Streaming movies can be a great alternative to downloading movies because it's instant! But the problem is, websites that offer movies without downloads come and go quite often. It can be frustrating trying to find the best website to watch free movies on. That's why we've compiled the top 25 websites where you can watch free movies online without downloading. Below you will be able to see each site rated by design, how many good links they have, the quality and quantity of the videos, their community, and update consistency. You may click on any of the column names to sort each column. Find your favorite websites to watch free movies today!

When I first wrote "The Top 25 Websites for Watching Free Movies" last year, I was immediately surprised how many people wanted to watch movies and TV shows online. At that time, there was no legal alternative for watching these videos online, so that list includes many "grey-area" websites.

But more than a year later, there have been hundreds of new places to download and stream full length videos that have popped up. Understandably, people have been asking me for places where they can stay on the "right" side of the law. Let's Watch Movies Online.

We shall not feign surprise at getting burned, for we have fooled with fire. We bequeathed power on an appealing ruse. With reckless determination to secure enduring prosperity we enthusiastically embraced the lie that through finance we could finally get something for nothing.
Money isn't real. Money represents value. Money is a means for people to manipulate time and resources to create real things, but in and of itself what we call money is worthless. The value of a product (thing) or service (action) is determined by its ability to satisfy a need or fulfill a desire. Money is the creative invention of the human mind made possible by our ability to abstractly accord value to symbols and infer trust to agreements. Ultimately money is a measure of trust, trust in our fellow man, trust in government, and trust in the financial institutions originally conceived to safeguard such a system.
Financial markets have become buffoonery of the most dangerous kind. Speculators overpower investors at every turn. Ingenious institutional scammers fabricate ever more sophisticated means to fleece the public. The financial elite dissuade, confuse and misdirect with forceful rhetoric brazenly invoking treatises on free enterprise and market capitalism, concepts they long ago corrupted.
For all the financial wrangling - the bubbles, the busts, the bailouts - only bonuses prove enduring. The wealth of the masses transfers to the coffers of the elite at an alarming rate. The masses seem helpless to stop the hemorrhaging. Hoping for scraps the people blindly follow the modern day alchemists concocting a witches brew of derivatives, debt obligations, and unconstrained leverage. The people's supposed servants, professional politicians, protect the elite stoking the fires of excess, further sanctioning perverse strategies.
The titans of finance spawn every means of deceit and deception to enrich themselves. While people are cheated on a grand scale in real time, the most egregious sin is perpetrated on the future. Financiers and their political puppets apply all manner of leverage, in the form of real debt ($55 Trillion so far) and empty promises ($100 Trillion and growing), to enslave generations yet unborn. The financial industry and government collude on this point: play now and pay later. They realize, under the guise of this mantra, real wealth changes hands.
The wizards of Wall Street undermine the promise of America: the opportunity to render service, and to collect riches in proportion to the value of that service. The American system denies no one the right to succeed, but it cannot, it does not promise something for nothing. The work of finance produces nothing. By getting without giving, financial titans conspire to overpower the inviolate law of economics and in so doing drive America to its knees.
Succumbing to the Sirens song we fashioned and fed this monster. Now we stand timid, afraid, and unsure. Unwittingly we endure the beast's ravenous appetite while we console ourselves, settling for a crowded space at the nearly empty trough of government pledges. We have misplaced our trust.
Nothing in the human experience is as powerful as trust, and nothing is as destructive as trust broken. The American people have trusted each other, the government and the titans of finance. That trust has been shattered. The ruse must end. America's prosperity lies with the time, the talents, and the ingenuity of its people not the bogus assurance of something for nothing. It is not too late. Americans are strong, our potential is limitless. We can set our course right again. It is time to put finance back in its place.

KAtrina Kaif and Salman's Break up. We should have seen this coming! After Salman Khan announced his split from Katrina Kaif, the Bollywood belle got whiff of the news at a press conference and tried her best to hold back her tears, but eventually the curious reporters got the best of the actress who had to run out of the room to hide her emotions.

Katrina thought she was attending a press conference to talk about her new endorsement deal for Etihad Airways. Instead she found herself at the center of a Q&A session with snooping reporters who only wanted to know about her recent breakup with Salman!

According to The Times of India, Salman told reporters during a recent interview that he broke up with Katrina but that they are still friends. "I have broken up with Katrina. We were friends then for everybody, we are friends now. A relationship breaks if it gets stretched in different directions, or one person does not grow, or the other person takes a different path, or there is some misunderstanding or they have grown out of love," Sallu said.

And at the start of Kat's press conference for Etihad Airways everything went well, but soon the popular actress was overcome with emotions when asked about her personal life. "If Salman Khan has said he's single, I've also said I'm single. I am single. But beyond that I don't think I need to give too much of details," Kat said. "If Salman says we've split, it must be true," she added and walked out of the press conference shortly after.

Now the buzz is Katrina started to cry backstage and vowed to make changes to what reporters are allowed to ask during press conferences! "What happened was very, very disturbing. I had the entire congregation of media persons questioning me about a statement made by Salman. If for all these years I haven't spoken about the relationship, why should I do so now? I won't be bullied into talking about my personal life. I am going to take contractual action to ensure limits are not crossed at these events," Katrina said according to The Times of India.

"Whether it is my personal or public space, I've noticed I allow people to take too many liberties. From now on my personal life remains out of public eye. And those who wish to share a personal equation with me better respect that," she added.
We guess there is more drama to come!

Bodyguard Full movie..!!

Balwant Singh is a bodyguard of Sartaj Rana (Raj Babbar) with high competences. During one night, Balwant, along with his pregnant wife, get into a car accident. While the accident causes Balwant to die right away, his wife is rescued by Sartaj, and she later gives birth to a child named Lovely. Lovely Singh (Salman Khan), now grown up, is the bodyguard of Sartaj's daughter Divya (Kareena Kapoor). He is very devoted to his duties but irritates her all the time by following her everywhere. Consequently, Divya and her friend Maya (Hazel Keech) call Lovely and start a prank love affair. Lovely starts loving the mystery person but doesn't realise that it is Divya who was behind all of this. Divya tells Lovely that her name is "Chhaya". Meanwhile, Sartaj begins to suspect that Lovely and Divya are together and sends criminals to kill him in case his lover turns out to be Divya. Sensing this, Divya sends her friend Maya to tell Lovely her true identity. In a twist, it is revealed that Maya is also in love with Lovely. She falsely accepts that she is his lover. They marry and have a child. Maya dies early and reveals to her son in her diary about her fraud and asks him to unite Lovely and Divya.

Several years later, Sartaj invites Lovely and his son to his house, and apologises for his behaviour. Lovely is shocked to know that Divya never married. His son grows closer to Divya and on their last day of visit, while leaving, he asks Divya to accompany him as his mother. Lovely asks his son to apologise but he refuses. Sartaj tells Lovely that he too feels the same and he should take Divya with him. At the railway station, Lovely and his son are accompanied by Divya. The son throws Maya's diary into the dustbin but Lovely sees it and retrieves it. He reads it and comes to know that Divya was his actual lover. In the last scene, Divya is called by Lovely and he addresses her as "Chhaya". Divya realises that Lovely has come to know of the truth and they hug each other, happily watched by Lovely's son.

US and Pakistan

US has changed its policies for Pakistan while considering Pakistan as Afghanistan or Libiyah.
Trying to balance the commitments of having a job, social life and family can leave you feeling like you have no time for yourself. The key to staying on top of it all is organization: if you know exactly what you have to do on any given day, then preparing for it in advance can give you those extra five minutes of 'me time.' Rather than the hundreds of expensive filing systems and online calendars that are available to us though, I can suggest a far simpler a solution: a noticeboard.

A few years ago, there would have been a notice board in every person's kitchen, with invitations, important letters and RSVP notices attached to it. Although it may have looked messy, it meant that everything was in one place and could be easily located. Putting a noticeboard by the kitchen door means that everything that you may need is easily accessible: you can grab any documents on your way out the door, saving you valuable time that may have otherwise been spent searching for important pieces of paper.

A noticeboard is also a great, inexpensive way of decorating your house. Whilst they are traditionally made of cork, you can now buy notice boards for your home that are brightly coloured, covered with fabric, or themed to match your colour scheme. Even when not in use, then, they can be a useful addition to your home, as they will brighten up a bare wall and provide a focus point in a room. They can also be used, not as an organizational tool, but as a gallery: children's artwork, thank you cards, or even pictures and postcards can all be displayed on a noticeboard to make an individual statement. It's a great way of telling visitors about yourself, without spending huge amounts of money on expensive decor.

A personalized noticeboard can also make a great gift for someone special: buy one in their favourite colour or theme, and attach things that are important to them, whether that be memories that you share or photos of their loved ones or favourite celebrities. Although inexpensive, there's no better way of proving how well you know someone: gathering all of their favourite things in one place shows just how much you've thought about their gift.

So, whilst a noticeboard may seem like nothing more than a boring accessory for the kitchen, it's fair to say that, with a little imagination, a noticeboard can in fact be a vital addition to any room.

And yet, the more desperate we are for it, the less likely we are to get it. Why is that? The reason is that we are blind. We think that love needs to come in a specific form and from specific people, but this is an illusion. Love is everywhere we look. The person who smiles at you on the street is offering you a gift of love. The person who holds the door for you as you enter or exit a building is offering you a gift of love. Anyone who offers to help you in any way is offering you love. Sometimes, people are offering you love just by looking at you, or thinking about you, or writing a comment to something you posted on the internet. It is all love.

Connection Is Your Birthright

The reason we don't see this is that we are blind to it. We refuse to see it because we are conditioned not to. We are told that we are not deserving. We are told that we are alone in the world and that everyone is out for themselves, but this is not true. The true nature of people is to love and to connect. We are a community whether we believe it or not. And we are there to help one another. Offering small gifts of love is one part of the pact we make when we come into form. It fosters that sense of belonging and connection that we have given up in spirit to come into the physical world. Without it, we are lost and lonely and feeling abandoned.

Receiving

But even if we do manage to see the love that is offered by those around us, we are often bad at receiving that love. We say - oh, that's just that person - it doesn't count. Or, well it's not really about me, so I won't take it in. We deny ourselves the gift of the love by refusing to receive it. We literally take that beautiful package that has been wrapped with great attention and appreciation and throw it into the garbage without ever opening it to see the beauty inside.

Thirsting

And so we continue to go thirsty - longing for that which we feel we cannot have - wishing for the partner who will take away this pain and quench our thirst forever. But that is too much pressure to put on a single person. It is more than they will ever be able to give us - because it was never meant to be that way. It takes village to love you. It takes every person every day to fill you and one person will never be able to be the fire hose of love that you need in the long run.

Be Love

And when I say that it takes every person every day to fill you, this includes you. You must learn to become love if you hope to ever be truly full on a long-term basis. It is your willingness to love those around you - not give to them, not take care of them, not have sex with them, just to love them - no matter who they are - that ultimately becomes your inner fire hose that keeps you full to overflowing.

Start Small

I know this is a mind shift from what you have been taught. I know that it is alien to your conditioning, but start small. Notice all the ways in which people care for you each day. Really receive the love and affection that is being offered to you in tiny ways all day. The bus driver who waits an extra moment so that you can catch the bus. The checkout girl who shares a smile with you as you fumble through your bag trying to find your wallet. The person who lets you out in traffic. The person who cleaned the coffee pot last night at the office so that you could start fresh today. Small things that add up to a pretty big pot of love just waiting for you to bathe in it.

Becoming Love

And when you begin to take in these gifts, you'll find that you are filling up with the love that is all around you. When you take in enough, you can begin to love yourself as well. You'll learn to take as good care of yourself as you do others. And when you learn this, you'll fill even more until you are overflowing with love for the world around you and you become one with the love that surrounds you. It is a beautiful thing.

US and China

This shouldn't surprise anyone, considering how poorly the Chinese stock markets did during that debating period or right afterwards when S&P downgraded US Debt. Nor should we be surprised that one of China's credit rating agencies decided to go ahead and downgrade the credit rating of US treasuries a week before S&P.

There was an interesting article in Industry Week on August 3, 2011 titled; "China Isn't Satisfied With U.S. Debt Deal - In a blistering commentary, China's official news agency says the deal did nothing to curb America's addiction to borrowing," by Allison Jackson, AFP. The article stated:

"China warned that tortured efforts to raise the U.S. limit on borrowing failed to defuse Washington's "debt bomb," & said it will diversify its holdings away from the dollar. Obama signed the debt deal, but in a blistering commentary, China's official Xinhua news agency ridiculed the U.S. political process and warned that the deal had done nothing to change the country's addiction to borrowing."

Obviously, China wants the US to keep spending on certain things which will flow dollars into their exports, but wants the US to drastically cut our military, and are willing to use any and all possible international rhetoric and tactics to see that's what happens. China would be better off if we kept giving more money to our citizens through social programs, so they can keep buying Chinese goods.

Funding money to our military does not help China, as it actually makes things tougher in the future on China as they go on a worldwide global scavenger hunt for raw materials and oil, pushing their weight around, and securing their outer territories (String of Pearls theory). China doesn't want the United States to get involved in the South China Sea, or the Taiwan Straits. China also doesn't want the United States involves with South Korea preventing North Korea from pushing their agenda either.

China doesn't want the United States telling it how much pollution or CO2 it can put into the atmosphere, how much fishing it can do, or how big it's dead zones off its coast can become. China does everything it can to curtail the United States from slowing down its progress or its regional domination.

Therefore, you should not be surprised that the Chinese government was angry at the United States over the debt deal crisis for a number of reasons, the least of which being the most obvious, that China owns a large portion of US treasuries. There's a lot more to the story than most people realize, and China has a lot more pull in such issues, than most people give them credit for, no matter how much our politicians pretend China doesn't matter. Indeed I hope you will please consider all this and think on it.

Nine Eleven After Ten War-Torn Years

Most of all, we remember the people whose lives were changed forever on that never to be forgotten day. We can all remember exactly where we were and what we were doing when the Twin Towers, and the lives of most of the people within them, collapsed right before our eyes.

Later, after the dust had settled, two very powerful searchlights were put in place to emulate the grandeur of those inspiring towers and now, those twin lights have become a spectacular, awe inspiring memorial to all the lives lost as the Twin Towers crumbled and fell to the ground.

Soon after the fall of the Twin Towers, we were engaged in a war against the terrorists in Iraq and now that war has continued to be fought in Afghanistan with the loss of many more American lives.

Just as the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7th, 1941 awakened the sleeping giant that is the United States Of America, and led us to absolute victory in World War II, so too, the attack on the Twin Towers again prodded this peace loving nation into action. During these past ten years of war since 9/11, against terrororists whose worldwide aim is to deprive as many people as possible of their God given human rights and freedoms, the terrorists are now being soundly defeated on all fronts.

The men and women who were lost in the fall of the Twin Towers as well as those who are in our armed forces now are the "cream of the crop" and we mourn the loss of all those who have fallen in this much prolonged fight against terrorism's threat to freedom everywhere. The patriotism of those lost men and women as well as those who bravely continue to serve today are to be remembered and honored with patriotic pride during this the tenth anniversary of the fall of the Twin Towers.

Do you remember the spontaneous show of American patriotism, with the Stars and Stripes flying everywhere - all over the USA after 9/11? Let's resurrect and continue to display that same kind of patriotism on this day as we remember and witness again - the lighting of the Twin Towers Lights.

Remember, those spectacular awe inspiring shafts of light are directed toward Heaven where God lives as our eternal source of strength against all enemies of freedom - worldwide.

Katrina get married !!!

From Salman Khan to Ranbir Kapoor and back to Salman, now Katrina Kaif seems to be getting all pally with her Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara co-star, (a surprisingly fuzzy faced) Abhay Deol. The two sat next to each other at the promo launch of the film and played the cute couple to the hilt. They shared secret smiles and even giggled away at private jokes while the rest of the crew – Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Zoya Akhtar – answered questions from the media. Kat and Abhay also had great fun tearing away the labels on each other’s name cards. Maybe it had something to do with what Katrina revealed – that Abhay was the only guy who made her feel a part of the team during the shoot. Or maybe, there is something more to it? When the actors were asked what they would do if they had only 24 hours to live, Katrina actually answered for Abhay, “He will get married.” And what would she do? “I would get married, too. We will both get married.” She let that be for a couple of minutes before taking the mike and laughingly adding, “Not to each other, of course.” We are glad you clarified that Kat, but we are sure Preeti Desai and Salman would be even gladder than us!

Ktrina get married !!

Credit Rating Agencies and the Credit Downgrade

A lot has been said about the role Credit Rating Agencies they have played in recent crises. Even more questions are being asked by the public about the nature of these agencies. In this article we will take a closer look at these and explore some of the pros and cons of these agencies.
What are Credit Rating Agencies?
Credit Rating Agencies are companies (usually private) that determine and assign ratings for companies and other entities issuing debt. The credit rating is a reflection of the entity's credit worthiness, i.e. the ability of the entity to pay back a loan obligation. The credit rating in turn affects the cost of borrowing for the entity (the interest rate at which the entity can borrow). For the non-financially inclined, in a capitalistic society the economy operates on trust. One buys a good from the other at a price they mutually agree on. How would one know if the good they were holding was worth how much they felt it was? So if we were to assume the good here is a bond issued by Company A, the credit rating agency would then study the financial statements of the company to gauge the health. They would look at certain key ratios that give some insight into whether the company (or government entity) will be able to easily meet its debt obligations. Does it have enough cash to meet its short term obligations, what is its debt to asset, debt to equity and debt to book value ratio? There are other ways as well but that is not within the scope of this article.
Similarly credit rating agencies assign ratings for debt issuing foreign countries. For many that are not too familiar with finance, hearing headlines like "S&P lowers US credit rating to AA+" can sound like a foreign language. These ratings range from Triple A to C. Just like companies, government entities are also judged on growth and the ability to pay its debt obligations.
The impact of a credit downgrade
After the financial crisis of 2008, the United States was one of the few countries able to borrow at record low interest rates. Many economists feel that this ability will be threatened by a credit downgrade. Normally this would be true. When a country is faced with a downgrade, its borrowing costs rise. While it might not be so obvious with countries in the upper echelons of the scale, as you go further down towards Junk territory the impact of the credit downgrade is severe. A good example would be Greece and Germany. Both countries are members of the European Union (they share the same currency), yet the cost of borrowing for the Greek government is many times that of the German government.
After the recent credit downgrade to AA+ (Double A plus), while the markets nosedived, there was still enough appetite for US debt. This is not normal. The reason for that has more to do with general pessimism about the state of the global economy and the continuing sovereign debt crisis in Europe.
Does a credit downgrade really matter?
In a word, YES. This is especially true if an entity goes into "junk" territory. In today's financial markets, almost everything is automated. Trades are increasingly triggered based on external variables (example: sell Stock at certain price to protect from large losses). Many institutional investors will not invest in debt that is rated "junk", flooding the market with cheap, unwanted debt which further worsens the problem for the entity by raising interest rates further.
The role of credit rating agencies in the financial crisis of 2008
Credit rating agencies such as Moody's and the Standard and Poor's (Fitch is the other one that makes up the Big Three) were severely criticized for failing to take appropriate action when they had knowledge of problems in the US mortgage market as early as 2006. It was this lack of action that led to a later (mid 2007) mass downgrade of mortgage backed securities and other collateralized debt obligations (CDOs). This mass downgrade is what many economists believe was the trigger for the financial crisis.
While the housing and credit markets were building the financial systems grew and became increasingly fragile. Decreasing interest rates by the US Federal Reserve from 1982 on along with the large inflow of foreign funds and easy credit conditions fueled a housing construction boom. Consumers and businesses alike assumed high debt in the form of loans, mortgages, credit cards, auto loans, and more. Banks encouraged home buyers to take out large loans overlooking the subprime and or adjustable interest rates.
As part of the housing and credit boom, financial contracts called (MBS) Mortgage Backed Securities and (CDO) Collateralized Debt Obligations enabled institutions and investors around the world to invest in the booming US housing market, when housing prices declined financial institutions that had borrowed and invested heavily in subprime MBS and CDOs had significant losses. Falling home pricing also caused homes to be worth less than the mortgages increasing foreclosure rates. Foreclosure rate that begin to rise in late 2006 continued to drain consumer wealth and decline the financial strength of banks. Defaults and loses on other loans in the crisis caused by the housing market expanded in other parts of the economy.
The interest rate rise in mid 2007 caused a drop in housing prices. Refinancing became difficult and foreclosures soared. The Global Economic Crisis was caused by a lack of liquidity in the US banking system. Due to the collapse in the US housing market caused by defaults in the subprime and adjustable rate mortgages. Financial institutions and banks assumed large debts and could not support lose when the loans, MBS, CDO defaulted. Impacted by the defaults financial institutions and banks stopped lending, slowing economic activity. The Central Bank provided funds to encourage lending and restore stability in the financial market for consumers and businesses. Governments also bailed out key financial institutions and implemented economic stimulus programs.
In January 2011 The US Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission created to investigate the Global Financial Crisis released its report. Concluding that the crisis was avoidable and caused by: failures in financial regulations, the US Federal Reserve's failure to stem the flow of toxic mortgages, financial institutions taking on to much debt, excessive borrowing and risk by consumers and Wall Street that put the financial system on a collision course. Key policy makers not prepared, lacking a full understanding of the financial system they were supposed to be overseeing and a significant amount of accountability and ethics violations at all levels.

US Debt Crises Overview

The American economy has remained the pioneer of capitalism which realigned global trade across international borders. Today, countries are brought to the forefront of international partnerships and cooperative agreements on the basis of their economic performance. As trade is inter related on a string of purchases from different countries, it all becomes interdependent. America has so far remained the most important country as it stems the global financial cycle in the form of dollars, which are pegged to the most reliant commodity in the market; gold. A bottleneck is thus created with the global vital partner, resulting in the market conditions worldwide to be determined on a country's status.
So far, the American economy has seen highs and lows through the passage of history as the country faced instances and challenges in the form of The Great Depression, wartime controls and inflationary setbacks. However, there is a major difference today with the size different sectors have swelled to, not to mention the new sectors which have emerged within the economy like insurance and banking. It has led to the capitalist system being extended out of reach of immediate federal control. Today's American economy is facing a chain of calamities occurring one after the other. The collapse of construction and housing "bubbles" in 2008 triggered a backlash which traveled on to the leading banking and insurance companies like the Citigroup, Lehman brothers and AIG investments. It also infected the gigantic car manufacturing industry including General motors, Chrysler and Ford. The collapse of all these major institutions could spell a major economic disaster which compelled the Federal Reserve pour out massive bailout packages in the form of loans and nationalized shares in such companies worth $700 billion, thus saving them all from tipping into bankruptcy and irreversible damage. In the process, the American debt crisis started taking form.
Why is it phrased as the 'crisis?' Well, the most inevitable fact is that the recession has rendered the market mechanism incapable of functioning properly, where the demand as well as the supply markets are required to play their part accordingly to stimulate economic activity and well-being. While the supply market is supported with a renewed influx of financial support, the demand market has still not stepped up to play their part in the process, which concludes that some time or the other, sagging sales will force the same companies knocking on federal doors to beg for help. A crisis will emerge as newer debts will be required while the previous ones would not remain paid. A cyclical behavior will predictably emerge over time with all the variables directing to the same ultimatum rather than changing the tides.
The presidential committee responsible for the majority of this period also did not take decisions suitable to the conditions of the economy, rather they made the situation more adverse. President Bush slashed taxation by $2 trillion while the federal kitty was burdened with excessive defence spending on two wars, one with Afghanistan and the other with Iraq. Visibly the most rational decision would be to cut down federal spending and raising taxes, but many economists have recommended for the Obama administration to carry out more federal spending to be injected within the national economy in order to fill in the vacuum caused by depreciated private spending. This would ultimately turn the tables and change the cycle, allowing the economy to stand independently on its own feet.

Katrina Kaif new films and profile

Name: Katrina Kaif
With this surprise comes the necessity of adjusting American foreign policy. After all, after every major world event, the US does reassess its foreign policy. The Arab Spring is an event with an international significance that rivals the fall of the Soviet Union, or the 9/11 attacks, and as such cannot be taken lightly. How is the world responding to these events, and how has the US in particular reconfigured its foreign policy to respond to them?
The answers to those questions are very complex, and cannot yet be fully answered, but there are clear indicators of how the world will continue to respond. The US is taking a very cautious, and humble, tone. Here is an excerpt from President Obama's landmark speech on May 19:
It is not America that put people into the streets of Tunis and Cairo - it was the people themselves who launched these movements, and must determine their outcome. Not every country will follow our particular form of representative democracy, and there will be times when our short term interests do not align perfectly with our long term vision of the region. But we can - and will - speak out for a set of core principles - principles that have guided our response to the events over the past six months.
These words clearly show a president reluctant to get involved, and rather content with giving the protesters moral support. Most of the protesters do not want the world to get involved in what they see as their revolution. Obama has handled the crises well, giving moral support to the protesters when support is needed, and condemning state violence when it occurs. Most of the people of the Middle East could not ask for more.
Libya was a special case, but Obama's actions in Libya remained consistent with his strategy. Obama was effectively "dragged" into the NATO bombardment in Libya, and as soon as the world turned its back, he pulled out. Facing domestic pressure, this was quite understandable, and is consistent with Obama's policy towards the Arab Spring. One place where Obama was not consistent with his strategy was Bahrain. Obama refrained from criticizing Bahrain's government, and adopted a very hypocritical approach to the protests there. With a lack of international pressure, Bahrain was able to use brutal force against its own people to put down the revolution.
While the US adopts a cautious and humble approach, the rest of the world is split into two halves. The European Union, particularly France and Britain, enthusiastically embraced the Arab Spring, and quickly jumped into Libya. They seem itching to get into Syria, despite the opposition to an intervention from the Syrian people themselves. Why is this?
A kind explanation would be that the protesters are consistent with the values of those countries, and they want the people of the Middle East to have freedom. However, it seems that the stronger motive is that Britain and France want to gain a strong influence in the new nations once the revolutions succeed. Historically, Europe and the Middle East were very close trading partners, and influence in the region might bring about a resurgence of European power.
The other half of the world, led by Russia and China, is very reluctant to intervene, with Russia going as far as vetoing a UN resolution which would have condemned the violence in Syria. Russia and China have close relations with these governments, and they do not want to see them go. Therefore they have tried to keep them from falling. And as both countries wield vetoes in the UN Security Council, they can do a very good job of it.
Recently, however, China seems to be shifting from its previous stance. It recently recognized the Libyan rebels' legitimacy, and expressed interest in establishing ties with them. However, in other cases, such as Syria, China has not shifted from its stance, and remains against intervention.
While the world is split on how the Arab Spring should be dealt with, the US hovers in between. While many people at home are predisposed to criticize Obama's laid back policy, many of those in the Middle East praise it. It is said that when a president loses their majority control of congress, as Obama did in the 2010 elections, they turn increasingly towards foreign policy, because that is where they are still free to act. Obama is no exception, and his focus, until the debt crisis, was largely on foreign affairs.
How Obama deals with the Middle East during these upheavals is crucial for his career, and might be the deciding factor in the 2012 elections. As the economy and the Afghanistan War remain unresolved, the attention will turn towards Obama's foreign policy. And if Obama has dealt with the Middle East in a prudent manner, then it will be a huge +1 in the eyes of the American people.

Hot Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are in Love

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; It is reported that Salman Khan proposed Katrina at the party he gave to celebrate Katrina’s birthday on 16 July. It was a grand event as the cream of bollywood was invited. Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone were among the guests. However, It is not yet confirmed that whether Katrina has said “Yes” or not. Or may be it was just a publicity stunt? I have doubted Salman Katrina relationship since day one. I don’t think that any girl would be stupid enough to get married at the peak of her career.
Nearly 43 years old, Salman Khan is Bollywood’s most eligible bachelor since a long time now. He has dated several co-stars but all his relationships ended tragically. Most often his girlfriends claimed that Salman is a violent person who does not mind beating his girl friends. He dated Aishwarya Rai for a few years and it was rumored that they are getting married soon. But that relationship ended terribly. Aishwarya’s parents accused Salman Khan for harassing their daughter. They even filed a police complain against him. We have covered Salman Khan Aishwarya Rai relationship in our Aishwarya Rai biography section.
Most Salman fans believe that Salman is an innocent lover boy who just can’t find the right girl. Most of them think that the cute and innocent Katrina Kaif is the right girl for Salman Khan.

Girl's Attraction

Even though men today are intelligent and handsome a lot of them are completely clueless about attracting women. Though being intelligent and handsome is an advantage when it comes to winning the heart of a woman but not all women have the same taste.
Different women always come with different tastes. That is why women look for traits that would match her taste, especially when looking for her special man. That is why attracting women is easier said than done. Still, there are aspects that will appeal to a lot of women today. Having them and most especially developing them will make you a step closer to winning her heart.
1. Looks and Personality
Let us start with the basics. The very first thing any woman sees is a man is his physical appearance and how he looks. As said a while ago looks and personality may not be great factors when it comes to attracting women but the thing that we are looking for here is your first impression. Being dressed right and having the proper etiquette will create an impression on the girl.
2. Sense of humor
One very important thing that you need to develop between you, and your woman is your fondness to one another. Making a woman laugh and giggle will surely develop this bond you have with the woman thus increasing your chances in winning her.
Of course, you have to be very careful on what jokes you tell her. You might depict yourself as one of the kings of sarcasm that will surely turn off women.
3. Confidence
Undeniably, confidence is one of the most important factors that a woman looks in every man, and a lot of surveys can prove that. A man with confidence and poise will create a lasting impression in the hearts of women. A confidence of a man can be seen on how he acts and how he responses to different situations that is why it is very important to develop this trait.
Having a good impression is the most crucial part of winning a girl. Furthermore, your looks will grab the attention of women. Though they may not be great factors, but these traits will help you be a step closer in winning her heart.
4. Intelligence
A lot of beautiful women are also quite smart, and you will never know that the girl you like is an intelligent one. First of all, being intelligent does not mean that you are a geek or a nerd. Furthermore, being intelligent does not need you to be one of the top honors in class, taking a college course in Harvard or being a scholar in school. Being intelligent is being a well-mannered type of man, having a good reputation and is well spoken by the people around him. This will surely increase your appeal to women and most importantly to the woman you like.
5. Sensitivity
First of all, being sensitive does not equate you to be a weakling. Though women may be attracted to the physical aspects of a man but a man who is compassionate and understanding will remain in their hearts forever

It appears that China was quite upset over the debt ceiling debate in the Congress, and the fact that our politicians couldn't come to an agreement.

India Current Developments in Corruption.

"Corruption is worse then prostitution. The latter might endanger the morals of an individual; the former invariably endangers the morals of the entire country." - Karl Kraus
CORRUPTION IN INDIA
India, once known as the Golden Sparrow, is today's the third world 'poor' and underdeveloped country with widespread poverty. It's not that India lacks resources or skills; the disease which is keeping India on back foot is its political and bureaucratic corruption. Transparency International's study (2005) found that more than 45 percent of Indians had first hand experience of paying bribes or influence peddling to get jobs done in public offices. It also reveals that Trucks pay US$5 billion in bribes annually. In 2010, India was ranked 87th out of 178 countries in Transparency International's Corruption perception index. The corruption is so widespread in the system that people gladly give and receive the bribes and it's almost accepted as a custom in the offices. "Babus" in the government offices accept bribes with pride and consider it their right to be paid extra for doing their jobs. The procedures in a public office are so complicated to follow or to understand for a common man (due to the lack of transparency), that it has no other choice to either pay for the information or simply let it go.
India tops the list for black money in the entire world with almost US$ 1456 billion in Swiss banks (that would be about USD 1.4 trillion). Swiss Banking Association Report (2006) says that India has more black money than rest of the world combined.
THE ROOTS AND HISTORY OF CORRUPTION IN INDIA
There are many reasons for corruption in India. The roots are deep; deeper than we think. India has a culture of gifts and temptations. From dowry to 'sweets for the children', from Warren Hastings (Governor General of India, 1787) to the early independence policies of protectionism and public ownership, from 'license Raj' to criminalization in Indian politics, one can find it anywhere, corrupting the society.
In July 2008 the Washington Post reported that nearly a forth of the 540 Indian Parliament members faced criminal charges including human trafficking, rape and even murder or homicides. Vohra report submitted by Indian Union Home Secretary, NN Vohra in October 1993 explains the criminalization of politics in India. It reveals that political leaders had become the leaders of gangs and enjoyed the protection of bigger players (leaders) of all political parties. The parts of Vohra report which are unpublished, are believed to contain highly explosive material.
CURRENT DEVEOPMENTS AND THE 'LOKPAL'
Today India, along with China and other Asian countries, is leading the world economy. But the corruption is still there, more than ever before. In 2011 after a couple of big scams involving Union Ministers and big shots of the ruling government, public have had enough. There were widespread public protests and movements all around India led by social welfare worker Anna Hazare and a famous Yoga Guru and social activist Baba Ramdev. The latter is working for the return of illegal wealth stashed by politicians and businessmen in foreign banks over the six decades after independence.
'Lokpal' or Ombudsman is an authority or institution, created to provide protection to the people (from corruption and the corrupt obviously). The Lokpal is at the centre and its representatives called Lokayuktas (Ombudsmen in the states) are to be in each state.
• The institution is made to work swiftly, efficiently and with utmost authority. Lokpal is completely independent of the government (like Supreme Court and Election Commission).
• The investigations in any case have to be completed in one year. The loss that a corrupt person caused to the government will be recovered at the time of conviction.
• For a common man: if any work of any citizen is not done in the prescribed time in any government office, Lokpal will impose financial penalty on responsible officers.
• The Lokpal members will be chosen by judges, citizens and constitutional authorities and NOT by the government. So there is no chance for corrupt and weak Lokpal members. The entire function in Lokpal will be completely transparent.
• Existing anti-corruption agencies like CBI, CVC and DVACB will be merged into Lokpal.
• Lokpal will also provide protection to the 'whistleblowers.'
Today, on 4th August 2011, while I am still busy writing this article, the government's version of Lokpal bill was tabled in the Parliament which does not cover the Prime Minister within the preview of Lokpal during his or her term in the office. But after the PM demits the office, he or she may be investigated for any wrong doing. It also excludes the judiciary and any action of a Member of the parliament.
Anna Hazare and all the followers welcomed the new proposed Lokpal Bill by burning the copies of it. India Against Corruption said that the protest will be continued till 16th August when Anna will go on fast against the exclusion of several recommendations made by civil society members. IAC in a Facebook update on 4th August: "Copies of Lokpal Bill (proposed by the government) will be burned at Jantar Mantar today at 5 pm, inviting all citizens to join the start of Civil Disobedience Movement. Its now or never!!"
Only tomorrow will tell what the destiny has decided. The corruption will not go overnight; the youth has a big role to play along with educationists, parents and scholars.
"If a country is to be corruption free and become a nation of beautiful minds, I strongly feel there are three key societal members who can make a difference. They are the father, the mother and the teacher." - Dr Abdul Kalam
