While there is no country that can say it has the most beautiful women in the world, there are certainly some that do have a large proportion of them. Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela have long been known to have extremely beautiful women and the large number of women from these countries who come in first place in numerous beauty contests is proof of that. The Dominican Republic's women, too, are world reknowned for their extreme beauty. Below are some samples of women I personally know who are fantastic representatives of the extreme beauty the women of this paradise island possess.

I have not put much into this blog over the last three years, in fact, it's pretty much been neglected. However, that's going to change. I have been travelling to the Dominican Republic every three months since April of 2008. The trips are from at least eight days to fifteen days in duration. I will be going again later this month and a trip to Haiti is also being considered, all of which I will put into this blog (video, photos, etc.).
A lot of the videos I posted in 2008 lead to dead links due to the YouTube account I had them on being closed, but I will be working on correcting that by re-embedding them to my Dailymotion account.

I will also be visiting Colombia, Venezuela, and Central America later this year, and I'll put all that here also, despite this being a blog about the D.R.

This video was filmed in March of 2011. I entered Santo Domingo's infamous barrio known as Capotillo. It's not too bad in the daytime as long as you remain in your car, but no sane person would enter here at night.

In 2010 two members of the dominican National Police (Policía Nacional Dominicana) were killed in a shootout in Capotillo that was captured by news cameras.

This is the best ex-patriate place in Puerto Plata province, let alone just the city of Puerto Plata, for listening to american music and hanging out with Americans, Canadians and Europeans. Although I spend a lot of time with the locals, there are times when I want to hang out in a place where I can be around english speakers and listen to american music. This bar is the best for that. The owner, Lee Peek, is a great guy and runs a top notch establishment. The regulars who go there are all great people.
