After a few minutes working the delicious dessert with my fork I was so caught in my work, that I didn't even notice that the whole family was starring at me. Finishing my master piece I was looking up just to get a bunch of strange looks and one shaking head. I just smiled and presented them Mr. Berry Rasp. He lives in a fridge apartment complex in a country far far away. It's called Kitchonia. I'm damn sure my whole family thinks I'm totally out of my mind. I couldn't really care less. I like my state of mind. :)

BoneHill deluxe

Would you believe me if I'd tell you the beardy guy didn't eat a single piece of chicken or pork this night. Just enjoy.

Happy St. Patricks Day

Today is the most awesome Irish Holiday in the history of international holidays. That's not really what I wanted for this summer. But I guess, a job is a job. So I keep you updated on this one.
Ah yeah. After the christmas break and right before all the exams. It's the like there is no sense in doing anything at all. Days pass by without I even started working or learning or something. I get up early trying to start soon and suddenly it's 10 in the evening and I haven't done a thing. Now that the exams are right in front of me I at least should learn a little bit. But my motivation is really at rock bottom. Hopefully this gets better in the next few days, otherwise I have a real problem passing all the exams.

Everythings going too good!

It might sound a little supersticious but everythings a bit too good for me right now. My life turned out great and I can't believe that there is currently nothing what would make me happier than being just me. I got a great girlfriend, awesome friends. The only thing is that I got a lot of stuff to do for the last few weeks of this semester. But I like the pressure. It would be boring to sit around the whole day, doing nothing but surfin' the internet or watching some series. I'm a little bit afraid that this state changes too fast. As experience has shown, this kind of a perfect life never lasted very long. There was always something that pulled me down to the ground. But this time I just hope it's not a sudden change of everything. I'd like it more if it eases out just a bit. I hope that faith doesn't kick me in the groin this time, but maybe just tip me a little that I stumble. And if it is ment to be, than I'll enjoy my life a little longer.
Thank all of you who make me happy.

Happy Season

There it is again! The exam time has come and of course we have a lot of better things to do than to learn for these stupid stuff. Speaking of which, I got an economics exam tomorrow at 8:00 AM. Seriously! As I read the date and time of the exam I thought they are screwing with me. Two days after the school has begun again and then this early. They had to be kidding. But unfortunately they weren't. Economics isn't something I can't handle but this early in the morning, that's just cruel.
Anyway, instead of learning we were doing stupid stuff. One of my colleagues tried to get all of us to play the new World of Warcraft and so on. Since he started to annoy us all we decided to take action. We had an intervention. Two of the letters are quoted here.

Manus Letter:

World of Warcraft is EEEEVIIIIIILLLL.
We care about you.
So don't let this work of the devil befool you!
It will destroy your mind and your brain will melt. Your
body will degenerate quickly. You will develop serious
body fat and diseases. At some point you won't be able to
go to the bathroom and have to shit and pee from your
chair.
Is this what you want?
I hope not.

My Letter:
World of Warcraft will destroy you. At first it will end your relationship
with Babsi(his girlfriend). But we know this would have happend anyway. Next it will
kill your social contacts. You will end up like some of these creepy SE
guys sitting in a dark room with 17 WOW accounts, playing 24 / 7.
At the end you will weigth 250 pounds and will be, well lets face it, FAT!
We just want to help you when we tell you this.
I hope you understand.

of course we used an uncountable amount of stereotypes to prove our point. Unfortunately it took the photo-guy till now to upload a few pictures to their website. That would be an kick-ass job, don't you think? Take a few photos, don't stress with the upload, go out every evening. Ok, it's not. Believe me, I tried this once and it's just fucking awful. Everybody comes to you and says: 'Hey, take a picture'. You can't really have a nice evening. Back to thursday. First of all, who was involved? Meischi, of course, than little Mari and Angi. It was one hell of a night for a lots of people. Some had their last day at vocational school. For others it was the last day of their army duty. These two facts equal to one very simple one: Lots of drunken guys who just wanna 'lie down'. That wasn't really for most of the girls there because the were also drunk. Anyway I had the best night. First I was a little sad about all the people. It was fucked up and you haven't got any space to dance. But as the clock ran forward and the alcohol took his victims, the dancefloor was ready for me. I jumped around like a 10 year old on extacy, had fun on so many levels. A stupid dance move here another one there. I was just happy and had to express myself. And then came: THE BATTLE. Explenation: At about 1am a bunch of wanna-be-gangstas entered the club. The head-homie of them was a little bit too certained that he is the best dancer in the world (ok, I have no friggin idea, but if the tense in this sentence is wrong, please don't judge me). He challenged every single guy on the dancefloor. The look on his face was worth a quadrillion dollars when he challenged me and the first time in his gangsta life faced a real contrahent. I had fun with him. He was not the worst dancer I've ever seen, but he wasn't the best either. That would be me. haha, just kidding.
Mari and Angi were groped by all the boys like 31 (that's what you get when you add 7 to 24). Sometimes I had to get between them and the boys. Really funny people. 3/4 italian guys. just funny.

Violation of my own code!

I know I said I will keep this blog strictly political-free. But I read an article in the local newspaper today which started me thinking.
The republicans are already preparing to fight the results of the election. According to the poll, republicans are already behind the democrats and when the election reflects these results, Barack Obama will be the new president of the United States of America. But the a few states have got a real problem with their voter-lists. They are highly unaccurate and in a few states, Mickey Mouse, is allowed to give his vote. The republicans take this unaccuracy to their full advantage. Should Barack Obama be elected, the voters lists are the best evidence for forcing an re-election. Statistics show that out of 600.000 new registered voters, 200.000 are not trustworthy. Whether their names are misspelled or they don't exist anyway. The company who screwed this up: ACRON.
In case of an close election result, we can prepare ourselves for a long fight over the validity of some states results.
November, 4th is election day. The ones who hope for a new world order after Barack Obama takes over the former mightiest country of this beautiful earth is mistaking. He will have to revitalize his own country first and try to get them out of the current finance crisis without a scratch.

comments always welcome...

It's time to restart!

Hell yeah, after a long time no seeing, or better long time no writing I'll try to get back to the whole write stupid stuff thing. I kind of forgot to write some of my thoughts down. Lately I'm forgetting very much.
The facts are these: I'm really swamped right now with all the new stuff that's crashing down on me. There are about 150 new students and of course I feel the need to find the awesome ones, pick them up and teach them how to live. That is what I'm supposed to do. After the hard and rather "short" trip to Budapest I'm glad to be alive, unharmed and wiser than before. There are a lot of things you learn on such a trip. Getting over your shyness issues is one of them. You can't along when you don't dare to talk to anyone.
What I'm saying is be prepared for some total awesomeness in the next few weeks. There will be a lot of things happening till christmas and I bet you can't wait to participate or at least hear from them. cya at the 'einundreißigstes zwölftes' (inside joke, you don't have to get it :) )

Red Bull - Can You Make It

<span style="font-family: arial; Till then, just one thing.

Sit tight

The Hitchhikers Guide to "Kill An Awesome TV-Series"

There are a few points you should follow when you want to ruin an awesome series:

Step 1. Put Quantity Over Quality

Don't plan a season with 20 to 30 episodes. Even better, why bother with splitting the whole thing in seasons. Keep it like the telenovelas and release one episode per day, that makes a total of about 250 episodes a year. And the telenovela genre is the best example for poor quality. They suck.

Step 2. Change An Awardwinning System
Ok, you did something right and your series is running very well. You start winning some awesome awards with it and everything works perfectly. Than you should consider firing your scriptwriter and hire an third year english student from Banglapoor/India to write your scripts from now on.

Step 3. Rotate the Cast
The channel you're producing for is gracious and you are allowed to contine your work. Your new scriptwriter learned to write good stories and the audience starts to like your show again. They also like your current cast. They start to identify themselves with your main characters. What you should do now is leave your characters but change the cast for them. You know what I mean. In the show, it's still the same character but it is played by another person. Very confusing... and also very popular in daily soaps.

Step 4. Minimize Your Geographic Expansion
Wow, your show still rocks. And you planned to expand a little bit, make a bit more money by airing your show also in the german speaking countries. That's the best thing you can do. It's like throwing money into the fire while a bunchload of wood lies next to the fire place. Translations and synchronisations are only expensive and most of the time, let's be honest, just crap. Best example for this lately: HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER - GERMAN. The voices are rediculous and the translations are just wrong.

Here is the example. The video quality is also crap, that is just because the guy who made the video filmed this with his digi cam. But security business first. Before you watch this make sure you've got a bucket or something in your range. Just in case you have to throw up.
And the last thing before you watch this... You will never ever watch How I Met Your Mother with the same awesome experience. This crap burns into your brain and will never go away.
So, watch it at your own risk.
Example - Extremely dangerous

The summer of bad karma

This summer was definitely one of the worst in the last 5 years.
Work sucked and ... well nearly everything sucked.
And now, in the late summer, it's almost autumn. Not the pathetic Generation X which lived without any goals in their lives. Except the goal of living itself. And we are not like all these young professionals. These Yuppies whose biggest advantage was to be born to the right time and date at the right place. Our generation, those who were born in the 80s and the early 90s, we have no special pattern. We're one big mess of wildly mixed people. Professionals who made their career already. Or rebellions who just wanna enjoy the time given to them on this beautiful earth. We're living in a wealthy world. No need to worry about money or food on the table. Our generation is like these huge patchwork carpets from the 90s.
One thing can be mentioned as a special "feature" of our generation. We will always be the ones who were too late. We started our education and focused on the IT branch. When we finished our exams, the job market was overcrowded with IT specialists and chances for us to get a job dropped in the single digits. We were a bunch of overtrained but not needed specialists. So we took the only exit out of this mess. Or at least we thought it would be the only exit. So now we are a bunch of studying overtrained specialists with a little spark of hope in ourselves. Hope, that we are needed after the 3 to 5 years of studying and that all the effort wasn't senseless at all.

But hey, the world and its destitny is now practically forcing us to finda a new watchword for our generation. Or at least gives us the perfect opportunity for it. The economy is crashing. Now we've got to choose. Fall in a deep and long depression because everything gets more and more expensive and the number of unemployed people rockets through the clouds. Or we can stand up and try to ride the wave of the new economy after the big crisis of 2015. We could be the first Yuppies of the new millenium.

When you want the:

Yuppies 2.0

Yuppies the sequel: the Media Scientists

YouPee reloaded

That last one would definitely be the name of our generation if we mess this up again.

We shouldn't be afraid of the future. All crisis have to end someday! Maybe we follow previous way of life and end up with the wrong timing again. Or we can try to catch up and write our own piece of generational history. And of course a self help book according to it:

"How to be successful with just the freaking luck on your side"

Peace out, corporate hombres

The Story Sequel

Hours later. I was just finishing my work and preparing the till for the shiftchange, the strange guy came back. His tie was eased up and the upper button of his shirt was open. Sweat was dripping from his forehead. He sat down at the bar. I heard him breathing. Ordering another Gin Tonic he focused his sight on me. I served him the drink and asked him about the other night and what he ment with his gabbling.
And then he started to explain. It turned out that he was working in the marketing branch. He was specialised on the demographic analysis. One day he started to analyse himself. He couldn't get along with the thought that he is part of the biggest section of people in the country. He quited (yeah, quited sounds strange. I'm not sure about the right verb form, please excuse me) his job and started to change his life style. There is one thing he wanted to be: "Don't be a marketing target group". He wanted to be different. He said he started to be a lesbian captured in a mans body. The effort of trying to be different was too much for him. His mind cracked. That's when he started drinkin' and taking drugs. This afternoon, he was out killing his dealer. He had a lot of debts and the only way out he could think of was taking the mens life.
While he was still talking and explaining the bloody details of the kill three entered the hotel. I starred at them and then shot a glance at him. He just smiled at me explained in a few short sentences that he called the law enforcement by himself and that he would turn himself in. He paid his drink, stood up, waved at me and went to the cops.

Okay, it might not be the end you expected and it might not be the best story in the world. It was an attempt.

peace out, hombres

Part ONE of my story

Ok, today I wanna try something new. I will tell you a story, not a true story though, but I hope you like it.

A few weeks ago I met this guy. I was just working behind the bar at a hotel and he came, struggled a few times and finally sat down at one of these bar stool. The stool was made out of black pine wood. The top was furnished with red velvet but the fabric had already stains and fissures. The guy ordered a gin tonic and glanced around. He was very tall. Although he sat on the stool he was about one feet taller than me. His dark, short hair curled on his head. When I served him the drink I realized something strange. He had one of those small pigtails which were popular in the 40s. Probably they were popular once more after the star wars movie where anakin skywalker had one of those pigtails. I didn't dare asking him about it. This artefact of ancient times didn't fit into his whole appearance. Although he was clearly drunk he looked like a sucessful business guy. Suit, tie, expensive shoes.
After he ordered another two drinks he started to talk to me. Gabbling something about how sad his life turned out and he never wanted to sell his soul. When he said the sell his soul part I couldn't hold it in any longer. I had to ask... Assuming he sold his soul to the devil I asked him about it. He just slurred something negating and passed out on the bar. Security took him up to his room.
The next day after he got over his hangover I saw him walking out of the hotel. Confident. But he shot a short glance at me and I saw the sadness in his face. He seemed not really happy with his current life and I just hoped he wouldn't toss himself off a roof. The electronic sliding glass-door closed behind him and I saw him vanish around the corner.

[...TO BE CONTINUED...]

We are already at the "LE"

Ok, I know this is really quick after my first post after this summer, but hey I can't keep this from you.
I was searching the events for october when I found a "Oktoberfest-Party" starring the "Jungen Zillertaler". And I'm back in the Blogosphere

Hello and welcome back to my awesome life. After my summer, which was pretty much dominated by work and boring stuff, I will return to school in October. I figured since my working days aren't really supporting me with the best material to write about my life I hit the snooze button on my blog. But now, returning to the center of awesomeness, my life will take a nice U-turn and start being awesome again. I hope you'll join me here and follow my sometimes weird theories about living and studying in the biggest party city of austria. Hagenberg of course...
I hope I'll see you there and have a nice day.

In times when political topics are getting more serious I just want to mention one thing here. The colors of my theme should in no way be compared with any color of any austrian or american political party.

<link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/blogspot/xUMy/~3/JOKzGvLvxpc/new-year-new-style-and-im-back-in.html" title="New Year - New Style...
