 mei, de ce oare inceputurile sint atat de importante?!...de ce atunci 
cand se implinesc nu-stiu-cati ani de la &amp;quot;ceva&amp;quot;, momentul nu poate trece

Scriu pe blogul asta, iata, de deja 5 ani de zile, ani care-au zburat ca clipele...&lt;br&gt;
Pe multi dintre voi va am inca de la prima reteta aproape, pe altii v-am castigat pe drum, dar si acum, ca si atunci, ma anima aceleasi arzatoare sentimente si dorinte, una dintre ele fiind aceea de a va imprieteni cu bucataria  :)))&lt;br&gt;

Tortul aniversar de anul acesta este, la prima vedere, un tort 
delicat, dar puternic si deosebit dupa ce ii descoperi aroma: Tort Latte
 Macchiato!!!!!&lt;br&gt;
...si pentru ca nu toata lumea adora cafeaua asa cum o ador eu :D, voi reveni cu inca o dedicatie dulce, cu ciocolata probabil, care precum se stie e pe placul tuturor :)&lt;br&gt;

 &amp;quot;Latte Macchiato&amp;quot; este unul fin si usor, si atat de placut aromat...la 
noi s-a bucurat de un succes nebun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!&lt;br&gt;

Ingrediente pentru cca. 16 felii:&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Pentru blat:&lt;br&gt;
- 125 g. unt moale (lasat din timp la temp.camerei)&lt;br&gt;
- un varf cutit de sare&lt;br&gt;
- 125 g. zahar&lt;br&gt;
- 1 pachetel zahar vanilat (10 g.)&lt;br&gt;
- 2 oua mari&lt;br&gt;
- 75 g. faina&lt;br&gt;
- 50 g. amidon&lt;br&gt;
- 1 lingurita cu varf praf de copt&lt;br&gt;
- 3 linguri mari lapte&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Pentru crema de iaurt - alba :)&lt;br&gt;
- 750 g. iaurt gras, cremos (grecesc)&lt;br&gt;
- 200 g. zahar&lt;br&gt;
- 2 pliculete zahar vanilat (20 g.)&lt;br&gt;
- 200 ml. frisca lichida sau smantana pentru frisca&lt;br&gt;
- 5 foi gelatina sau 10 g. granule de gelatina &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Pentru crema de nes- cafenie :P&lt;br&gt;
- 450 g. iaurt gras, cremos (grecesc)&lt;br&gt;
- 120 g. zahar brun sau alb&lt;br&gt;
- 3 linguri nes (cafea solubila)&lt;br&gt;
- 3 foite gelatina sau 5 g. granule de gelatina&lt;br&gt;
- 100 ml. frisca lichida sau smantana pentru frisca&lt;br&gt;

Aceasta reteta de rulouri de somon este mai mult una in imagini :P, deoarece se prepara incredibil de usor!!!!!!!&lt;br&gt;

Daca
 sinteti in cautarea unui aperitiv aspectuos, si delicios :P, pentru a 
inveseli o masa festiva sau poate doar pentru a petrece clipe pretioase

 cu succes de ceva timp (de mult, de fapt :P) pe blog, dar reteta de 
negresa cu ciocolata, simpla, sau decadenta, cu sos de ciocolata, nu :))&lt;br&gt;
...asta
 pana acum, cand iata, va ademenesc cu aceasta negresa, in aparenta 
neatragatoare (am si pozat-o eu in graba, si pe acelasi coridor 
intunecat :D) dar cu un gust surprinzator, catifelat, de ciocolata :)&lt;br&gt;
Voi
 reveni zilele astea si cu alte delicioase variante, dar prima data va 
rog muuult: incercati aceasta reteta de brownies, &amp;quot;de baza&amp;quot; sa zicem :P, foarte usor de preparat si rapida, menita sa satisfaca toate gusturile!!!&lt;br&gt;

Dragi prieteni, acest tort incredibil de aromat, cu crema fina de 
matase (de fapt, de ciocolata :P) si blat apetisant cu gust de migdale, 
este cel mai bun tort de ciocolata cu portocale pe care l-am gustat 
vreodata!!!!&lt;br&gt;
Coaja, sucul si lichiorul de portocale au fost ingredientele-cheie, 
spumoase, care au completat de minune aceasta aparitie, moderat de dulce
 :)))&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Este un tort usor de realizat (chiar foarte usor, deci foarte pe 
placul incepatorilor :P), pe care l-am facut cu gandul la voi, cei care 
ma vizitati cu drag, ori aici pe blog, ori pe &lt;a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Laura-Sava/316945318317472"&gt;&lt;b style="color: red;"&gt;facebook&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, unde am ajuns, 
intr-un timp extraordinar de scurt (pagina mea are doar 2 luni) la peste
 2000 de &amp;quot;like&amp;quot;-uri!!!!!&lt;br&gt;

 cred ca ati observat si voi ca in ultimul timp mi-am concentrat 
(aproape) toate fortele creatoare asupra prepararii unor retete de 
prajituri in care nucile si ciocolata au fost ingredientele-vedeta :P (vezi &lt;a href="http://savalaura.blogspot.com/2012/01/prajitura-snickers-cu-ciocolata-alba.html"&gt;&lt;b style="color: red;"&gt;prajitura Snickers&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt; cu ciocolata alba, etc)&lt;br&gt;
Revin
 si astazi cu o minune de prajitura, cu blat (extreeeeem de gustos :P) 
din nuci, si crema fina de ciocolata, perfecta pentru a va mai dezmorti 
simturile &amp;quot;inghetate&amp;quot; (la noi acum, curtea si gradina, sint parca 
desprinse dintr-un basm...va pun o poza mai jos...)&lt;br&gt;
Prajitura este cu adevarat delicioasa, nu degeaba se numeste &amp;quot;Regina de ciocolata&amp;quot; :))&lt;br&gt;

 coace de minune intr-o forma rotunda, speciala, de pizza, dar si intr-o

varianta &amp;quot;clasica&amp;quot; :P, in fata careia au abdicat multe fete, cauza fiind foile 
coapte &amp;quot;pe fundul tavii&amp;quot; :))&lt;br&gt;
Asadar, va poftesc la o bucata duuulce de Snickers alb!!!! ...asta fiindca are ciocolata alba si in crema si in glazura ;)&lt;br&gt;

 i-am facut de post, cu margarina, fiindca azi e vineri si multa lume 
tine post, dar daca nu va intereseaza aspectul asta, ii puteti prepara

Stiu
 ca ciorba de fasole apare in multe si delicioase variante, cu bors, 
fara bors, cu leustean sau cimbru, cu tarhon, marar ori patrunjel, si tot felul 
de alte &amp;quot;inventii&amp;quot; :P, dar eu acum vreau sa va prezint ciorba pe care o 
savuram noi (nu o fac prea des, dar cand o fac e nebunie!!!!! :D), de la
 mic la mare, si asta mai ales pe timpul asta, adica (bezmetic) iernatic
 :))&lt;br&gt;

Eu, mai nou, nu pun deloc verdeata fiindca Bogdi o detesta, dar voi puneti ce vreti, cum vreti,

economica si mai rapida, va va incanta cu siguranta, mai ales ca este la

Dragilor, aceasta prajitura &amp;quot;Nougat&amp;quot;, incredibil de gustoasa si cremoasa, pe care am descoperit-o acum multi ani la &lt;a href="http://www.loveofgoodfood.com/"&gt;&lt;b style="color: red;"&gt;Vi&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;,
 o prietena minunata, care m-a fermecat cu maiestria preparatelor ei, a 
mai stat pe masa noastra, dar din motive evidente :P, nu s-a lasat 
fotografiata...acum, insa, am preparat-o cu mai multa grija, dandu-i, 
dupa cum vedeti, atentia cuvenita :))&lt;br&gt;
De data asta am avut si 
nugat (pentru care ii multumesc din tot sufletul prietenei mamei mele, 
Anca) dar cu toate astea am refacut si varianta cu crema marshmallow, 
pentru cei care nu gasesc nugat (o gasiti la sfarsitul postarii)...desi 
sa stiti ca nugatul se mai poate inlocui si cu nutella ;)&lt;br&gt;
Ambele variante sint absolut delicioase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!&lt;br&gt;

Aceste
 &amp;quot;cosulete&amp;quot; aromate cu piure de castane si frisca (Doamne, ce dor imi 
era de-un piure de castane bun!!!!! :P) ne-au dezmortit, ieri seara, 
privirile insetate de fulgi mici si desi, pe care ii asteptam inca de 
dinainte de Craciun sa cada...&lt;br&gt;
Am stat cu totii la masuta si ne-am bucurat de gustul acestor delicioase prajiturele, si de iarna care, iata, s-a hotarat intr-un sfarsit s-apara :)&lt;br&gt;

Panna Cotta este un desert minunat, foarte usor de preparat...si de savurat :P&lt;br&gt;
Alaturi de &lt;a href="http://savalaura.blogspot.com/2010/02/prajitura-tiramisu-in-cupe-3-ani-de.html"&gt;&lt;b style="color: red;"&gt;Tiramisu&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, un alt desert italian clasic, aceasta &amp;quot;budinca&amp;quot; de frisca este foarte apreciata de cei mari, dar si de cei mici deopotriva :))&lt;br&gt;
Se
 poate servi in atatea delicioase feluri, dar eu am ales acum &amp;quot;reteta de
 baza&amp;quot;, cu ajutorul careia putem jongla de minune pe viitor ;)&lt;br&gt;

 pe care il aveam afisat intr-o revista de-a mea, fooarte veche, dar la 
care inafara aspectului, a formei de potcoava, nu mi-a placut nimic :D&lt;br&gt;

Voiam
 initial sa va intampin cu o reteta de salata, o &lt;a href="http://savalaura.blogspot.com/2012/01/salata-festiva.html"&gt;&lt;b style="color: red;"&gt;salata festiva&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt; (si 
satioasa :P) de iarna, dar cum probabil ati intuit deja, am cedat si am 
ales o reteta dulce pentru a va indulci privirile in acest inceput de nou an :)&lt;br&gt;
Am visat multi ani la gustul 
acestor mici si faimoase delicatese :P, dar cum nu aveam lapte condensat au ramas pana acum pe lista mea, 
nesfarsita, cu bunatati :P&lt;br&gt;

vazut pentru prima oara asa ceva), si cum tot nu am ajuns sa va arat de 
sarbatori o buturuga adevarata, cu ciocolata din belsug :D, am optat 
pentru varianta sarata a ei :)&lt;br&gt;
Excelenta alegere, as zice, eu si toti cei care s-au bucurat de prezenta si gustul ei nemaipomenit!!!&lt;br&gt;
Ar fi o aparitie spectaculoasa pe masa voastra de revelion ;)&lt;br&gt;

Dragii mei, va invit cu mare drag sa savurati impreuna cu mine o felie aromata, ultima chiar :D, de tort-punci, tortul nostru din Craciunul acesta :) ...mai ales ca v-am ademenit deja de ieri cu &lt;a href="http://savalaura.blogspot.com/2011/12/punci-din-lichior-de-oua.html"&gt;&lt;b style="color: red;"&gt;un pahar&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt; ce poarta acelasi nume, hehe...&lt;br&gt;
Aveam de gand sa pregatesc si-un tort cu ciocolata, decadeeent :))) ...dar va fi mai mult decat binevenit de revelion ;)&lt;br&gt;
Tortul punci a fost o revelatie :P ...un blat ferm, un gust intens de ciocolata (desi are doar cateva grame in compozitie), si o crema fina si ademenitoare, cu aroma de vin fiert si portocala...foarte nimerit!!!!!!!!&lt;br&gt;

Ingrediente:&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Pentru punci:&lt;br&gt;
- 1 portocala feliata&lt;br&gt;
- 150 ml. vin rosu&lt;br&gt;
- 1-2 seminte de anason&lt;br&gt;
- 1 baton mic de scortisoara sau 1 lingurita rasa scortisoara pudra&lt;br&gt;
- 1 cuisor&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Pentru blat:&lt;br&gt;
- 75 g. ciocolata dulce sau amruie&lt;br&gt;
- 125 g. unt&lt;br&gt;
- 125 g. zahar&lt;br&gt;
- un varf cutit sare&lt;br&gt;
- 3 oua mari&lt;br&gt;
- 220 g. faina&lt;br&gt;
- 20 g. cacao &lt;br&gt;
- 2 lingurite praf de copt&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Pentru crema:&lt;br&gt;
- 5 foi gelatina sau 10 g. gelatina la plic, granule&lt;br&gt;
- 4 portocale&lt;br&gt;
- sucul de la 1 lamaie&lt;br&gt;
- 3 galbenusuri&lt;br&gt;
- 100 g. zahar pudra&lt;br&gt;
- 50 ml. rom&lt;br&gt;
- 350 ml. smantana pentru frisca sau frisca lichida&lt;br&gt;
- suc de portocale pentru insiropat (200 ml.)&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Pentru ornat:&lt;br&gt;
- 100 ml. smantana pentru frisca sau frisca lichida&lt;br&gt;
- 200 ml. apa &lt;br&gt;
- 100 g. zahar&lt;br&gt;
- 1 portocala mare &lt;br&gt;
- 1 lingura fistic maruntit&lt;br&gt;
- fructe de anason stelat (optional)&lt;br&gt;

Dragii mei, luna Decembrie nu vine numai cu &lt;a href="http://savalaura.blogspot.com/2011/12/prajituri-de-craciun-spume-creme-dulci.html"&gt;&lt;b style="color: red;"&gt;dulciuri&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, neaparat pe gustul tuturor :P, blaturi aromate, creme delicioase si &lt;a href="http://savalaura.blogspot.com/2011/12/lumanari-din-portocale-decoratiuni-de.html"&gt;&lt;b style="color: red;"&gt;decoratiuni&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, simple dar de efect, ci si cu bauturi fierbinti, cum e acest punci sau punch, cum vreti sa-i spuneti, proaspat si aromat :)&lt;br&gt;
Invitati-va prietenii si bucurati-va de un pahar aburind, cu aroma de iarna...si-un strop de alcool!!! :P &lt;br&gt;

Ingrediente pentru 8 portii:&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
- 2 lime sau 2 lamai mici (bio)&lt;br&gt;
- 1 litru suc de mere (proaspat stors)&lt;br&gt;
- 1-2 bucati de anason in forma de stea sau 1 baton de scortisoara&lt;br&gt;

Tortul Baumkuchen este supranumit, pe buna dreptate, &amp;quot;Tortul torturilor&amp;quot; desi in revista mea apare sub numele de &amp;quot;Buturuga de Craciun&amp;quot; :P&lt;br&gt;
&lt;b style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baumkuchen"&gt;Aici&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt;
 puteti citi mai multe despre acest inedit tort (se poate coace si 
intr-o forma rotunda de tort) care intruchipeaza de fapt un copac, de la
 straturile de aluat care il compun ;)&lt;br&gt;
Va marturisesc ca
 nu aveam de gand sa vi-l arat acum, ci dupa masa de Craciun :)))) 
...dar cand am vazut cat de apetisant a iesit, m-am gandit ca ar fi 
pacat sa-l tin ascuns pana dupa sarbatori :)&lt;br&gt;
...si in plus voiam sa va urez Sarbatori fericite, cu intelegere, liniste si iertare, si nu in ultimul rand cu bucate alese :P&lt;br&gt;

Ingrediente:&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Pentru aluat:&lt;br&gt;
- 6 oua&lt;br&gt;
- 250 g. zahar&lt;br&gt;
- 250 g. unt&lt;br&gt;
- 4 linguri rom&lt;br&gt;
- 100 g. faina&lt;br&gt;
- 100 g. amidon&lt;br&gt;
- 50 g. migdale macinate fin&lt;br&gt;
- 1 lingurita praf de copt&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Pentru ornat si glazura:&lt;br&gt;
- 150 g. gem acrisor (caise, prune, corcoduse) &lt;br&gt;
- 350-400 g. martipan&lt;br&gt;
- 200 g. ciocolata cu lapte sau amaruie&lt;br&gt;
- zahar pudra&lt;br&gt;
- migdale trase in ciocolata alba&lt;br&gt;
- fulgi de migdale&lt;br&gt;
