Some years ago, there was nothing like the Internet to support online classes. Like other teachers, I was also teaching offline regular classes.

I started teaching Spoken English online some years ago. The Internet world has changed a lot. In fact, it is making us change and develop very fast. I have taught a lot of online one to one sessions.

As a teacher, you can’t teach more than 5-6 hours in a day. I have to teach offline classes too. I think that it is the need of everyone today to update and use the best technology. In the technological age, the world is very fast. Time has become more important for everyone.

Now, I want to focus on one to group sessions. It is very easy to teach group classes through the Internet. We all are busy developing in our respective areas. And learning has become more important for our consistent development.

Today, if you are in one country or another, it doesn’t make any difference. Through the Internet, you can learn at any place and time. I think that we should use the technology and why we should not take proper advantage for our development in education, when in every other area; we have to use the technology.

I think that we should try to the best advantage of technology. I will continue teaching one to one sessions time to time but now onwards, I think that I need to focus on teaching online group classes.

If you want to improve in English speaking, you should think in English and Speak in English. You can not speak English fluently, if you think in your mother tongue and want to speak English fluently. Translation method doesn’t work in spoken English. You need to think and speak in English without doing translation. So, it can be said that it is good to practice thinking in English and speaking in English.

English grammar is also required to be developed in habit. Revision is the ultimate solution. A Practical English Grammar by Thomson and Martinet can be referred by advanced English grammar. You can download it from Google, if it is possible in your region or you can buy from the local market. And if you want to buy it online, it is being sold on Amazon. English grammar is very important for good English. Other than leaning grammar from the book, you should also develop the habit of reading and listening English but you should pay attention to the grammatical structures while reading and listening.

English vocabulary is the most important and you need to be consistent in working on vocabulary. Dictionary is the need for your vocabulary improvement. Oxford advanced learners is a good English dictionary. A good dictionary has a number of examples. Without examples, you can’t learn how to use a word in English language.

There are many people who know English well but they are hesitant to start speaking English. One reason or another, they don’t find English speaking very easy.

You should have listened that some people speak a lot and very confidently when they are drunk. Why they feel confident, when they are drunk- they don’t feel hesitant to speak confidently. In fact, they don’t feel any fear of mistakes.

It is the truth that if you start speaking English some day, there are a lot of chances that you are going to have the mistakes in making sentences or you may not be able to use the most appropriate words for conveying your senses. It is the truth that mistakes are held, they are not knowingly done.

So, one truth, we should never ignore that whenever you start speaking in English, you are going to have mistakes. That’s why, it is the best solution of the problem of mistakes that you should not mind mistakes in making the sentences in the beginning.

When, you take initiative to speak English, first you are going to have mistakes. You want or don’t want it. Ultimate solution is that you should start speaking English like a drunken person. Only then you may start practicing speaking in English. Therefore, if you can’t speak English confidently, start speaking today without caring about the right or wrong words or sentences.

Practice is the basic solution. You should focus on practice and must take initiative for speaking English. It is the known fact that writing makes a writer and speaking makes a speaker. So, you need to focus on speaking the language.

Without a doubt, it may be said and accepted that if you want to learn speaking English, just start speaking now, not tomorrow.

Practice, practice and practice! Only practice can make you speak English correctly, fluently and confidently, so that for learning English speaking, start and continue speaking.

Fundamentally, there are three problems faced by English speaking learners. Some people can’t recollect the right word for the right situations in the sentences. It is said to be vocabulary problem, it means some words are not known or fully alert that’s why they don’t come to help when, they need to come to serve you. It becomes a big problem in English Speaking.

About the second problem, everyone knows very well, it is the problem of Grammar. Some people know grammar but when they speak in English, grammar is not used as naturally as it happens in the mother tongue. So grammatical correct speaking is considered the greatest hurdle by most of the people.

Third problem has already been discussed that is lack of practice. Generally, many people don’t start speaking in English for years because they know the truth that some grammatical mistakes are held when they want to speak in English.

As a conclusion, it is the fact that if you want to start learning English speaking, just start speaking and be consistent, persistent and patient for the long-term.
When you decide to learn a foreign language, first you need to finalize your aim: Why you want to learn a particular language. Another important point to settle is that what level of proficiency you need to develop. So, the ultimate question is like this: How much ambitious you are for a language.

You should have some burning desire to learn a language. You should feel some special love for the language, you want to learn. As it is said that ambition comes from the heart and aim comes form the mind. You ought to be interested in learning and developing the language whole-heartedly.

Once you have taken firm-emotional decision to learn a new language. Half the job has already been done. Now, as you are sure that you are going to learn. There are many ways to start learning but one thing can be easily accepted by all of us that input- I mean consistent input- is the most important factor to decide your speed of learning. Words and structures should be read and listened as long as they are not fully active. So, you need a lot of patience. A word or structure has its own world. You should not be willing to challenge its existence. You should help the word or structure, by the time; it is not fully ready to serve you.

I would like to emphasize here that if you want a word or structure to be prepared to serve you for your whole life, why you should not be patiently giving it sufficient number of revisions in reading and listening. Another way, it can be said mind learns and forgets by nature. If it has to forget something important for you, it means that you need to help your mind a bit more so that it can learn the word or structure properly forever. You must not be impatient; otherwise you should be prepared to help your mind. In fact, your mind wants to learn and it also wants to help you in using the word or structure in giving output. Words and structures expect from us that first, we should learn how to learn and keep on learning.

Learning giving output is equally important. Start giving output form the very first day. You should keep in mind that mistakes are held in giving output, they are not knowingly done. So, don't worry about mistakes, just start speaking and writing.

Ultimately, it can be said that nobody is perfect. Learning a language is a process, once you have learned how to learn. Then you need:practice,
