KVPY Syllabus 2019 - Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana is a prestigious fellowship programme started by the Department of Science and Technology by Government of India,1999. National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a scholarship exam which is conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). This exam is held in two stages to select the students for NTSE scholarships. Stage 1 (State level) exam is held by the SCERT, DGE or any other responsible authority of the respective state/UT and selected candidates appear in the stage 2 exam which is a national level exam conducted by NCERT.

NTSE 2020 Highlights

The official notification regarding the NTSE 2020 will be released in the last week of July 2019 and Applications will begin in the month of August 2019.

The last date to submit application forms is announced separately by the states/UTs.
Stage 1 exam will be conducted in the month of November 2019 and result will be declared between January and March 2020.
Selected candidates will have to appear for stage-II exam in the month of May 2020 and the final result will be declared by NCERT in the month of August 2019.
Finally selected candidates will be awarded the NTSE scholarship of Rs. 1250 during 11th, 12th class, Rs. 2000 during the graduation and post graduation and at Ph.D level as per UGC norms.

GATE 2017 Result - IIT Roorkee will announce the Result of GATE 2017 on March 27, 2017. Along with the result, candidates will be eligible to download the GATE Score Card from March 27. The last date to download score card is May 26 without late fee, whereas, with the fee of Rs. 500/- it can be downloaded on December 31, 2017. Candidate can check the result online by entering registration number and date of birth. The result will be announced only for the candidates who will obtain the minimum qualifying percentile marks as per their category. The marks of the candidate will be calculated out of 100 and the GATE score card will be calculated out of 1000.

NEET PG 2017 Exam Pattern is the blueprint of exam and question paper in general. NEET PG 2017 Exam Pattern

Mode of the exam will be online. Candidate will mark their answers on an OMR sheet using pen (black or blue ball point pen).
There shall be a total of 240 questions in the exam. Type of the questions will be multiple choices/ objective.
Each question will have multiple choices out of which only one will be correct. Choosing the correct response will fetch marks.
Language medium of the question paper will be English. There is no provision for Hindi or any regional language in questions.
As per NEET PG 2017 Exam Pattern no marks will be cut for wrong attempt. For every correct answer, 1 mark will be given.
The total number of questions in the exam is expected to be 300 though there can be variation of 10-15 questions.
Net duration of the exam will be 3 hours however 15 minutes will be given to the candidate for test tutorial.

CAT 2016 is the national level management entrance exam to be held in 3rd week of November 2016 to offer admission in MBA program. •    Candidate must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized institute.
•    He must have scored at least 45% aggregate in the degree. For reserved category, it is 40%.
•    Final year candidates can apply as well but they will have to submit degree pass certificate before deadline.
•    Admission of such candidates will be provisional and subject to producing documents at verification stage.

CAT 2016 Application Form

KVPY 2016 eligibility criteria, exam pattern, application form

KVPY 2016 will be conducted on 6 November 2016 by IISc (Indian Institute of Science) Bengaluru under the guidance and directives of Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. It is a highly reputed and sought after fellowship/ scholarship exam. The result of the exam will be declared in the 3rd week of December 2016 and it will show candidates selected for grant of monetary benefits in the form of scholarship. Selections for three streams SA, SB, and SX will be merit based.

KVPY 2016 Eligibility Criteria

Indian students of class X and XII (government or private schools) can apply for the exam. Those who are in the first year degree program (B. Sc/ B. S./ B. Stat/ B. Math/ Int. M.Sc/ M.S. in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) can apply as well.
