You can’t break an alchemist 🤍 everything thrown simply becomes something to rise from & it’s funny how people can speak on you so boldly behind your back yet never have a word to offer when they’re standing in front of you. Gossip always makes its rounds. Profound, not! Once upon a time that would’ve sparked a whole war… welcoming the folklore & best believe I participated in every battle, but evolution does shift your responses & you learn that Peace disarms you. In this present I have presence & I won’t match anyone’s filth nor their projections. With growth comes corrections… ya feel me on that note? I also won’t & do not chase down rumors nor will I correct every storyline created about me. Do you know why? Because #idgaf about your opinion! Once upon a time ago I did care & people took advantage of that, so I was forced to learn discernment & thankful I am for the lesson. And when you really innerstand it you realize the people talking are always going to be talking & if not about you, then somebody else — & the people who listen, the ones too quick to believe anything & everything said about you, are simply revealing how they already felt about you in the first place, so I learned to be thankful for the blissing in disguise. People’s acceptance of someone else’s narrative is just a mirror 🤍 a quiet confession of their own inner lies ..their landscape fully disguised. I don’t got tolerance for those backing their own denies. Their position in life has nothing to do with me. So I let people be & say whatever they want about me, especially when it’s behind my back (you see?) because behind me is all they will ever be… know what I mean jellybeans? What you need to comprehend is I script for petty’s sake & I’ll scribe all day long, my words hell fire’s song & my tongue would do laps on these people all lives long because word is my belong & it always finds a way of getting around & that’s just one more truth crowned. I swear to God these kind of people are not my burden to carry around anymore! Closed is that door. Forever & ever… amen 🤍 That’s their own doom to defend. I am not living in anyone else’s chaos, vision, or dwelling of spirals that do not belong to me. Everyone is on the level of evolution they’re on & I honor that without letting it disturb my own. Okay, so we rescued this little birdie.

He looked so fragile and soft in my hand, like a whisper wrapped in feathers. I could feel his life — light as air, but present, awake, purposeful. And so I did my research to learn more about this beautiful little creature. And here’s what I discovered…

The bird is called a Golden-crowned Kinglet, and what I learned about him touched my soul in ways I didn’t expect. So here’s the spiritual message I received from this tiny warrior of the woods — may it reach you too, right when you need it.

There’s been a noticeable increase in allergy activity lately.

Not just for me….

but for so many people I’ve spoken to.

Something’s off.

And yeah, maybe thee powers that be would love for everyone to run out and buy some allergy meds.

I mean

whom stands to benefit thee most here?

Because let’s be real…

These pharma companies aren’t just sitting on the sidelines watching this unfold.

Not sure how true it is, but a little birdie told me that Zyrtec’s been investing in planting more male trees in various communities.

You know…

male trees.

The ones that don’t bear fruit but release loads of pollen into thee air.

Just sit with that for a second.

All I know is, my allergies have been acting out.

Sneezing spells out of nowhere.

My eye’s been feeling heavy…

and that alone is enough to make me feel tired.

And I’ve heard the same thing from plenty of others lately too.

It’s been a while since I’ve written on here while sit here 🤍really sit 🤍listening to the subtle hums of my inner world. The world outside has grown louder, fuller, faster… but nature never stops whispering. And lately, I’ve been listening much more hardcore than ever before.

There’s a Carpenter Bee whom keeps visiting my balcony. Big. Black. Bold. And surprisingly… not frightening, though my instinct says otherwise. Every time she draws near, my heart skips, my arms react & yet my soul leans in. She’s not just a bee. She’s a mirror. A lesson. A test in trust. And maybe even… a messenger.

Then Henbit bloomed beneath my the porch, humble and unnoticed by most. She didn’t even ask for attention. She just grew.. she’s still growing .. resilient, vibrant, offering softness in the sharpness of gravel and stone. And I, being whom I am, heard her too.

This is how spirit speaks🤍

Through the bee that dares to hover close.

Through the wildflower that roots where no one expects her to.

Through our discomfort, our reactions, our unfolding

E v o l u t i o n

I realize something…

I haven’t been afraid of the bee

Just sharing a moment here 🤍 this was the card that popped out during a random shuffle, and you already know how that goes… it spoke, so I listened.

For those of you who may not know… I’ve been reading tarot for a long time 🤍 officially since the early 90s, but I started reading cartomancy at just 5 years old. By 10, I had my first tarot deck in hand, and ever since then, it’s been a journey 🤍 one that continues to evolve every time I pull cards & channel messages.

Even when it’s thee same card, the meaning shifts depending on the reading, the person, the moment. Sometimes it’s not even about the traditional meaning 🤍 it’s about what the imagery stirs in me 🤍what comes alive as the messages begin to flow through.

The deck I’m using here was gifted to me by someone really special. It’s from the 1970s, and ever since it came into my hands, I’ve felt a deep connection to it. I have hundreds of decks at this point in my life & this one carries its own unique kind of weight and energy that I truly treasure.

Also… I’ve been thinking about something a lot of you have asked me for 🤍teaching tarot. Although it’s an intuitive art, there are so many layers that can be learned, explored & embodied. With 35+ years of experience, I just might take everyone up on finally holding space for this kind of gathering 🤍a deep dive into the wisdom, wonder & innergy of the cards. Fast-forward to today, and the joy I find in crafting remedies is stronger than ever. Inspired by the athletes I work with—people who push their bodies to the edge and back again—I felt called to create something that would soothe their sore muscles, ease inflammation &promote overall recovery. It makes me so happy to channel this creative energy into something purposeful.

This balm is a labor of love, blending nature’s most powerful gifts into a magical, healing ointment. It’s packed with soothing, circulation-boosting & anti-inflammatory ingredients that are perfect for athletes, weekend warriors, or anyone seeking relief from pain or tension.

Introducing My All-Inclusive Healing Balm

This potent balm was crafted to bring relief to sore muscles, aching joints, and inflamed tissues. Yesterday, under the glow of the last super full moon of the year, I stretched into its light, letting thee energy of this sacred moment flow through me. The sunset paints the sky in golden hues & as Thee Beaver Full Moon comes into being, it feels like a divine reminder to pause, reflect & honor the natural cycles of life.

This moon carries deep wisdom. Beavers, industrious and clever are busy building their dams, creating strong shelters for the winter ahead. Their actions mirror our own need to prepare .. not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. What habits or attachments are you ready to release? What foundations are you building with care and intention?

Known also as the Frost Moon, it whispers of the chill ahead, encouraging us to nurture our inner resources. The Mourning Moon, in Celtic tradition, marks the end of one cycle and the readiness for another. And the Digging Moon, observed in nature, reminds us to clear space for what truly matters.

This supermoon, the last of the year, amplifies all of these themes. It’s a call to reflect on what we’re creating in our lives. Are we building something sturdy and meaningful, like the beaver’s dam, or do we need to shift our focus to align with our highest purpose?

Sharing a sped-up snippet from one of my favorite classes, led by thee inspiring and soulful Rebecca Frezza, one of three owners of Zura Blooms in Bloomfield, NJ. Thee style? Inside Flow. Thee experience? Truly transformative.

I’ve always loved dance & though people often ask if I Am a dancer, I’ve never had any formal training. My life, though, has been one continuous flow, dancing in my own way. For thee longest time, I felt out of place in a world of “real” dancers—those whom grasp choreography with ease. For me, learning choreography never quite clicked (even as a cheerleader) it felt like I was “choreography dyslexic” (if that’s even a thing!) especially being a LEFTY in a RIGHT-handed world. But here I am, moving in a yogi-style flow, finding that sweet spot where my body and mind connect in harmony. Somehow, by thee time I shift to my left side, it all starts to click which is a quiet reminder: “Yes, Jennifer, you can do this.”

Being a member of Zura Blooms has been such a blissing. I love thee community and the chance to grow my own yoga practice, even as an instructor myself. Even now, living far away, I make thee time to come together with this circle of beautiful souls who share a passion for movement and music. Inside Flow is more than yoga -it’s a rhythmic, yogi-style dance that builds gradually, layer by layer, set to thee beat of different songs. Each class leads us to that final piece where we flow through the entire sequence to one powerful song, each of us moving as one, feeling every beat, every breath.

A chance to evolve my own evolutionary journey with yoga—a journey that’s been unfolding for well over 15+ years. Each practice is a deepening, a return to self, and a reminder of the power in movement, breath, and presence.

By the end, we’re sweaty, connected & buzzing with joy and pride in ourselves and each other. It’s a remarkable experience that feels new every time, as each session brings a fresh song, choreography flow. If you haven’t tried Inside Flow, I highly recommend it—a soulful dance with yourself that you won’t forget.

From Self Criticism to Self Acceptance

I used to think that if I didn’t look like “those” persons over there while doing something I loved, then I wasn’t good enough to share—and so overly critical I was of myself! Super unfair. This brutal, overly critical perfectionist was born from that thinking, a version of myself that feels very foreign to me now. It’s amazing to reflect on my own introspection and witness my evolutionary journey as I live it. It’s like watching a movie: as thee observer, you might see thee bigger picture, but thee main characters have no clue what’s really happening, because it’s all just happening.

You see, it’s so easy to observe outside of ourselves, but when it comes to innerstanding ourselves best, well—that takes a level of self-awareness, consciousness, and intention to tap in, turn on, and tune into these types of developments. Anyhoo, I used to think that because I lacked this or that, it meant I couldn’t be accepted as another form of that or this. And this world can be cruel enough to make you feel that way, but it’s thee farthest thing from the truth.

I don’t need permission to be myself because I am whom I am when I am—and that’s more than good, that is great. I share because I care, because I’m passionate about my layers of expression, insight, and evolution. I no longer filter or hold myself back from expressing myself in all my ways, whenever I want—and that kind of liberation feels good. And because I understand energy and how it flows, it’s an honor to be myself openly. Those who embrace it will, and those who don’t won’t—and that’s perfectly okay, my friends.

There’s a story within thee gentle, knowing eyes of the Cow. A story that’s been woven into thee fabric of human life for centuries. Cow isn’t just an animal -she’s a symbol, a keeper of wisdom & a bridge between the earthly and thee divine. In some places, she’s honored as a sacred being, embodying the purest form of nurturing and care. To the Hindu, Cow is more than “holy” she is a living symbol of compassion and an embodiment of thee Mother. They treat her with reverence, understanding her as a creature meant to be cherished, not consumed. The gifts she provides are her own acts of devotion & in return, she’s honored with thee kind of respect that runs deeper than words.

In ancient Egypt, Cow’s spirit stretches even farther, as Nut, thee goddess of the heavens, is often depicted as a giant celestial Cow. Imagine little me, a spirited martial arts enthusiast whom dreamed of being a faery ninja ballerina, practicing all thee moves that made me feel magical, nimble & strong. That little dreamer never left me—especially my love for stretching and my constant need to stay flexible, no matter how my routines evolved over thee years.

This door strap you see in thee video? It’s been my trusty companion for ages. This one and many others too. But Stretching with it has become one of my favorite ways to explore movement and keep things feeling fresh. Stretching has always been my anchor, my way of staying mobile and in tune with myself. To me, flexibility isn’t just about thee body—it’s about staying open and adaptable in mind, body , heart & soul.

And while I may skip a workout here or there, I never skip my stretch time. Every stretch reminds me that movement is essential for our well-being, a gift to our future selves, especially as thee years grow by.

Let’s take a journey back in time… 🔮🖤🔮

Let’s travel back to when I was little me, little me use to do a lot of weirdo type things & I didn’t care , I still did them. So, I used to sit quietly in front of thee television, not watching anything but a blank, dark screen. I DID THIS A LOT. I did this for YEARS! I’d stare at it, feeling this strange, electric pull, imagining life on thee other side, watching me right back. I had so many moments like this, where I’d get up, feeling a mix of wonder and even fear, trying to convince myself it was just my imagination. But looking back now, I know it wasn’t just that. I was tapping into something real, something beyond what I could explain back then.

These weren’t just childhood daydreams; they were glimpses, fragments of a world as it truly is and as it would become. A world where we’re all connected, always watching and being watched, where each of us plays a role we may not even fully understand yet. My younger self was already sensing a future, feeling thee pulse of what was to come, catching onto thee divine tapestry & mystery that we’re all woven into.

How many of us hold these forgotten memories, those early moments where we felt something bigger than ourselves? How many times were we catching sight of a TRUTH beyond ourselves, showing us not just whom we were but what thee world around us truly looks like and our role in it? It’s almost like everyone’s jumped out of a plane mid-flight, no parachute & they’re free-falling with their opinions… without even realizing that maybe, just maybe, thee plane’s been grounded thee whole time.

But here’s the thing: when we get caught up in all this noise—when we assume we know what’s true, what’s real, without even waiting to see thee full picture—we start to lose track of our own peace &our own clarity. It’s like we’re diving into these arguments headfirst, convinced we’ve got it all figured out, yet we’re just tumbling through thin air.

What if, instead of getting all twisted up & going back&forth, we took a step back, paused & actually waited to see thee truth on solid ground? Because at thee end of the day, the louder we shout, the less we’re able to hear the answers that matter.
