Se fac doua foi maro potrivit de moi si sa nu mai fie lipicioase. &lt;br /&gt;

In tava tapetata se pune prima foaie peste care adaugam umplutura cu cocos . Peste se pun jumatati de visine apoi a doua foaie maro.&lt;br /&gt;

Se da la cuptor in jur de 35 minute timp in care se prepara crema si se da la racit . &lt;br /&gt;

Crema pe foc se face: laptele , budinca si galbenusul pana se ingroasa.  Rece se freaca bine cu untul si zaharul. &lt;br /&gt;

Se ia margarina topita si se pensuleaza usor pe toata suprafata dupa care se pliaza marginile care se vor intalni la mijlocul lui. Se ung si acestea cu margarina topita dupa care iar impaturim aluatul si tot asa . Se da cu margarina topita pe toate partile se pune intr-un recipient si se da la rece 20 de minute. Se scoate de la rece aluatul se intinde cu facaletul si repetam operatiunea. Se pune la rece de 3 ori.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Preparam umplutura, fierbem putin gris si apoi il amestecam cu branza&amp;nbsp; ( este foarte important ca aceasta compozitie sa fie cat mai tare ca sa nu curga cand se introduc in cuptor ) .&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Cand e gata coca se scoate de la rece se imparte in 4 parti . Se unge plansa cu putin ulei si incepem sa intindem fiecare parte cat mai subtire posibil intr-o forma de dreptunghi . Se taie in patru dreptunghiuri mai mici , apoi&amp;nbsp; intindem in mijlocul fiecareia umplutura cu branza. Se inchide cu colturile opuse unul peste altul , se unge din nou cu ulei sau margarina topita si se aseaza in tava unsa cu ulei cu fata in jos. Acestea se aplatizeaza usor sa fie cat mai subtire si&amp;nbsp; umplutura sa fie distribuita egal inauntru. Avand in vedere ca am o tava destul de mare si o merdenea iasa cam 3/4 din lungimea palmii mi-au intrat 8 merdenele intr-o tava .&lt;br /&gt;

Dupa ce le-am bagat la cuptor la cateva minute cand incep sa se umfle am observat ca s-a uscat unsoarea de pe ele si le-am scos rapid sa le mai pensulez un pic . S-a repetat si la a doua tava . Avand cuptor pe gaz dupa ceva minute am redus un pic din grade ca sa nu se arda partea de jos . &lt;br /&gt;

Se lasa la loc cald pana creste .&lt;br /&gt;Se amesteca nuca cu zaharul si laptele caldut .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intr-un lighenas se toarna faina si celelalte ingrediente + maiaua crescuta si se framanta pana se omogenizeaza si iasa un aluat moale si usor de modelat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se imparte in doua aluatul framantat . Prima parte se imparte in 4 sau in 3 in functie de tava in care coacem sau cat de inalt vrem sa fie baigli.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pe masa infainata se intinde fiecare bila si cu ajutorul unui cutit de unt sau spatule se intinde egal pe toata foaia de aluat compozitia de nuca .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se ruleaza cu grija si se pune in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt . Eu  am pus 3 bucati intr-o tava lasand loc intre ei sa creasca. Ulei&lt;br /&gt;- 1 praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;- 9 linguri de zahar&lt;br /&gt;- 3 linguri de cacao&lt;br /&gt;- 6 linguri de faina&lt;br /&gt;Galbenusurile se amesteca cu zaharul.Se adauga apoi faina amestecata cu cacao si praful de copt.Apoi se incorporeza foarte usor albusurile batute spuma.&lt;br /&gt;Tava se unge cu ulei si se tapeteaza cu faina. Se coace blatul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Crema:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 500 g branza de vaci&lt;br /&gt;- 2 pachet unt (margarina)&lt;br /&gt;- 300 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;Untul se freaca cu zaharul.&lt;br /&gt;Cand devine spuma se adauga branza.&lt;br /&gt;Se intinde pe prajitura racita si se pune la frigider.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Glazura:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Fanta 900 ml&lt;br /&gt;- 2 plicuri de budinca de vanilia&lt;br /&gt;-4 linguri de zahar&lt;br /&gt;Se prepara in mod obisnuit.&lt;br /&gt;Se amesteca pe foc pana se ingroasa.&lt;br /&gt;Apoi se adauga peste crema. Se intind doua foi subtiri pe suprafata infainata. Pe una dintre ele din loc in loc se pune gemul sau patratelele de ciocolata. Se ia pe sucitoare cealalta foaie si se aseaza deasupra. Cu un paharel sau o cana se decupeaza gogoselele. Eu am folosit un borcanel deoarece avea gura mai mica. Noi le preferam mai micute dar se pot face si cu o cana normala ca diametru la gura.&lt;br /&gt;Asa , dupa ce au fost decupate gogoselele se lasa sa mai creasca un pic si pe masa. Intre timp se pune uleiul la incins. Compozitia este lichida dar asa trebuie sa fie . Fiind calda prajitura glazura va intra in blat si va avea aspectul unei prajituri in doua culori. Cocosul se inmoaie putin si ramane fixat si de ciocolata rasa deasupra care isi ia o forma neregulata si placuta. Se lasa la racit si apoi se taie. Se pune iaurtul intr-un castron si se scalda aripioarele acolo. Acesta va imbraca bine aripioara. Separat se amesteca faina cu condimentele. Eu nu am avut tefal am avut imitatia si a iesit perfect. Fara sa se unga tigaia se toarna cam jumatate de polonic mare in tigaie .&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;  Cum stim cand e gata ? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  La inceput se vede deasupra consistenta aluatului lichid. Incet incep sa se faca gaurele in aluat, sau besicute sparte :)) cand toata suprafata clatitei e acoperita de gaurele se desprinde usor pe margini cu un cutit care se baga usor sub ea apoi si se intoarce. Se mai lasa putin si e gata. Procesul de copt clatituta e putin mai lung decat la una obisnuita. Ne-a facut pofta Bucataria Paradis si-i multumesc ca mi-a adus aminte de cornuletele astea.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;Pentru cornuletele delicioase am folosit :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ALUATUL:&lt;br /&gt;-drojdie&lt;br /&gt;-4 oua&lt;br /&gt;-300ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;-200 ml ulei&lt;br /&gt;-2-3 ling. zahar&lt;br /&gt;-2-3 plicuri zahar vanilat&lt;br /&gt;-1 praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;-1kg faina&lt;br /&gt;* 3 linguri de cacao pt. jumatate de aluat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SIROPUL:&lt;br /&gt;-1 cana de zahar&lt;br /&gt;-1 cana de apa&lt;br /&gt;-esenta lamaie Dr. Oetker 1/2 lingurita&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se prepara maiaua din drojdie, putin lapte cald si zahar.Apoi se framanta cu restul ingredientelor sa iasa un aluat moale. Nu se lasa la dospit deoarece creste in cuptor.&lt;br /&gt;Se imparte aluatul in doua se fac doua bile . Una dintre ele se amesteca cu cacaoa.&lt;br /&gt;Din fiecare bila mare se mai fac 8 bile mai mici . Datorez faptul ca am facut-o si eu lui Laura Adamache . Reteta ei se gaseste aici &lt;a href="http://adamache-laura.blogspot.com/2009/04/tort-padurea-neagra.html"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;"Tort Padurea Neagra" &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;Ingrediente blat diametru 24 cm:&lt;br /&gt;200 gr faina&lt;br /&gt;250 gr zahar&lt;br /&gt;70 gr cacao&lt;br /&gt;450 gr lapte&lt;br /&gt;35 gr ulei&lt;br /&gt;1 praf copt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente umplutura:&lt;br /&gt;400 gr frisca lichida&lt;br /&gt;cirese sau visine din compot sau dulceata &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blatul :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amestecam faina cu praful de copt, zaharul si cacaoa, dupa care adaugati laptele si uleiul treptat. Consistenta va fi foarte lichida dar asa trebuie sa fie. Turnati aluatul in forma  tapetata cu unt si faina si il bagam in cuptorul preincalzit la 160 grade pentru 45-50 minute. Faceti proba cu betigasul si in momentul cand iese curat, e gata blatul. &lt;br /&gt;Taiem blatul in 2 dupa ce se raceste complet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Eu am avut dulceata de visine si visine din compot. Siropul de la compot l-am facut jeleu cu gelatina dupa care am amestecat din nou fructele cu gelatina. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pe prima foaie am pus din belsug visine din compot printre care am presarat si cateva visine din dulceata si siropul dulcetii din loc in loc . Pfuaa ! Este destul de greu in sensul in care nu te pricepi deloc si nici nu este nimeni sa te ghideze la fata locului . Asa ca am gasit blogul Laurei Sava vecina mea de oras si trecui la treaba . Pentru mine si ai mei tot ce contine gem , dulceata sau marmelada este foarte bun.&lt;br /&gt;Am facut prajitura dar inca nu mi-am intrat in mana ca veteranele noastre sa fac si poze la modul de preparare asa ca pentru inceput am sa postez doar rezultatul ... Curatenia e prima de care trebuie sa te scapi iar mai apoi mancareturile .
