.”
In addition to 5K runners, walkers and strollers are welcome, and prizes will be awarded to the top finishers. The race location is a course certified with USA Track & Field (USATF).
In an interview with Christian News Network, Joshuacord founder and director Patrick Carberry explained that the race’s theme from Joshua 1:9—“Be strong and courageous”—is an inspiration for Christians to step up and help the persecuted church. And, in addition to being a Biblical precept, Carberry said religious freedom has played a crucial role in United States history.
“We believe that the call to support the persecuted church is based on our nation’s history of religious freedom,” he stated. “American patriotism and religious freedom are intertwined through out our history as a nation. Religious freedom was a major motivator behind our Founding Fathers, who believed that all men are created equal and should be free to practice their faith based on their freedom of conscience.”

A window into the remarkable leadership and ministry of the Al-Dubara Evangelical Church in down town Cairo, Egypt, was opened when the Arab Spring blew across Tahrir Square right into the palace of President Mubarak. Catholic priests to fight abortion law in Imo

OWERRI — Priests of the Catholic Ecclesiastical Provinceof Owerri, have started strategizing to tackle the anti-life legislation recently signed into law by Governor Rochas Okorocha. Vanguard investigation revealed that the clerics held their first meeting last Thursday at Maria Assumpta Cathedral, Owerri. Feelers from the meeting chaired by His Grace, Dr. Anthony J. V. Obinna, revealed that one of the major issues discussed was the controversial abortion law foisted on the people by the state. One of the priests said: “We met to properly position ourselves to effectively battle the controversial abortion law recently signed by Governor Rochas Okorocha.” Gov Okorocha Meanwhile, Archbishop Obinna has called for immediate abrogation of the state laws containing what he termed “anti-life legislation” signed by Okorocha and his predecessor, Chief Achike Udenwa in 2012 and 2007 respectively. Arch bishop Obinna, who was visibly angry as he spoke on a number of issues, including the controversial abortion law and this year’s Odenigbo Lecture, insisted that all anti-life laws in the state must be abrogated. “We are calling for immediate abrogation of all anti-life legislations in the state. Although the church will not be mirred in the nation’s murky waters of partisan politics, it will, however, continue to demonstrate interest in the nation’s democratic process for the common good of the citizenry.” He expressed regret that after beating a regret that followed public outcry in 2010, the State House of Assembly eventually legalized the evil ofabortion, Governor Rochas Okorocha quietly signed the state Law number 12 of 2012. According to the fiery Archbishop, this new law, which was signed May 29, 2012, Nigeria’s Democracy Day, contains obnoxious and lethal provisions. “This new law contains obnoxious and lethal provisions. This law threatensmany conceived but unborn children with imminent death. This is unacceptable, anti-life and unchristian,” Obinna said. The Catholic cleric equally descended on former Governor Udenwa for assenting to “the Gender and Equal Opportunity Law Number 7 of 2007”. The cleric noted that some sections of the law also legalized abortion without considering the right of the conceived, unborn child or the helplessness of the unborn baby. He said: “Since abortion amounts to murder of the helpless, hapless child, we as God fearing people in Imo State, cannot stand by and allow this law to rampage our society in the name of Women’s Reproductive and Gender Rights.” On the forthcoming Owerri Archdiocesan Day and Odenigbo Lecture, Obinna explained that the former vice chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Professor Peter Ejiofor, had been chosenas the lecturer, while the topic is “Igbo progressive welfare”.

I have come to understand that our ideologies matters a lot,
it is who we are
what we believe in and
it will affect how we do things.

As we go about the activities of life,we will always come across people who will try to put different ideologies into us.But it is left for you to filter off wrong ideologies off and take the good one.

We should not just accept ideologies because of the people who bring them to us e.g our pastor,bishop,parent,teachers e.t.c we should check if such ideologies agrees with the teachings that are in the bible. It is natural for one's ideology to change when you come in contact with new knowledge but the worst that can happen to a person is for he or she to come in contact with a knowledge or idea that is anti-scripture.

The life of a christain is suppose to be govered by the scripture not by somebody's personal belief and practice.Don't follow what people say,follow what God says.Nobody knows more than God therefore nobody is qualified to change what God has said.

That an ideology looks good and nice does not mean it has a scriptural proof,wrong ideologies such as "Heaven help those who help themselves", "if you can't beat them join them", "God looks at our heart not our acts or dressing e.t.c", are some of the reasons behind the compromise state of the chruch today.until our ideologies change,there can't be a change in our life,behaviour,dressing and lifesyle.Wrong ideologies will always product people with wrong mind set.

The only ideology that should have your commitment is that which has more than one scriptural backing for in the mouth of one or two a word shall be establiished.

The following are some of the persons or things that can corrupt your positive ideologies;

We need to study to know which ideology is scriptural and that which is not.As a christain there will be people you look unto for examples to follow,but as you grow some of this persons may buy wrong ideologies and fall from the faith.The bible should always be the basics for any ideology you want to take.Any ideology protrait by those we look up to,we should always check the bible to know if it has a scriptural proof became some of them may have brought the wrong ideology thereby making them not to be in the faith anymore.

It matters the kind of things we watch,read and see.Movies,magazines and other articles are all trying to sell you an idea.When you watch,hear,read and look at things that are not Godly with time your ideologies will change.minded the things you watch,hear,read and the songs you listen to.

As we all know,light and darkness has no meeting place. The kind of people we associate will can corrupt our ideologies. 2.Your fellowship with God (PRAYER)

As a christain you need to pray regularly,it should become a way of life for you.It is through praying that you can

3.Attending chruch regularly

By attending chruch regularly,
it will help you grow spiritually
you will be encouraged by fellow believers
you will hear the word of God that will add something to your life and
also worship God.

By not forsaking the fellowship of fellow believers,it will help you to grow into a mature christain.

4.Association

You need to mind the kind of people you associate with.You need to associate with fellow believers that will help you stay strony in the faith.

Bad easily corrupt good,if you decide to associate with your former friends who are not believer with time you too wil fall from the faith.

5.The things you watch,read and listen to (The Media)

The eyes and ears are the pathway to your soul.

What you watch,read and listen to matters a lot.Take for example some of the songs you know are not in your phone but by hearing it as you walk in the street always you have known how to sing those songs.

You need to change the king of things that you watch,read or listen to that are not Godly.

6.The way you dress and your character:

You dressing also must be decent.Be decent does not mean you should put on clothes bigger than you.Dress in such a way that will protrait christ,your character and behaviour should be christ-like that is why you are called a christain.

Many of us want God to pay attention to what we want,but they are not willing to pay attention to the instruction God is giving to them. Isaiah 48:17 say's "thus saith the lord,thy redeemer,the holy one of lsrael; i am the lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit,which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go; God is willing to teach us to profit that is to excel in all we do but if we refuse instructions how can he teach us?.even after we have prayed to God,we should let him lead us by obeying his instructions.because by obeying his instruction,it will lead us to the answers of our prayers.
Take for example,is it possible for one to solve a mathematical equation without following instructions?. The answer is No of course because instructions are the various steps that will land us in the answer he or she is looking for. Just as it is with mathematical equation so it is with life equation. Until God's instructions are followed,life equation will remain unsolved.
God is desire to teach us,to tell us how to get the answer to our prayer (Jermiah 33:3.call unto and i will answer thee,and shew thee great and mighty things which thou knowest not).
Until God's instructions are followed,life equations will remain unsolved.what ever answer you are looking for can only be asscessed as you follow divine directive. God's help will remain far from those who keep praying without acting on what he keeps saying.

The following are some of the blessings of acting on instructions;

1.To act on divine instructions is to bridge the gap between you and your desire;

Luke 5:4-5 Now when he had left speaking,he said unto simon,launch out into the deep,and let down your nets for a draught. And simon answering said unto him,master,we have toiled all the night and have taken nothing; nevertheless at thy word i will let down the net. You may have failed in the past,but when instruction comes we should forget the past and listen to instruction just like simon. An we can seen in verse 6 of that chapter that his expectation came to past.

2. To act on divine instruction is to ride on the wings of God's word which never fails;

The bible made us to understand that Gods word can not go back to him void but it shall accomplish what it is meant to accomplish. Isaiah 55:11

3.To act on divine instruction is to see the glory of God;

When we act on divine instruction we will see the glory of God in our lives.God's glory will always come down after instruction have been obey john 11:39-40

4.To act on divine instruction is to see what God is up to

Without obeying God,we can't know what he is up to. Genesis 26:1-3,12-13

5.To act on divine instruction is to board the vehicle that will transport you to your dream and desire.

Divine instruction is the vehicle that will take us to our dream destination or turn our dreams into reality. Isaiah 48:17
