Advantages of Gulp over grunt

2. No needs to configure for each browser seperately.(I think grunt does.. Yeah I am also newbie)

Application:
It is used to access files through the browser, by going to localhost, this very important when we use
SINGLE PAGE APPLICATION.
ex: when you start develop cordova/phonegap using angular js, you don't needs to be depends on cordova serve (Of course only to see gui on browser), at that point you don't have to shut down your server and start again to see changes.

Kill process running on particular port in Ubuntu

While running play framework by default it runs on port no 9000,

sometime if u try to run it gives error as following

[trace] Stack trace suppressed: run last compile:run for the full output.

[error] (compile:run) java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

[error] Total time: 4 s, completed Nov 3, 2014 5:28:55 PM

This error occurred since there is already running process on port no 9000.

Solution :

#1.

Either run on different port number.

ex: sbt run 8000

#2.

Kill process from particular port number (in this case from 9000)

run following command

netstat -plten |grep java

You will see following result

tcp6 0 0 :::10000 :::* LISTEN 1000 60672 3688/java

tcp6 0 0 :::9000 :::* LISTEN 1000 60673 3688/java

then run command

kill -9 3688

Additional:
if want to see process with there respective process-id.

fuser -n tcp <port number>

Eclipse Start up hang problem.

Go to workspace
/workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.projects/<PROJECT NAME>

Step 2:
Delete marker.snap file.

Give Permission to Directory (Folder) - read/write

In ubuntu by default there is no permission to folder created after any

installation of software. example after installation of apache2 server

/var/www directory has no read-write permission. we can provide this by

using below command.

sudo chown -R $USER:$USER /var/www/

this will allow to change data structure of all folders inside of www

folder.(Path Provided by you).

Sencha Touch

Download Sencha Touch from there website http://www.sencha.com/
Extract the zip file and

THIS WILL UPDATE LATER. U CAN USE WITH PHONEGAP PLUGINS IN ECLIPSE . IF U, THEN NO NEED TO INSTALL IT. JUST PROVIDE PATH OF EXTRACTED FOLDER.

Start up:
Sencha is Javascript Librry so it is client side scripting.

Download phonegap as plug -ins (already given post on it)
Download sencha.
Add sencha library while creating phonegap android application.

PROBLEM MAY FACE

if you are unable to install apk file on emulator then check error message on console and if it is about required android sdk and given phone sdk then open android manifesto.xml and check sdk use tag and cheange appropriate value in that.

Meaning of Verbose in Computer Programming

Verbose : Means Language has many symbol as i understand, it is going to easy to understand.
Ex:
Give a code snippet to non-programmer and ask him/her to explain what that snippet trying to do. If you get closest answer, then it is verbose.

It's opposite is terse. In above example if you get WTF expression then it is terse.

Install APK file on android emulator

Goto u r apk file directory and type above command this will force to use

your emulator. Before that u need start u r emulator. it helps to get rid

Phonegap for Android Developement

Requirment:

Eclipse

Android SDT

ADT

You need node.js to install:

if already install then check by on console. npm -v or npm version. it will show you details.

If installed then type

sudo npm install -g phonegap

for latest bundle of phonegap we required google api 18 which in android sdk version 4.3

The AppLaud Eclipse plug-in extends the Android ADT to enable Web Developers to develop Android apps with the PhoneGap framework. It also facilitates development with UI frameworks like Sencha Touch and jQuery Mobile.

Download the MDS AppLaud plugin to a Helios (or newer) ADT installation with Eclipse -> Help -> Install New Software tohttps://svn.codespot.com/a/eclipselabs.org/mobile-web-development-with-phonegap/tags/r1.2/download

After Installation Check out phonegap example. u just need to create new project using phonegap plug in.
They have provided almost all the functionality like access camera , database , geolocation , phone info ..u can check out there . :)

PROBLEM U MAY FACE:
u may get error about androidsdk version required say x and u have say y
then go to AndroidManifest.xml file change appropriate value in <uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="19" />
here i change 20 to 19.

Do not create database throw mysql console.
create database through conf file.

in Eclipse Path is
Project Name -->conf-->evolution -->default-->sql file name.

write query in ups and down there.

Advantage :
We do not need to write query for insert, update,delete i think all DML query is handle by Writing Ebean.Save, Ebean.delete and others

In mostly Eclipse you can find onPause() method , i mean you can add in following way

Almost all git Commands for beginner :
Git command
Git clone:
This is used to import remote source code to local computer
so now u have code from repository. so what next?

Git status -s.

if u have make changes in that code u need to update that changes. now suppose u need to see which file is modified by you, use following command

Git rm

To remove file.

Git add .

.-> for all files.

Git commit

ex git commit -m "comment will goes here"

To make file ready to push

Git branch

To check active branch

Git checkout "branchname"

go to particular branch.

git merge :

git merge "branchname "

merge code to particular branch.

git push

git push origin " branch name "

push the changes to branch name from origin or make origin and u r branch equal.

***Create new branch and go to that branch

$ git checkout -b "branchname"
Switched to a new branch "branchname"'

Add Swings (drag & drop) Plug-ins in eclipse

To Make Eclipse like netbins for designing Swing application we need to add plug-in for swing. as eclipse doesn't give default.
Plug-in name = WindowBuilder.
Add particular link for installation of plug-in according to eclipse version.

My eclipse version in 3.x so here is link for that.

you can google windowBuilder plug in according to your version name and install plug in. (I AM ASSUMING YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO INSTALL PPLUG-IN IN ECLIPSE)

on the frame click on design (By default it will be source mode)

Object(Real Thing) with C++

Hey Hello today i am going to talk about OOP that is Object-oriented programming.
that's it no big deal.
so what is object, which are usually instances of classes, that's what most book says. ok.. now see object is anything that is real. it can be train,human ,computer etc..
So basic idea about OOP is writing Computer Programming for real things. Programming is closest thing we have, to super power. :)
So we r suppose to learn Super Power :P isn't it?
There are 2 basic pillar of any object, take any example , i am taking Train.

so train have births,sleeper coach,AC coach,etc. these are important part of train, here in programming we can say attribute.
train have reservation quota, regular quota etc.these are behavior of train, in programming we call it Functionality.
I hope now u get what is actually object and how to find attribute and functionality of object.
So this is u r first step toward super power.
