Okay wow. This is so weird. I haven't touched my blog for like a billion years and it feels so alien now O.O
*Side note: A billion years is equal to about 6 months

I haven't written anything longer than a Facebook status for months! OMG! I think my last Facebook status was just one word. Lol. I can't remember how to write nice stuff lololol fail T.T

Just searched through my Facebook timeline and apparently, the last time I wrote something it was an 'ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh ._.'

Happy Chinese New Year's Eve!

I've been kinda bogged down with homework (double, triple homework before CNY holidays!?) and studying (semangat for SPM!) and tuition (so much tuition this year!) lately, so I haven't posted much. And by 'much' I mean I haven't posted anything at all :D

I was gonna start my post with 'omg i haven't posted in SUCH A LONG TIME' but suddenly realized how lame that sounded - and 'sup' is what cool people say so starting my post with 'sup' has just increased its coolness ratio by a thousand 8D

Anyways, omg i haven't posted in SUCH A LONG TIME! And Chinese New Year is one of the festivals I dislike the most D: Where did Christmas go!? The only good thing about Chinese New Year is that it starts raining money and if you're lucky you can get rich from shaking hands with other people 8D

A lot of things have happened since I last posted :

I am now a Taekwondo WHITE BELT!! YARRRR KNIFE HAND
I am also an international chess player!! As in I joined the my school's 'International Chess Club' :P
I've found out that my sister can sit in front of the TV for 7 hours straight without moving at all! And she's watching reruns wtf D:
I've made my room awesome <3

Oh and I found out that this year is the year of the Black Water Dragon O.O I read that that scary sounding dragon is going to chase out the White Rabbit on the 4th of February (MY BIRTHDAY!! 8D) and it'll either bring good luck or bad luck LOL jeez okay cool. Forget I ever said anything about dragons chasing rabbits.

By the way, I read in a book that, and I quote, "the remnants of a first love that a man will cling onto for the rest of his life." O.O Is that true? Noooooooooo D:

You know, life should be more about resting hard and working once in a while instead of working hard and resting once in a while. I still have tons of holiday homework that I haven't even started on yet. That's how life should be! :D

Flood

When I woke up this morning it was already raining buckets and it didn't stop till late afternoon :\

Today was like flood flood flood ._.

A form 6 student from Batu Lintang slipped and fell into the storm drain on her way to school and both she and the petrol station worker who tried to rescue her were washed away. The girl has been found dead but her would be rescuer is still missing, and there's probably many other people who've been badly affected by this flood..

When I logged in to facebook today it was 'flooded' (hahaha, not funny, please don't laugh) with posts about the flood. Lol. And I saw this:

Can't help but wonder if it's true. If it's true then that VIP is seriously messed up -.-

This was one of the worst floods I've seen in Kuching in a long time - and it wasn't even high tide! D:

It's now somewhere around 2am, which means it's been two hours since 2011 disappeared and 2012 popped up, and honestly speaking, I don't feel any different. In fact, it actually feels bad D:

Ahh maybe it's just because we're all supposed to die this year because it's TWO ZERO ONE TWO, end of the world! Or maybe it's because mostly everybody I know is out counting down or drinking or gambling or whatever, and I'm at home baby sitting three kids 8D

Not that baby sitting is so bad. I didn't even really need to do anything except be there, but you get the point..

And damn, damn, damn, I don't have anyone to celebrate with! D: I really need to study hard and get to college so I can find my Miho :D At least now I have some motivation to study ._.

So.. Happy New Year again.

Oh, and form 5 hell has officially started as of today 8D I hope we don't die.

Seriously. If I died some time during 2012 I'd have spent the last year of my life studying for SPM :C

Christmas Visiting

Okay so about my Christmas visiting. The plan was to visit one house for each day of December, which means visiting 31 different houses in 31 days.

But I guess I failed because I only went to 14 houses or so :3

But you can't blame me! I couldn't finish all the houses even if I wanted to (no, I didn't want to) because I was dragged away to go to the beach and have FUN instead D:

Back to the main topic, I didn't really take much pictures (what's wrong with me these days) because I forgot (seriously, what's wrong with me) but at least I have these :D

The traffic light was red so we had to stop 8D

The light was red for too damn long so I decided to visit the fishes in the big drain. Unfortunately the fishes were not home :C

Hello!

I haven't posted for almost three weeks ohh emm gee D:

I dimly remember promising to write about a lot of stuff like my Christmas visiting and Sabah and what not but I guess I'm just too lazy :D Uh I might still write about the Christmas visiting though. Maybe. Later. Possibly.

The Wild

Greetings from the land of the hornbill is a sentence that my English teacher likes very much (at least I think so, seeing that she always asks us to use it), so greetings from the land of the hornbill!

This post is all about the second day of my trip to Sabah (because the first day all we did was sleep)

Bla bla bla, guess where we went :3

That is incorrect!! We went to Lok Kawi Wildlife Park! I'm sorry but you are not smarter than a fifth grader ._.

So the first thing that I do once we're inside the park is look up at the sky. And it looks kinda good so I looked at it again with my camera and suddenly I have this powerful urge to press the button on top of the camera and WOW!! I took a picture!

After that I just look slightly to the left and I'm like ZOMFGWTF!!! A SHOOTING SUN!!

But then I look again to the left, and I'm like OH CHEHHH... Hypothesis is not accepted. Sun does not shoot. Jet planes that fly across the sky leaves a trail of clouds which give the impression of a shooting sun to some geniuses.

Don't tell me you can't see the plane lah dude are you blind? :3

What happens next? Well we walk for a bit and reach this place where we can ride on elephants. So I take this nice picture of the elephant's handsome head while waiting for my turn to ride the elephant with my sister.

I'm worried I might drop the camera if I hold on to it while riding the elephant so I pass it to my dad and ask him to help me take some pictures of us. But apparently he finds the elephant's butt much more interesting than me or my sister 8D

So I photo bomb :3

Then it's our turn to ride the elephant and we go around waving our elephant trunks and making elephant noises like PRAHH PRAHH PRAHHH PRUUTTT

And elephant is like roflmao wtf why you guys copy me!?!

No that never happened. This is a totally different elephant in a totally different place and it isn't saying roflmao wtf why you guys copy me, it is saying PRAHH PRAHH PRAHHH PRUUTTT

And suddenly the elephant starts dancing. Shake shake shake that body I wanted to take a video but I accidentally pressed camera mode instead D:

Okay so let's pretend like you didn't read that and I'll start from the beginning.

I haven't posted for such a long time because of PROBLEMS. Problems being I didn't have a computer or internet connection. Problems also meaning I was super lazy.

But I'm back now! Whee!

Back from where? Oh CHEH, I thought you already knew. I just came back from KL lah (for competition lah)! Before that I just came back from Sabah lah (for holiday lah)!

So now I have heaps and heaps of things to write about, which I'm not going to write about here because I want to write about it in a different post and I'm going to split those posts into three or four because I have too much to write about for you to read about after I write about what I want you to read about.

Here's a general synopsis of what's coming at you:

I'll be writing about my trip to Sabah (woohoo, so many fishes) which should be interesting because I took about 5 million pictures (the fish are NAKED 8D)!

I'll also be writing (possibly) about my competition in KL (which sucks because I lost) which was amazing because we all went out after losing!

And I'll definitely be writing about my 31 Days of Christmas plans (which is to visit one person every day for the 31 days of December) which I've already started (I've visited 8 people) and I have about 23 more days to go and I think it's gonna be awesome :D

Maybe, possibly, I'll also be writing something about my feelings (which I will not talk about here as it is damn sensitive like a boss)

And probably something about my girlfriend being a nine-tailed fox too :3

Hello! Last week I went fishing with (you'll never guess) a fishing rod!

At a place (you'll never guess) with water! And fish.

The sun was hotter than (you'll never guess) the sun and I got sunburned all over including (you'll never guess) the soles of my feet :3

And we were fishing on this concrete slab that floats. Weird much :O

But it's also cool at the same time.

I mean, what's not cool about a giant square floating piece of concrete?

We sat about for five hours and we didn't catch any fish, so in the end we buat palak saja hahahahhahaha >:D

Taylor!!

I'm back!! Well duh, obviously. I'm typing this, am I not?

I could just summarize the whole Teens In Mission Camp in one word - AWESOME - but where's the fun in that? :P
I'll pen down the whole story. On your body, Taylor, like a tattoo. HOHOHO

Maybe just a part of it. The whole story would be too long. So, when I first reached the church, which is where I'd be staying for the next two nights, I was just totally lost. I mean, I wasn't even on the ship yet, and I was already lost.

Skip skip skip, boooring parts, travel travel travel, transportation, food going in mouth and out of anus, next chapter. Skipping more. Skip skip skip, aweeesome parts, I'm skipping those too because I don't wanna tell you how awesome the camp was. I've a feeling my story is going to be very short.

So we're split into these groups, called nets, and each group has it's own leader. When I was first put into my group it was really awkward because I like, didn't know ANYBODY in my group, but it surprised me how quickly the ice melted - I'm guessing God's grace must be warm. We constantly have these 'Net Sessions' where we just sit around and share our feelings and thoughts and no one really judges you so it is just amazing and there's this great sense of freedom and whatever :D
Yea I know it sounds boring to you, Taylor, but you'd never understand. You're a book. We can have our Net Sessions practically anywhere on the ship, it's amazing. Some nets even have their sessions on top of the ship where they just burn like chicken wings on a barbecue pit. Praise God.

We had some incredible praise and worship too, led by an Aussie dude who plays his six strings like a boss O.O
He makes me wanna play, and play, and play, and play, and play, and I got to bang on a cajon too :D
Most of the ship's crew can play musical instruments. Play as in BOOM BOOM ROCK YOUR WORLD MUSIC TO THE MAX 8D

And a few of the ship's crew members came and shared their testimonies. I can't remember any of the testimonies at the moment, but I definitely know their testimonies inspired me like super awesomely inspired. Their stories really made me sit back and think about my life, about what I want to do with my life, and you can clearly see how God has planned out their life for them, guiding them along the path until they eventually end up where they wanted to be. Sob sob sob D;

We even got to help out on board. Like, we performed for the public on the ship like we were actually part of the ship's crew and it was amazing. I don't know how many times I've said it was amazing, but it was amazing, definitely, so amazing. Amazing, Taylor. Amazing.

It's amazing (again) how you can really focus on God when you're surrounded by people who live their lives for God. Amazing. Again. You can actually see the ways in which God is working on that ship, through everybody on the ship. Go Logos! Go Logos! Hope!

Sooo... Yea. I'm so looking forward to the next TeenStreet. I just hope I'll still be a teen then :D

How to explain God

This was written by a kid from California for some homework assignment thingy :D

One of God's main jobs is making people. He makes them to replace the ones that die so there will be enough people to take care of things on earth. He doesn't make grown-ups, just babies. I think because they are smaller and easier to make. That way He doesn't have to take up His valuable time teaching them to talk and walk. He can just leave that to mothers and fathers.

God's second most important job is listening to prayers. An awful lot of this goes on, since some people, like preachers and things, pray at times besides bedtime. God doesn't have time to listen to the radio or TV because of this. Because He hears everything, there must be a terrible lot of noise in His ears, unless He has thought of a way to turn it off. God sees everything and hears everything and is everywhere which keeps Him pretty busy. So you shouldn't go wasting His time by going over your mom and dad's head asking for something they said you couldn't have. Atheists are people who don't believe in God. I don't think there are any in California. At least there aren't any who come to our church.

Jesus is God's Son. He used to do all the hard work like walking on water and performing miracles and trying to teach the people who didn't want to learn about God. They finally got tired of Him preaching to them and they crucified Him.

But He was good and kind, like His Father and He told His Father that they didn't know what they were doing and to forgive them and God said O.K.

His Dad (God) appreciated everything that He had done and all His hard work on earth so He told Him He didn't have to go out on the road anymore. He could stay in heaven. So He did.

And now He helps His Dad out by listening to prayers and seeing things which are important for God to take care of and which ones He can take care of Himself without having to bother God. Like a secretary, only more important.

You can pray anytime you want and they are sure to help you because they got it worked out so one of them is on duty all the time.

You should always go to Church on Sunday because it makes God happy, and if there's anybody you want to make happy, it's God.

Don't skip church to do something you think will be more fun like going to the beach. This is wrong. And besides the sun doesn't come out at the beach until noon anyway.

If you don't believe in God, besides being an atheist, you will be very lonely, because your parents can't go everywhere with you, like to camp, but God can. It is good to know He's around you when you're scared in the dark or when you can't swim and you get thrown into real deep water by big kids.

But you shouldn't just always think of what God can do for you. I figure God put me here and He can take me back anytime He pleases.And that's why I believe in God.
